At the top of the steep steps, high in Ravenclaw Tower your dormitory awaits you. The circular room is lined with beds and trunks, a few owls flutter about the space and several cats chase dustballs on the wooden floor. Books and homework cast throughout the room show just how studious the members of Ravenclaw are. Pull back the sheets and close the curtains because another day of learning lies ahead!
Louisa and her mother weren't... close, which Vivi sort of understood, if for different reasons. Vivi idolized her mother, in a way, and received nothing but love in return, but she felt... wrong. Like she didn't really belong to the famous Cassandra Rae-Branxton. Probably had to do with her childhood or something...
Nope. Not gonna worry on it. Vivi pulled back her hood in anticipation of the cookie, although she did make a face about the nickname thing. "My twin sister calls me Vivi. It's been a nickname that follows me since I was practically born. You don't have to call me that if you think it's stupid." But don't make fun of it, since it was what connected her to Fee.
Jinx? The Head Girl was awfully superstitious. The cookie did leave Louisa's hand at a slight tilt, and Vivi knew it was going to hit her in the face instead. She could move for it, or let it hit her and gloat. Sigh. SIGH. Vivi leaned slightly and caught the cookie in her mouth. "Got it! Where'd you get these cookies?"
... aaaaand it HIT! Louisa's face beamed in the dim-lit room, and with every trace of grumpy mood gone she sank back into her pillows and blanket. "The house-elf, forgot which one probably Tinkerbell, brought them for us." She started nibbling on her own cookie, her head was still turned at Vivi. "See I can shoot cookies into small holes in a face but can't shoot a Quaffle into a large hoop. I love irony." Chuckling she momentarily turned her attention to the cookie in her hand.
"I didn't know you had a twin sister." Because that was both interesting and important to know about your... dormmates? "Is she still in Bauxbatons?" She grabbed another cookie and looked down at her open book. "I didn't mean to make your name sounds stupid, by the way." She added as an afterthought, but not really one. Louisa didn't know whether she was supposed to apologize or not because of that, either way she wouldn't because she knows she didn't mean to make it come out bad.

"It isn't small. I have quite a big mouth. Not as big as a Quidditch goal, but big enough," Vivi lingered over her cookies, carefully shaking excess crumbs onto the floor. No itchy crumbs in bed.
"Sophia. My sister. We aren't identical." Not in looks or personality. Fee was a Slytherin, but she was also an angel child. And Vivi was a Fee devotee. "She goes here. My little brother is at Beauxbatons, but I dunno if he'll stay there now that I'm gone. He's sort of a pliable little idiot and went where he was told." She was not a Mo devotee, although he was fine as far as little kids went.
As for the name... eh. Vivi wasn't fussed over it, not when it had been apparent that Louisa was trying to be funny rather than cruel. "Well. I'm sorry I fell over on you in Defense. I wasn't trying to, you know? I was... I lost my balance." Louisa didn't need to know that Vivi had been trying to comfort her. It would seem like pandering at this point.

This girl was weeeeeeeird. Louisa raised her eyebrows at her, it was hard to tell maybe but the surprise should be showing somehow. "Having a small mouth is a part of being attractive, you know." She grabbed another cookie, one before last. "Mine's big, yours a bit smaller." Yep, she noticed.
"You have a twin sister in Hogwarts?" Wow, this girl was full of surprises. "How come I never saw you hanging out with her?" Not that Louisa stalked Vivi or kept an eye on who she was spending time with or anything. But she did come across the girl a lot, being in her house and year. That was her sole reason. "I would like to have a sister. Let alone one my age." Instead of going through this long boring hurtful process of trying to build that bridge of trust with a friend to be claimed as a sister later. So much time consuming.
Oh, she said the sorry word. Louisa waved her hand dismissively, "It's nothing." Ahem. "I'm sorry I blinded you. I'm.. not usually that jumpy... just recently I'm a bit jumpier than usual." Clearing her throat she quickly added, "Would you like another cookie?" No graceful tossing this time.

"If that was true, girls wouldn't try so hard to make their mouths bigger with lipstick and that junk," Vivi offered, quite logically. Her own mouth was, in fact, a little cupid's bow, but she didn't want to be told that having a big mouth was unattractive. "I'm not all that fussed with being considered attractive. It's tedious and subjective."
She didn't really want to talk about Fee, since she was missing her so keenly at the moment, so Vivi simply shrugged as she finished off the cookie and shook remaining crumbs off her lap. "I hang out with loads of people without you knowing about it. Not to offend, but I don't run these things through a committee for approval."
Yeah, sure. There were plenty of ways that could be taken wrongly, and Vivi didn't really want to dwell on THAT either. Too many topics she didn't care to dwell on here. Made a girl twitchy. "Let's not apologize for every way we've wronged each other so far. I'm not blind, you're not smooshed. We'll make it to June in one piece, Merlin willing."
And yes. She did want a cookie, and Vivi slid out of her bed, taking all her blankets with her and came across the few steps to sit on the edge of Louisa's. "Cookie, please."

It was official, right then at that moment when Vivi said being attractive was tedious and subjective, that moment was decisive; Louisa liked the girl. The Head Girl smiled subtly at that, then laughed at the girl's next comment. "Not offended." That sounded the kind of thing a daughter of an ex-headmistress and a current president of something would say and expect to happen to her some day. Ya know, like in the movies. "However, I would think that the daughter of president Rae-Branxton has to run certain stuff through a committee for approval." She couldn't help but flash her an amused grin.
And before Louisa could shoot a question at the Ravenclaw, Vivi slid out of her bed. Louisa scooted to the side, giving the blonde more space on her bed, and was about to move her own blanket but decided otherwise. Double-blanketting with Vivi would be one step closer to being close friends with the girl. "Only two is left anyway." She said regarding to the cookies, and arranged the pillows so Vivi could lean back on them. "Here," one cookie was offered and the other was stared at.
"Like how does it feel having your mother in school with you? I mean.." She maneuvered herself to look at the girl, "Don't you feel a bit... watched? Or is it reassuring? Your mother seemed really nice, and smart, when I met her in the compartment." Sheer curiosity here, and even if the president didn't stay in school full-time, she did come over quite a lot, right? Louisa was curious about how it felt to have a witch-mother, too, instead of a magic-phobic one but that wasn't very urging anymore.

"My mother..." Vivi began, finally breaking the silence on a topic she didn't really like to speak about. Not because she didn't love her mother or sort of worship the ground she walked on, but because she never wanted to use her mother as a crutch. Not as a reason people had to pretend to like her, not as someone scary she could run and hide behind, not as a measuring stick people were comparing her against.
She began again as she settled into the pillows and picked up the cookie. "My mother has always tried to raise us to be as normal as possible, which is hard considering my father is rather well-known himself, and because he's exacting and has ridiculous standards of appropriate behavior in all things." And she adored him too. Talk about ridiculous. "So no. No committees. No unreasonable expectations. I thought I'd hate having her here, but so far, it's been sort of nice. She belongs in this place more than anyone." And it patched up places inside Vivi that had been broken during that year of not seeing her mother around Hogwarts as a small child.
"My mother is the very best person I know." She licked a smudge of chocolate from her thumb and gave Louisa a crooked little smile. "And I'm nothing like her."
Oh no, Merlin! Presley had misunderstood her...Elliot rolled her eyes..."No..I meant we finished what we were doing." Which was totally not snogging...or anything. Nope. She smirked. "Lunch is still on, don't worry. He doen't think you like him..." her smirk disappeared...and she shot a look at Presley...clearly, she wanted Presley to be on her best behavior tomorrow.
Pahaaa!
Elliot snickered..."Well, at first I thought she liked it..then she told me she didn't...but I had already done it...meh, I don't care. It amused me." A lot. Like Elliot had burst into laughter after doing it..
She glanced over at the...other girls...hmm. "I don't know...they're eating candy, and you know I hate candy..." so totally a reason not to attend something, you know, because they had CANDY.
Right, Elliot.
"Oh". Well now this was awkward. Because Presley knew they'd been snogging, and she could only feel uncomfortable about it because Elliot didn't talk about things like this, and Presley had never had a boyfriend to snog.
Presley rolled her eyes. "Why would he think I don't like him? We had about a two second interaction where you introduced us, and I asked if he was in Gryffindor. What's not to like?" But, as Presley had recently discovered, she wasn't very likeable. Apparently.
The fifth year raised her eyebrows at her friend, as if to say 'really?' She stood up and skipped over to the younger girls. "Hey, is it alright if Elliot joins us?" She asked loud enough for Elliot to hear her. "She's never been to a slumber party either." She smiled sweetly, the tried to remember if she'd already told Elise and the baby that she'd never been to a slumber party. Maybe she hadn't..Well, the knew now.

Well... wow. Louisa didn't expect that much, but she definitely savored all this information. The Ravenclaw's eyes almost twinkled in the dark with admiration; Seriously what would it be like if your mom was a President of some sort and your dad was a well-known figure? Whatever it felt like, it definitely beats the magic-hating mom and nonexistent wizard dad.
She returned Vivi's smile with one of her own, half a smile and half a smirk. "You're not?" Hmmm. She finished her cookie, nonchalantly sweeping imaginary crusts off her lap, "She must be proud so far though. You're one of the top points earning Ravenclaw." Nodnod, oh! And, "What about your twin sister? Is she more like your mom?" It seemed only reasonable to have one twin resembling the dad, and the other resembling the mum.
Pause...
Was Louisa supposed to share something like that with Vivi? No, cross that, did Louisa want to share something like that with Vivi?
"I'm exactly like my father." She said, sulking into the pillows more and crossing her arms. "The same hair, the same eyes, the same magical blood. Most importantly, we share the same stubborn head, same sarcastic sense and.." A chuckle escaped her lips, genuinely amused by the irony that's coming, ".. and we never even met before this summer."

It was a shame the cookies were gone, but Vivi wasn't remotely inclined to get off Louisa's bed. It was warmer over here by another person, and now she was settled and... well... Louisa would have to kick her out.
"Anyone can be a top point earner," she scoffed a bit. It was impossible to tell if her mother was proud. She said she was. She looked it. But Vivi didn't feel it, and so it was hard to trust. "As for Fee, she's the best of them both, I think. Organized and structured like Dad and generous like Mom. And Mo... that's my brother. He's just... dunno. He's amiable. I broke his leg when he was little, and he just smiled at me." Weird little kid.
She made a show of pulling her blanket up around her ears as Louisa talked, if only to avoid having to look at her too closely. It might make her feel awkward or judged to have all that scrutiny when she was being so honest. "Are you really like him? I think sometimes we measure ourselves without knowing it. I bet you aren't as much like him as you think." Unless she wanted to be. "Did you like meeting him, then?"

She swallowed what's left of her cookie and dusted off the imaginary cookie crusts off her lap. "Not in our house. Hulloooo! We're the studious ones. You're like the geekiest of the geeks or something." And she meant that in a nice way. She grabbed the book again, pulled her feet closer, and started to flip through the pages lazily.
The way Vivi talked about her family members definitely meant the girl loved them way too much. She paused on her page flipping and turned to give the girl an amused smile, "Sooo we got the short end of the stick." Between Vivi and Fee. "Bummer." Giggling she turned her gaze back to her book and continued more seriously, "So you're like the unique out-of-place one in your family? Fee has the best of both of your parents and Mo has natural amiability. What do you have?" Genuinely curious.
Did she enjoy the dad meeting? "Not enjoy. I was just curious to see the man. And now I've seen him." Short story, really. Louisa turned back to her book and continued looking for her page.

Hmm. Vivi didn't want to be 'geekiest of the geeks', since it sounded like trying too hard. And Vivi wasn't trying too hard - the points she'd earned were for things she'd been interested in attempting or for classes she cared about enough to try.
Short end of the stick? Vivi turned her head as the Head Girl picked up the book, her eyes on the pile of books and parchments on her own bed. "I suppose you could say that."
What book was it that the Head Girl found so much more interesting than their conversation? Vivi leaned over and attempted to read the cover as she answered. "I take care of them all." If she couldn't be good and generous, then Vivi stood between her family and the world so that they could continue to be those things.
It was interesting the way that Louisa mentally framed the meeting with her father, and Vivi tried very hard not to look at the girl, doubly hard because she was still trying to see the book. "And you'll never see him again? Or do you want to get to know him better?"

.....IT HURT. It hurt. It hurt so much. So bad.
..that was all Beezus could make out of the match. She didn't even care who won. It was all clear that she lost...she lost Dylan and now she was losing herself.
What was there to it really? Why did it hurt so much? Why was she so affected? The answer was already there...it has been there for a while now, she just wouldn't admit it to anyone nor to herself. She loved Dylan. She still does, SO MUCH, that was why it hurt. She was just too afraid to give in because she didn't want to get hurt. Turns out, she was going to be hurt either way.
Beezus legs weren't under her control anymore, they moved of their own accord, she didn't have the strength to pull herself together right now. As she walked to the Dormitory, all she could see was that moment.. Dylan kissing Selina, it kept flashing on her mind. Her arms hand loose on her sides when she finally arrived on the foot of her bed.
...that's when the sobs came. Muffled, yet clear and piercing. Breathes that were rapid but would suddenly came to a halt, squeaks that came succeedingly.
"Dylan.....Dy......"
Her body shivered, she shook her head to stop the surge of emotions. It wasn't helping. Finally, she let out a loud whimper as she slumped lifelessly on the floor. Biting her lip, she edged to rest her back on one side of her bed, pulled her knees towards her throbbing chest, and just cried.

She didn't care. Not anymore.
So...Elliot had seen the whole thing. And had been silently commentating...the whole thing. She knew, when she saw the horrible boy kissing the Gryffie captain...her eyes had gone straight to Beezus...
And here they were. Elliot didn't want to intrude...because Beezus wasn't like her best friend or anything. BUt she felt awful...AWFUL for her...it was different...when you cheat on someone...but to do it in front of the entire school? EVERYONE had been at that game, and EVERYONE knew about Beezus and Dylan, thanks to St. Kurumi's WONDERFUL commentary...
So the blonde slipped into the dormitory....trying to be as quiet as she could...she just wanted to make sure the girl didn't do anything REALLY stupid..like try to burn the common room down..or something. She tip toed to her bed, and couldn't help but hear those paaaainful sobs...
STAB.
GAH! What was Elliot to do?! She knew she would LIKE to go give that boy a piece of her MIND. But...
UGH.
So she flopped down on her bed, making sure that it made noise...just to let Beezus know that hey..someone IS in here...and Elliot sighed...she was lousy..at this.

She might've been a huge wreck but she still had her sense of perception. And right now, it was telling her that someone other than her had made its way back to the Dormitory.
Beezus didn't know who it was since her mind was still completely drowning with flashes of the earlier scene. Merlin, she didn't knew she was going to cry like this at Hogwarts. The same cry when her sister died. It was just devastating.
*SNIFFLE*
She knew she had to say something. At least not to annoy the intruder...
"Uhmmm.." Talking proved to be hard because sobs came rushing in without warning. .."I..sorry...b-b--bout tis...." She had to cover her mouth with the back of her hand. "...I just..." LIP-BITING... "..need...let 'tis oww awt..."

...more crying.....
Elliot took a deep breath and was about to just let Beezus cry in peace...but then..
SHE SPOKE.
Elliot felt herself wanting to break something. SHe really did. Elliot felt her anger bubbling. Boys were SO STUPID. Beezus was one of the nicest (not mention weirdest) people she knew! Elliot wold deserve something like this, SURE. But Beezus? HECK NO!
The blonde stood up and sat on the bed next to Beezus..."It's Elliot.." you know, not some random stranger in here...just a fellow 'claw. Who might just punch Dylan next time she saw him...
*mellow*
"And a wise person once told me it's better to just...let it out sometimes, you know?" she said, her voice staying surprisingly steady for being soo..TICKED. She smirked to herself..using Beezus' OWN advice on her...that was pretty Clever, Morganzo..not to toot your own horn or anything, buuut...
*toot*

Why? Why? Why? Just...why? Why was she letting it hurt her? Get to her? She was much stronger than that... Yes, she was. Until Dylan came along. That's when she lost her defenses.
It's Elliot.
Well, that was just awkward. Last night, she was was the one listening to the blonde's misery, and now, it was her turn. Give and take relationship, is it? "Oh..." she managed to say without letting sobs come in between..
Then the girl gave her an advice. THAT advice.
Beezus couldn't help but chuckle, although it only sounded like a cat crying because a bone got stuck in its throat. "Y-yeah...." SNIFFLE. SNIFFLE. "...I....am........." She still couldn't figure out for herself why Dylan did that. He said he loves her. But... GULP. "D-did...did....you...." Her breathing was becoming rapid. "...D'ja see? .....w-wha happened a'....." DARN. ...."'ter....teh game?"
She wanted to know if it really happened, because she was now doubting herself so much, or if it was just imagination playing with her.

Elliot put a hand on the girl's back....she was sobbing like crazy..."Beezus, Beezus...calm down..." she said, unable to heard someone cry so...pathetically. It was making her angrier. At that kid. That horrible...kid. Because anyone that immature, regardless of age, was a KID.
HMPH.
GULP.
Merlin...Elliot breathed nervously...Merlin merlin MERLIN. She needed to be a NICE person rightnow...nice nice NICE ELLIOT! She patted her back a bit..."Beezus...I saw it. It happened. There's no point denying it. That's the first step of..recovery." Made it sound like a disease or something...
And now she was silent...thinking...thinking about what to say? Beezus had been so helpful last night...and Elliot just...sucked. Badly. At this...she wished she had some tea...or something..."DO you want me to go get some ice cream?" she asked suddenly, remembering...Beezus was somewhat of an ice cream freak...Elliot could make that happen?

She was still sobbing uncontrollably but somehow, Elliot's presence was helping ease the pain. She wanted to be hugged right now. But Elliot wasn't the type so the brunette settled to clinging to the comforting feeling that was brought about by the girl's touch. She needed her Mom. Just as suddenly. She wanted her Mom to be there. She would understand without her having to say anything.. but she wasn't...
Elliot was a huge help though, Beezus heaved in a deep sigh before pressing her knees closer to her chest. "I'm not...denying it..." Yes, she was surprised at how she was talking without sobs in between now. "...but it hurts....Elliot, it....." Weeelllpppp... "...it hurts..."
Dylan, why was he always hurting her?
Ice cream. Heh.
That wasn't what she needed. Aside from a hug, all she needed now was Dylan. It was shameless and selfish but it was the plain, ridiculous truth. "...I want Dylan to explain.." Beezus said, in a shaky, low voice.

Lana knew it wasn't her place at all, but she had been watching all through the match how her fellow Eagle was and she had seen her former teammate leave in a hurry. Seeing another Eagle upset made her sad and being sad was not something she was at all good at. Blue was one of their house colour but it was not a mood that sat well with her and that was why she had quietly, but quickly made her way back to their common room and then up to their dormitory.
Waiting a few moments, she quietly opened the door and peeked her head inside to see if Beezus was okay. Just the thought of her being sad was something odd to Lana. The two of them weren't exactly close friends but they were on a quidditch team together and she did consider them at least friends on some level.
Quietly, Lana made her way into the room and looked to Elliott. "Is she okay?" she mouthed extremely quiet as she headed for her own bed to grab the box a top of it. She had been holding on to the contents for a later time, but she thought maybe Beezus would like one.
Making her way to the bed beside the one her friend was on, she sat down. "Beezus, would you like a cupcake? I got them for my birthday and I would like you to have one." she voiced as she reached in and pulled out blue milkshake looking one.
She wasn't good with tears and maybe if she got her mind of crying, it would be okay.

Elliot thought maybe it was hug time...Oh Merlin..Elliot hated hugs..but she girl's sobs were just too hard to listen to...so she hugged Beezus...like she did her little sisters when they were crying...when their father was being..'mean.' She thought her own problems seemed...childish compared to Beezus' though.
Beezus' heart was broken. And Elliot had no idea what that felt like...probably a lot worse than any physical pain.
She should talk now...use her words...she was usually beast at words..."I know it hurts, Beezus. I know....it hurts more than anything in the entire world. It feels like you'll never feel anything again...and you don't know how you're going to get up tomorrow..." Reading so many novels...yep THAT was coming in handy..because Elliot was NOT speaking from experience..."But the thing is, you've got to get up. You can't let this knock you down. You're better than that..."
Elliot deserved an award for that speech, she did. She was quite proud of it, too!
And...Dylan. Elliot scowled...but..."I think...that's a good idea. BEcause leaving things unfinished, and broken, only leads to unhealed wounds. And as much as...I would like to give him a kick to his face for you...you do need to talk to him..." Sigh.
She couldn't believe she had this side of her...in her! It must be her mother's genes peering through...she hugged Beezus tighter and then let go...
She looked up, startled, as another came in...oh no...
Hyde's sister...Lana. Elliot didn't have a problem withher. SHe shook her head at the girl's question...and smiled when she offered Beezus cupcakes..."Beezus, did you know, there's a chemical in chocolate that makes women feel better? Like...it affects our hormones and stuff...so...you should eat a chocolate one...you HAVE chocolate ones, right?" she asked, shooting her a look that plainly said, 'if you do not have chocolate ones I will hex you!'

Holding the cupcake out, Lana looked between Beezus and Elliot. "My mum always told me that chocolate made things better. The medicine for the soul," she nodded and smiled softly. It always made her feel better. Well chocolate, candy and ice cream; but chocolate cupcakes was all she had with her at the moment and they would have to do. "They are all chocolate actually," she replied quickly. "They kind of taste like cauldron cakes with chocolate mousse inside."

...HUG....
All at one, when Eliot's arms were flung around her, Beezus leaned on the girl, sobbing more hysterically than ever. She needed to let this all out. She just had to. For what seemed like minutes, she only cried, varying from volume, intensity and impact.
"..It does....." It hurts. Crying it all out in one sweep did her good. Talking became easier now. She began to wipe the tears on her face with her hands. "..I know...I've...gotta pull myself together. We have a game to win tomorrow." And she just can't let her overflowing, intensifying emotions get in the way.
Talk to him. Now that she thought hard about it. Well, she didn't want to hear anything from him anymore. Beezus just realized that if Dylan really did love her like he says he is, he would never do that act in the first place. "I don't...want to talk to him anymore.." If she was confusing Elliot, just imagine how she was confusing herself. "...I mean...what he did was....I don't know..." Head-shaking. "..it was pretty jerky, right? What caused him to do that really? Was it because they lost?" She was still crying per say, but she was calmer now. "...Was it the best way to console himself? To kiss a girl? If he was too keen on the idea, why not just ask her?! DARN. It took her long enough to see how a moron the guy she was in love with was.
...and then Elliot released her so she moved to curl on the bed, slipping a pillow beneath her head...
Lana, hello.
Cupcakes? She didn't want to disappoint the girl but she just didn't want anything to eat right now. It might choke her to death.
"...Uhmm...no thank you Lana..." she said, with a slight shake of the head.
And seriously Elliot? Chocolate? Was she not aware of the allergy?
Another shake of the head, "I'm..allergic.." Sniffle. Sniffle.
Elliot didn't say anything...she even patted her on the back..gently...just pretending she was Dani...or Sam...a little girl, her emotions on the frontline, vulnerable. Elliot was glad...she was glad to be of help. For once. IN her entire life.
CRAP!
The game WAS tomorrow! Shoot! Elliot had completely forgotten! Who in Merlin's name had schedule TWO games in a row?!? Complete and utter NONSENSE! Elliot sighed...
And then..she changed her mind? THis confused Elliot.."You-you sure, Beezus?" Elliot didn't know...if this was a good idea...or not...not to even talk about it? At all? "If you talk about it...it's not like you have to get together...it's just so that things aren't left confusing and muddled..." Elliot was sure being a hypocrite right now...Miss 'I don't talk about anything'. Ever.
OH..
Allergic...oops..."I forgot, sorry," she muttered. She glanced at Lana...Laura's twin...she liked Lana better. "I...don't like chocolate, sorry," she said with a shrug..."You can sit, too, if you want to talk...or anyting," she offered, gesturing to the spot next to her.
Elliot was being NICE. and it was WEIRD for EVERYONE involved...

Lana frowned as she placed the cupcake back into the box. "I never knew that you couldn't have chocolate," she voiced softly. Learn something new every day. Folding her hands in her lap, she looked back to the fourth years and bit her lip. She really didn't understand what was going on completely, but she didn't like to see people upset over the silly things that boys did. "You know, boys are just stupid," she blurted out before covering her mouth. She hadn't meant to say that, but it just come out of her mouth before she could stop herself.
"Sorry, I didn't mean it." she smiled weakly. "Well, I did but I didn't mean to say it like that. They are just stupid and they ruin things. That's what they do. This is why we play quidditch and hit blunders at them." It was true in her mind at least. If she had a boy that made her sad, she would go after him with a beater's bat.
Looking back at the fourth years, she blinked and covered her mouth again. "I'll be quiet now."

Yes, she was sure.
SIGH. No more tears. Only sniffling left to deal with, and bloodshot eyes. "I guess, I overreacted.. We had this deal you know." Uhh, she was telling them? Looks like she is. "...I know how he feels about me, and I feel...the same?" She pressed her face on the pillow. Hell, she was confusing as a rotating top. "...he asked me out you know, but I...I wasn't ready...I'm still not." Sniiiiiifff... "..so we agreed to have a setting like there's no strings attached? Like...we be sweet to each other but we don't have to answer to one another?" Believe it or not, she took the risk.
Now she paid the price. She was undeniably in love with him.
"So really, it was all me...being too dramatic and all." Because I thought he was starting to make it real. I was so wrong.
"Sorry to drag you in to this, guys.."
Oh, and Lana.. Boys aren't stupid.
Beezus yawned. She wanted to close her eyes, it was was stinging. "Lana, not all boys are bad and stupid..." Dylan may be a jerk, but he cared for her. That's what she believes. "...It's the feelings that complicate things." UH-OH. She was crying again. Tears were flowing from her eyes once more. "..and fears...Boys act like they don't care and all, but they do. I...I think they do." That was what she WANTED to believe, that Dylan cared for her. "In my case, it was my fault really...because I...just don't want to let him in. Now, I'm hurting and it's all because of my doing."
SIGH. Tear wiping. She needed to sleep, yep.
"Listen, uhmm...thank you. Really...Really...thanks you guys... For the words..and the chocolate...and cupcakes...and hug. Can I just...be alone now?"
