Delilah looked at Aurora as she asked how they were nearly killed, then frowned. "Well, he was carrying me over his shoulder, like this -" Delilah held her arms up, pretending that she were carrying someone in a fireman's lift "- we were on the playground, by the way - when he decided that he wanted to throw us off a rather tall bridge!" Which, of course wasn't entirely true. The brunette hadn't quite figured that out for herself, though.

She shrugged, innocently. "I think the evil doctor is just in his mind." Though, she could be wrong. She could be terribly wrong! Jonathan really could have been trying to save her from a nutcase of a 'doctor' the other day... Nah. He was silly... and he seemed to like to make stories. Like Delilah. That's why she liked being around him.

After a moment, Delilah yawned and then proceeded to rub her eyes in an innocent, childlike manner. What time was it? How long had they been talking? Was it time for bed, yet?

He had been CARRYING HER!!!!! Like THAT? There was reeeaaally no denying it now. Not even a little bit. Not even a miniscule bit. "Well, I think he thinks he's a superhero sometimes." Why else would he throw himself off a bridge, with his true love over his shoulder? Aurora couldn't think of any reason... then again, Jonathan was completely insane.

In his mind... yeah... that actually made perfect sense, come to think of it. Either that, or he was just making a situation up that would make him Delilah's hero. To be honest, it was probably both. He was crazy enough for that. Hehe. "Well... at least he was trying to save you from him." Because what else was he expected to do? Hmm? Let his one true love fall prey to some evil doctor? Exactly.

Aurora saw Delilah rub her eyes... come to think of it, she was very tired too. The crying from earlier had made her eyes more itchy than they would normally be... She yawned too. "I think it's bedtime." she said, pushing the cat away from her and uncrossing her legs. "Or else I'll never want to get up in the morning."

Delilah nodded in agreement, "Yeah... I think he definitely does." She just kind of hoped that he didn't choose to wear superhero attire any time soon... Skin tight suits aren't really a good look...

She grinned, and shook her head. "He thought I was brainwashed. Which... I wasn't. Obviously." It actually sounded VERY strange recalling all this out loud. And yes, she'd gone over the event several times in her mind in the last few days... While trying to figure Jonathan out. He was... strange...

"Yeah... Bed time." As Aurora pushed her cat out of the way, Delilah climbed off of the girl's bed and made her way back over to her own. She quickly put away her inks and the folded unfinished letter, storing them away in a box under her bed. "Night, 'Rora..." she said, just loudly enough for her friend to hear her.

Now... time for pyjamas.

Bag of flowers in hand, Sierra made her way up to the Slytherin girls' dorm rooms. Once in the room that housed the fifth years, she emptied her bag of flowers onto the floors and sorted through them. There. Now they were all arranged by color, which is just what she needed. Then she rolled out an enormous amount of parchment until she had enough for a banner.

Then she set to work. In the center of the banner, Sierra spelled out the phrase using the different colored flowers. It took her a while to get them all straight and centered, but finally, she was able to accomplish it. Afterwards, she used sticks to make lines on top and bottom of her message. She just thought it looked nice and bordered that way. Finally, she finished her banner by lining the top and bottom of it with daisies she'd picked. She thought it got the message across alright.

Then, taking the banner, she left the dorms in search of a place to hang it.

Tahnee plunked herself down in her cushy bed by the window and kicked off her shoes one by one. She loved the feeling of her socks on her bedspread... she didn't know why, it just felt good!

She sat on her bed and looked at the ceiling, she was always bored, and really didn't feel like sleeping.

Beth entered her dorm room and headed straight for her bed. She thought perhaps her kitten, Atremis, would be curled up in the covers but she found she was no where in sight. She was probably out on the grounds chasing heaven knew what. Instead Beth gathered up her writing supplies from her trunk and settled on her bed before she began to write a ltter to her mother.

Tahnee looked up to see a girl she hadn't seen before enter the room. The girl sat down on her bed and began writing a letter, but she didn't seem like the type to mind if Tahnee started talking to her.

She rolled over on her bed so she was laying on her stomach and smiled at the girl. "Hi, I'm Tahnee," she said, giving the girl a little wave.

Beth looked up from her letter and towards the girl who had spoken. She hadn't really seen her around before, but that wasn't surprising because she wasn't exactly the most observant of people.
"Hey. I'm Elizabeth, but most people call me Beth." This girl definitely seemed friendly and open enough, but she'd heard a lot of things about Slytherin. Her mother had told her things had changed a lot since her day. She hoped this was true, even though her mother hadn't spoken too fondly.

"Nice to meet you, Beth!" Tahnee said with a smile. She looked down at her fingernails and started picking at the neon pink nail polish that was already half chipped away, a bad habit she developed whenever she was distracted.

The dorm was booooooring. She wanted to have fun!

"So how are you? Are you a first year? So am I. I mean, so am I if you are. If you aren't, then, I'm a first year!" she said, giggling.

Beth wasn't too sure what to make of this girl. People she knew, mostly family, weren't this...open. But perhaps something different was what she needed.
"Alright. Just writing a letter to my Mum. She likes to be kept in the loop," she said with an eye roll. Parents could be so nosy and untrusting."And yea, I'm a first year, too. No worries." Beth wasn't sure what made it so obvious that she was a first year, but it couldn't be a bad thing. I mean, how many eleven year olds don't look their age? she thought to herself.
