Around the corner from the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom is a nook that could almost be easily missed, in which sits a quaint little waiting area for all those who wish to visit Professor Romanos. There are a variety of dark reddish-brown leather chairs for those to sit comfortably on, surrounding a low, rich colored mahogany table that has been conveniently stacked with a few magazines for enjoyment while waiting. Underneath sits a soft carpet that matches the rest of the décor, giving the area a rustic and inviting place to be in. If one wishes to visit the professor, all they have to do is knock. Keep in mind though, there may be others already in the office and if that's the case, feel free to make yourself comfortable. Fall asleep if you must. The Professor doesn't mind; just as long as you aren't missing any lessons.
ooc: Please post here first by having your character knocking on the door. When you are invited into the office, I will reply here quoting you. Feel free to chat with friends if you so wish, though keep in mind that being too rambunctious may cause your visit there to turn down a different road with the Professor.

Ella had been walking down the corridor near the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom when she heard the sound of water spraying nearby. Huh? Curious, the second year walked until she came upon a really interesting scene. O__O Was that Laura spraying water at Professor Romanos? Merlin's beard! This wasn't good. Not wanting her friend to lose house points, the second year ran over and gave her friend a stern look. "Professor, Laura, what-I mean why? Professor I'm sure Laura didn't mean to get you wet." So please please please don't take house points from Hufflepuff!
Right now? Laura was going to attempt it...right now? Not that Medea had any problems with it, though she was kinda hoping she could move her furniture into her office so they didn't get destroyed somehow.
Slowly opening her office door, not really sure what to make of her bright red wall at the moment, she was just about to turn when the water sprayed against her leg. Eek! Her boots! Hopping out of the way into her office, the professor just laughed as she took out her wand and flicked it towards her furniture. Alright, water proofed instead. Who knows, the young Puff may need to rest after her attempts, or a place to actually read a book if she decided to look up some things. Wouldn't that just be a miracle? "I don't think so, Laura. This is your challenge." she smiled, just as slowly shutting the door in front of her.
"Don't break down my vall, okay?"

"Okay Ella, I don't think that was the right spell, I think you might want to leave before you'll accidently get hurt, I don't want you to get into trouble either." Laura sighed this wasn't going to way she wanted it too.

Laura grabbed hold of Ella and pushed her down just as something came flying above there head and hit the wall behind them. "I don't think Accio works." It had been a long shot.

Laura went over to the Professor door and started to bang on it. "PROFESSOR PLEASE HELP." Laura probably needed more that one person casting the spell to get the wall looking normal. "BANG BANG BANG." Laura hammered on the door.
But then she stopped as she remembered Ella was starting there. "If we both said Reparo at the same time it might work." Laura smiled hopefully Ella would help her.

She was relieved when the banging stopped and Laura turned to her again. The second year nodded enthusiastically and pulled her wand out of her pocket. "Yeah, that sounds good. On the count of three, okay? 1...2...3 REPARO!" All Ella could think as the spell hit the wall was please let this work.
Sophie was coming back from the Owlery, making her way to the grounds, when she heard familiar voices. She recognised her friend Ella's voice saying 'Laura, stop'.
That was not good.
Immediately she turned her head in their direction and rushed towards them. "What's going on??" She asked worried. Then she notice the bright red wall in front of her. That was... a nice color. But she was sure that it hadn't been professor Romanos the one who did it.

"I think the only way this will get back to normal is if we could wash it off, maybe a good old fashion muggle clean would work." Laura giggled no that was stupid. "Or maybe we could both use agumenti at the same time that would be more powerful."

When Ella saw Sophie she perked up a little. This was good, someone else to help and make sure no more damage was done. She couldn't help but laugh at Laura's comment about the band. HEHE. "Soph, we can't fix THIS" and she motioned wildly with her arms gesturing towards the all. "Any ideas?"

She had heard her friends using that spell, but they were aiming at the wall, not the chairs. That was why it probably didn't work!

Ella wasn't so sure if aguamenti would do anything other than further soak the chairs and wall. I yi yi. What in Merlin's beard had Laura been thinking? The second year just shrugged and took a step back, hoping Sophie might think of something. She watched as the chairs were repaired, thinking that had been easy. Though she had read something about broken objects being repaired by reparo but ones damaged magically not always working...hence the wall. "Nice one Sophie." She commented with a smile.
Ella crossed her fingers as Sophie sent yet another spell at the wall, hoping it would work.
Sophie frowned and looked at the wall. "Professor Romanos want you to fix it? Why can't she do it?" She was sure the professor knew how to fix that mess! Wouldn't it be easier to ask her to do it then?

And she was glad when the wall went back to normal, turning to Sophie and Ella she gave her friends a big hug. "We did it." Laura smiled the remembered the Professor office door was broken. "Oh what was the Professor going to say.

O_O DID THAT REALLY JUST HAPPEN? Ella honestly wasn't even surprised, just pretty cared about what Professor Ramanos was going to do to Laura since the girl had pretty much DESTROYED her door. The second year just stood there like a statue, eyes wide, mouth gaping. And WHY in the name of Merlin's glistening white beard was Laura now greeting the professor like it was okay?
Even when the wall was returned back to normal, Ella didn't move. She didn't know what to do and so when Laura hugged her, she shrugged it off. "Laura, you do realize what you've done to the Professor's door, yeah?" I mean this wasn't like a dream or something..."Sophie, pinch me. I need to know I'm awake."

The professor, who was working on the lesson plan for her next class, looked up in alarm as her office door fell to the floor. Her cats definitely weren't enjoying the racket that was going on outside, but the fallen door had them sprinting in different directions for places to hide, thankfully none of which happened to be outside of her office.
Chasing after her cats all around the castle wasn't on her to-do list.
Ever.
"Hello, Miss Bishop. Miss Campbell." she said rather calmly, noting the other two hufflepuffs in her waiting area. And of course...Laura. Well, it look as if her wall was still intact. Her door on the other hand..."You going to fix that, Miss Hyde?"
Sophie froze. Had Laura just... blown up professor Romanos' door?

Since Sophie wasn't already in a good mood, she decided not to do anything. Or say anything, for that matter. But even if she was her normal self right now, she probably wouldn't do anything either.

And here was Professor Romanos to kill them or sentence them to a life of Yoga. What was that horrid position? The boat? THE BOAT O_O "Professor." She greeted the woman with a nervous smile. And why was she being so calm? Merlin's beard, she WAS going to make them do the boat. "I'll-I'll try and help her fix it, Professor."
Laura looked at the Professor and smiled. "Fix what Professor." Laura smiled. "I have no idea what you are talking about." Seriously there was nothing wrong with anything, she turned to Sophie and Ella. "Can you see anything wrong with this place?" Laura was sure that without a door the Professor would be able to move quicker.
Frooozeeen. Sophie was still standing with her eyes wide, like she was a statue. Even when professor Romanos, Laura and Ella spoke to her, she didn't respond.
She couldn't believe what had actually happen right there. She was sure they would get in trouble for that one...

Medea looked up from her paperwork, right after Laura's first sentence, and didn't stand up until a few seconds after she finished. Glancing around to see where her cats were as she made her way across the room, the professor stepped over her door and stood in the doorway, hands on her hips.

Oh Merlin, her waiting area was ruined. Nevermind that though.
Tilting her head to the side, Medea smiled. "Perhaps ve should take you to the nurse then? There may be something wrong vith your eyes." She'd heard a lot of the kids didn't like the nurse. Though having to walk allllllll the way over there and not get lost...Goodness.
Medea looked up from her paperwork, right after Laura's first sentence, and didn't stand up until a few seconds after she finished. Glancing around to see where her cats were as she made her way across the room, the professor stepped over her door and stood in the doorway, hands on her hips.
Hmmmm...
Oh Merlin, her waiting area was ruined. Nevermind that though.
Tilting her head to the side, Medea smiled. "Perhaps ve should take you to the nurse then? There may be something wrong vith your eyes." She'd heard a lot of the kids didn't like the nurse. Though having to walk allllllll the way over there and not get lost...Goodness.
Laura hated the nurse and she was sure that the nurse hated her so she wasn't going to go there now, she never wanted to meet the woman ever. "Okay Professor you win I'll fix your door."
Laura looked at the door and said. "Repairo." The door was back in it's right place but the sign wasn't there and Laura was hoping the professor wouldn't ask her to put it back on the door since she had no idea where it would be.
