Arrows! (#99)

With slight hesitation, Sierra got her bow and arrows ready for an actual shot. She kept trying to convince herself that this was just like aiming at something with a wand, but she still couldn't get rid of that little thought in her mind either. What if she shot her arrow and hit the wrong thing? Or worse--somebody?! She blinked.

...and then blinked again.

Okay, she could do this. She could this the right way. She pulled back on the string and then mentally asked, 'Will we win the match against Ravenclaw'? Then she released the arrow and watched it fly forward. BAM. It hit the target, yes, but--it hit the wrong answer! NO?! It was saying no, they wouldn't win?!

Okay, her arrows were broken!!!

Magical Soul 10-29-2012 03:34 PM

(Arrow) got 68

Excitedly Louisa mounted the quiver of arrows on her shoulder and stood straight, like a soldier, with her eyes fixed forward on the target with answer circles. She had to think of a question first. It has to be something light and not very touchy, just to test this method of Divination. Louisa trusted the subject to an extent, simply because it gave hints to a lot of things during those three years. Or maybe it was just her rationalizing everything with anything. The girl believed it was Divination though.

Anyways, she focused back on a question.

Is trusting Divination clues a wise thing to do?

Her right hand went up to where the arrows poked out of the quiver and took one of them out. Keeping her non-wand hand on the bow, she placed the arrow's bottom on the string and held it with her two fingers. It was tricky, and she fumbled with it a couple of times before she got it right and could look away to where the target was. Her hand started pulling the string with the arrow's bottom still fixed with her hand... pull.. pull... and then she let it fly away.

Louisa lowered her bow slowly and stared. "Yes." The answer was yes.

"Is my bow suppost to come back to me because if it is then it's not and if it's not how am I suppost to fire another arrow?" Laura was starting to freak out now this was totally weird and her bow wasn't working.

Then her attention was brought to the always loud Huffie. Louisa stepped in instantly, "You're not supposed to shoot the bow, Laura. Just the arrow. So no, the bow isn't supposed to come back at you." Although the arrow would. If it was magicked to do so. Hmm, interesting random thought.

no arrows

Sarah stood up straight and looked at the others around her. Watching them she got a clearer picture of what to do as she pulled the string back and then let go...
That seemed easy enough! She did it again and again.. this was easy. It probably was easy for her as currently she was not so scared about arrows. You see Laura was there and with the kid around a misguided arrow probably would happen.

flick, place fingures back on, flick, place fingures back on... it was getting rather monotonous already

No arrows.

Cassia kept in position until Elwood passed her without commenting. So she was doing well right? Yup. And most of the students seemed to get the hang of it. Though it was just the first position they'd know who got it and who didn't when the arrows start being shot. Though this nonetheless was a good sign.

The second year relaxed her arm and moved the bow to the other one. Because she realized that she would be able to control it if she held the sting with her right fingers. She actually holds the wand i both hands so it didn't matter. So once again she had the wooden part in her left hand and the string held back by her index and pointer fingers. She squinted her eyes at the target and let go of the string. No doubt had there been an arrow it would have totally hit the target. Ehh...she liked to believe that actually. She wasn't sure.

For good measures she again held back the string with her fingers and pretended to aim at the target closing one eye. She actually then opened it because she didn't find helpful. Why were some doing this then? She again let go. No way to find out whether this training paid off or not unless she tried it.

Princesspower 10-29-2012 06:05 PM

with arrows -38

Sarah walked over and stood behind a group of 2 people. She felt in her quiver for an arrow, putting the arrow on was rather daunting as Sarah WAS PETRIFIED of messing up and doing something like dangerous.

She placed the arrow on the correct place and began to pull back, aiming for the target. She thought of a question. "Am I pretty" she though. She then let the the thing go, holding on with baited breath -38!!!!! That means. She is pretty! She was so happy a smile spread acoss her face like an eagle spreads its wings.

Wait... who said this tells the truth anyway?

She was still super nervous about actually shooting an arrow and everybody that was around her should be nervous too because who knew if this was going to be well or not.

She stood in the perfect stance holding everything just right. What did she want to ask it? Hmmm...did she have to say it out loud? She decided that she should just in case it's not like anybody else would hear her or anything. "Am I the most amazing person ever?" She cocked the string back and let the arrow fly. She landed on no! PFFFT! Further proof that Divination was far from the truth because Hannah was clearly the most amazing person ever. She was over this. Did she have to keep trying if the whole thing was fake and a waste of her time?

Cassia reached for an arrow and started turning it over examining it. Was it sharp? Like will it hurt someone if it accidentally hit someone. Surely Professor Elwood was aware of this and took care of such possibilities. Unless she thought that being hit by an arrow is fate and there was no way to stop it. Maybe it too had a meaning that could be interpreted and foretold one's fate. Cassia's swallowed. Elwood wouldn't do that right? Because Cassia didn't want to experience the feeling of an arrow cutting her skin. But no she was just being paranoid here. This was a class and they weren't supposed to get hurt. Ignoring how many times that had happened in different occasions.

So pushing negative thought aside. Cassia squared her shoulders and held the bow in her left hand while the arrow was in her right fingers that too held the string. She aimed at the target and kept sure to keep her arms steady. She was almost going to shoot until she remembered that they weren't here to learn archery. They were here to let the arrows answer their questions or something like that. So what was she going to ask?

After a couple of moments she finally decided...Will I ever stop squeaking and getting excited easily? And she let go of the string.

The arrow shot towards the target and hit it. Cassia smiled because it hit. Then her smile fell seeing that it had hit the NO part. Well, looks like she was going to stay the way she was forever. Or this arrows things was a joke. She has lif to find out and she was going to search for Elwood many years later to tell the woman about the result. Unless she forgot of course.

Invisi & Real Arrows (52)

Eliza breathed a sigh of relief, and so did the muscles in her arms, when Professor Elwood loosened the string on her bow. Sure, it would be hard to make it shoot very fast or far now, but at least she could hold it long enough to aim correctly. She was a beginner after all, and small. She practiced a few times with her imaginary arrow. Ok, feet apart. Steady. Firm grip. She looked down her arm as she stretched the string back towards her cheek. Her fingers weren't used to the strain of holding a taut cord, but she told herself it would get easier throughout the lesson. She pretended to send an arrow flying as she released her two fingers. She kept her arm in place so that she could imagine the path of her arrow, following through to the target. Doesn't seem so hard, maybe, she thought.

She slung her quiver over her shoulder and onto her back and she walked up to get in a line. She pulled out a single arrow and let it dangle from her fingers as she waited for a turn. What question should I ask? she wondered as the line kept cycling though. There were endless questions running through her mind, but yes or no questions were hard to think of. That was such an empty answer. She wanted details - the hows and whys and whens, whos, whats. Not yes or no. She sighed. Oh well, it'll have to do. The targets can't talk to explain, so that's the best they've got. Yes or no. When it was her turn, she wedged the string in the groove of the arrow, drew back her arm, and let the only real question on her mind come to the surface. Will whomever or whatever is messing with Hogwarts and the students strike again? She wondered if there would be time for follow-up questions, but for now, this was her one shot. She loosed her arrow and watched with focused eyes as it hit a colored ring on the target with the big word YES written on it. That's what I was afraid of, she thought and turned to get out of the next student's way. But when will it happen? Will it be worse than before? She shook her head. You're being silly, Eliza. You shot an arrow at a target. It doesn't mean anything. But still, she wasn't entirely sure.

Got 10.

She wasn't satisfied with the first arrow. Though it hit the target but it hit the NO area and she would have preferred the YES area. So she was going to try again. This arrows thingy is actually fun. And Cassia always thought Divination was all boring. It had some fun activities it turned out.So the Slytherin reached for another arrow and eyed it a bit. Better hit the yes area now. Do arrows get threatened? Hopefully, because Cassia didn't have another way. Well, she could of course try and shoot the arrow into the yes area accurately but threatening arrows was so much easier.

The bow in hand and the arrow in the other while the string was held back. Cassia was in position and she was feeling cool. If only she could look at her own self from afar. She must look like a great spy! Was Theo here? Surely spies shoot arrows right.

Now for a question. Will I get smarter? And she shot the arrow.

Cassia kept her eyes locked on it until it.....hit the wall? Ehh....Cassia's eyebrows furrowed. The arrow was supposed to hit the YES area NOT the wall. "Stupid arrow.." She muttered under her breath then strode to where the arrow lay on the floor and picker it up.Good thing it hit no one.

Oh wow.. this girl was so slow she made Louisa speechless. And everyone knew Louisa was never speechless. Okay, there was only one way to make this girl understand this. It was definitely not her lucky day because the Ravenclaw had her own way in dealing with such un-Ravenclaw-ish students. "Come here," she grabbed the girl's wrist and dragged walked with her to where Louisa was standing in front of the target.

"First. We think of a question." She maneuvered the younger Hufflepuff so she stood in front of Louisa, "'Are Ravenclaws always smarter than Hufflepuffs?'" The question was intentional and hopefully the answer would be a Yes. "Assuming the non-wand hand is the left one we hold the bow, that's going to STICK with our hand at all times in this class, with this left hand like this." Louisa picked up her bow and positioned Laura's left hand on it and kept her own hand on top of Laura's. "Then with our right hand, particularly two fingers, we hold the string like this." She grabbed the younger girl's other hand and placed it on the string with her thumb and forefinger holding it.

She made the girl stay still like this for a moment, Laura DID need time to take in this position. Louisa's back started to feel uncomfy from the slight bending to reach the other girl's height, but Louisa made it her temporary life purpose to make this girl shoot at least one arrow. "Now we take an arrow from the quiver by our string-holding hand," She moved their hands to the quiver on her back and drew an arrow, "And position its edge on the string. We also make sure the pointy end faces outwards." The older Ravvie then started pulling the string, her hand still holding Laura and her back is still slightly bent so that Louisa's head was directly by the Hufflepuff's. No escape. "We pull..pull.. until the string is tight enough." Sure the younger girl was feeling it, no? "Then we shoot!" Louisa forced Laura's hand to release the string and the arrow shot in the air toward the target in front of them.

Louisa let go of the girl's hands and straightened up, "See.. it hit the area that says No." Darn it. "Ravenclaws aren't always smarter than Hufflepuffs." She dropped her gaze to look at the girl, "And this is, Laura, how you shoot an arrow without looking like an idiot." Teehee.

Arrow- #32

After shooting another invisible arrow and making the funny sound that came after it, she felt it was time to give a real one a shot--no pun intended.

In all her excitement she grabbed for her arrow that she had thrown aside for a while and did that aiming thing again. Just as she was about to shoot she remembered that she was supposed to ask a question first. Right. She knew that.

"Hmmm...what to ask Mr. Arrow??" Lex stood thinking for a moment, wondering what would have been the perfect question but then she realized something...WHAT IF THE ARROW WAS A STUPID PHONY?!?! Le Gasp! Asking an arrow that didn't know everything didn't sound like a lot of fun.

Oh!

She had it. "Do you know everything Mr. Arrow?" Then she fired the shot.

Blink. Blink. Blink.

She didn't know what was more freaky, the fact that she actually SHOT it without missing or the fact that it answered yes. She gasped. "Coooool!!" Now she could ask it another question with full confidence that it would give the right answer. Yup. She picked up another arrow and got set to shoot again.

ARROW! [ generator gave us 50 this time XD ]

Since she still had some time, Kurumi decided to venture another question. This time one that made her blush before she even reached for an arrow. It was a topic that was going to have to come up eventually...and one she had sort of talked about with Treyen in owls, but she hadn't actually spoken to Lewis about. Blushing up a storm, Kurumi retrieved another arrow and set it in her bow and pulled back.

Kurumi tried to steady her breathing, but the nature of the question she was asking was causing her heart to palpitate a bit TOO much and she could practically hear it beating in her ears. She released her arrow with a small gasp, but the arrow got caught in the bow and instead of shooting forward just fell at her feet and rolled a few yards away from her.

Ahem. No one saw that, right? Wrong probably.

Scurrying after the arrow, Kurumi picked it up and returned to her spot. Okay...time to try this again...

DaniDiNardo 10-30-2012 03:22 AM

Arrow- This one's 9 and 62 respectively

Alexa took a deep breath as she tried to think of another question that she really wanted to know the answer to. The arrow said it knew everything which meant that no matter what she asked, it would have the answer.

Let's seeee, what other great mystery of life did she want uncovered...?--That's it!!! "Can cows really fly over the moon? You know, like it said in the muggle nursery rhyme?" Then she let the arrow fly. Her eyes widened when it fell in the no zone. When she was once again composed she nodded reflectively. "Interesting..." It was official; books did NOT know everything and in fact the COULD lead you astray. Yup. That's the last time she'd go reading a book.

Running over to her arrow she yanked it out of the target then retook her position. "Next question oh all knowing arrow and target thingy." She took aim. "Will I really get cavities if I keep eating all this candy???" Swooossshhhhhhh!

O____O

Wibble. She didn't like this answer very much.

Maybe this thing wasn't always so right afterall. Nope. Clearly the wind was working against her just now. She demanded a redo!!

Now for the real arrow. Jory had set one against his bow, relaxed himself and had taken aim to the target. "What to ask?'' he wondered. "Erm...will I pass my OWLs?'' he asked finally. The subject of OWLs worried him very much.

He let the arrow fly from the bow. The Puff watched anxiously as it rapidly approached the target...making a beeline for- Yes! He breathed a sigh of relief... but the feeling didn't last for long. It could have bee a coincidence that the arrow hit the yes...

Professor Elwood took one more glance at the sky thinking about the strange things that had been happening around the school lately before deciding she had given her students enough time to assume the bow shooting position.

"Good job Miss Morganzo, Coral, Phillips, and Greingoth." the blonde said she walked casually through the lines of kids. She would have Seen if someone would be doing the wrong thing and shoot her so that wasn't worrying her at the moment. Besides she hadn't seen anyone but one person actually load an arrow into their bow--that girl had already been corrected by Mr. Greingoth. When she passed the helpful Hufflepuff she nodded at his good posture and thanked him.

"Everyone is doing a good job with their stances just remember to stand up straight. Now we are going to use the two fingers you have laying on your string to pull it back and pretend to shoot an INVISIBLE arrow. Just so we can get the feel of things." She watched as they all did that, stopping at the young Ravenclaw (DecemberMoon) to tap her wand on the bow to make the string less tight.

When they began to play with the strings on their bows, Calista pulled out the targets and stood them against the far wall. There were about 15 or so. Just standing there still, shouldn't be too hard. Now they were going to get started. "Okay we are going to start now. Everyone put your quiver of arrows over your shoulder and bring your bows over here to start a few lines of 2 or three in front of each target." She waited a few minutes for them to get organized and settle down before speaking again. "We are going to begin shooting arrows now, what I want each of you to do is think of a yes or no question before shooting the arrow and then seeing where it hits, letting chance determine your answer." Yes she realized this sounded a bit like the Ogham Staves drawings they did last term but the next section of the class would be different.

"So begin shooting whenever ready, I would like each of you to have shot at least once before we move on with the lesson." And with that they could let the arrows fly! She stood to the far side ready to interfere if something went wrong.

OOC: Have your character practice with no arrows at first and then move up to the shooting range to shoot/ask at least one yes or no question. To determine where your arrow hits use the link to the random number generator in the post. Yes = positive #'s, No = Odd #'s, and any number ending in a 0 = Try again (failed shot). You will have approximately 12 hours to do this part of the lesson.

Vickers listened intently to the Professor's directions, as his gaze studied the target at the distance. He noted that the bulls-eye had the NO answer... so does that mean he better start asking questions that he hoped would come out as a negative so it would come true? Then again the Professor said it was all about Chance. To him would that also mean he has to concentrate a little less on the accuracy of his aim? But that would like manipulating chance without trying to manipulate it...

... he better just go through his paces before he confuses himself even further.

He lifted his left arm as he positioned his legs and straightened his back, hooking his other fingers on the bow string and pulling it for a bit, then letting it go with an audible twang. He did this a few more times until he got the hang of it again. Alright now for the arrows.

No Arrow

They were going to shoot things. Honestly, if Elwood got ANY cooler Selina was going to have a dance party in the middle of her lessons. What other teacher would ever allow ickle first years up through seventh years sharp objects to go at high speed and puncture a target? Only the cool ones. And Elwood was definitely a cool one.

So with a spring in her step, Selina grabbed the arrows she needed and scampered off to try her hand at shooting without the arrow. Just to practice so that she did not accidently hit a Puffer in the eye... because that would be horrible...

Heh.

Right before she went over to the shooting range, she got a few practice pulls in. Getting her stance in line she pulled back the strings and attempted to let them fly forward with as much momentum and smooth approach as she could. Once she was all good there, which did not take long, she walked over to the shooting range. ARROWS!

sweetpinkpixie 10-30-2012 06:16 PM

ARROW! [ and with a random number of 6! ]

Yep. No one had seen. RIGHT SELINA!? Relaxing her shoulders again, Kurumi took careful aim and this time waited a bit longer to calm her breathing and sort of lower her heart rate. Ug, why was THIS question so stressful? Actually, why was she leaving this up to a bloody arrow and a subject that she seriously disliked to tell her what to do?

She must be losing it. NEWT stress. Clearly.

Pulling back on her bow's string again, Kurumi narrowed her eyes on the target and adjusted the height of it all and then closed her eyes again for a moment as she repeated the question in her head. Treyen had thoughts on the subject. Of course her father would say NO if she asked him. Selina would tell her to shut up and just do it. She knew what she wanted to do...still needed to discuss the matter with Lewis...so...arrow it was?

Releasing the arrow, Kurumi held her breath and was relieved to see it sail into her vision and towards the target and hit the area that meant....

"...yes..." Cue more blushing from the Gryffindor.

Princesspower 10-30-2012 07:16 PM

another arrow (#17)

Sarah decided to try other question. She wondered if her mother was the last one in her family to discover that she was a witch. She thought of the question hard, thinking about her muggle cousins.

She aimed, and fllick. The arrow whizzed forward like a helium ballooon excaspes to the sky and... she got... seventeen... that was odd, which meant no! THAT MEANS THAT ONE OF HER MUGGLE COUSINS OR THEIR DESCENDENTS IS GOING TO BE A WITCH OR WIZARD! That is awesome!

DecemberMoon 10-30-2012 08:47 PM

When Eliza was sure the other students had taken their turns as well, she went in for another round of Ask the Arrow. She felt fairly comfortable shooting the bow now, so she slid another arrow from her quiver and loaded the bow. As she pulled back her fingers on the string, the next question came to her mind.
Did the death of the Jobberknolls have anything to do with our recent shut out from the common rooms? She shot the arrow and it made a direct hit on another YES. She gulped and looked around her. Not that anyone could have heard her question, but the look on her face may have led them down a predictable path. Okay...if that's true... That's really really not good. She wondered if she should tell anyone. Maybe Ethan or Cora. She'd bet Elliot would be up to scheming with her, but she didn't want them to think she had lost her mind - paying attention to arrows and all that.

She readied another arrow, deciding to narrow her reading on the subject.
Will the next incident at Hogwarts be worse than what's already happened? She focused on this question, afraid of the answer, and released the arrow. The arrow sailed through the air and looked like it was heading for another yes, but it dropped slightly and struck the bold lettered NO. No? She furrowed her brows and eyed the target skeptically. Wait, why do I care? That's a good thing! Hopefully that's true. But somewhere in her, she just couldn't believe that it was.

Just to try it out, she shot another arrow. This time she asked, though she wasn't sure it was a good idea to ask it, Was the answer to my last question really, truly, undeniably a no - for sure? She watched this arrow dart across the courtyard and strike the target. YES. Fine. So it thinks it's sure. But I don't. She held her bow down to her side. Er....if this even works at all, I mean.

No arrows first

Belle was excited she was going to be shooting things. But the professor requested that they shoot without arrows first. She respected her wishes and did the task even though she looked silly

She pretended she loaded an arrow onto the string. She even pulled the string back and loaded and she felt it snap. She was getting the hang of this. Her dad actually made her do archery before. It was a muggle sport and she found it very helpful in this situation.

After Belle felt confident about what she was doing. She went over and walked to the shooting range to shoot real arrows. This is what she was waiting for!

Hurrican Sandy + Uni = you all got extra time. lol

Watching the students shoot their arrows at the targets was definately entertaining, they were all like little hunters or archers preparing for battle. Even if those occupations weren't typically assigned to kids it was still sort of cute.

The string snapped forward and scared Minerva a bit. That was odd to see and try. She wondered if she would ever be able to make the shot. What question would she even ask. Then she turned toward the professor, "Is there where the muggles magic eight ball came to be? Something along these type of lines?" She wasn't sure if the professor would know the answer or not, but it made her wonder if a wizard had something to do with this item.

The blonde was walking behind them as the arrows were being loosed and stopped behind a Hufflepuff as she asked a question. "No dear, I don't think this is where that comes from although I don't claim to know the exact origins of the 'magic' eight ball used by the muggles. You could always ask Professor Cerulean about it." Elwood was half and half but she had never really leaned the origin of such toys. "But this is different than that because in this you have a bit of a chance to help sway your results like real life."

While the Divinaton Professor had been watching and talking with a few of the other students she seemed to have missed little Laura Hyde's confusion about the bow but by the time Calista had made it over there, the Head Girl and one of her favorite students was already helping the girl. "Thank you Miss Carter. Miss Hyde do you get--?" She was about to just check with the Hufflepuff to be sure she got it but she obviously didn't since she was now running at the target with a fake arrow.

"Miss Hyde you string your arrow onto your bow..." She said calmly grabbing the girl's bow and doing what she said. "Then you pull it back...and RELEASE!" she shot the arrow and hit the ring just outside the center." See it wasn't too hard.

--------------

Now that she had given the kids sufficiant time on the first exercise it was time to bump it up a notch. "Alright everyone, bows down and arrows unnotched." She waited until they all were looking at her before continuing.

"We will now be shooting at moving targets." Professor Elwood flicked her wand at the targets and they changed colors and began to move from side to side and all over the wall; slowly but still moving. One became Red, one Blue, one was Purple, and one was Orange. "Each of the colors represent a feeling or characteristic that, when your arrow lands on it, will be the overpowering characteristic of your day tomorrow. What I want you to do is try to shoot a target of your choice and see what you get."

OOC: Use the same random number generator as before but this time #'s 1-25 = red, 26-50 = Blue, 51-75 = purple, and 76-100 = orange; however the same rule of zero applies. If your number ends in zero no matter what color it falls into it is a miss. Have fun. You only have to shoot once but whatever shot you end with, that will be the resulting mood or characteristic that will stand for your day tomorrow. You will have about 12-16 hours before the lesson ends.

Minerva put down her bow when the professor started talking again. This was kind of fun. All her worries from earlier seemed to disappear and she felt more confident in what they were doing. Well she thought she was feeling more confident, but then the professor began talking about moving targets. We have to do moving targets?? That really freaked Minerva out.

Once she was done listening she turned to the targets, of course she would want purple, but just to hit any would make Minerva happy. Looking at the colors she pulled an arrow out and put it on the bow. Pulling the string back she watched the target and followed it. Maybe she would try for Orange that one seemed to be the closest to her. Trying to aim for it she finally let go of the arrow. It went up and sailed missing the orange, but hitting the purple.

Minerva turned to the meanings of the colors and read purple smiling. Happiness, excitement, and bliss, that could really work well if it went along with the question she asked for the first arrow. Min was happy with the way these two activities had gone, maybe she should quit while she was ahead. She walked over to the side and decided to just wait for further instructions.

Arrows! (Number 75)

Belle was then ready to shoot some arrows. She got them ready from out of the bin. She picked the arrow up first. She checked it to see if feathers were dented or if the tip was dented. Nope it seemed fine to her.

Once she got it all set up, she clicked her arrow into place. Then she placed her pointer finger on top of the arrow and her middle finger at the bottom. She pulled back and tried to think of a Yes or No question. Belle did not know what question she wanted to ask. She thought real hard. Belle then finally thought of one. She tried to aim in the middle. She squinted her eye and focused.

Then she let her fingers go. Then it hit the red, right above the yellow. It said YES. Belle breathed a sigh of relief. Her question was that, Will her grandma survive her sickness she was going through? Belle always thought of others before herself.

Oh dear...65 XD

She was about to shoot another arrow to reassure herself that nothing was wrong with the amount of candy she consumed daily but then the Professor instructed them to stop. Now she would never know the other mysteries of life. How would she survived?!

When the Professor went on talking she decided to look past herself long enough to hear the next set of instructions.

Her eyes widened a bit when the targets changed colour then started moving. Cooool...she should have thought to do that sooner...though it was probably better that the Professor did it. If she'd been the one to make such a change without anyone's say so then she bet it wouldn't have gone nearly as well. Oh well, such was the trouble when you were a younger kid. No one cared about the little guys; they were all out to get them.

Once the professor was done she raised her arrow again. Even though she didn't know what the colours stood for she knew that she liked blue therefore that would be her target.

She took an extra moment to get her concentration right then fired.

"Yes!!! Bluuuuueeeee!!!!" She squealed, bouncing in all her excitement but then she suddenly stopped jumping and turned to the woman. "Professor...?" She probably should have asked this before aiming for the colour. "What does the blue stand for?" Because she wanted to know what to expect for the next day. She did NOT want to go around being all lovey dovey with anyone or anything--except Felix; she could lavish him with love all day :3
