Damon smiled, "I'll change it to a week then... I'd miss dancing to much." He would've kissed her forehead but she had asked him not to.

Taylor nodded, "Yeah, I need to be more careful." She sighed and actually stopped herself from twisting her hair and instead twisted her ring a few times. Tay chuckled and smiled, "Yep, dont want to ruin my hair." Taylor nodded, "Yeah, I guess we do need to stick together..." She trailed off and fiddled with her locket and 'M' necklace. "Reading is always fun." Tay nodded and smiled. "Exploring outside? Nice!" Tay chuckled.


Tay sighed, "Okay a week without dancing..." Taylor nodded and grimaced, "At least without you that is." She smiled lightly.

"Well that actually works... First week out of school I spend with Sage." Damon smiled at her.

Well... this year had flown by. No doubt about that at all! Addy made her way into the Great Hall with her head bowed slightly so as not to have to make eye contact before she got to her seat. Hehe. Plopping down somewhere in the center of the table she lifted her head and glanced about, coloring flooding her cheeks already.

Where was NATHAN?

...Clasping her hands neatly in her lap she smiled and looked about.

Taylor smiled, "Well then that is good." She giggled and looked at him. Tay messed with the M necklace.


Taylor saw a bit older than her girl sit down. She saw the clolr flooding the girl's cheeks and felt sympathic since she had blushed already today. Tay got up and went over to the girl, "Hey, I am Taylor." Taylor smiled at her and held out her hand, feeling a bit embarassed now that she went over to the girl.

Damon smiled at her, "But has it been a happy birthday so far at least?"

Addy saw the younger girl approaching and smiled a bit wider to encourage her along. Taking her hand she gave it a small shake and motioned for the girl to sit. "Nice to meet you, Taylor. I'm Addy Kennedy. Would you like to join me?" Addy was proud that her voice had not gone SMALL or she hadn't stuttered. Perhaps she was coming out of her shell a bit.

Taylor smiled and nodded, "Yeah, it has been." She hugged him, "Thank you."


Taylor smiled at the smile. She didnt feel as embarassed anymore. Tay shook the girl's hand. "Pleasure meeting you as well, Addy... that is a nice name." Taylor smiled sweetly. "I would love to." She nodded and sat down next to the older girl, "What year are you in?"

Damon smiled and hugged her back, "You're welcome. I'm glad you like it."

Addy chuckled slightly and leaned in slightly before saying, "My name is actually Jacklyn Addeline... see why I prefer Addy?" She snorted slightly with laughter and leaned back into her own space. "And I suppose I am a sixth year now. Crazy, man. I feel like I just got to the Start of Term feast... This is my first year here," she said with a nod.

"What about you, Taylor? What year and all that?"

She laughed and smiled, "Yeah, same. D-- oh wait cant dance with you today." Tay sighed and pouted.


"Oh, well that is a pretty name as well... but yeah I guess I can see why you prefer Addy." She smiled sweetly and chuckled. "Oh, sixth year now? Nice." Tay looked at her, "First year here though? That is cool." Taylor twisted her ring, "I guess I am a fourth year now... this is my second year here. I came here at the start of the term, my second year... where did you transfer from?" Tay smiled and glanced at the girl.

"Oh it's a HIDEOUS name. Jacklyn Kennedy! My father is obsessed with Muggles. It's ridiculous." TRULY it was. She did, however, laugh good naturedly.

Addy nodded and listened as the younger girl spoke about her transferring as well. "Well that's a bit tricky... I went to school in the United States and then was homeschooled for a good while. I came here since my dad found some long lost family members and came to be closer," she said with an eye roll. Not that she didn't adore her family, but REALLY? Move to another country for some relative like that? DRAMATIC!

"What about you? Where did you transfer from and why?"

"No, no you can't..." He sighed, "But we could always just make that wait until after I give you the second part of your gift." Damon chuckled, "If you truly want to dance, or it can start tomorrow... For how can I say no to the birthday girl?"

"Oh, at least your father... likes muggles. My father hated them." Yes, she used past tense since her father was dead... and had been for almost 3 years. "Oh nice, that sounds interesting." Tay giggled and smiled at the girl, "I transferred from Beauxbaton and because my twin went to school here and wanted me to go to school here instead of France so I consented and transferred... then last summer we got into a fight and she transferred to one in our homeland." Taylor sighed.


Taylor smiled and clapped her hands. She then hugged him and smiled, "You spoil me a lot." Tay giggled and looked at him.

Kana was sad to be going home again, but excited to start another year in just a few months. She would be a sixth year soon, and after that a seventh year, and after that...

...She didn't want to think about it.

The girl had on her grey hoodie with the Ravenclaw emblem on the back. She wore her dark faded skinny jeans and black flats. Her beige shoulderbag was over her shoulder (where her ferret, Kit Caboodles, was hiding out restlessly). But, as always, her dyed bright-red mane of hair stuck out over her plain colors.

She sat down at the table, resting her bag between her feet. Another year gone. A lot had changed since her first year. Kanalynne Basthowe was going places...

I've run out of nicknames

"I know I do... but it makes you happy so I'm not going to complain." Damon looked down at her with a loving smile, "So, I never want to hear that I haven't been nice enough." He said with fake sternness and couldn't fight the chuckle or smirk that came with it.

Ronnie was getting kinda bored at her own table, since she didn't have many friends there. So she decided to take a walk around the other tables to say hello to her friends. She chose to start at the Ravenclaw table...

After making her way over, she smiled at Taylor and Damon. "Hi guys! Can I sit with you for a bit?" she asked, hoping they'd say yes.

Taylor smiled at him and giggled, "Yes, sir." Tay played with his hair and giggled in delight, "You are wonderful to me." Just then Ronnie came up. Tay smiled in happiness, "Hey Ronnie! Yeah, sure you can join us!" Taylor loved hanging with Ronnie.

The past tense was not lost on Addy. She gave the girl a sympathetic look and nodded her head. "My father's brother was a Muggle hater. Disowned us all for living amongst Muggles." She gave a shrug and shook her head. "It is what it is, though. Sometimes there is no fixing stupid."

"Homeland? Where might that be?" Addy asked, clearly intrigued by the conversation.

Gwen waited for Cassia to make her way to the Ravenclaw house table. The girl was really small and at some point, the fourth year really thought she could get lost. Though the Slytherin finally arrived. ‘Yes… I can see that’, the girl said with a grin on her face. Gwen was planning on going to say goodbye to her friends from the other houses, but since it was so crowded, she’d wait for the people to find their seats and yada yada yada… Calm down people.

Hmm. Was she ready to leave?

‘No. Not really’, the fourth year admitted. Of course she did miss her parents and her friends from home, but that didn’t mean she would like leaving the castle… ‘You?’, she asked the firstie, even though she was almost sure of what Cassia was going to reply. Another year was gone…

Gwen could only imagine how crazy the next one would be with OWLs coming up. Ughhh. ‘Have you made any plans for the summer?’, Gwen asked before drawing her attention to the staff table.


Elliot had two sisters…and a younger brother? No fair!, Gwendolyn thought and couldn’t help but frown a little. Since she had no siblings, she did envy the younger Ravenclaw. Hmph. Ah. Of course. It wasn’t all good… the fourth year remembered there was some sort of a problem with that brother and Elliot…and their parents… but she couldn’t figure out what it was. But of course!, the fourth year told herself. It was the whole thing with the birthday! Her brain was processing pieces of information quite slowly right now, and Gwen didn’t like that. Not at all. Hmph.

Err… Elliot didn’t seem to be very fond of the idea that she would be spending time with her sister. ‘You will survive’, the fourth year chuckled as she gave another quick look around. ‘We’ll have to meet over the holiday, though’, the Ravenclaw started saying as she drew her attention back to Elliot. She had already made a few plans with her friends, but she would certainly want to see Elliot. Besides, she would probably get bored of her siblings in the first week of the holiday… Of course Gwen didn’t even think of saying that out loud. Gwen made a mental note of sending an owl to Elliot, seriously hoping that she wouldn’t forget. Mhm. Hopefully not.


Gwen expected Beezus to act like… well… Beezus. Just the way she normally did. Instead, ever since she greeted her back, the fourth year realized how upset the younger Ravenclaw seemed. Alright…maybe it wasn’t the wisest decision to draw her attention with a wave. Hmph. And by the way she answered her question, Gwen realized she should probably just leave her. Yes. That is was I’ll do…, she told herself and glimpsed back at the table, before hearing the beginning of her question. ‘Good’, the fourth year mumbled. Yes. She was good.

Errrr…

‘Anyway…’, she started saying, definitely taking the decision of going back. What was she supposed to say? It was good seeing you? Because it was clearly not like that for Beezus… Gwen felt kind of bad… ‘Have a great summer’, she bit her lip before returning to her seat. Mehh. So far for an attempt to start a conversation.


Gwen gave a quick look around, hoping to see her friend in the room. But then she heard the girl who was sitting beside her say something, so she drew her attention back at Taylor. She gave a small smirk as the girl said she was a third year, but the smirk soon disappeared from her face as the other girl mentioned something about OWLs.

‘Yes, that’s right’, the fourth year bit her lip. She was predicting that her fifth year would be a hectic one… She was nearly certain on that. ‘I hope so…’, Gwen mumbled. Hmpf. Sadly, being a Ravenclaw wasn’t enough to make her pass Muggle Studies, her very worst subject.

As she was drawing her attention back at the table, Gwen realized there were still a few people she needed to see. Hmm. She was almost willing to go say goodbye to the Slytherins she knew, but she noticed someone else joining the table. Ah. Of course. ‘Hello Ellie’, she greeted the Captain. Man she seemed happy to graduate…unlike most of the seventh years.

Damon chuckled, "I know I am, mon amour." He smiled at Ronnie, "Of course you can join us," He hadn't seen Ronnie in a while, "So, Ronnie are you still wanting to start a band? If so, I think I'd know a good singer," He smirked at Taylor.

Taylor frowned, "I am sorry to hear that..." She sighed, "Yeah, there is no way to fix stupid." Tay smiled, "I hail from Scotland. Born and raised there though I am only half Scottish... the other half is French." Taylor giggled and smiled, "What about you? Are you from America?" The girl did say an United States school... so it would make sense.


Taylor smiled, "I thought so. If not then I would of been wondering where I have heard it from since I thought I heard Damon say he had them next year but...." Tay giggled and smiled, "Well, I hope it wont be as stressful for you..." She gave the girl a half smile.


Taylor smiled at him especially when he agreed that Ronnie can sit with them. Tay nodded, "Yeah, he does... his name is Damon Ashllyn-Darkmyr Mercada." She didnt catch the smirk.

"Eh he's dead now anyway." Because that... was subtle. Sheesh. Addy did find herself smiling since the girl agreed there was no fixing stupid. "Only two things are infinite: The universe and human stupidity. And I am not sure about the universe. Albert Einstein said that, or something of that nature. Well you GET it though, yeah."

So she was Scottish... she lived... HERE where Hogwarts was. That was pretty awesome actually. FRENCH AND SCOTTISH. What a combo. "I have been loads of places, but I suppose you could say I am American. Lived most of the time in Chicago, Illinois." When they weren't off doing something ODD. Hehehe. "My dad is an odd duck, ya know. He takes us on adventures sometimes. My brother and I, that is."

Damon laughed and shook his head, "No, her name is Taylor Belle McIntyre."

Taylor frowned, "Sorry to hear that..." Was that the thing to say? The man seemed mean and rude so maybe not... Tay sighed but smile at what the girl said next, "Yeah I get it and nice." She giggled and smiled. "Oh that is cool." She giggled a bit more, "Your dad sounds like Puck and Sage... who are but arent my uncles... it is weird." Taylor smiled and had a tint of a blush.


Taylor shook her head, "No..." She started to blush. "I hate you." Tay pouted and tried to hide her blush in her hair.
