Transfiguration Lesson One
 

As you walk into the classroom, you notice that everything is exactly where it should be. The desks are in their perfect rows, the large one belonging to Professor Magnus is situated at the back of the room, covered still in it's usual piles of papers. The blackboard is off to the side and has the following written on it:

Sitting in her seat reading a book, Professor Magnus waits for you students to file in.

Xing and his typical fashioned hairstyle and blank face enters a classroom he had never entered before. Transfiguration, isn't it? Whatever the subject is, he'll just learn it. Goodness! His memory is that bad! As he steps into the classroom, Xing stops briefly to look around before he proceeds in. "Good afternoon, Professor-" Oh, shoots! He forgot her name! Nevermind... Just professor should be fine. The Slytherin bown ninety degrees at the professor before he heads towards the seat near the window.

Vickers rounded the corner and into the Transfigurations classroom, his eye catching what was written on the board. Gamps Law he mused then turned towards the back of the class and spotted the Professor "Good Morning Professor Magnus" he nodded politely then found himself a seat along the second row. Sliding into it, he took out his parchments and quill then opened his textbook on the topic at hand.

Theodore skipped into Transfiguration. And it was very quiet in there, so he took his seat quickly and without a peep. Theo didn't like being one of the first students to enter a classroom. Oh well.

"Hullo, Professor." He muttered, then looked to the blackboard. Were they supposed to do these tasks now?

Theodore ignored it for the moment and waited for the lesson to start properly.

Minerva felt herself skipping into her favorite class. She loved transfiguration and couldn't wait to get started. She looked around and found not many had come yet, no biggie she liked to be early. Finding her normal seat in the front she pulled out her materials and smiled at Professor Magnus and noticing the board infront of the room. "Hello Professor, hope you are well today. Would you like us to write down our favorite spell now or wait until class begins?"

She opened up her parchment and got her quill ready. She knew exactly what spell she would put down and anyone that knew her well enough already knew that answer as well. It wasn't like she didn't change her hair color every other week almost. She had been obsessed over that spell since the first time she learned it right in this very classroom.

As she stepped inside the Transfiguration classroom, Nora was sort of glad that nothing has been changed for this particular lesson, which only meant that they wouldn't have any activities that required team work or, you know, moving. Why is that? Nora wasn't really in the mood for anything out of the ordinary.

"Hello, professor," she smiled at professor Magnus, who was seated at her desk. She chose to sit at a desk in the front row, and her eyes darted towards the board as she took her bag off her shoulder and hung it on the back of her seat. The exceptions of Gamp's laws? Interesting.

Transfiguration had been a love-hate sort of subject for the Gryffindor and this was slightly reflected in the heavy steps she took as she entered the classroom. In terms of magic, Transfiguration spells were some of Kurumi's favorite - more so than Charms. However, it was because of what she was...what she now couldn't do now since her abilities had shut off... that the subject had been difficult for Kurumi to stomach.

Her brown eyes scanned the room until she spotted her usual seat in front of Professor Magnus' desk and she shuffled her feet as quickly as she could until she was there. There was another thing that bothered her about Transfiguration now too and that was the fact that it was the only OWL that she did not get an O on. Talk about irony.

"Good day, professor," Kurumi said with a faint smile as she looked at the board as she took her seat. Kurumi placed a fresh piece of parchment on her desk and removed her quill from her bag so that she could begin to copy down what was written on the board, at least through the first discussion. She left the second discussion off for now since she wasn't sure how many notes she would take on the first part of the lecture.

Beezus almost stumbled on her way inside the classroom. She was so hungry, didn't even got the chance to eat because she woke up late. That was entirely her fault but still, she hoped Transfiguration didn't start that early in the morning.

"Good morning Professor Magnus." She greeted upon entering then walked over to a vacant seat at the center of the classroom. She sat down, placed her bag on the desk and buried her face on it. After a few, she looked up and stared at the Board. Gamp's Law of Elemental Transfiguration? Hmm..she knew that, well a bit.

What exactly were they going to do? She hoped something that won't include food so her stomach won't go growling for it.

"Hello Professor",Sarah said as she enteredthe class. She went and found a seat. As she sat down at her desk, she took out her book. Her eyes instinctivly looked at the board. She wonder what she would learn in this lesson.

Transiguration, this ought to be intresting, though to be honest the huflepuff wasn't too good at this particular subject. Renesmee walked into the classroom a little nervously as she rememeber what had happened the last time she had been here. It was something highly humiliating and embarrassing too. The red head shook it off her mind and continued walking.

As she passed the proffessor, a small smile apeared on her face. "Good Morning, Professor." she said and then continued on her way to a desk.Trying to be safe, she made sure to sit in the front just in case anything would happen, that way the Professor would be there to assist her.

Once she had chosen a desk, she took out a quil, ink and a piece of parchment out of her bag. She then sat down and looked at what was written on the board. So they were going to talk about Gamp's Laws today, that seemed like a good topic, something Nessie planned on actually listening to.

The red head put her hands on her desk and lay her head over them, waiting for the class to begin.

"Hey Professor!" Isidora waved at the woman eagerly as she skipped lightly into the classroom. She made it all the way up close to where the professor was positioned before she planted herself into a desk. Then she pulled out all that good stuff that she would need for this lesson and arranged it on her desk in an odd shape.

Transfiguration time! Hannah walked into the classroom and looked around. This class was always neat and tidy. Hannah could appreciate that. She smiled at the professor. "Good to see you again Professor." She took a seat an copied down what was on the board. She was going to do well the term. She was determined.

Silvia made her way into the Transfiguration classroom and took a seat at a desk in the second row. "Hello Professor Magnus." She reached into her bag and pulled out the materials she would need for today's lesson. Glancing up at the board, she began copying the first half of the information into her notebook.

Tackles Minnie
 

Alyssa quickly walked into the classroom and was glad that the Ptofessor was waiting for more students to appear before starting. She quickly walked up to Professor Magnus and greeted her. "Hello Professor, it is good to be back in your class again " Alyssa smiled at the Professor.

Then she looked around and spotted Minnie who was already seated and sat down next to her and said,"Hi Minnie, I hope you don't mind if I sit next to you."

Pulling out her journal, parchment paper and writing materials, Alyssa placed them on her desk before looking at what the Professor has written on the board. So there were going to be discussing Gamps Law Of Transfiguration. Alyssa quickly opened up her textbook and turned to the page on the subject and started to read while waiting for class to start.

Transfiguration. He didn't really bad at this subject but not that good either. Messer walked into the classroom with his book bag slung on his right shoulder. "Hello, Professor Magnus." he greeted the Transfiguration Professor hoping that he didn't interrupted her reading.

After he settled himself, Messer' eyes went to the blackboard. He wondered what they're going to do today? Well, he'll find out soon enough.

Yay! Chelle's first Transfiguration lesson.
This was something Chelle had really been looking forward to all week. How cool it would be to turn stuff into other stuff.
In quite a cheerful mood, she smiled politely at Professor Magnus. "Hello, Professor. Beautiful day!" she said, and took a seat.

She might fall off her chair if you tackle her.. XD
 

Minerva smiled when she saw Alyssa come over to her and sit down. "Of course not, you are always welcome to sit near me." She then noticed that Alyssa was taking out her book, which reminded her that she hadn't opened hers just laid it out with her parchment and quill. She quickly found the chapter they would be covering and left it at the top of her desk.

Entering the Transfiguration classroom with his bag hoisted over his shoulder, Daichi moved the bag a little to the front as he entered the room and opened it up with the zipper. Mr.Duckles his plushed duck that he had carried in his arms while walking up from the common room was pushed back in the school bag though he made sure the head of the plushy stuck out.

His chocolate brown eyes behind the big nerdy like glasses looked at the blackboard and he stood at the front reading it for a few seconds. It was then that he realised that the Professor was sitting at her desk and a faint blush crept on his cheeks. "H-hello professor Magnus" he said with a bow of his head and a small , shy smile appeared on his lips. He cleary remembered the CoMC lesson and the Snake hoped that she didn't think he was a scardy cat with everything... Clearing his throat and with one last bow he quickly went to sit at a desk at the front.

Answering questions, but you're all in there. Class not starting just yet. ;)
 

Isabelle looked up from her book as the kids started coming in to class. Smiling at each of them, she was pleased that at least they were taking notice of the blackboard.

"Good day, Miss Wheatborn. And, no, that is for later in the lesson, thank you," Issy gave her a wink and nod.

"Hello!" Isabelle replied, brightly. Considering how many kids were now coming in, she thought maybe she should give up her book reading. But it had got to the good part.

"Oh, you'll all be coming up to the board to fill it in later, in the second part of the lesson."




More children entered, and Isabelle eventually decided to forgo her book and place it on her desk, making sure she had marked the right page. As each gave her a breezy greeting, she responded in kind with a warm grin, a nod and a cheery "Good morning!" of her own. So many new faces, and names she would no doubt have to learn. It was nice, however, to see quite a few students she recognised. Good students. Hard working ones. Hopefully the new ones would follow suit.

"We'll just wait for any stragglers to arrive - I know how hard it is for some to get to earlyish classes," she gave them all a narrow-eyed grin. "Then we'll launch into our first discussion topic."
