Ella was exhausted as the walk to the Astronomy tower usually wiped her out. It also mae her hungry. Meh. All she wanted right now was a big huge bowl of ice cream. Yup. That's what she wanted, even in the winter. Maybe after class...it could be a reward or something.

Entering the classroom, the third year noted that she was quite early and raised an eyebrow. Huh. She was doing that quite a lot lately, arriving early. That didn't make her a total nerd or anything did it? O___O Hopefully not.

Spotting the Professor, Ella put on a smile and waved at the woman. "Hi Professor, hope you're well!" And then she headed for a seat in the middle of the room, plopping down and letting her bag drop to the floor. She pulled out some parchment and a quill and sat back, waiting for class to begin.

Despite the slight let-down with the previous lesson, Gideon was still an eager student regarding astronomy. He wasn't gonna let one class bring him down and it was still better then not having class at all. Or not being allowed in the tower much at all like last term. So the seventh year made it up to the astronomy tower, early for the lesson, taking the metal stairs in stride. He entered the classroom with a contented smile, looking around for the professor and finally spotting her gazing out one of the windows.

"Good day professor," he greeted, walking further into the classroom. He didn't much mind the cooler temperature.

Minerva walked into the astronomy class. She had missed the first one, so she was hoping she wasn't to behind on this one. Walking in she noticed not many students were there yet. Well at least that was a plus, she didn't like being late.

"Hello Professor, how are you today?" Minerva smiled at the professor as she turned to find a place to sit, "Hey Ella" she smiled at her friend and walked over finding a seat near her. She pulled out her parchment and quill to be ready for when the class started.

Jayden skipped cheerfully into the classroom, her long black locks twisted into a serious looking bun. Seeing that her Professor was already in the room, her mouth formed into a huuuuge grin as she greeted the older woman. "Good Morning, Professor!" She called out cheerfully as she took her seat.

Now it was time to play the waiting game. Hopefully Elliot would be there soon and Jared would be on time. One could only hope...

Boys...

Astronomy, one of her favorite classes. It wasn't far from the Ravenclaw Dormitory that these lessons were held. Silvia climbed the stairs and entered the chilly astronomy classroom. She was early, as she often was.

"Hello Professor," she said, and took her usual seat in the second row. Pulling out her parchment and quill, the Ravenclaw waited for the lesson to start, wondering what exciting things they would be learning today.

Nigel could not wait for the next Astronomy class. Last time they had rockets and got to launch them in the air. So now Nigel wondered what they were going to do this class.

He hoped they would get more pictures of Captain Kirk and The Doctor. He still did not believe they were who the Professor said they were. But whatever, That was last lesson. Today is a new day and lesson.

"Hello, Professor" Nigel said just noticing the room was a little cold. But it as lot better than the divination classroom. So Nigel could not complain.

After the last lesson where they had made and shot off bottle rockets, Logan was very excited to get back to this lesson again. This was why he was almost skipping when he entered the room. Happily, he went to take a seat in the middle of the room. "Hello, Professor!" Now to wait for class to start.

The stars.. hopefully this lesson they will not be building rockets but rather doing real astronomy like as in stars. Rocket making was cool though.. she had to admit. "Hello Professor" Sarah said arriving inside the room. She sat down at a seat at the seccond from the back row better then last lesson when she could not see... She loved it when the muggle and magical world coincided on things and astronom was turning out to be one of those lessons. Rocket building and things.

Rockets.

That's what they had built, last time in this class. It hadn't gone so well for her.. Her rocket didn't exactly, well....shot off. It just flopped to the side.

Hopefully they would be doing something less..."active". It would be better for her.

Cardigan walked into the astronomy classroom. "Good day professor!" She said, going to sit down at a desk kinda close to the front, but not too close... She slung her backpack onto the floor, resting it comfortably against her desk.

What we gonna do today??

Well now the last Astronomy class was rather fun, even when it got a bit ridiculous towards the end, so there was an extra spring to his step when this Ravenclaw made his way quickly to the Astronomy tower. A happy grin was given to the wizened witch before settling onto a seat he occupied in the last class. Now what are they going to be doing today?

Sooo time for another Astronomy lesson. Wonder if this one would have a bunch of guys from a long time ago that the professor thought were attractive too. Maybe one of them would be her husband this time? Hmm.

"Hi, Professor," Penelope said as she entered the room. Yeah, she'd remembered from last time that Professor Burbage wanted "professor" as part of the greeting. So there it was. The second year then decided to take an empty seat beside Sarah. "Hey," she greeted her friend with a small smile.

Laura walked into the classroom, she was hoping it would just be a quiet lesson, was that too much to ask for, she wanted to do some studying and then she wanted to go and have something to eat without seeing a ghost or anything weird. "Good day Professor." Laura smiled as she took an empty seat.

After hearing through the Hogwarts grapevine about the last class (which she had overslept and managed to miss), Emmanuelle was excited for this one. As long as they didn't have to work in groups. She understood the theory behind group work, but she never really thought it worked out that way when put to work. Anyway, she walked into the class and picked a seat near the back. "Hello, professor!" she greeted, before taking her seat and shoving her bag under her chair. Ready, professor!

Vivi entered the classroom and slung her satchel onto the desk top as she offered the professor a polite nod. "Hello, professor. I hope we get to do more hands on work today." Last class had been a blast.

Mostly. The flapping was hard to forgive.

She took her seat and stowed her bag. It would be nice to spend time on the stars today, but she'd enjoyed the foray into physics as well.

All that Tiffany could remember from the last lesson was...BOYS. And since the professor was that interested in them, it could hardly stop her from assuming that today's lesson was once again going to involve some boys when they were talking about the universe or stuff like that.

Entering the classroom, she greeted the professor who came in sight at once. "Good day, professor,"she said politely with a slight bow. Then finding herself a comfortable seat, she placed her backpack under her chair and waited. She hoped that today they were doing something about different planets or stars, or just something similar. No more famous astronauts.

Though the last class was kind of unusual, Astronomy was still one of Max's favorite and best subjects. Naturally, he tried to enter the classroom with an open mind. Burbage was... nice. A little loopy, perhaps, but she seemed to have a good heart. "G'day, professor," Max greeted with a smile upon entering the room, finding a seat toward the back of the room, as far from the windows as he could manage.

It was a little too chilly for his liking.

Ethan sauntered into the classroom, pulling his cloak tighter around him. He was not really in the mood for class, especially as the last Astronomy lesson did not go all that well for hi. Though he was thankful for the hands-on aspect, rather than book-learning. "Hello, Professor," he offered her a smile and nod in greeting as he walked past. Finding a vacant seat in the back, Ethan sat and dropped his messenger bag onto the floor right next to his chair.

Between stumuffins and breaking Selina's nose last lesson, Kurumi was a little nervous as she entered the classroom. At least it had been a departure from previous lessons in previous terms that had been mostly sit down at your desk and discuss things. Or working with your telescope... It was nice to have someone who had blended several elements together and taken a hands on approach - even if the spell that had learned had been a little...odd.

"Hello, Professor Burbage," Kurumi greeted as she made her way towards an empty seat - giving Vivi a quick finger wiggle as she did - and pulled up on her robes some. Kurumi may have been from a cold region of Japan, but she still wasn't too much of a fan of the winter chill.

Sophie walked aaaalllll the way up to the Astronomy Tower again. She was coming from her Common Room, so it was a long, long walk, but she had already gotten used to it and didn't mind it at all. It was good exercise, wasn't it?? It sure was!

Smiling, she stepped into the room and saw some friends and the professor there. "Hello, professor!" She greeted her cheerfully as she walked over to sit next to a younger eagle. "Hey there, Nigel!" Waaave. Sophie didn't even ask if she could sit there, because... it wouldn't be a problem, right?

Jory was looking forward to today's lesson since he had very much enjoyed the last one. As he neared the room, he drew his cloak closer around him. It was cold but still, he he loved it.

"Hello, good day, Professor,'' the Puff greeted when he entered the room, then headed off to take a seat.

Astronomy...round two. she wasn't looking forward to this. Nope. Not at all. That Burbage woman...was super annoying...and Elliot didn't know HOW she would sit through another lesson with her..it would be VERY hard not to get lippy with her...

Her bag slung over her shoulder, her blonde hair tied back in a sleek bun, her blue eyes roved around the room for someone familiar to sit with. They rested on lucky contender: JAYDEN TROUTWATER! She smirked at her friend and immediately headed her way...

She saw Ethan and gave him a nod and a wave...nice guy. Really nice guy. Now...who she was wanting him to go out with..well..that was a different story...poor kid. So many crushes on him. life must be SO hard.

She sent glares!scowls at the usual hufflepuffs that she hated...first at Minnie, who she had HEARD had a crush on Ethan...no, sweetie, you don't. Because Elliot was NOT letting that happen..nope. She saved her most menacing one for Soapy, though...because Elliot liked to annoy her...hehehe.

Laura was there...too. Hmph.

She plopped down next to Jayden.."Hey," she said, raising her eyebrows.

Marion beeeamed as she watched the kids shuffle into the classroom. She nodded and smiled at each student when they greeted her, standing behind the back of her desk again.

“Before we start daaaaaaaarlings.. “ Marion smiled, moving around her desk. “I would like to know if any of you looooovelies have heard of the term ‘constellation’? I don’t want anything toooooo specific but in general terms, what do you darlings think it means?” Marion thought it would be great to get their input before she started her lesson. Yes. Marion smiiiiled, visibly excited about the class.

A constellation... Sarah had heard that terminology before. When she star gazed one night with her brother. She raised her hand“A constellation is a cluster or group of stars that make up certain shapes. One famous constellation is a man called Orion. Three stars that are diagonal are Orions belt. Some constellations differ depending on where in the world you are. When my mother was younger and she lived in South Africa which is in the Southern Hemisphere, she used to see something called the Southern Cross. Yet you cannot see it from England. There are many famous constellations. Orion has many body parts and then there are the three sisters and such. I think there are nearly one hundred constellations. Most constellations and their stories are Greek”

The minute he heard constellations his heart rate sped up just as it was last time when they were discussing things about rockets. Would it mean that they would actually get some stargazing done for this class?
