| | Slytherin House Table
Large quantities of food are spread before you. Whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the Hogwarts' house elves are the best in the world. The food is superb and the company is as well. Every Paranoid Slytherin
Every house you diss
Every bludger you miss
Every word you hiss
Every doom you meet
They're watching you
Every wand-tip you lit
Every gambling trick
Every prefect you kiss
Every power fit
They're watching you
Oh don't you know
Snakes slither alone
They will look for you
For every chaos that issues
Every lie you speak
Every nervous tick
Every mental kick
Every evil mist
They're watching you
They are watching you
They'll be watching you
Slytherin watches you
I'll be watching you.
& Alone
Have you ever felt alone in the world,
like you just don't belong.
Like everywhere you turn,
you do something wrong.
You zig instead of zag,
you're yin instead of yang,
you step instead of leap.
It's always one step forward,
and two steps back.
You wonder why they hate you,
or stab you in the back,
or turn away so easily.
They look away when you're in pain,
and laugh when you fall.
They tease you because you're different,
because they are all the same.
They hate the way you think,
and laugh at your ideas.
Know you're not alone.
They're the same as you,
unique in many ways,
but hide it from society.
Never speaking their mind,
hiding their emotions.
Have you ever felt alone in the world?
Know you're never alone. |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Nora Penelope Reed Graduated | I'm just one of those pretty little liars... | | I'm held down in this starless city...
No?
...
Well, she couldn't say that she didn't expect that answer, so Nora only giggled in response without saying anything else about it, because she had a feeling that her friend wouldn't show her the unfinished drawings, no matter how much she tried to convince her. So... it was better to let it go and not annoy Gwen. Hehe.
What she predicted, though... only made Nora playfully roll her eyes with a dramatic sigh. "I thought that the more time you spend with me, the more positive you'll start thinking." Really, now. Gwen seemed to have the darkest thoughts. "Now I see why you're not good at Divination," she grinned, obviously teasing. "I'm sure you made a wrong prediction right now." Wasn't she evil?
... not really.

... not really. The Ravenclaw appreciated the fact that her friend seemed to be giving up the idea of seeing the other drawings as well. Hmm. Judging by how curious Nora always was, the fourth year couldn’t believe the Slytherin was letting go.
…….. Hmmm?
What was Nora saying? As soon as she heard her friend say the part with the more time they would spend together, the more positive she will become, Gwen couldn’t help laughing. ‘Good one’,the fourth year pointed out, still grinning. Pft. That was not happening. Saying that was nearly as impossible to be true as Gwen getting sentimental. Pfffft. ‘If I made the wrong prediction, wouldn’t it mean that I am not good at Divination?’, Gwendolyn raised an eyebrow. Hmph. This was getting contradictory… and quite silly, so the fourth year decided to drop this subject. ‘Nevermind…’, she huffed under her breath before taking another sip from her tea. ‘So anyway…’, the fourth year started saying, in attempt to find another topic. Not Divination-related. The first thing that crossed her mind was the Quidditch game, but since Nora was a Slytherin and she was a Ravenclaw, whilst these two houses were playing in the final, the fourth year decided not to mention it. ‘… have you got any plans for the summer?’

Positive thinking or not, Nora at least managed to make Gwen laugh, which pleased her. It was the least she could do, eh? Her comment about the wrong prediction backfired, though. "I'm sure some positive thoughts could fix that," she smirked at her friend, although... she really looked like giving up. Nope, Nora wasn't going to let her give up.
Ooooh, plans for the summer? "I haven't really thought about it." But she surely wasn't going to spend the whole summer in Hogsmeade with those twins who are supposed to be her little brother and sister. Huh, either them, either she was the adopted one. Those two were sooo not her siblings. "Maybe we'll go to Denmark for a while," she said with a shrug. Well, it will always be her home there. "How about you?"

Only that made the girl want to roll her eyes, but she managed to control herself, since that might upset her friend. But seriously… how could Nora think that positive thoughts would help? Unless you had to cast the Patronus charm, positive and super happy thoughts wouldn’t actually help you pass exams. They might make you feel better, but only for a couple of seconds before you realize… you will probably fail. Hmph. Gwen could only wish she could think like her friend. Moving on. Summer plans. ‘Right…’, the girl mused as she heard Nora say she would probably go to Denmark. ‘You don’t seem to look forward to that’, Gwen pointed out, but then thought it may have not been the best thing to say. Though, she really wanted to know what was troubling the Slytherin. ‘Anyway, I really hope we will meet…’ And she wanted to invite Nora to her house. She really hoped it wouldn’t turn up to be as hard as last time for the two of them to find the time to catch up at the beginning of the term.
Though, in a moment Gwen realized how late it got. ‘I’m really sorry, but I think I need to go…’ Yes. She promised she would meet a friend later that day. ‘I’ll see you around?’, the fourth year said as she stood up and was about to leave, but only managed to take a few steps, until she stopped.
She forgot the notebook.
Gwen turned around and took the sketchbook from the table. ‘I’ll let you know when I finish the other drawings’, the fourth year gave a small smirk before making her way along the Slytherin house table, heading back to the Common Room.

She didn't look like she would even consider Nora's constant advice, to think positive, that is. What Gwen didn't know was that those positive thoughts helped quite a lot. Who can pass an exam if he or she keeps thinking about failing it? No one, that's who. But she let it go, just so she wouldn't upset her. She knew that her friend was not a Ravenclaw just because blue looked good on her uniform. Hehe.
She didn't look too happy about going back to Denmark? Hmmm. She shrugged a little at that, focusing more on what Gwen said next. "Of course we will!" Anything that would keep her away from her brother and sister. ANYTHING. Besides, she would miss Gwen.
... and she had to go, but then again, Nora had to go, too. "Of course," she smiled in response. Well, the term wasn't over... yet. There wasn't much left of it, either. She was about to tell her that she forgot her sketches, but she seemed to remember about it faster than Nora. The smile on her face widened when she said that she'd show her the rest when they were finished. Maybe one day... maybe she could take a quick look at the unfinished ones, too.
"See you around," Nora giggled, standing up and following Gwen out of the Great Hall. Well, she followed her only outside the large room, because Gwen had lots and lots of stairs to bear with, while Nora had to go downstairs. Heh, at least she got used to the dungeons.
