Welcome back to the charms classroom. Those of you who are returning students will remember the dark well polished furniture and the stone floor that is so clean you can almost see yourself in them. Professor Bellaire is waiting at the front of her classroom.

Moving on to the next ball, Kat had chosen a pink one. She doesn't know why a pink one, in particular, but for some very odd reason it reminded her of Kurumi. The thought was awkward, but nevermind. Her first ball was a yellow one, alright. And it reminded her of Puffers. No wonder why she didn't do it correctly on her first try.
Now. Kat pointed her wand at the ball and said, "Depulso!" The ball zoomed around and went inside the basket. Kat grinned. It felt so great now, doing well from an epic failure. There's more balls to go so let's get going. Way to back up that fail with the Puffer ball.

~ Mrs. Steve Harrington ~ It be like that sometimes.
Since he had gotten the ball in the hoop only once, Jory was keen on trying again. He positioned himself in front of the hoop he was using, ball in hand.
"Depulso!" he said, his wand in hand. The ball was lifted from his hand and there it hovered for a few seconds before collapsing back into the Puff's hand. "Pathetic,'' he muttered, reading his wand to try once again.
"Depulso!" This time the ball shot out of Jory's hand and made a beeline for the basket. "He shoots, he scores!''
Hmpf! Hannah really hated when she did not get things done right the first time especially when other people didn't seem to be having any problems at all with it. As if she wasn't feeling bad enough already here came her best friend being all conceited. This was normal for the both of them, but she just wasn't in the mood for anything right now. She rolled her eyes at Elliot. "Let's see you try Morganzo." Show her how to do it.
She watched as Elliot's too off but fell short. She had to put her hand over her mouth to stifle a snort. She sure showed her. Now was the time that she had to get it. Once was ok, but twice would never be ok with her. Deep breath.
She concentrated on the stupid ball going into the basket and she positioned herself so that she had perfect aim. It was so going in this time. She concentrated and shouted "Depulso." She watched as her balled zoomed towards the basket. She started to get worried when it looked like it was starting to shake and fall of course, but right at the last moment the ball made its way into the basket like a good little ball. She had done it. She looked back over at Elliot and her face clearly said that, that was how you did it.
Waahh.
This was super unfortunate. Really. It was.
She watched as Hannah tried again..her hand holding her wand twitched...she wanted to try again..she would totally get it this time. Aaaaand Hannah's ball went right in...twice...ugh. Well. Elliot would totally need to get it next time...this time...and ALL other times.
It didn't help that Sophie was doing so well, either.
UGH.
Elliot could NOT be outshone by that stupid puffer! NO!
She cleared her throat and put the ball on the ground EVER so gently. Like, HEY BALL, I'm being NIIIICE so PRETTY PLEASE GO IN THE BASKET, KAY?! She cleared her throat again and shot a glare at Hannah...right. She was going to do this! YEAH!
"Depuls-o!" she cried, with a lot more gust than the last time, and the ball actually took! IT went zooming RIGHT into a basket...! Yeah! She turned to Hannah with a raised eyebrow..."I got it down TOO!" Yeah...and her second attempt was SO much better than Hannah's second attempt..it was!

Up the stakes? Why did that sound like a very BAD idea to Kurumi? Making bets with people, especially with Vivi. Then again, what was the worst that could happen? "Loser treats the other to a butterbeer or something next Hogsmeade weekend?" she suggested as she twirled her wand between her fingers and watched as Vivi made the ball at her feet shoot across the room and into the basket.
Cocking an eyebrow, Kurumi tried not to look too intimidated by the grin on Vivi's face. "I guess it's a deal then?" she asked, flicking her own wand towards a red ball, murmuring the incantation, and sending it across the room and into the same basket that Vivi had just banished hers.
Nodding towards the Ravenclaw, Kurumi stood a little off to the side and began to focus on a purple ball in the basket. Wand thrust at the object, she narrowed her eyes and began to repeat the incantation in her head. HEY! Was the ball moving?! And just like that it stopped vibrating. Right...focus...FOCUS HOLLINGBERRY!

It took the second year a couple of minutes celebrating her success. Though when she looked around her she saw that most students were succeeding too. Meaning it wasn;t that hard, what she did. Still she was proud of herself. But it appeared that they were supposed to try it more than once. Which Cassia didn't know why as she had preformed the spell successfully. But you know she did it once it shouldn't be hard to do it again, right?
Picking up the ball from the basket. The one that got there by Cassia's awesome performance. The Slytherin decided to change the color of the ball. So she walked to where the balls were and darted her eyes between the different colors while storking her chin. She first thought of taking the yellow one because the color was cool. But then she remembered that it was the Huffies color. And Cassia had been told more than once that she could be passed for a Puffer which Cassia took as an insult. Not because she hated the house but because her Slytherin characteristics didn't show. Thouhg she was pretty sure that she had pure snake blood. Somehow.
So she decided on a pink ball.It belonged to no house. She headed back to her basket and placed the ball near the basket. But she placed it a bit far away. Okay she had succeeded but she wasn't going to push it. So checking if anyone was watching she nudged the ball with her foot closer to the basket. Aiming her wand at the ball Cassia cleared her throat and uttered ,"Depulso!" The ball bounced and hit the baskets edge then bounced back to the floor. Cassia frowned at the ball and steadied it with her foot. Something was definitely wrong. Because she just preformed it successfully how come she failed at the second try.
Cassia narrowed her eyes at the ball. "It's your fault." She hissed at it. Yeah she was blaming it. But she wasn't going to just let it go. She stood again her wand raised and her shoulders squared. "Depulso!" She spoke emphasizing at each letter. And once more the ball rose and hit the edge but it didn't fell to the floor ,instead it was still one the edge rolling to the other side. Watching the Cassia took a step closer eyeing the ball and praying that it would fell into the basket not outside of it. And after a couple a of looooong seconds the ball finally fell into the basket causing Cassia to jump happily. Eeeep. She did again~

Again! Kat shall successfully banish that ball inside the basket AGAIN. Yeah, hear those fans cheering? Kat was daydreaming, obviously. There were no stands right now. She was inside the Charms classroom, not the Quidditch Pitch. Maybe Kat was just excited to go back to the Pitch again, aye?
This time, Kat picked up a green ball. Yeah, Slytherin for this one. The Slytherin pointed her wand at the ball. KAT YOU CAN DO ITTTTT! She was ringing inside, gathering some courage. "Depulso!" she said. Her ball then flew swiftly inside the basket. Kat smirked. Well, it was good. Now here's the scoreboard: Hudson leads with two ball shoot. The basket is behind with just one shoot. It was all in the favor of Kat. Yeah man.

Minerva smiled as he came over and said he would help. "Thank you, I just don't seem to know what I could be doing wrong." She knew her lack of focus wasn't helping and the fact that she wasn't being completely honest with herself and trying her best as in previous classes. "Oh yeah, go ahead and fine your ball." She gave a giggle and then turned to her own ball figuring she would "try" some so he could see how bad she was doing.
"Depulso!"flicking the ball to the left and watched it bounce of a wall. Then she retrieved the ball. Pointing her wand again Minerva this time said the word wrong, "Deplosos" which made the ball spin, but not move anywhere. Giving a little smirk at the ball she brushed it with her foot, "I am just so off today." she said quietly.

Hannah could tell that her friend was having a hard time with not getting the ball to go in the first time and Hannah knew exactly how that felt. She too needed things to go right the first time around. Puffers doing well did nothing to boost your confidence either.
She knew that Elliot would be trying to show her up now. It was in her nature. She shot her a thumbs up with a cheesy smile all sarcastically in true Hannah fashion. She watched as Elliot's ball went into the basket, and she gave her a small clap. She was sure that Elliot would appreciate that.
Why not give it another go? She was doing so well that she wanted to continue...rub it in the faces of the ones who weren't doing as well. She retrieved another ball, positioned herself just right, pointed her wand and shouted "Depulso." and her ball went smoothly into the basket once more. She had to fight the urge to brush her shoulders off.

Elliot was still pretty freaking smug about getting that ball in...yep...she was just SOOO talented! She was! She went and retrieved her ball..and on the way back she heard that AWFUL giggle from....and she found her...Minnie. And Ethan. Being perfectly 'giggly.' She them both glares..yes, Ethan, you TOO.
Because Elliot wasn't feeling very nicely towards him. at all.

She made her way back to Hannah and looked sour..."if she's not careful this ball will end up in her face..." she whispered, eyeing the puffer dangerously...but she totally knew better than to start something in CHARMS. with BELLAIRE.
Yeah, not happening.
So she took a deep breath and sighed....she set the ball on the ground, flipped her hair from her face, and pointed her wand at the ball.."Depulso!" she cried, and it went ZOOOM into the basket! Yay! She smirked..."We're so talented," she told Hannah with a slight haughty laugh...

Next Sarah selected the light purple ball and placed it in front of her, so confident in her abilities she mumbled "depulso" and flicked her wand at the basket... Looking at the basket at her loot she was shocked to discover that the light purple ball had not yet joined the ranks of the other balls. There is was ling in state a few feet away... no it had not done what it was meant to. "accio plum ball" she said and the ball came back to her. She placed it in front of her and again said "depulso", this time it seemed to have worked as the ball had gone to its intended destination

"You're on," Vivi nodded, her grin broadening a bit as Kurumi banished a ball into the exact basket she'd just used. Healthy competition was... well... healthy, and she didn't see anything wrong with it. Plus, they'd both mastered the spell for the most part, so it was nice to find a way to challenge themselves.
Vivi turned her attention to a teal ball sitting not too far away. She pointed her wand, mentally shouted the incantation at it, and then flicked. No movement. Not even a wiggle. Of course not... that would be too easy.
She pointed her wand again, and just to get the feel for the incantation on her lips, she mouthed the word Depulso as she flicked her wand again. The ball rolled a few inches in the correct direction, which was a marked improvement to Vivi's mind.

Okay, it was game on from this point. Sierra had somehow let the basket's score tie with her own score, and that just wasn't okay in her eyes. She eyed it with a fierce glare, almost as if she believed it could understand that she was challenging it. She was, yes, but no, she didn't believe it could understand that.
She retrieved a ball and lined it up with the basket. She took care to make sure she'd aimed her wand just the way it should be aimed. Finally, ..."Depulso!" she said, focusing all her intent on the basket and getting the ball into it. the ball shot straight forward toward the basket. Sierra held her breath and eyed the ball the entire way.
Finally, it landed, with a sweet sound of victory, right into the basket. *FIST PUMP*

Here's the thing, when it comes to activities where one's skill for aiming is tested, Vickers doesnt believe in lucky shots. Either you're naturally gifted or you've worked your bum to master the technique.
Vickers thinks he already got the former, he just needs to get the latter down pat.
He eyed another ball and raised his wand to take aim. He pauses for a moment, then decides to back up a few paces. He may be further than where he started initially but he was actually more comfortable this way.
Now he raises his wand and utters a confident "Depulso!" The spell shoots out of his wand and hits the ball right at the center, sending it flying across the room, landing with a soft SMACK into the basket.
"Yes!" Cue subtle fist pumping.

She tried to smile at him and started to head back over to her basket area when she saw Cora sitting glumly on the ground. Eliza seemed to be breaking all of the speaking rules already, and her friend seemed sad, so she figured what could it hurt to say one more thing before class was over? She approached her and crouched down. In a soft voice she spoke, "Cora? Are you all right?" She made a visual sweep of the area, to be sure no flying balls would hit them, for the moment. She didn't want to look like she wasn't paying attention to the lesson anymore, so she focused on a basket near them and cast the spell again, careful not to think of Cora as she banished. Wouldn't want to send a ball at her too, now would we? She stood a little taller from her crouched position and said in an even, mild voice, "Depulso." She watched as her purple ball flew through the air towards the basket at a much safer velocity this time. It fell just a little short, bounced a few times, then rolled up again the bottom of the basket. Well that was closer at least.
Cora jumped a bit, easily startled as always. Clearly her sitting off to the side had not gone unnoticed. Oh, well. At least it's just Eliza. Cora kept her arms wrapped around her legs, but smiled at Eliza. She always seemed to be there when Cora was out of sorts.
"Yes. I'm fine, thanks. Just didn't feel much up to doing this activity today." Cora shrugged, trying to stay cheerful. She wanted to tell Eliza what was bothering her, but NOT HERE.
Looking towards Eliza's ball, she added, "I usually try to banish the ball a little further than the basket. I'm not sure why, but it worked for me." Cora wanted to be helpful, and was trying to change the subject, giving Eliza a "I'll tell you later" look.

The Slytherin looked around for the Professor and then quickly ducked and moved swiftly to the two girls. "hit someone else again?" he joked to Eliza first before looking down at the other Ravenclaw. " are you okay?"
Cora's cheeks immediately became red. Oh no. Now someone else noticed me?! She looked up at the Slytherin, who she had definitely seen but hadn't met. "Oh, um. I-I'm fine."Oh, great. REAL convincing."It's just, I don't really feel well." Cora said with a try for a smile. Cora was trying to cover up for what was really wrong. But to be honest, Cora actually didn't feel well.
"Don't worry about me. Thank you though. I'm Cora." Cora said sweetly. Of course she would be polite and introduce herself. Something about Cora did feel a bit off. Her head was spinning a bit, but Cora didn't want to cause a fuss.

"Is everything okay?" he asked with a hint of concern to the little group, his eyes landing on Cora. She wasn't hurt, was she? Did his ball hit her?
Cora's eyes drifted to a ball that landed close to where she sat. Curious, she looked up in the direction the ball came from, and saw Ethan, walking towards her, concern written all over his face. Cora's eyes lit up, and then she frowned. Now, even Ethan would see her sitting out.
"Oh, hi Ethan. It's nothing. I'm fine, thanks." Cora eyes fell to the ground. "I'm just not quite feeling well." Cora hated for all the attention to be on her, but she could hardly fake things. She was an AWFUL liar. And while some things were bothering her, mainly the fact that she had ACTUALLY been jealous, she couldn't quite ignore the slight dizzy feeling she felt. Cora's face was a bit pale as she looked at the three concerned classmates.
Can't everyone just ignore me? Did Cora really mean that?

Kat had treated herself with a minute break before continuing to banish more balls. Picking a cool ball, Kat made her mind and chose a purple ball this time. It didn't remind her of anything, though, but it's fine. She just chose the colored ball for fun and judt because she felt like it. Yeah.
Pointing her wand at the ball, she cast the spell at it. "Depulso!" The ball flew to the basket. Yipee! But when it went inside the basket, it hit the corner and bounced off. Infuriated, Kat muttered. "You will pay for this, you stupid purple ball." Yes, she blamed it on the ball. Who was she to blame? Her wand? Her wand was perfect for her and she had it since she was an ickle Firstie! Donchu dare.

She gave them time to do so and once they did she banished the desk and chairs to the back of the class. Demonstration number one. Now there was a large enough space in the class for everyone to be able to practice the charm.
"The wand motion is very simple. All you need to do is point your wand at the object you are banishing...like I just did with the desks and chairs."
With another flick of her wand the container of brightly coloured balls appeared at the front of the class and so did many different baskets. The Charms professor got to work lining the wall with the basket and placing the ball container a few feet away from. "The aim is to banish the ball into a basket...like so."
She demonstrated causing a purple ball to fly into a basket.
"If you are clear on the instructions you may begin. If not feel free to ask questions."
Okay. So it should be simple enough for the lioness to cast a charm on a little, lovely coloured ball right? And the movement of the wand was not that difficult nor the pronunciation of the spell.
Tiffany took a step backward and leaned herself to the wall as she pointed her wand to a pink ball in front of her. She reminded herself of keeping calm and quiet in her mind before casting a spell, focusing on the ball itself and the way she wanted it to be end up in, which was to be in the basket. She inhaled and took a deep breath before she started.
"Depulso!"
With a flick of her wand, the ball flew fast towards the basket to the exact place where it had to land on. The lioness was really excited that she almost screamed out loudly and told the professor about her success. However when she moved her glance back to the basket, she realized that it didn't really get INTO the basket but it just landed in front of it. It was frustrating to see it actually happening because it was so close!
Why couldn't she move a bit closer to the basket? Maybe in this case, she could succeed just by one single try.

The slight wiggle of the ball should have been more of a motivator, but it was sort of doing the opposite. Since she HAD made it move slightly before, it was becoming more and more frustrating when the ball didn't move at all. Maybe it was the color of the ball - a blueish color. Maybe she needed a ball that was easier for her to focus on.
Her eyes shifted to the rest of the balls in the basket and fell on a familiar green colored ball. Blushing a bit, Kurumi pointed her wand and began to shout the incantation in her head over and over again. Okay, maybe the green ball wasn't a good one to concentration because, well, it was the same color as a pair of eyes on a certain Hufflepuff... Pointing her wand a bit more urgently at the ball, still shouting the incantation, Kurumi saw the ball vibrate a bit and sliiiiiiiiiiightly rise into the air and over the edge of the basket where it simply dropped to the floor and began to roll away.
Nope. That wasn't going to do it.
Now the question was if she should try to use a moving target or go for another ball in the basket... She ventured a glance at Vivi and saw that she too had managed a rolling ball. Her green ball had now rolled into one of the desks and come to a stop, so the Gryffindor turned her attention towards it and took a deep breath. Good, better, but not good enough yet.

Queen of Typos | The OTHER OTHER Roro | WICKED is Good
So today was a very important day that's worth mentioning in Cassia's diary. Which had been left untouched for quite a bit. But succeeding in charms was a very important thing to register. It doesn't happen every lesson, no it totally doesn't. And because she was so enjoying this, Cassia decided to DO this banishing spell again and again until Professor Bellair said they were done. And so she picked up the pink ball from the basket and replaced it with a white one. White is a cool color too. And because she felt like she was getting the hang of this spell ,she decided to place the ball further from the basket. You know she now was becoming an expert and all that.
Standing confidently, which was a rare thing in charms ,she flipped her wand in her hand trying to look all crafty and stuff. Well, the wand of course fell on the floor but she looked cool for the split second she managed to flip the wand in. It's a start. Pointing her wand after she had picked it up, Cassia locked her eyes with the ball and tried not to blink. Just for concentration. Though it turned out to be a bad idea as her eyes started to water and all that. She blinked a couple of times to keep her eyes from watering and looked at the ball again. "Depulso," She uttered and the white ball hopped off the ground before landing near the basket. Cassia muttered under her breath and walked towards the ball to replace it. Why couldn't she succeed at the first try? Why did it always have to be the second or sometimes more!
The Slytherin placed the ball a couple of feet away from the basket to the right. She had placed it to the left before maybe it had something to do with this? Maybe. Raising her wand again and aiming it at the ball. The second-year spoke a bit loudly ,"Depulso!" And with her eyebrows furrowed for some unknown reason. Fortunately the ball bounced..oddly a bit..and landed into the basket. Well, it landed a bit strongly causing it to bounce out if the basket again. Cassia ignored that as what mattered was her doing the spell correctly which she did. What the ball decided to do after landing into the basket was the ball's matter not hers. Yup.

"Is everything okay?" he asked with a hint of concern to the little group, his eyes landing on Cora. She wasn't hurt, was she? Did his ball hit her?
Daichi let out a chuckle as a ball rolled by just when he was asking if the girl was alright. Looking up, he noticed that another Ravenclaw walked towards them and he couldn't help but feel...out of place. Being the only Slytherin and all.
He was about to shrug his shoulders to the guy when the girl in question spoke.

"Are you sure you're fine?" her cheeks seemed to redden with the second. "You're not having a fever right?"
"Daichi" he said curtly and with a quick nod and smile flashed to her. Reason why the introduction was so short was because they were still in class. And the Professor wouldn't probably like it if they talked instead of practised. "If you're feeling fine, i think it's better if you stood up from the ground." he said as he quickly glanced to the Professor. "I'm sure she doesn't like it if you just sat down during class and not participated" House points would be going byebye. Wait, why was he even concerned about the Ravenclaws?
Dylan had listened as everyone had answered the question, so Depulso or whatever it was.. was a spell to banish items? Mm he wondered what he could banish if he ever wanted to try this charm out when not in the classroom. He listened as she explained that they would be using Depulso to banish the balls in to the baskets? Seriously thats what they were going to do!? Man he was glad that he listened to Minnie and actually started coming back to classes, first the truth serum potion and now throwing balls across the room into baskets. Man this was going to be so much fun to do!
He pointed his wand at a ball and looked at the basket.. depulso.. depulso he told himself, he then decided to have a go. "Depulso!" he said but it did not have the desired effect, his ball did not go into the basket instead it flew passed the basket and hit the wall at the other end of the classroom "Oops too much Depulsoing I guess." he said picking another ball and decided to have another go "Right Depulsoing try.. number 2!" he looked at the basket "Depulso" he watched as his ball flew into the air and looked like it was about to go in when it missed the basket completely and rolled along the floor and hit the basket. He hung his head.. at this rate he was never going to get that ball into the basket.
Belle wanted to make another attempt to get the ball into the basket. She missed getting it in by inches. Belle concentrated all her focus on the basket. Belle had a purple ball right in front of her.
Belle started to say in the incantation. Belle uttered the words, "Depulso!" and with a flick of her hand, the ball went smoothly right into the basket
SCORE! Belle was doing a little happy dance. She was excited it was working. Belle felt so confident. She was going to keep score of how many times she got it in.

If he can do better at this distance how about...... moving further back?
Vickers propped the ball in place and moved back several moarrrrr paces so much so that other distractions started to get into his field of vision-- other balls bouncing about, stray spells, even students getting hit accidentally. He He raised his wand and tried to just focus on the ball sitting at the top of that pile, trying to block out everything and everybody else. It was almost like meditating but different.....
"Depulso!"
Spell shoots out of the wand and grazes the top of the ball, having it roll and bounce instead of zipping through the air from impact. But as he watched the ball bounce towards the basket he holds his breath, wondering if it has enough momentum to make it to the basket....
.........bounce
......bounce
...*plop*
score!

She walked back to the front of the class and turned to look at them. "Today we will be banishing balls to baskets. I'll like you all to once again step out of your desks and come to the front."
Befelda was shaking again. She didn't realize she will be this nervous in all the classes she attends. She picked a ball and put it down. She took her wand out of her robe pointed it to the ball and quietly casted, "Depulso.".
The ball somewhat bounced slightly and almost didn't move on its position. Hmm...perhaps my casting was so quiet and soft, the charm didn't go effectively. I need to say the word perfectly., she thought.
She then picked another ball, pointed her wand and cast the banishing charm louder, "Depulso!". The ball vigorously bounced and bounced all over the classroom, become wild and it almost hit the basket. Aarggghh! How am I going to do this right? What am I doing wrong here?, she asked herself a bit disappointed. She asked the Professor.
"Professor, am I casting or saying the banishing charm the wrong way? First I said it slowly, it almost went stationary and didn't move at all. Then I tried to say it louder, it wildly bounced all over the place. How will I cast the charm perfectly?, Befelda asked Professor, a little dismayed with her casting spells.
Yeah I broke that mirror, so what? ll NOT backward ll Official Gryfferin ll Lemon's favourite
There was really nothing to this magic stuff once you got the hang of it. Lex for one was revelling in the fact that she was actually getting it right.
"Depulso!" She watched another ball fly into the basket with a grin. This class was just the confidence boost she needed. If it were any other class with any other spell then she'd probably have just started sulking because of not getting it right. Experience was life's best teacher.
As her eyes caught sight of another ball she couldn't help but wonder. Now that they'd all basically mastered this thing...could they start banishing people? She already had a few people in mind...

Ethan reached down to pick up his ball, keeping his eyes on Cora as she spoke. Well, he was glad that his ball did not hit her.. but she wasn't feeling well? That wasn't good.. He glanced over at the Slytherin boy as he spoke and nodded in agreement. "Do you think you can continue with the lesson, Cora? He's probably right.." Daichi, was it? "I don't want to see you get in any trouble.." He shot a glance towards the professor.. she was one not to be messed with. Ethan turned back to Cora with a sympathetic smile. "Maybe you should see the healer after class.. okay?"
"Well.. I should go back and practice.." he added before starting back to where he had been. He didn't want to feel Bellaire's wrath either.
SPOILER!!: DJ

As Ethan headed back to his original spot in the classroom, he spotted DJ up ahead practicing the spell. As he approached, he stood behind him, watching for a moment. "Tricky one, isn't it?" he finally said after the first year had a couple misses. "You know, I was just thinking how handy this spell could be on the golf course.. once it's mastered, of course," he told the younger boy with wink before heading back over to Minnie.

She gave a giggle and then turned to her own ball figuring she would "try" some so he could see how bad she was doing.
Ethan walked back over to his spot in the classroom, glancing over to where Cora was. He hoped that she was alright.. she did not look well at all. He'd make it a point to find out after class if she was alright or visited the healer, but for now he had to keep practicing the spell.. or help Minnie master it.
"Okay.. got my ball," he said, holding it up for Minerva to see. And he watched her perform the spell a couple times.. or at least try to perform it. "Well, first.. make sure you're pronouncing it correctly.. Depulso.. But what works for me is the concentration and focus. Point that wand first at the ball, then exactly where you want it to go.. and picture it happening. Think of nothing else until it goes there.." He gave her an encouraging smile. "Okay.. let's see you try it again."
