Penny didn't really say anything to Will comment about her cheeks darkening. Well now there was no question, she had definitely been blushing. With this thought he smiled a bit to himself as he watched the quacking creatures in front of him.

He laughed as Penny said that he was hard to get along without him. "You've managed without me?" He questioned her looking shocked. "Way to hurt a guys ego" He said as dramatically brought a hand up to his heart. Once again though he couldn't help but start laughing. It was so easy to be around her. No effort had to be made to keep a conversation going. He nodded his head as she brought up the group projects. "Oh yes. I already have one with a boy who I'm convinced has the mind of an eight year old. Its very fun" he said while rolling his eyes.

Will turned his head towards Penny just as he caught her studying him. He held her gaze for a moment before she talked about how the castle would grow on him. 'Its already starting to' he wanted to say, but held back. Okay, well maybe the castle wasn't growing on him, but Penny sure was. "I know. And I'm trying to keep an open mind" He told her with a nod of his head. "See what all is has to offer"

" Nothing wrong with that. " Justin said as he wrapped his arms around her waist from behind her as they came to a brief stop next to the water.

Laura smiled at Oakey. "Yeah a display or maybe we could give the ducks a rap concert." Laura was trying not to look to much at Oakey because if she did she was sure she would say something she regretted, she had no idea why she was feeling the way she was but she was feeling a little bit shy.

Laura looked at Minerva and felt like hiding behind her but decided she wouldn't do that, "Eh..Eh...Eh I'm sure Oakey loves then." Oh why had she said the word love, now she was really freaking out, seriously she was suppost to be free and be able to have fun without this happening.

Justin smiled then rested his chin on her shoulder as they looked out at the ducks paddling around the pond.

Ariana Let out a sigh as she rested her head back "I want a duck." she said jokeingly

" What would you want a duck for? " Justin said. " They're too high maintainance.

Ariana chuckled and shrugged "I dunno they just look so cute, plus now they remind me of you." she said with a laugh

" And how do they remind you of me? " Justin wanted to know as he began to smile shyly.

"Because this is this first thing we did together." she said as a shiver went through her "woo, chill."

Justin smiled. " Well, it is getting a bit chilly. Let's go back and get something to eat. " Justin suggested.

Justin grinned as she took his hand and they started back towards the castle. " I should've brought my sweater , but I think you kept it last night."

"Oh yeah, Sorry bout that. I'll go up to my room and get it." she said remembering how she slept with it on last night

" N-no, Go ahead and keep it.... That way you always have it with you if you need it. " he smiled as he put his arm around her waist as they walked up the path.

"are you sure? cause i dont mind going to get it." she said smiling ad he put his hand around her waist

" Positive. It's yours. " he said smiling as he pulled her into the crook of his shoulder and kissed the top of her head.

Ariana Smiled "okay." she said as he pulled her closer and kissed her head "but i'm still getting it before i leave you tonight, that way it'll smell more like you again."

" Okay. Whatever you want, Ari. " he smiled back to her. They had reached the top of the stairs just as they had the night before.

It was a bit idiotic to go outside and literally chill out on the Hogwarts grounds, but then doing homework after another was just too much for the Slytherin, and decided to take a walk. He buttoned his black peacoat as he went outside the castle and placed his hands in its pockets. Heading nowhere, he looked down and stared at his shoes as he walked thinking about December. His birthday was coming up and he has to face his cousins again soon. He used to love the holidays, but now he hated it. Should he just stay at Hogwarts? What will be his excuse, then? He shook his head, and thought—“That is exactly what a coward will do. Hide.” He exhaled sharply and looked around him, realizing he had gone that far.

He narrowed his eyes as he heard music coming from somewhere. He traced back his steps and found a pond. It’s not frozen yet...and there were ducks! Daichi must love it there. Making his way toward the sound, he found a girl with fiery red hair playing the violin. Mordred smiled, sat down beside her and lay on the ground with his hands behind his head and closed his eyes letting himself drown in the music.

The Duck Pond.

Despite what happened last year here, Messer decided to come back to the pond full of those bun-stealer-duckies. He still not happy that last term they managed to steal his bun but this term he won't let them take any of his buns. He took a seat on the ledge.

The young badger took out one of his buns from his bag. "Look duckies. Bun!" he said in mocking sound. Quickly Messer ate his bun before the meany ducky decided to take it. When one of the ducky try to steal his bun, he raised his hand up high so it out of the ducky reach. "Tut-tuut. Sorry ducky no bun for you this time." SMIRKS.

Aurora loved playing, especially in the Hogwarts grounds - things seemed kind of peaceful when she had her violin in her hands... even when she was playing such upbeat music.

She caught sight of a figure out of the corner of her eye. Mordred. She had been wondering where he'd got to... In fact, she wanted to speak to him about things and ask his opinion... But he seemed quite quiet for now as he lay beside her. She changed her Irish jig into a smooth German lullabye with very little effort and played on. A little smile on her lips as the music drifted across the pond.

When the music came to an end she rested her violin on her knee and turned to her friend. "Hey Mordred, you okay?" she asked quietly, her brain still full of music.

Zhenya looked down at the ducks and saw that Laura had dressed them up. She almost fell on the floor she started laughing so hard. "LAUUUUUUUUUUURAAAAAAAAA!" she yelled through fits of giggles.

Oh no, what next? "What are you planning on doing next? Changing their colour? Giving them pretty hair? Giving them horns?" she suggested and laughed at the thought that Laura might just do something like that.

Anya clutched a single piece of bread and skipped out to the duck pond. It was time to feed the duckies!

And she was just about to start when her eyes landed on Alec's dorm mate.

"You know, you're supposed to feed the ducks Messer." she said with a smile. She ripped off a piece of her bread and tossed it to the poor duck that Messer was tormenting.

"It's just plain mean to eat like that in front of them."

Ah. Revenge never gets old. Even if its against ducky.

Messer kept eating his bun while the ducky doing a very annoying kwek sounds at him. Asking him to give the ducky his bun. Hmph. Not a chance ducky! "You need something better than your kwek sound."

Someone was speaking to him? He turned his gaze toward the owner of the voice. Oh look, its Alec's girl[insert space here or not]friend. "Hello to you too, Anya. Fancy meeting you here." he smiled back. He rolled his eyes when Anya gave the annoying duck her bread. Girls.

"Well, they decided to eat my favorite bun first last term so I just return the favor." he shrugged. "Soooooo, what bring you here?" Oh Please don't let her says going to feed the ducks.
