Belle was happy she had something in common with Befelda! "That is so cool, i am glad we have something in common!" Belle said happily. "Yeah i think the sorting hat took my choice into account. I wanted to represent the hufflepuff house." Belle said with pride. When Befelda mentioned bothering her, she replied, "Oh no! You are not bothering me, i like having a new friend especially a first year and plus we can help each other in classes." Belle said with a kind smile. "Hm do you have any siblings?" Belle was curious to know if she had any siblings.

Belle was flushed with gratitude. "Oh no Tinka, i do not need anything right now but i will let you know!" Belle said kindly.

Minerva was still in a bit of shock, but was coming out of it slowly as she listened to Damon continue to talk. "Well yeah that doesn't sound like Ariana at all. I wonder what is up with her.." she sat and thought about it for a second. Did everyone just change over the summer and Minerva just didn't get the memo, she was super confused. "Well I'm glad you had someone to talk with when Taylor was being off." she hated that she wasn't there for her friend, but was glad someone was.

Minerva then frowned a bit, "Well by the sounds of what you told me it seems you won't be the only one to be annoyed at him." she was feeling very betrayed by him at the moment. "Well Damon I'll tell you what, if you feel that strong about her, try it.. Why not see how it goes." she smiled trying to encourage her friend." Then she laughed, "Well you can stick with the group, but I think after you and now him I'm done for awhile."

Ears drooping ever so slightly, Tinka sank into a deep bow. "Tinka live to serve the studentsies, miss. If missus Prefect need anything at all this year, she just come to the kitchen and see Tinka. Tinka get her cookies, tea, whatever missus want." The elf straightened and looked up hopefully. She did think Tinka's food was yummy, right?

Seeing the lil Elf light up with a task to do "Tinka If you clean this cauldren well. I will have 20 poition viles for you for you to clean later thius week . You can leave the cauldren on my bed when you are done" giving the Elf a smile,he goes back to his conversation with Em

Now that Tinka mentioned getting her food, her stomach gurgled. "Hmm tinka, can you get me some pastries to eat in my room? I would love to taste what you cooked." Belle smiled. "[B]I would also love some hot chocolate if you can get me some. When Tinka mentioned the kitchens, Belle replied "Of course i will visit you in the kitchens." Belle promised Tinka.

That was not the point she was trying to make, but arguing about it more wouldn’t get them anywhere. But she did glare at the boy when he threw her comment about not doing spell on her back in her face. “Whatever.” She said, wishing she had her bag handy. She’d rather be reading the guide than sitting here.
Em looked down at the charm bracelet that she habitually wore around her wrist. More charms had been added to it, but the badger and all the others they had exchanged were still there. “Who said I’m ever getting married?” she asked. It just was weird to even think about. Though, thoughts of a certain boy did flicker through her mind for a brief moment. She gave her head a little shake, not sure what to make of it.

Minerva walked into the common room. It was quiet which she was fine with. After her trip to the lake she was okay just sitting and relaxing with not much noise to interrupt her thoughts. What started out as a conversation about two friends turned quickly onto her own personal life. That was not very nice of her friend at all. Harvey was so good at reading her though, so she couldn't have thought any different.

Minerva pulled open her bag and took out her book. Well since there wasn't anyone to talk to she decided she would start reading one of her books to prepare for another class. Getting comfortable she pulled her shoes off and set them under her chair and then pulled her one leg up under her. Yes now she was ready for some reading, but as she tried to read all she could think about was her lake conversation with Harvey.. Really Harvey you had to ask all those questions and he was like right there. What if he would have heard, she thought to her self. Slamming her book shut she decided she couldn't focus. Then and idea hit her and she got up placing her book down and went to the corner of the room where the little radio was and turned it on. Flipping through stations Minerva found a station she liked and began dancing. No one was in the common room to see her so it didn't matter and she didn't think that anyone would walk in and notice her. She laughed at herself as she moved around the common room twirling and moving to the beat. This is what she needed to get her mind off things.

Damon was walking down from the boys dormitory when he heard music. Ugh, only thing it really made him think of was his numerous times he'd danced with Taylor... Their laughing and joking... He did miss that time, but Taylor absolutely despised him and seemed like she was ready to throw him out a window when more of her memory came back to her. Make matters worse she seemed to remember nothing good about him. He sighed again, he would get her trust again at least, both her mother and Chelle deserved the peace of mind of not having to worry about a fight breaking out in the middle of one of their family parties.

He smiled at Minerva when he saw it was her. He stepped up to her, "Don't suppose you'd want a dance partner would you?" He smiled down at her, his only real friend he had anymore besides Ariana. He hadn't really had a chance to talk to Min alone since the day she'd gotten back, it seemed the common room would be the best place for a private conversation, seeing how no one else was there, and no one else in their house really cared what they talked about... Unless Justin decided to suddenly reappear... Then he might be in a bit of trouble.

Minerva was lost in the music not even remembering for a moment that she was in the common room. It had been so long since she had danced, even if this wasn't her form of competition dancing, but it was still nice to just let go. Things had been so stressful since she got back with classes, the break up, her new crush, and then her friends and their relationships. It just seemed like it was overwhelming her. At that moment though she had forgotten it all, she was just enjoying the song.

Minerva spun and stopped quickly looking up, someone had come in to the common room and she didn't realize it. Did others come in and walk past her and she didn't seem them. OH NO... what if.. HE would have walked in and saw her. Minerva's face turned beat red and she started laughing, "Hey Damon" grabbing his hand and twirling under it. "Sure" she giggled and started moving around to the music again. Forcing him to dance whether he was serious or not. "So what brings you into the common room and not out on this nice day with your girlfriend?"

Ella hadn't spent too much time in the common room since she'd been back to Hogwarts and she was eager to relax a bit by the cozy fire. Especially since the fall weather was bringing in the colder weather. Winter was definitely on its way. The third year headed right to the fireplace, not even bothering to sit in one of the comfy chairs. Instead she plopped down on the floor in front of the fire, legs crossed in front of her, hands in her lap. Grin. This was nice...and super cozy.

Damon smiled, seeing that now he didn't have a choice in the matter of dancing. Not that he minded, he missed it actually, but randomly dancing like he'd done with Taylor... It didn't seem like Ariana's thing, "Do I see a blush?" He smirked at her before answering her questions, "I'm just resting, came to check on Grim and Pix. I was actually about to head out to see Ari, we're planning on leaving, seeing how it is a weekend, and spend it camping." He smiled at the idea, even if it wasn't in the woods like it use to be... Seeing his father and Chelle's paranioia after him being kidnapped last year.

Minerva walked into the common room and smiled, "Hey Ella" she went over to her friend and sat down on the floor next to her. Wondering if there was any news on the Harvella front, she really wanted to ask, but figured that the best thing to do was wait and see if Ella would say something first. Oh she hoped she would say something, Minerva was wanting to know since she saw them together in the candy store at Hogsmeade. Pulling out her bag she grabbed some chocolate frogs and started eating one, "Want one?" she offered to her friend. "So anything new going on?" That wasn't to direct, nope not direct at all.

Minerva looked into the fire and smiled, "Oh hey, I was talking with Laura and we both thought it might be fun for one night to get as many girls together as possible and have a Hufflepuff sleepover. We could use the fourth floor girls dorms if we wanted to do it. I dont' think they would mind and I'm fine with it." She thought it would be a good idea to run it past Ella since she had seen Ella with many puff girls so if she thought it was a good idea then they would go for it.

Minerva smiled as Damon didn't try to push away or make her stop dancing, she wasn't really ready to stop, so this was a good thing. "I don't know what your talking about, I.. I'm not blushing at all. I'm just glad it was you that came in and not someone else." Yes, thankfully it was Damon, because he wouldnt' think she was totally odd for just dancing around the common room alone. Wow was she becoming a hermit or a loser dancing alone in an empty common room. Pushing that thought away she focused on what he was saying. "Oh yes, Grim and Pix, I haven't seen them so I hope they are playing nice up in the dorm." she joked, but at the same time hoped Grim was playing nice.

Minerva smiled, "Oh see I knew it had to be one or the other since you two are connected at the hip." she teased, "but that's not a bad thing. I am happy for you two." Maybe that was a reason she was being a hermit, her friends all seemed to be dating again and she was being the loner. "Oh camping that sounds fun, just be careful please no getting hurt and you have the mirror if you need anything." she smiled remembering their mirrors.

Laura saw Ella and Minerva talking and wanted to go other and see what it was about, but she decided that they could be talking about something important and she was being good and so she wasn't going to interupt them and so she took out a book and sat down on a chair and started to read the book she had been trying to get finished.

Ella smiled when she saw Minnie coming over to join her, giving the older badger a small wave. "Hey Minnie!" She scooted over a bit so that Mins could sit beside her, wriggling a bit until she was comfy again. Oh! And chocolate? The third year nodded her head enthusiastically. "Please." GrabbyHands. A small smile crept onto the blonde's face when the older puff then inquired if anything was new. She hadn't really told anybody else yet besides Sophie and she was dying to talk to someone about what had happened. "Well you'll be pleased to know that Harvs...well he finally...he told me that he likes me too." Cue a sheepish grin from the smaller badger, a maybe the slightest rise in color on her cheeks. "I heard you had something to do with that...um...declaration?" And if so Ella owed her a thank you, yeah?

A Hufflepuff sleepover? That sounded brilliant. Ella smiled at her friend and bounced excitedly. "Y-yeah! That sounds like a lot of fun! I'm sure Sophie would want to come! And we could talk to the other girls too!" And they'd eat lots of sweets and talk and have fun, right? BEAM. "I'm totally in." So sign her up or whatever!

Damon smiled at her, "Someone else? Find someone you like?" He smirked and chuckled, shaking his head, "Well, that would be because both are upstairs resting, Grimalkin got in a fight with some other type of animal and Pixel tried to jump down from her cage, ended up nearly breaking her leg." He sighed, "So they won't be around for a while."

"And we are not connected at the hip," Damon laughed spinning her, "And thank you... But, I feel like she's not fully use to the whole idea of us..." Damon admitted looking down at his friend, "I mean, yes, I know she cares about me, but she loves Justin... And I guess I'm just nervous what'll happen if he ever comes back." He sighed, "I mean, I like Justin, he was a pretty nice guy... After he stopped hating me, but my nerves are getting the better of me." He sighed, "I know he's a close friend of yours Min, but..." He didn't know how to finish that thought, he didn't hate Justin... but he didn't know what he'd do if Justin just came back and took Ariana back in an instant, leaving Damon alone and without yet another friend.

Minerva smiled and handed her some chocolate frogs. Placing one in her mouth just before Ella spoke she nearly choked on her frog. So Harvey did tell her at Honeydukes.. When she saw them together he was telling her or might have told her or.. Minerva was so excited once she stopped coughing she smiled really big. "That's great, so are you dating now?" Oh they better be she hoped. Then it was time for the spot light of questions to hit her for a second.."Well.. Umm.. I might have talked to him at the lake, but how and where he decided to tell you was all his idea I had no say in that he just told me when and where he was going to do it." she smiled hoping Ella wouldn't be to upset she was being pushy with Harvey.. First the willow then cornering Harvey alone about his feelings for Ella, yeah at least they might be together for it that was a plus.

Minerva beamed when Ella said she thought it was a great idea. "Oh I'm so glad. I have muggle snacks up in my trunk and I thought maybe we could get some stuff from the kitchen, as well as all the candy I bought at Hogsmeade. Oh I think it would be a great time. We should do it on a weekend so we don't have to worry about classes" Minerva then noticed Laura sitting reading a book, "Hey Laura, Ella thinks the sleepover sounds like a great idea as well. I think we need to start planning it." Minerva was super excited about this sleepover she hadn't planned something in a long time and it was way over due.

Time for more blushing, yup she could feel her face get a bit redder, "Umm why Damon I don't know what your talking about. All I know is if it would have been someone else then they might of thought I was some weirdo. You just know I am so it's ok." yes she felt she played that one off well. Awww fur babies were hurt, "I hope they are ok, what did Grim get into a fight with? That naughty cat he needs to stay out of trouble or he will have to spend time with Aunt Min." Minerva laughed at her joke and stopped dancing once the song had ended.

Minerva then frowned as Damon talked about Justin and what would happen if Justin would come back. "Well I hope Ariana would not be with you and still be in love with him, that wouldn't be nice. She needs to just decide, because she is one of my best friends, but so are you and she better not hurt you or I will not be happy. Plus I really don't think you have to worry about Justin coming back. I owled him and never got a message back. I think he is gone for good. I don't know what happened, but I think he will not be seen at Hogwarts again." she frowned even deeper at this, Justin was one of her first friends and it did not make her happy that he just up and left.

Damon looked at her "I thought you knew by now that you couldn't lie to me. Did all that time away make you forget?" His smirk widened slightly as he pulled back from her and sat down, "I'm not quite sure, I just came back one day and he had scratches everywhere, actually felt bad for the poor guy. And spending time with you? That's not a punishment, he loves you."

Damon looked at her, "As sure as we all were that you were never coming back?" Damon looked at her, "As I said... I'm sure it's just nerves but my mind just keeps buzzing with 'what ifs' lately."

Minerva smiled her blush still there. She sat down next to Damon and tried to shrug it off, "Oh why would I lie to you. I don't know what your talking about Damon." she gave him a smirk. "The only think I have my eye on at the moment are my books." she giggled a bit, "Speaking of relationship.." her tone now changing to a more irritated sound, "Talked to Maxwell lately?" not that she cared, but it was the nice thing to ask. She had seen him with Elliot again and figured they were probably dating by now. She couldn't help but smile when he said spending time with her wouldn't be a punishment for the cat, "Well I could try and make it a punishment." she laughed knowing it wouldn't be.

Minerva looked at him, okay time to be serious with her friend. "Have you two talked about this at all? Maybe this is something that needs brought up." she then cocked her head and looked at him more interested. "What about you Damon. Are you completely over Taylor? How is that going?" she wasn't sure what he would say, but he had been so head over heals for Taylor that he was surprised he dated again so quickly.

Damon looked at her, "Min, I thought you could trust me." He gave a fake frown, then shook his head, "Can't say I have, I've been doing my best to avoid him and Taylor."
"No we haven't... Only us joking the day we got together, saying we'd be fine as long as I never called her Taylor and she never called me Justin..." He grimaced to her next question, "I... Yes, but no at the same time. I don't care for Taylor anywhere near as much as I had. But I won't lie and say that there are none there at all. But I love Ari, and I would never leave her just because of Taylor."

Annabelle saw a familiar face. She saw she was sitting in front of the fireplace and knew that must be cozy. Belle was comfy in her sweatpants reading a muggle book and Belle asked her, "Hi can i join you next to this comfy fire?" Belle hoped she didn't scare her too much.

Minerva smiled, "Oh Damon of course I trust you." She felt her cheeks getting red again, "I just.. it's really nothing. Honestly.. nothing will come of it, so it's just nothing." she felt flustered all of the sudden. Time to change the subject some how. "So your playing the avoidance game as well. I have been playing that since I stormed away from Maxwell the second week of school. I really haven't seen him much minus the few times I have bumped into him with this new claw girl he is hanging around." She tried to make it no big deal, because that's exactly what it was.

As for the Taylor and Justin talk they were having Minerva just shook her head. 'Well I think if Ariana was still in love with him she would not be with you. I dont' think she is that bad of a person." Which Min didn't think she was, but maybe she was hiding her feelings from even herself, that was possible now wasn't it. "Well as long as you both know what your doing and are over the other two then I think you have nothing to worry about." Minerva smiled trying to encourage him.

Ella took the chocolate frogs with a smile, placing them down on the floor in front of her. "Thanks!" She said excitedly, debating on which one to eat first. Important life decision, this was. O__O EEP! WHY was Ella always making people choke or spit out their drinks when she talked to them? It seriously wasn't normal. "You alright?" The third year asked, patting her friend on the back. That's right Min, breathe. Life is to live. Oh! And then she was smiling! Brilliant. People who were choking to death didn't smile, they just didn't. "It is great." Blush. "Well he didn't ask me to be his girlfriend or anything but he said something about being 'with' him." And that meant they were together, yeah? At least that's what Ella thought. She was okay without using the boyfriend/girlfriend titles if he didn't want to. "Oh...I see. Well whatever you said seemed to have helped him stop being so daft so um...thanks." Grin.

Snacks? BEAM.BEAM.BEAM! "CanWeHaveIceCream?" Ella asked excitedly, bouncing up and down at the thought. Oh! And she had plenty of things she could bring to the sleepover as well. "I have lots of gummy worms! I'll share those." Cause honestly, who didn't like gummy worms? "Yeah, a weekend would be good! I think everybody would really enjoy it!" And Laura was here? When had she come into the common room? Ella shrugged before smiling and waving at her friend. BEAM. "Hey Laura!"



The third year's smile grew when Annabelle came over to stand by her. "Hi! Yeah...yeah, of course you can join me!" She said cheerfully, patting the ground next to her. "Minnie and Laura are planning to have a big sleepover in the girls dormitory, y'know. Isn't that exciting?" Bounce. Bounce. Bounce.

Belle was glad she didn't scare her. Belle sat down and felt the warmth of the fireplace. "I love the feel and smell of fireplaces don't you?" she asked Ella. When she heard Ella say they are planning to have a sleepover in the girls dormitory she was happy to see her puffs organizing events. "Aww that is great girls! I am happy for you. But you will promise to behave right? I do not wanna write anyone up." she said with a playful wink.

Minerva smiled shyly at the coughing it had just caught her off guard as well. Breath.. yes breath, okay we are better "Sorry" now she could beam at Ella, but then there was no.. Girlfriend talk.. Oh Rolling Eyes, "Seriously Harvey.. He is my dearest friend but he just doesn't get it at times." she shook her head and then laughed, "Oh you two are just super cute together I'm glad things are finally falling into place." she smiled and then it was time for her to look a little guilty, "Your not mad with all the pushing?" she was still shocked if Ella wasn't thinking of some revenge on her or anything. "Well your welcome, but I don't think I really did to much of anything." she laughed a bit knowing she was a bit to pushy, but hey it worked.

Minerva then smiled as Belle had joined them. She hadn't spoken to her yet this term, "Hey Belle, hows classes going?" The fourth year looked at the fire as their prefect spoke. Then she couldn't help but smile as Ella told their plan. "Yes it will be fun. You will be there to I hope. It's going to be for all girl Hufflepuffs. We are going to have it in the fourth year rooms." she figured she could add where so that they both would know. "Laura has already gotten permission from Professor Hadley so we are a go, we just have to figure out the weekend and what to do that will get people to have fun. Snacks seem to be taken care of and Ella we can try to figure out getting ice cream." she laughed at the thought of ice cream, that sounded good really. Then she laughed when Belle said about being good, "Of course we will. It's my room, I don't want it destroyed." she said in a half serious voice, but it was Minerva anyway, when did she get in that much trouble.

Belle smiled as Minerva came to join the conversation her and Ella were having. "Hi Minnie! I am doing fine, classes are going good. I am dealing with the pressure of being a prefect on top of it all but i am getting by."
When Minnie asked if Belle was going to be at the sleepover she nodded to let her know she was coming. "Of course i am coming to the sleepover, i wouldn't miss it for the world." she assured them. When she mentioned getting ice cream and snacks, Belle giggled and said, "I do love having food at sleepovers. Do you guys want some movies to watch?" Belle suggested. "I have some up in my trunk from home."
When Minnie said the sleepover was going to be in the 4th year dorm, that lightened Belle's heart a little bit. "Oh good, the 4th year dorm is a great place to host it. I am really excited you girls are planning it and i will help out with movies and maybe make up some games."
