All SS site rules and SS School RPG rules apply at all times no matter if it's in the Astronomy Tower threads or any other school threads.

In character offences will be punished appropriately in character. That can mean loss of house points, detention or both if the offense is severe.

Out of character offences will be punished out of character where you the member will get a warning or an infraction in accordance with SS site rules.

Do not edit your posts in lessons. Use the preview button before hitting the post button so that your answers don’t look like a copy of somebody else’s answers. The professor can see the difference and won’t in fairness to the other members give you points for an edited answer. So I repeat preview your posts before posting!!

Want to join a lesson that has already started? You are most welcome to join in, just don’t post as if your character is arriving late. Post as if your character has been there the entire time. If you post walking into the classroom when the lesson has begun it will result in point loss.

Respect: When you step into the Astronomy classroom you are expected to show your peers and professor respect. Any grudges, unresolved issues or drama should be left on the doorstep. Astronomy lessons are a place for fun and learning!

Lateness: Don’t arrive late. It disrupts the lesson and will result in point loss.

Uniform: All students are required to wear their school uniform in lessons unless other instructions have been given.

Raise your hand: Please raise your hand while answering it will keep the momentum of the lesson smooth and easy for everyone.

Plagiarizing is prohibited!: Don’t copy any answers straight from a textbook or internet web page or even off another member. Share the answer with the class in your own character’s words.

Late homework: Homework assignment deadlines are set for a reason. Please hand in all work on time. Late work will not be graded.

Try your best that’s all we ask: Your characters are not expected to know everything about astronomy. We only want you to try your best, and have fun and maybe in the process get to know your characters better.:)

Have fun: Try to have as much fun in classes as possible without breaking any rules of course.;) Buddy up in class with someone unfamiliar or try doing something out of your character’s comfort zone.

Special note: Mrs Burbage will not have an office thread. If you’d like to RP with her then please VM and/or PM her and say so. She would love to meet lots and lots of students.

How to submit homework:

All homework should be PMd to Marion Burbage.

All homework assignments should be properly labeled eg "Astronomy homework 1, 2 or 3" or similar and contain the following at the top of the PM.

ID number

You find your personal ID number by clicking on your username. In the URL uptop you see a number at the end of the url. That’s your ID number. Mine for example is 153870.
