Minerva had been at the lake visiting with Harvey and was headed back to the castle when she noticed three people at the playground together. Hmmm, having a little gather without me she thought. Then smiled and walked over not sure if she was interrupting. "Hey guys, how are you doing?" She looked to all three of them. Well is Taylor and Damon in the same area and no yelling was going on. She looked around as if to see if the real Taylor and Damon were hiding or something. "Hey Maxwell did you put a spell on them or something?" she joked. "If you did I want to know it, it might come in handy for others this term." |

"Queen? Queens don't fall...and plus, last time I checked, I was the queen around here," and she held her head high, nose in the air, her icy blue eyes shining in pride. She smirked haughtily over at the younger girl as she took a step towards her. The darned cat followed. She tried to ignore it...but the fluffy orange thing was close at her heels. Ugh. She held out a hand to help the little girl up... |
Damon awkwardly hugged her back... odd, and uncomfortable. He looked at Minnie when she walked up, "Hey! I take offense to that, I do not need a spell cast on me to get along with somebody." He chuckled hoping she would know he was kidding. |

Oakey pushed himself up off the ground. I'm just dandy, thanks. Oakey smiled to Ronnie. His one foot on the wood chips felt really uncomfortable, so he looked to see where his shoe had flown off to. He spotted it not to far off the playground ran over and put it back on his foot before returning to Ronnie, the girl with a boys name. Let's find a less dangerous thing to play on. Oakey said. He then ran over to the Castle and found rope ladder that he began to climb up. The ladder wasn't very cooperative though, as he was just about to reach the top it disappeared and Oakey was dangling his feet in the air while he held onto the wooden floor with his arms. He lifted himself up and looked to Ronnie to come and join him. |

Tay shook her head, clearing her thoughts. She had drifted into them without realizing, "Hey Mins, and we can act normal around each other, if we really try." She sighed and glanced at DAmon, "Right... cousin?" Taylor faked having to force a smile. |
Maxwell glanced at Taylor, he knew her forced smiles and this wasn't one. Like a seasoned art collector he'd seen enough to know a fake, he planned on calling her out later. With what Jordan said, her almost pleasant hello to Damon and now this she was seeming very suspicious. No matter how much he trusts her. |

"I'm Cornelius," he answered in a bit of a call, considering the fact that they were now on opposite sides of the playground. Especially since Cornelius was now headed for the roundabout. Yes, they had a roundabout on this playground and Cornelius was going to be the King of it! "And you?" he questioned as he stepped onto the ever-spinning structure going at a slow speed. Though it was generally supposed to be sat on, the sixteen-year-old stood straight up, so it was more like he was surfing around and around on the roundabout than anything else. |
She looked at Maxwell and saw his look. Tay mouthed, 'What?' Taylor glanced at Damon and sighed. |
Maxwell didn't mouth anything back but gave her a look to let her know he saw how odd she was acting, that he knew she was faking. |
Tay sighed and rolled her eyes to show that she didnt know what he meant. |
Maxwell didn't believe her, he knew her better than to take her bluffing. He gave her a stern 'don't lie to me' look. He knew she was hiding or faking something. |
Tay frowned and looked away at Maxwell a little hurt by the sterness. She got off her swing. |
Maxwell stood up and whispered in her ear. "Taylor, what are you hiding?" Quiet enough for only her to hear. |
Minerva started looking around, everyone seemed to be acting weird today. She shrugged and let go of Damon's hand. She was use to being out of the loop and didn't really care anymore. If they wanted her in the loop they would tell her. She walked over to the swing and sat down. She began to push, "So anyone want to say what's really going on, or are you all acting funny just to be funny?" |
Taylor gave him a look. She didnt bother whispering it, "Who says i am hiding anything?" Tay sighed then looked at Minerva, confused. "We are acting weird?" She didnt realized that they were.... |
Maxwell kept his gaze on her. "I do, You're acting weird. You were almost polite to Damon when he walked up and you're not one to forget when you're angry and i know when you force a smile and that wasn't a real one." He said knowing this would only make her mad but he was tired of her hiding whatever she was hiding. |
Taylor looked at him, in his eyes and plainly said. "Maybe i was just having such an amazing day especially with you that i couldnt help smiling or being nice to the jerk. Have you ever thought of that?" She crossed her arms. Her good mood was leaving fast now. |
Minerva kept swinging, well so much for that spell working. She started to twist the chain and let go so she was swinging in a circle. When it stopped she did it again. She didn't help this argument with her big mouth. "I was just wondering it was no big deal. So anyway, since we are all four together why don't we hang out for awhile." she just kept twisting her swing not really looking at any of them. If they started arguing again she was making a plan in her head to get up and just leave. She was tired of hearing the fighting and wasn't going to listen to it anymore. She sighed knowing she would. She like Damon and was so happy to be with him and Taylor and Maxwell had become two of her best friends so she would deal with the fighting for them, but she still was going to try to tone it out if it got bad. |
