Default Transfiguration Lesson One

As you walk into the classroom, you notice that everything is exactly where it should be. The desks are in their perfect rows, the large one belonging to Professor Magnus is situated at the back of the room, covered still in it's usual piles of papers. The blackboard is off to the side and has the following written on it:

The fifteen-year-old still stood there, stiff as a board.
That was odd.

Lewis had taken a few hurried steps back, away from Sierra in case she would lash out at him or something but was now hesitantly getting a little closer to the girl again. She looked weird. She hadn't reacted in any way to him bumping into her. Like at all. Or well, now that he got a closer look, she sort of had. She was...wobbling. From one side to the other. Like her feet were rooted to the floor.

It had made him reach out instinctively, almost catching her when she first rocked to the left and then to the right...and to the left again. He didn't touch her however because well, this was Sierra, this might be a trick or something. Only something told him it wasn't a trick. There was something seriously off with that girl.

Walking over, and leaving Kurumi to her little fantasy for a second, Issy gestured for Lewis to move to the side slightly. Standing in front of Sierra, she waved a hand in front of her face hoping for a reaction. Nothing. It was as if the girl was frozen in place. Just like Kurumi had been.

This was two things: a) not good and b) very weird.

Slapping a hand to the girls forehead, Issy felt for a fever. She was sure it must be some virus because nothing could have happened to them at school that would cause this. Could it?
But Professor Magnus seemed like she had this under control.

Lewis took a few steps away from Sierra again when the professor told him to, moving closer to the door again, ready to leave. He hesitated there however, turning around to see what was happening behind him. His eyes first went to Kurumi who still had a look of utter disbelief plastered across her face as if she wasn't quite sure if Professor Magnus wasn't playing a trick on her or something.

Curiouser and curiouser.

His attention was once again back on the Slytherin Prefect however when she suddenly got out of her stupor, looking almost as confused as Kurumi. Frowning a little when she first walked to a desk before turning right around on her heels to leave after all, Lewis bowed his head slightly when she hurried past him, hoping that she wouldn't remember him walking into her. Okay, he should probably leave too. With one last wave at the professor, Lewis followed Sierra out of the classroom, not wanting to be caught too close to Kurumi again.

He really didn't want to get another glare from Selina.
