The driver and snack lady sit waaaaaay up front in the driver's cab, but there are plenty of other compartments up here! Careful you don't sit in the Prefects' cab though.
Mom says I have no sense of direction, so I packed my bags and right.

Merlin.
"D-Don't mention it," Kurumi stammered as her cheeks rose in color again. "I am sure someone else could have fixed you too." It wasn't the most advanced magic after all and any of the other older students could have assisted him. "Just glad I could help but...I have to ask...why were you using a Teeth Growing Spell in the first place?"
Performing it nonverbally - maybe - was something to be admired. Kurumi hadn't really mastered any spells nonverbally at Oakey's age that she could think of. Well, maybe Aguamenti and the Hover Charm, but she couldn't entirely recall.
Kurumi really needed to just let his complement sink in, she sorta saved his life. Oakey shook his head back and forth when she said anyone could have done it. "Right, fine." He said with a smile.
He wanted to say o her that she'd have done it the best, but Kurumi seemed set on toning down all of his praises.
"I was thinking of ways to get back at the boy who kissed Laura." Oakey told Kurumi, his smile turned quickly into a frown, "I think I took my revenge plot to seriously and accidentally cast the teeth growing spell."
Did Kurumi know he was dating Laura, would she even care? Oakey wasn't sure he wanted to stay in relationship with Laura anyways. She was to much for him to handle, and she always found herself in trouble. That wouldn't end well for Oakey.
He wanted to take his mind off the incident so he waved his wand in his hand some. Maybe he could try another Non-Verbal...
...
O_O
MERLINS GREAT WHITE AND FUZZY BEARD! DID HE JUST DO THAT! Oakey looked at his wand again and waved it once more.
NOW THE TRAIN WAS SLOWING DOWN TOO!
Oakey tossed his new wand in fear that he was the one causing the weird occurrence that was happening with the train! "Kurumi, That wasn't me I swear! I wasn't even thinking anything this time!"
Oakey sat in silence. He hadn't thought this in a loooooong time but what if his bad luck was effecting the train?

"I hope nothing broke in your bag though," Melanie said, eying the bag the boy had just dropped on the floor. Because it might've and that wouldn't be good at all.
Melanie looked at Alice then back at Landon... then at Alice again. "Well, take a seat!!!" she said, "I made you fried Oreos... just in case," Melanie added, taking a seat. She laid her blanket back on her lap then picked her bag off of the ground. Unzipping it, she rummaged through it, pulling out her plastic container of fried Oreos. Not her teddy. Not yet at least... because then Landon might scream or panic or something.

Does the train appear to be losing speed, or is that just your paranoia?
Landon laughed as the two girls called him by his unbelievable nicknames and hugged him. He hugged them back, ruffling Alice's hair as he did so. "So how's my Melon and Munchkin?" He chuckled, grabbing his bag up off of the floor.
Right. He should've thought about what could possibly break in his bag before he dropped it. "Well-I don't think there was anything breakable in there." He shook his head, looking down at it. Hopefully not. He couldn't remember, he had his bag packed for days, and Andrew helped him out with most of it. He then pushed the bag on the little shelf above and smiled at Melanie and Alice.
FRIED OREOS.
His smile got even bigger as Melanie pulled out the container of fried oreos she made him and he watched as Alice took some. He shook his head, chuckling. "Thanks, Melanie. You're the best." He said, taking a seat across from the two girls. He took a couple of the fried oreos in his hands and ate one. Yummm. "You know, I ate those fried oreos that you gave me in Diagon Alley in a day?" He nodded. It was true, although he did feel pretty sick afterwards. But to Landon, it was worth it.
The fourteen-year-old turned towards Alice who was asking if she could get her pig rabbit out and he froze for a couple of seconds. He hesitated before saying, "As long as it's not a teddy bear." Yes. Because if it was a teddy bear, he wouldn't even be near the two girls anymore.
Before he knew it though, the lights flickered off and he panicked. He stood up from the seat and walked towards where he knew Melanie and Alice were. The lights flickered back on and he pushed his way in the middle of the two, sitting in between them, holding both of their hands. Of course Landon was scared of the dark, but he wasn't going to let them know that. "Er-just trying to see if you two are okay." He lied, holding his grip on the girl's hands, not ever going to let go until he knows that it was okay. He felt the train slowing down and he looked at Alice, then Melanie. "What's going on?" He asked, biting his lip, nervously.

He asked, biting his lip, nervously.
Ah, it was definitely nice to be going to Hogwarts. She readjusted the blanket, unfolding it. Melanie smiled when Queen Alice took a seat next to her and ate some of the fried oreos. Plus, Queen Alice could totally share her blanket since they were sitting together and all.
”Of course, Pobby likes Oreos and you said you liked it last time,” Melanie replied to the younger girl. Plus, it was fun frying it. It would be pointless to fry them for fun and not eat them... so really, it was a win-win sort of situation.
She was quite tempted to reply to Pobby and let him know that she wasn't his Melon but stopped. ”Excited!” Melanie replied beaming. Really excited. She was amazed that she was sitting still in her seat and not jumping around The place like a five year old given way too much sugar. Well, he said there was nothing breakable in his bag, so she let that part slide. She would've checked though because some things thst didn't appear breakable would break.
Then came the question from Alice about the pig rabbit. Of course! Melanie should've put the pig rabbit in her bag as opposed to her teddy bear. She looked at her bag on the ground with a slight pout. She wouldn't be able to take out her teddy bear now, would she? Because then Landon would scream or-
Melabie didn't get to finish that thought because the lights went out and Pobby had squished himself inbetween Alice and herself. And he was holding their hands. She was grateful for that because Melanie was panicking. Was the train supposed to slow down? Her other hand placed the container on her lap and gripped onto The blanket on her lap while the other squeezed Pobby's hand. ”I'm scared,” Melanie squeaked out, her voice a little bit higher than usual as the lights flickered. ”Is this supposed to happen?”
Because she didn't remember reading about it in the book. Given, she hadn't finished it but still! This felt like a horror movie and someone wss going to be killed or something equally horrible. Melanie just held on tightly to Pobby's hand and her blanket. And if she cut off the circulation from his hand, it wasn't her fault.

Granted, Kurumi really was not fond of that particular Hufflepuff seeing all the trouble she caused and hot flat out rude she had been to Kurumi despite coming to the Gryffindor for advice. Rudeness was one thing, asking for help and THEN being rude was an entirely different matter. Not to mentioned the girl had flat out ignored her instructions in Transfiguration and nearly grew a bloody tree...

But then suddenly the lights to the train went out and the train was slowing down. Kurumi's first thought was dementors or death eaters - historically speaking of course - but she of course did not verbalize any of this. That would only cause wide spread panic. Instead Kurumi put an arm around the panicking and flailing Oakey's shoulder as she flicked her want in the air to cast a nonverbal Lumos which illuminated the immediate area.
"It's okay everyone, try to stay calm," Kurumi said with surprisingly no quivering in her own voice. To answer the one girl's question, no, this did not happen all the time. In fact, this would be the first time in her now seven terms at Hogwarts that this had happened. Again, she refrained from saying anything to avoid panic.
Kurumi moved her wand around a little, trying to illuminate the area as best she could. No one was hurt, right?

Meh. Really..Rich could go now if he wanted to. Beezus can manage herself, plus he's done more than enough. He did more than comfort her, and she was grateful for that.
She bent down to get Davinci, placed the feline back on her lap as she waited for the Slytherin to exit the door.
....when the lights started flickering...
Beezus, eyebrows furrowed with question, sent her companion a quizzical look. What was going on? Power shortage or something? Okay, maybe Rich shouldn't go? 1. She didn't wanna be left alone with flickering lights. 2. She didn't want anything to happen to him if something amiss was really taking place.
The Ravenclaw then stood up, and placed her cat on the space she was seating before and edged towards the compartment door..
What was that noise?
.....
..........BLAM! The train had stopped.
Beezus was lucky that she was standing close by the door, that when it came to a sudden halt, she managed to hold on to it's knob. Davinci on the other hand had fallen with a loud thud on the floor and with a rather ear-splitting meow scampered off to one corner.
"HOLYSNITCH!" The Ravenclaw exclaimed, getting back on her feet.
"Something's wrong." Beezus muttered silently as she slid open the door and stepped out of the compartment.

Kurumi moved towards one of the windows to see if she could see anything outside. She was trembling just a bit, seeing as the only light was that coming from her wand, but she could make out a silvery figure that had to be a patronus by the looks of it.
"Beezus," Kurumi smiled as bravely as she could when the Ravenclaw came out of her compartment. Yeah...something WAS wrong....but no one panic pleeeeeeeease?! "Could everyone please stay where they are? Someone seems to have just sent a patronus out for help." She had no idea whose patronus was a cat, but it was someone and most likely one of the train's visitors.
Kurumi herself leaned against the wall of the corridor and slid down until she was sitting on the floor as well....until she heard muffled voices and then she was back to peeking out the window while on her knees.
Now there were two people outside...and one had very fiery red hair. "Headmistress Truebridge?" And who was the other bloke? Kurumi THOUGHT she had seen him before...at Hogwarts even.

Seven...oh man. Elliot crinkled her nose. "Mine isn't even a year old yet..." but HEY! "My sister Sam is seven almost eight! So...they're going to be the same year at Hogwarts!" she exclaimed, somewhat excited for her sister. "She's just like me..." which meant she was EXTRA COOL.
Heehee.
Elliot smirked. "You seem to have mastered that skill already, though, Lottie.." Elliot was definitely reminded remarkably of herself. She then looked back at the little puffball.
"Can I pet him now?" she eyed him, wanting longingly to pet his little face off. Elliot could appreciate a cute little animal.
Oh, so, a very little baby? Heh. She didn't have memories of Ollie that young. Only by pictures, but as far as remembering on her own. No. She gasped, though, at this amazing news. "Oh, you have another sister?" those weren't the amazing news, really, just the fact that there was someone else like Elliot around. Someone...her brother probably wouldn't like. "That's brilliant, though." A wide smile was on her face...
...which turned into a small smirk thanks to Elliot's next words. "Of course." Why, thank you.
"Is a she." Suddenly, the smirk had gone away. Could she not tell Mags was NOT a he? Soon enough, she smiled, "Maybe not...yet...," because Mags seemed touched by that 'he' comment.
And then lights started to flicker before the train finally stopped. Er...what now?
"We aren't there yet, right?" She knew not by experience that the train ride was incredibly long...so...they couldn't be at Hogwarts yet. Mags was immediately on her shoulder, though. Lottie didn't wait for Elliot to answer before sticking her head out the compartment. Other compartments seemed rather messy, but...people seemed to be alright.

It appeared so. And she didn't feel the need to answer, because basically...they were alright, yes? Her eyes flickered to Elliot. Yeah, they were fine, right? BUT HOW COOL! The wand lighting up thing. She needs to try that.

Oh, what? Who was this girl peeking through a window? And why hadn't Lottie thought of that??
"Come, look," she said, to Elliot, while inside their own compartment. There was no way she was going to someone else's when they had one, of course. Mags was still on her shoulder as she looked out the window at...who appeared to be the Headmistress. She had nice hair, by the way.

Alice popped another oreo in her mouth, not too worried by the lights. Probably just a muggle malfunction? Nothing serious. She shook her head at Melanie as she pulled out her pig rabbit and wrapped her arms around it. In case anything happened. With her free hand, she was holding one of Landon's. He seemed awfully afraid. "Are you okay? ... No worries. It... It's just a light, right?
And then the train stopped.
Alice, being so small and light, was thrown against the opposite seat. She hit it face first, and when she pulled away, blood was trickled down her chin. She had a cut lip, but it was nothing serious. Wiping the cut off on her sleeve and ignoring it when they startes to sting and more blood started to flow, she turned back to her friends. Are you two okay?" She was worried about them more than anything.

and Oakey fell forward shutting his eyes tight, with Kurumi right on top of him her elbow digging into his stomach. He opened his eyes to see Charmer confused of what just happened hop back into his crate and fall back asleep.
Guess it wasn't him after all, thank Merlin for that! Oakey decided it would be best to keep his wand on him now, even if it cared the heeby-jeeby's out of him a moment ago.
He grabbed his wand from the floor quickly before Kurumi got up, dragging him along with her to the train corridor. "I'm fine." Oakey reassured Kurumi. "You can let go Kurumi.", but she didn't. In fact she dragged him along with her to a window and as she looked outside Oakey took a quick look himself. It was getting dark, and he was sure he just saw a white light move off into the distance.
He looked up at Beezus who had just stated the obvious. "Something's always wrong."
Oakey now free from Kurumi's grasp also leaned up against the wall, but did not sit.
"The Headmistress is outside?" Oakey asked alarmed when Kurumi turned herself around again, and looked out the window. "Wait, was she on the train?"

The Ravenclaw tried to return the smile with on of her own. Cautiously walking with her hand on the walls, she approached the Prefect, and slumped down next to her, "What's going on?" Something was really going on.
As the Gryffindor knelt and peeked outside, Beezus did the same. Unfortunately though, she couldn't see anything. "..who are those guys?" was all she could ask based from the silhouette that she could see.

Landon laughed as Melanie said she was excited. He was too. Really excited. Even more than excited, but excited pretty much was general enough to describe how he was really feeling. He was just excited to even be on the train going to Hogwarts.
As the lights went out and came back on, he felt Melanie squeeze his hand tighter and he blushed. He turned to face Alice as she didn't even seem scared. How could she not be scared? He just didn't understand.
Before he knew it, the train stopped abruptly and he felt Alice let go of his hand and watched as she hit the other seat. His eyes widened as he saw that the oreos in his lap were now on the ground and Alice's lip was bleeding. He rubbed the back of his head where he had bumped it and ran over to Alice, with a worried look on his face. "Are we okay? More like are you okay?" He said, putting a hand up to Alice's cheek, checking out her lip which was bleeding.
What to do, what to do.
"Um-towel...blanket...tissues!" He said, rambling out his thoughts. He grabbed his bag which was now on the floor that had seemed to fall when the train had stopped. He grabbed some tissues from the side of the bag and walked back over to Alice, pressing one of the tissues to her lip and wiping the rest of the blood off of her face. "Are you hurt anywhere else?" He asked, extremely worried. He just hoped she wouldn't start crying. Landon looked back at Melanie for help and wondered if she got hurt too. "Are you okay?" He asked, biting his lip. This was extremely horrible.

Melanie was definitely scared. She was panicking. Did this happen every year? Was that why Alice was sitting valmly eating the oreos? Melanie just gripped tightly onto Landon's hand. She didn't know what she was supposed to do and her stomach felt all weird and stuff. She didn't like this feeling at all. Queen Alice was saying that it was just the light though. Right... There was nothing to be afraid of.
The girl took a deep breath in and out but that feeling in her stonach wouldn't go away. She was too afraid. There was probably something outside ready to attack them all or something. Maybe it was an insane clown. Maybe it was an insane clown WITH a pet snake. There was a loud sound though and tge train lurched to a stop tossing Melanie out of her seat and the oreos fell off of her lap.
She let out a little shriek as she hit the seat opposite, hitting her head. ”Ow...” the girl said sitting up and touching her head. She had just hit herself hard... It wasn't bleeding or anything but she held onto it as she looked at Alice and Landon. Her brown eyes went w
There was blood.
And it wasn't ANIMAL blood. It was real. And it was coming from Alice. And Landon was wiping it off. That feeling in her stomach got worse as she bit her lip. Hearing the two ask if she was alright, Melanie nodded her head slowly, hand still pressed to her head. ”I... I'm fine, are you alright, Landon?” she asked.
Alice wasn't fine so there was no need to ask the question. ”I have bandaids in my bag, we need to cover that up and disinfect it,” Melanie said, voice wavering slightly as she reached for her bag. With the train's lights flickering and not moving, Melanie only felt more afraid. Her hands trembled as she unzipped her bag and looked for the bandaids. She was so scared she could feel the tears coming on. But she wasn't going to cry. Nope. She couldn't! But Alice was bleeding and they definitely needed medical help.
Melabie found the bandaids and passed the little bag filled with them to Landon. because Melabie fell a lot, she had learned it was best to keep those with her. ”Should we get help or something to help Alice? She's bleeding,” Melanie said, glancing at the door and fumbling around the ground for her wand. It had to be around somewhere... And if anyone was stepping a foot outside the compartment, they would need to carry their wand with them. Honestly, ahe didn't want to move from where she was at all - she was too afraid to.

"I fear for Hogwarts with both of us there," Genevieve smirked back as she unfolded herself from her corner of the car. She gestured to the seat the girl had vacated, inviting Hasty to sit back down.
"Your nickname is bad? You're the one under the misapprehension that I live in a bottle and like to wear midriff bearing clothing as I grant wishes." She did none of those things. Although granting wishes would be cool. "My family calls me Vivi."
"I like your thinking." Abby gave an amused grin before taking a seat. "We should make our time at Hogwarts.. memorable. If you're up for it, that is." She finished, raising an eyebrow.
"Well, I think Genie is way better than Hasty." Genie WAS a cool nickname, even if she said it so herself. Hasty.. well, it just sounded silly. "I'm sticking with Genie though. I like it." Genie was just going to have to deal with being called that.

"STUDENTS!" the redhead boomed as she entered their compartment, "STUDENTS! I need EVERYONE SITTING DOWN, either in a chair or on the floor of the train. We're getting this situation sorted out, so please remain calm and seated until the train starts going again."
Or until she made them walk. Whichever came first. "Prefects, keep your peers calm. No magic. If you stand up, I will assume you have an emergency and will be need a professor escort." She gave them all the evil-eye. No one had better make her do THAT.

Oakey turned himself around and looked outside, whomever the New Headmistress was talking to right now had better be the reason they were gonna get to Hogwarts.
He turned his head and looked at Beezus. "I'm not sure" Oakey said truthfully. He was worried about all of his friends right now. "They're probably fine. Mordy is insanely self-reliant, and Erin probably ended up landing on her feet after the stop."
Oakey jerked his head back around when he heard a loud female voice call for their attention. How did she get in here so fast? Oakey thought as he sat down on the floor as the Red Hair Headmistress instructed. He wanted to ask her so many questions, like who that man was outside, what happened to the train, and how were they getting to Hogwarts?

No sooner than Vickers had practically dashed out of the compartment did the light's start to flicker. She found this strange and was pretty sure that wasn't supposed to happen. Looking from Genevieve to Abby she tried finding an answer in their expression but soon after that the train came to a screeching halt that sent her across the compartment.
Merlin...
She looked to Abby when she asked if they were alright and gave her a slow but steady nod while she tried to make sense of this. One minute they were on their way to what might have been the best place on earth and now they were being tossed across the compartment?
"What do you think's going on?" She asked the girl. Then the scary woman walked into the corridor yelling at everyone to have a seat. Luckily she was already somewhat seated because she didn't like the look on her face.

"Come, look," she said, to Elliot, while inside their own compartment. There was no way she was going to someone else's when they had one, of course. Mags was still on her shoulder as she looked out the window at...who appeared to be the Headmistress. She had nice hair, by the way.

Kurumi shifted her potion just a little when she was joined by another student by the window. Kurumi could see just fine, but she couldn't really hear anything. Her ears were still somewhat ringing from her fall. She must have hit her head harder on the ground than she thought. "Can you hear anything?" Kurumi asked. The girl seemed to be pretty intent on listening...so ... maybe?

and Oakey fell forward shutting his eyes tight, with Kurumi right on top of him her elbow digging into his stomach.
"Oh, um, s-s-s-sorry Oakey," Kurumi said as she gave a little more distance between her and the Hufflepuff. At least he was alright and without his giant teeth. "Just, try to relax as best you can."
Did Kurumi have any of her cookies with her? She probably did in her bag that was...still hanging off her shoulder now that she thought about it.

As the Gryffindor knelt and peeked outside, Beezus did the same. Unfortunately though, she couldn't see anything. "..who are those guys?" was all she could ask based from the silhouette that she could see.
"I don't know," Kurumi said with a small shake of her head. "Outside I can see the Headmistress talking with someone though. I know I've seen him before...but I am just not sure where I have." Kurumi pressed her face against the glass some more, her knees still kneeling on the ground when all of a sudden the booming voice of the Headmistress came out of no where and caused her to jump.
Prefects, right. Calm. Calm to Kurumi meant cookies...and maybe some sort of card game or something. Only Kurumi knew that sort of distraction was not going to work right now. Not when they were all sitting in the dark.
"Yes, Headmistress Truebridge," Kurumi nodded, her badge catching some of the light from the moon coming through the window.

Blood? There was blood? Kurumi could feel her stomach tying in knots already at the sheer mention of the word, but now was so NOT the time to faint...even if she sort of wanted to.
"Alice! Are you okay?" Kurumi called, her eyes squinting a bit in the darkness. Hey, maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all. She couldn't actually SEE anything, which meant that she couldn't see the blood, which meant that she wouldn't faint, which meant only good things. Kurumi looked out the window again when she had a stroke of luck with her thoughts. "Of course! I've seen him at Hogwarts before. He came here to teach some of the Apparition lessons. He works for the Ministry of Magic."

The Headmistress? Beezus narrowed her eyes, but she just couldn't see the faces of those outside. Nah, she better just give on trying to find out the identity of those persons. If Kurumi wasn't scared of their presence, then that seemed alright.
"Oh. I hope the train gets to move soon." Because it was starting to feel cold. And she was starting to feel scared too.

Merlin, Merlin, what's happening? Was the train fixable or their alternative would be walking? She didn't want to walk. That was tiring. Meh. Okay, back to the talk.
Frown. Frown. The Hufflepuff wasn't sure. Oh, she hoped they were alright. Erin, and Mordred, Indy, Spike, Cass, Louisa, Daichi, Vickers, gaaaah! All of her friends..even Dylan. Oh, and why was Rich still in the compartment?! SIIIIIIGH. "You're right. I just wish they were somewhere close so we know what's happening to them." But, really..what can she do?

EHHHHHH?
The woman was giving instructions, and she found herself nodding. The woman spoke of authority eventhough her identity was still a mystery to Beezus. Sitting down, okay. She was crumbled on the floor of the train alright. No magic, we hear ye. Beezus however, checked her wand on her holster, making sure if it was there in case there were exceptions to the "NO MAGIC" order.
"Understood Maa'm.." Beezus uttered. Now, can you please introduce yourself? So we don't get too scared? Pleeeeeeeeeaaseee?

OH. SHE WAS THE HEADMISTRESS.
Beezus heaved a relieved sigh. Fortunately, she hadn't voiced out her questions about the woman's identity. There wasn't time for "a student who doesn't read the Prophet so she doesn't know what their new Headmistress looks like" as of the moment. Heh. Good idea she called her Maa'm. Nod. Nod.
Ugh. BLOOD?! Why was there blood? "Who's bleeding?" she asked no one in particular.
When Kurumi offered the cookies, Beezus shook her head, bent her knees, pulled it close to her chest and rested her head on her kneecaps. "Oh? Maybe he can do something to fix the train then!" Since he probably was someone from the Magical Transportation Department since he administered Apparition Exams. That ought to keep their spirits up for the meantime.
The perks of having great hearing. Excellent hearing.
Elliot merely nodded, hearing a rumbling noise. She frowned, but didn't comment on it. "Yes. I have two...Dani and Sam. Sam is quite.." she coughed-smirked, whatever that means, and continued, "a character." Sam the DivaQueen, as Elliot called her. Blonde haired-blue eyed PRINCESS. ANd she would most likely be a Slytherin. She didn't quite have Elliot's cleverness.
Elliot rolled her eyes. "So sorry, Lotus..." she said dramatically, bowing her head in apology as if she were saying sorry to a queen. Hmph. Elliot could be joking...when she wanted to be. She shot the puff a glare, though. "Fine. Don't want me to pet you? Hmph. YOUR loss, my dear," she told the little thing with a sniff of her nose. But she had a small grin on her face.
She was joking. Mostly...
The train LURCHED to a stop, and Elliot's book fell to the ground with a THUD. Elliot grumbled under her breath and stood up, glancing out the window. "No...definitely not..." she said, a worried frown itching onto her face.
This was odd. Like, VERY odd.
She heard St. Kurumi checking everyone.."We're ALL FINE IN HERE!" she cried, grasping her wand and lighting it up. She supposed they could do magic, right? Whatever. This was somewhat an emergency, riiiight?
"Where's your wand, Lottie?" she asked shooting the girl a warning glare. "In times like these have it close at hand, oKAY? You all right, right?" she asked gruffly, her voice sharp and cold.
She didn't likethis. Lottie looked excited, but Elliot was a bit...weirded out by this. It just wasn't normal. But she wanted to APPEAR normal...so she smirked and chuckled lightly..."Honestly...Excitement and the term hasn't even officially started?" she joked with Lottie, nudging her a bit.
She looked out the window...red hair was all she could really make out..."Who IS that? Can you hear?" she asked as she pressed her ear to the window to see...

Quickly approaching her, Dylan didn't waste any time. "Are you okay?"

Yeah? Sam is quite...? A character? Lottie giggled, "She'd be fun to meet, I bet." If she was quite a character, that is...because...coming from Elliot, that must be something.
Then...smiiiiiirk. She was incredibly amused by Elliot's apology. Lottie's reply? A simple shrug. It was fine, really, as long as that mistake didn't happen again. Surely, it wouldn't. Her Pygmy Puff seemed to have forgotten the whole incident. She let go of things much easier sometimes. The thing only bounced once or twice.
See? They weren't at Hogwarts yet.
Light coming from her wand too. Oh, how cool! But...weren't they allowed to do magic outside of Hogwarts? Lottie immediately frowned after hearing Elliot's question, "I've...," she frowned deeper at the ridiculous situation, "...never tried it before." But she took it out, it's been in one of the side pockets of her bag. She's read of quite some spells, and even learned the incantation too, with some help from her aunt...but...never actually tried it. "I'm okay, yes," she said, a hint of a smile showing up.
'Excitement'. Hehe. She was beaming now. Vickers was getting his wish of an unforgettable year, wasn't he? "I know!" Pretty awesome, no?
Well...that seemed to be the Headmistress..., "Our Headmistress... apparently...," she was asked the same question by both Elliot and...

...who are you?
Are you serious? Hearing through glass was rather difficult if one didn't open the tiny window on top. Which was oh-so-totally opened right now.

The Captain would hurt them...if they weren't sure.
After collecting his little love, he placed her carefully on his shoulder before venturing further up the train corridor. And then he seen who he was looking for.
Bee.
Quickly approaching her, Dylan didn't waste any time. "Are you okay?"
Meh. She was feeling really cold now. What was taking the Ministry officer too long to fix the train? Ugh. And the smell of blood was slowly enveloping her sense of smell that she didn't even want to breathe.
She buried her head more on her knees and listened to her fellow Hogwarts student's conversations. Kurumi was right beside her so she was sure they were perfectly safe.
Are you okay?
...?
Beezus raised her head upon hearing that voice. And for seconds she stared at the intruder.
Meh. Was he asking her? She looked around at Kurumi, Oakey, Elliot, and few others she didn't know. Oh, yeah. He was asking her. "Uhm, y-yeah.." Gulp.
Oh! And was he standing up?! "Sit down, will you?!" Beezus said, pulling the Slytherin's arm so he'd slump down on the floor beside her.
Armen Recard finally made his way into the front section of the train with his wand lit in one hand to shine his way through the dark compartments. When he entered the place he could see that chaos had begun to ensue, naturally, and that the students were all currently sitting in the floor and standing around, eyes wide. There was also a little girl with cookies. He smiled at her before beginning and took one, and then a bite. Thanks kid.
"Hey kids, Armen Recard Department Head Of Magical Transportation for the Ministry here. Your Headmistress summoned me to help out with the Train problem and well...we can't fix it so we will be travelling by Portkey this evening." He dropped the sack of objects onto the floor infront of him. "Don't worry, it's perfectly safe and if you are new to it, just watch what everyone else does."
The Ministry official pulled out an old ripped in half pillow, a hula hoop, a street sign, tin can, and a frizbee. "Everyone gather around one of the items here and make sure you touch it in order to be transported. We are meeting up at the Hogsmeade train station like normal. Don't leave the platform until we all arrive."
And with that the items began to glow BLUE ready to take off.
OCC: What he said guys! Go ahead and Rp your charrie touching a Portkey object and your charrie can disappear. You will soon see where you should post next.

"Portkeys?" she whispered. So, no boat ride?

Elliot nodded at Lottie, her eyes narrowed. She put her now unlit wand in her pocket...and slung her backpack over her shoulder. "New headmistress, eh?" she said, a little expressionless...whatever.
She eyed Kurumi. "We're fine, thanks," she mumbled...which was more than Kurumi looked.
She listened to Lottie..."PORTKEYS?!" she cried, putting her hand over her mouth..."Okay...stick close to me, then...grab your puff and your bags..." she ordered the girl, authority laced into her voice. She grabbed her own trunk..
Sucked for Lottie...because that means she wouldnt get to take the boat...which was pretty..weird and cool all at the same time.
She heard the head guy of transportation..."gah..so it was true.." About the port keys...she chose one of items, and raised her eyebrows at Lottie...poor kid.
