Maxwell stayed suspicious but pretended not to be. "I didn't think of that, I'm sorry...can you forgive me?" He asked with his head down a little. He knew now she was hiding something.

Tay just frowned at Maxwell. To Minnie she said, "Oh okay. I mean i would explain but i seriously dont know how we are acting weird." Taylor laughed and half smiled, "Sounds good but i dont know how long i can try to not snap at your boyfriend...." Or mine for that matter....

Damon looked between everyone and sighed, Please find someway to not tell him... He went and sat on the swing next to Minerva. He could honestly say he'd never been on one before. He looked at her with a look that said he was sorry... He didn't mean for all of this to start. How hard was it to believe that she was just being friendly.

Tay sighed and thought of something. She started singing and sang the chorus to Damon. Taylor thought maybe if she acted like she was hurt by Damon still then Maxwell will back away from the suspicion that he had.

Maxwell was annoyed and he hoped Minerva could see Taylor and Damon were hiding something. He sat back down on his swing and began swinging. Maxwell started singing the second verse when she reached it as if it were directed to her lying to him, clearly and treating him as if he'd been insane for months.

Minerva stopped spinning around on the swing and looked up at Damon. She giggled a bit from the fact that he was spinning from her being dizzy. "You know your moving around without even moving right now. I guess I spun to much." Once the place stopped moving she looked at him with a smile so he knew she wasn't upset. She just wanted everyone to get along was that to hard to hope for. She felt bad for Maxwell, he was only trying to help them be friends, but he was being made to be a bad guy. That wasn't her place to say though. "Well Taylor I hope you dont' have to snap at my wonderful boyfriend ever. You two were friends, and I'm your friend, I don't see why this should be so hard." she smiled at Taylor hoping she didn't sound to harsh.

Tay's eyes grew as Maxwell sang the second verse to her. To Minerva, "Yeah i hope i dont have to snap at your boyfriend either." She shrugged, "There is just a lot of confusion and hurt feelings... at least we arent yelling any more." Taylor looked at Maxwell, "May i speak to you in private?"

Maxwell nodded. He hoped she planned on telling him the truth.

Taylor glared at him when they were a bit away from Min and..... that boy. She had a set frown on her face, "WHat the heck is your problem, Maxwell? I am just trying to get along with with that jerk! I am trying to be nice to him for Mins and you seem to be reading into it as something else." She sighed and crossed her arms.

He looked at Taylor as she hummed the song, he shook his head and looked at Minnie. He sighed, "We're trying to get along... now when we do he has a problem with it...

Maxwell frowned as well. "Because you're acting weird why did you pretend to force a smile at him? if you wanted to smile for real, no one's stopping you? I don't understand what's going on with you two."

Tay sighed, "For a moment there, I actually forgot that we werent best friends. I missed him so much that i forgot that werent for a second." She looked away obviously hurt. Taylor glanced at Maxwell, "Do you have a problem with me for accidently forgetting?"

Maxwell sighed. "No, you're just not very forgetful so i guess that wasn't my first guess..." Maxwell shook his head. "I'm sorry, i guess i should just be happy you two aren't shouting." He said still feeling she was keeping something from him.

Minerva watched as the two friends went off to talk. She couldn't help but get the feeling Maxwell was going to be scolded like a bad puppy. She then looked at Damon and for a second wondered if something was really going on, but then she shook the thoughts away and smiled. "I know your trying and I am glad you are." she got up off her swing and walked over to him wrapping her hands on the chains of his swing. She leaned and kissed him. "Thank you for trying, that's all I ask. So do you like swings? They were always my favorite as a kid."

Taylor sighed, "I am a dumb blonde after all so it isnt hard to forget sometimes." She crossed her arms and glared at him then turned to head back to Mins and DAmon. To Min, "Sorry about that." She sighed but her glare and frowned vanished when she was around Minerva and her arms became uncrossed. Tay ignored Damon though.

Maxwell was seething with anger that after all the talk of telling the truth that she'd openly lie to his face and paint him to be bad again. But he contained himself and sat back on his swing. "Yes, Sorry." He said to Minerva turning off all emotion, something he never did.

Taylor sighed and sank to the ground. She wrapped her arms around her knees. Tay was upset and in a bad mood now but quickly turned off her emotions as well. She looked up at Min with a blank slate for a face. "So how was your day?"

He smiled and laid his hands on top of hers, "I actually never learned how to swing..."

Cornelius? Was that what he said? Paulie's eyebrows furrowed together. "Is your name really Cornelius?" The boy didn't seem to be kidding, so Paulie grinned. "That's an awesome name. You sound like you should be a Roman general!" General Cornelius. Hmm. Or, maybe Paulie just had a habit of associating anything and everything with battles and soldiers.

He took a few steps towards a new, smaller slide and decided to run down the slope and hop off quite dramatically at the end of it. Now he walked towards that roundabout that Cornelius was on. "I'm Paulie," he answered. And because Paulie figured that General Cornelius here could TOTALLY handle a faster speed than that which the roundabout was currently going, he made himself useful and shoved the railings a few times to pick up the pace.

"You don't get sick easy, do ya?" he called. PLEASE say 'no,' because that thought only occurred to the Gryffindor AFTER he had sent the thing spinning faster.

Minerva looked at them and shrugged why were they all acting so strange around her. She shook it off as just a weird day. "Guys don't apologize to me, as long as everyone is ok, it's no big deal. I'm a big girl I can handle all your dramas." she smirk at her little joke, hoping they new she was joking. She loved her friends and wanted them just to be happy.

She looked at Damon with a little surprise, never learned how to swing, "Well it's time to learn" she said with a little up to something smirk. She turned and sat back on her swing. "Okay so you push off the ground and then just bend your legs as the swing goes back like this and then put your legs out when it goes forward and lean a bit like this." she did the motions with her legs hoping he could just copy. She took her one hand off the chain and grabbed his hand. "Want to try it together?." she giggled at the fun she was having, she liked teaching people knew things.

"Okay..." She sighed. Taylor fiddled with her hair.

Damon smiled and followed her simple enough, "Sounds like a plan." He smiled.

Maxwell laughed a little at Minerva's joke but seeing Taylor play with her hair bothered him and he didn't know how to feel. He felt right because she knew she was clearly nervous, but at the same time he felt bad and hated seeing her like this and the fact that he caused it made hims angry with himself, he decided to be over it. He got off his swing and sank on the ground next to her, if she was angry still that he understood. He looked at her as if to say 'I'm sorry for being stupid'

Minerva pushed off the ground and kind of pulled Damon on his swing since she still had his one hand. "Now just pump your legs back and forth. As you go back bend as you go forward straighten." She did this hoping he would follow. This was fun and she was glad to be having some fun. She looked over at the other two and frowned. "Come on guys lets see which couple can go the highest." she tried to push fun on them if they were not going to have fun on their own. It was time for normal group to come back she thought.

Tay kissed him, and sent back a look 'Later'. Her eyes gestured to Damon, to show that she cant speak about something in front of him. Taylor looked at Minerva and shook her head, "Nah."
