Across from the main doors stand four giant hourglasses filled with gemstones. The stones in the bottom indicate the current number of house points each house has earned so far.
"Do you have anything else we could use?" Anything from a joke shop? A fake poo? Fake spider? Theo had TONS of pretty much everything muggle-related. Perhaps he should invest in some wizarding stuffs, too. OHOOHO. The thought of pranking all of those prefects made him giggle menacingly.
"IT IS!" Farting Flobberworms. Was so legit. Theodore laughed, after a failed attempt to hold it in. The word fart was funny.

HE HAD FOOLED A RAVENCLAW. RESULT.
"A QUESTION? What if a really dumb Ravenclaw couldn't answer it one evening?" Did that mean they had to sleep in the corridor? Hahahaha. Slytherins DID have it easy in their hidden dungeons, then.
"That doesn't count.." His dad loved HIM, too. He thought he did, anyway. But anything relating to family just didn't count. Theo loved his brother, but he would never ever admit to that. The boy shrugged, "I guess it's just an old person thing, then." He had all that to look forward to. Meep. Theo wondered if anyone could actually love him.
He was far too annoying right now.
Even HE knew he was.
NOoooooo.... "Be quietttt, someone might hear you!" He couldn't have people going around thinking that he LOVED Blue, could he? "I don't." Theo grumbled, his cheeks still feeling reddened.
But of course he loved Blue. AS A FRIEND. She was his best friend so she was obviously higher up than others.
"Really?" This stumped Theodore. Blue was just contradicting everything Theodore had read about girls in his books about them. Maybe his books were incredibly outdated, or maybe, back to his old theory, Blue really was a boy. He eyed her suspiciously, "I don't believe yoooooou." Even if it was a celebrity heart throb, Theodore wanted to know. Blue must love SOMEONE other than her daddy.
HE WOULD FIND OUT.
"Fiiiiiiine. But she won't ever love me back. Trust me, it is impossible." He sighed, then looked over his shoulder. "Don't tell NO ONE."

Blue shook her head and sighed. "Nope." She let the 'p' make a popping noise. Isis had been the prankster in their house even everyone treated her like she was the little angel. "I have nuffin." ... "We can't prank the girl Hufflepuff prefect." Noooooo. She couldn't prank her sister. Not her lovely sister who would be leaving soon.
Even if it meant a fight with Theo.
That's how much she cared about Eve.
"It's nooooot." Only a BOY would find that funny. Cue another eye roll even though it was starting to hurt from the amount of times she'd done it. If she'd roll them back any further there could be a danger of the never coming back.

"But it doooooes. My daddys a boy, therefor," Yeah, she had just said another biiiiiig word. 'Cause she was amazing like that. "boy's can love." Obviously. Blue was about to roll her eyes but stopped just in time. SHE DIDN'T WANNA LOSE HER EYES!!! "But I'm not old and I love people."

She burst into evil giggles. "Yush you dooo. You love me as a friend." She BEAMed. Anything other than as a friend and she would be gone faster than you can say 'Ravenclaw'. She would probably find Kat and complain about the whole situation and then run around giggling after any guy Kat loved. ...'Cause that was what girl besties did.

"Really." Blue added a firm nod. And placed her hands on her hips. "I promise when I like someone," which would be never so this was kind of fibbing. "you will be the third person to know." After Kat (being girl besties did have it's priveledges you know) and Eve (though that would be in a letter so maybe Theo would be second to hear...).

Blue caught herself just in time from crying 'eeeeeew' and backing away from her bestie. Instead she said, "Um...she's very pretty."
Harvey nodded "That sounds just like me then, I hate upsetting people too and I try my hardest to try and avoid that happening.. but sometimes I end up doing just that. " he smiled.. wondering who this Rowan was.. and wasnt Rowan likeable? he wondered "Erm Damon.. do you mind me asking who Rowan is?" he asked hesitantly.. having not hung out with Damon much he had no knowledge of his life. "Good to hear that you are getting there." that was always a good thing. "I know you wouldn't be happy that she is gone.. well thats good.. yeah sometimes it cant be prevented." he said.. wondering how to get away from that subject cause it was obviously it was not a topic that he wanted to talk about so Harvey needed to change the subject a bit "How was your Christmas break?" he asked.. only then realising how stupid that must have sounded.. of course it must have been a good one.. what with his family and Taylor.

In Rowan's shoes he may have been the same "Yeah I can see why that made him angry. I guess I see why he does hold it against you" no-one wants to find out you have lost one parent, who left a brother that was kept while you were given away for adoption. That must have been hard on Rowan. He nodded.. well that was understandable, getting lost in a conversation was not an easy thing to get out of.
He knew of quite a few friends that had left conversations because of that reason. "Oh yeah I see why you find it hard to follow, so many people talking at once and stuff" he smiled,, plus people may be talking about things that he didn't have an opinion on. "Oh I see.. that was why he had turned you into a badger. Were you going to tell him that you and Mins had broken up and that you were with Taylor and she with Max? " cause even if he didn't tell him right away he really could have updated him on Damon's life a little, Harvey didn't tell his parents that Mins had broken up with him until a month or so afterwards.. "Basically it ended the day in a very good way despite everything" he smiled happy that it had

He nodded, "So can I. I just hoped that since it's almost been a year since he found us that he'd at least give me a chance... He's actually the reason I'd broken my leg over the summer." He didn't know if Harvey remembered the limp he'd had at Mins party or not... Or had he already been healed by that point? He couldn't remember, "But that's my point, I'm not good with following after I get behind I stay that way." At asking about not telling his father he shrugged, "It never came up... He never asked, and I never said. Yes, it is partially my fault but... I normally don't talk to Puck about my love life. So why would I have started then?" Laura looked at the Hufflepuff points glass and realised they were in third place, third well that was better than last right and after all she was sure last year had been a fluke, noway could they win again not with a mean Head of House, she seriously wished she had been put in Slytherin their head of house was nice and it was showing because they were in the lead, why couldn't Hadley be like Professor Lafay.

He'd teach Blue, it was fine. He still had to teach West, too.
"Eww, hugging." Fistbumping was more appropriate, Theo thought. He frowned slightly when Blue started to say something, then stopped. Keeping STUFFS from her bestie now, eh? "What did you tell her?" What... WHAUUUUUUT?!
Eww.... eww.... grey or bald. "There are plenty of ingredients out there to stop greyness and baldness, though..." He commented. Oh yea, that was said in one of his girl books.
"Who doesn't like Beyonce's hair?"
"No, I don't HAVE one... yet." But he was sure that girls would be lining up down the corridor to have a piece of Theodore Kinsley. He was a heart throb in the making, you know. And if he got a girlfriend at a young age, that said girl could last him until seventh year. And until forever when he married them. He shrugged, "Iunno, I can't read people's minds." He said, filled with sarcasm.
He suddenly felt uncomfortable, so he looked away from Blue and shuffled nervously.
Fourth year?! "But that's ages away, I think it could be fun to have a girlfriend right now. All the old people have them."
And Theo wanted to be old, too!
"It's a BAD thing if you're good at being mean." For goodness sake. "Do you wanna be mean?" 'Cause that was mean. And at times he was quite successful at it anyway. Not all the time but threatening to lock someone in a cupboard was deffinetly counted as being mean. Hmmf.
"Nothing wrong with hugging." Unless it was hugging boys. That was ew. Otherwise, hugging was perfectly acceptable. She hugged Kat and Eve all the time. Shrug. O_O Hey!Hey!Heeeey! Nuff with the interrogation, Theooo! Blue gave a shrug. "Just that I'm 'dopted." No biggy really. No need to blow your top. Not like she liked someone or anything. Sheesh.
Blue narrowed her eyes.

Gwendolyn had been reading for Charms for quite a long while, so she decided to take a well deserved break. Leaving her books in the Common Room in a perfect disorder, the fourth year grabbed herself the box of Bertie Bott’s and headed off outside. On her way to the entrance hall, the Ravenclaw decided to pay a quick visit to the hourglasses.
Hmm.
She examined the four hourglasses. There was awful lot of green in one of them. Ravenclaw was still in second place. Gwendolyn grabbed a jelly bean from the box of Bertie Bott’s which she had brought with herself.
Yuk.
Earwax. In order to get the awful tase away, she took another piece of candy. Troll bogie. Even better. No more Bertie Bott’s for her. Gwen closed the jelly bean box and continued to look at the four hourglasses.

She was looking rather preoccupied at the four hourglasses, that she didn’t mind to pay attention to whoever passed by her.
The fourth year could hear a few footsteps approaching the place where she was standing, but she remained there, staring at the colourful thing in the hourglasses. Whatever spell was set on these objects to fill with the colourful things for each house, Gwen found it interesting. But then her thoughts were interrupted by a noise coming from the candy box she was holding. Gwendolyn drew her attention in that direction and was surprised to see a girl standing there. One she was sure she had never met before.
Raising an eyebrow, the fourth year looked at the other girl, who seemed to be starving. ‘Hello’, she said, trying to keep a straight face, though failing to do so. With a grin on her face, the Ravenclaw observed the behavior of the other student. Did she mind?‘Not at all’, she said and extended her hand in which she held the box of Bertie Bott’s to the girl.
Hmm. Anyway, with her luck that day, Gwen wasn’t really willing to try any more jelly beans. Though… it couldn’t get any worse. The troll bogey had to be the worst flavour. It just had to.

And it was odd, but Gwen didn’t feel like being all cold and rude that day. Odd. As a response to the girl, the Ravenclaw gave a small smirk. Tsk tsk tsk. There were so many people dying of starvation at Hogwarts. Heh. At least at the beginning and end of the term, when she met two students who couldn’t wait until the feast began.
‘Yes’, the fourth year answered with a nod. She was a Ravenclaw. ‘And you are...?’, she started saying, trying to figure out the house of the other girl. Definitely not Ravenclaw, because she would have recognized her... And definitely not a Slytherin, because she knew a lot of students from that house as well. Hmm. Now there were only tow more from which to pick, but she had no idea which house the girl belonged to. ‘I’m Gwen, by the way. Gwen Greene’, she said as she extended her hand.
