Maxwell laughed a little. "Yeah, they're pretty good movies. Maybe we'll have to watch them together on a break or something." He said cuddling into her. "Well, I think it would be fun. To teach what i know to others." He said smiling, he thought about his Mother. "Mine was a street performer in New York City. Because of the skepticism most American's have about Magic, wizarding laws are different there, as I'm sure you know. She used a bit of real magic and the muggles never caught on, she made a killing." He said proud of his brilliant mother for a moment, he needed to write her...

Minerva smiled as he cuddled into her. "Well I think it's a date to watch them over break. I would love to watch some older movies. Speaking of movies we should go to one of the muggle movies here one some time." Minerva thought that would be a perfect setting for a small little date on school grounds. "Well I think you would make a great teacher. I don't know if I could do it or not. My words get so jumbled when I try to explain things. I don't really know what I want to do yet. I feeling like I'm still learning about this world. Mom always thought I would end up dancing on Broadway or something." That future had changed since her dancing ended she thought. She then looked at him and listened about his mother "Now that would be a lot of fun. How easy would it be to do muggle magic tricks using real magic. That is genius." She really enjoyed hearing about his family they were so neat she thought.

Maxwell smiled. "I think one of the muggle movies would be great." He said happily. "I would love to teach, I've thought about going back to America and teaching there on day." Maxwell thought ahead but thinking in the moment was never something he was any good at. "You could always bring broadway to the Wizarding World." He said shrugging. "Yes, Mum's brilliant. She's the smartest person i've ever met..." He said missing her a little bit.

Minerva smiled and hugged him excited that he wanted to go see the movie with her. Things were starting to work out nicely and she was feeling happier and happier with each passing day. "Well I think I want to go back to the states, but I just don't know. There really isn't anything there for me anymore. I miss them dearly, but my family and friends are here now." She thought about that for a second her muggle grandparents were still there, but she hadn't really talked to them since her dad had passed. She blushed and gave a nervous laugh when he said about bringing broadway to the wizarding world. "I don't know. I don't know if I could ever get in front of people again with it. Yeah I miss it, but the memories of that last competition just are to strong to think about going back." She then turned her focus on his mom, "Maxwell it is obvious you are missing her, did you ever send that owl that you told me you were going to?"

Maxwell nodded. "Yeah, I know what you mean. I miss the states too, but everyone I know and love is here..." He said wishing he could take all of his friends and family and bring them to America. "Well, if you ever did. I'm sure you could bring it here." He said encouraging her. "No, I haven't sent her an Owl...I'm still angry with her, I can't pretend I'm okay just because I miss her. I have to wait until i forgive her."

Minerva sighed thinking about her home, but she really didn't have just one home since they moved so much. "I don't know where I would live either, I don't really have just one place I would call home. Dad was in the military so we moved a lot. They actually moved to Germany right before everyone had to go into hiding." She cringed a bit at the thought. "I liked all the states we lived in though, but I think Tennessee will always be my favorite. It's were my grandparents live." She then shifted a bit keeping her one arm around his back and placed her other arm around the other way so she had him in a hug. She leaned her head on his shoulder. [B]"Well I guess we will just have to see with the dancing, I just don't know. Harvey has tried to get me to do it again, but I don't know. He came to one of my competitions the summer after first term." She squeezed him a bit while he talked about his mom. "Maxwell what actually happened that made you so upset with her if you don't mind me asking. If you don't want to say that's okay."

Ronnie smiled. "Your welco-" she began, but was cut off when he kissed her. She must of looked like such an idiot when he pulled away-the dorky smirk on her face and the googly eyes.

Ack. Ronnie. Get a hold of yourself.

"I uh..yeah let's go." she squeaked, following him to the castle.

"You're welcome," he said, noticing how happy that had appeared to make her. A tinge of color suffused his cheeks, but altogether he felt pleased with himself rather than embarrassed. With such a wide smile, he noticed how dazzling white and remarkably straight her teeth were. He almost said 'nice teeth,' but stopped himself at the last second. Yes, that would have sounded dumb.

He sighed a bit. Yes, most people could only imagine. Sometimes he felt angry at how unfair it all was, unfair that he had to live with the memory and other went through life blissfully unaffected. But whenever these thoughts came to mind, he tried his best to push them away. This time he hadn't needed to because she did it for him. It was a welcome relief indeed.

As she took his hand, he gave a heave to pull her up. It required much less force than he had expected. She was truly light as a feather to him. His face appeared slightly crestfallen for a second as she said she had to leave him, but then he realized she was still gripping his hand and he perked up. "Yeah, I'll be around, don't worry." Especially if she was around. He touched his cheek in wonder in the spot where her lips had just been. As she let go of his hand to make her way back to the castle, he managed to squeak out "Bye, Kate." After several moments, he gathered his wits about him and set off for the Pitch, his mind far from Quidditch.

Maxwell nodded. "I'd be honored to see you dance but I understand if you don't." He said hugging her and then sighed when it came to his mother. "She said that one day Taylor would come to her senses and leave me, Like my mom left my Dad...She was just angry because she was still in love with my Dad when he got married and i know that...but the fact that it happened made me angrier." He said hoping being with Min was right and that it wasn't just some rebound fling for the both of them.

Minerva frowned "Well she doesn't know what she is talking about. You are a perfectly great guy and Taylor was crazy for letting you go." She took her hand and moved his face to look at her. "I don't think she came to her senses at all, I think it was the opposite, but I am happy to be here." She leaned in and kissed him. Pulling away she gave a weak smile "I hope I didn't ruin our time together bringing up your mom." she leaned her head on his shoulder hoping he wasn't upset with her for bringing up his mom, she didn't want anything to spoil them being happy together.

Maxwell shook his head. "Not at all, I'm just...still angry with her." He said not saying that he thought his mother could be right, she was never wrong...But Taylor herself told him that her leaving was a mistake. "I'm happy yo be here too." He said reaching for her hand.

Minerva smiled and squeezed his hand. "Well we are young and your mother needed to realize that before saying something that harsh to you. It's obvious maybe she regrets leaving your dad. She might be a smart in some ways, but that was not." she hugged him and kissed his cheek. "Your pretty amazing you know that, right?"

Maxwell sighed just a little. "Yeah, I guess...I can't help be feel that my fear is what ruined everything...like it was her fault." He said holding back his anger but then it slipped away. "You're pretty great, yourself." He said and kissed her.

Minerva was starting to feel so confident about her new relationship, it was going so well. She was so happy around him and was thinking about him when he wasn't around. only thinking about Damon at some points She felt like she was floating a bit, until those words came out of his mouth. She looked at him curiously. Was he still in love with Taylor? Was he blaming his mom for their breakup? She wasn't sure what to think about that, but then he kissed her and she decided that it didn't matter she was with him now and that's what mattered. "Thanks, but I don't know about that. I wish I could be better somehow. Hey when we get to get away one weekend, want to go to the three broomsticks? I have been really wanting to go there lately."

Maxwell smiled. "Is that possible? You being better?" He asked. "I would love to go with you." He said smiling. He'd been doing well trying to get over Taylor, He was ignoring the love he felt for her and spending more and more time with Minnie, He was crazy about her but wasn't quite in love.

Minerva had her head on his shoulder and squeezed his hand. She sighed happily and looked out at the ducks. "Well yes I think it is possible. I have a ton of flaws, so there is room for improvement." She never had the confidence others had in her, she didn't know what they actually saw. She lifted her head and smiled at him leaning in to give him a kiss. "This is so nice, just being here. I feel like we are the only two around right now." She glanced around seeing the other students, but it still felt like it was just them two. "I'm not sure this could get more perfect then it is right now."

Maxwell smiled looking out at the ducks as well. "Well, I still say i'm not sure there's room." He said kissing her back. "I agree, it's like we're in our own world." He looked at her as she looked around. "Did I mention you look beautiful today?"

Minerva blushed when he said there was no room for change. She knew she would never add up to another person in his life, but she had to live with that. She snuggled a little closer and smiled. "I like being in our own little world. It's nicer this way. No distractions, no other thoughts, just you and me." She really did feel good about being here and was really trying to push the doubts out of her mind. He was with her, if he didn't want to be or if he still loved Taylor he wouldn't do that to her. He saw what happened with Damon, he would never do that, would he she thought. She blushed again when he said she looked beautiful "You did, but I don't mind you saying it again." She didn't mean for that to come out like she was full of herself, but that she just liked hearing him say nice things to her.

Oh. Oh boy.

Ronnie was back at the duck pond, to see her little ducky friends again. She lost count of how many times she had visited this place this year, but it was sure a lot!

And she had made sure to bring along some bread to feed the duckies with. Can't forget the bread!

She plopped down in her usual spot, a bit ways away from all the other students. She then broke a few bits off of the bread and tossed them towards a white duck that was swimming nearby, watching with a smile as he gobbled it up.

Maxwell wrapped his arms around her and pulled her closer. "I do too, this is perfect." He said happy just to be there, he hand't talked to Taylor in a while and was happy the three of them weren't in one place at the same time, would he be able to handle it? "You look radiant as the sun today." He said with a crooked smile revealing two canine teeth on the top and bottom of his mouth, like that of a large cat. Like a Lion.

Minerva smiled she liked having his arms around her. The doubts where starting to fade again which she was happy to be rid of them. She wanted to concentrate on them being together, not whether he wanted to be with her best friend or not. Minerva couldn't help but smile back, but she cocked her head a bit seeing his canine teeth, hmm she wondered. She wiggled out of his grip and pulled her bag to her. She pulled out one of the books her in bag and opened it. Very curious she thought looked back at Maxwell and then back at her book. "Maxwell could you do me a favor and give me your biggest smile? If you can't I can always tickle one out of you.." She wanted to see those teeth again, maybe this was the clue he was looking for. She would be so excited if she was the one to help him figure this out.

Maxwell laughed a little and at her mention of tickling he smiled showing his teeth. "Like this?" He asked he had for canine teeth much like fangs and his other teeth were small in comparison, it didn't seem too odd, it looked normal on him.

"Yes that's it."she said giggling. She put her book down and looked very triumphant. She got up on her knees to get a better look at his teeth. "That is so interesting..." She gave an even bigger smile and wrapped her arms around him losing her balance and making them both tumble to the ground. She laughed over the entire thing kissing him in between her laughs. Maxwell your teeth, the four eye teeth, they look like animal canines. I just wonder if that is a sign of what you can be." She smiled feeling excited that she saw that and put two and two together. "What do you think?"

Maxwell smiled as she knocked him over and kissed her back every time. "I don't know, lots of Animals have them...wolves, tigers, lions.." He smiled proudly at her. "Who knows, but i think it could be a clue. My brilliant partner." He said happy she was where she was.

Elliot was feeling cheerful. More cheerful than usual, you could say. Which was saying something considering all of the worry she had been having lately. With a bulging bag full of goodies for the ducks, Elliot made her way to the pond.

Any other day, she would have scowled at the letter from her little sister, but today..she did what Sam had asked.

Elliot, PLEASE give these breads to the duckies! PLEASE. Mommy helped me make, and so did Krosby. He knowses how to makes bread well, Elliot. It has all kinds of nuts and berries in it...please please give it to the duckies. Dani says hy too!

Elliot smirked at the thought of her two sisters. Sometimes they could be quite cute. Well, Sam, anyways.

So Elliot sat down next to the pond...and, hoping she didn't seem too much like a fool, she unwrapped the bag and took out the first piece of bread. "Okay, ducks, here's a treat from my sisters. You're quite lucky, you know, for I would NEVER do anything this nice..." she told them. She had been talking to too many animals lately...maybe her brain needed to be checked out.

She threw the bread into the water, and grinned mischeviously as all the ducks began to race for the bread. In a cruel mood, she would have let them fight for it, but she dumped the rest of the contents of the bag into the pond so no ducks would be killed. I hate being in good moods... she thought to herself, sighing.

One of the ducks, it seemed, wasn't too satisfied with his bread. He hopped up next to Elliot and began to QUACCCKK quite loudly in her ear and flap his wings. Elliot's smirk turned into a surprised O and she cried, "GET OFF, YOU DUMB DUCK!" and she began to swat her hand at the duck...dumb, dumb DUCK!
