"Yeah... I hate when that happens. But sometimes people have a good reason for not saying goodbye." Carigan said seriously, "Like one time my parents left the house without saying anything to me or Reagan, just got up and left. When we woke up they were gone and we were freaking out but when they got back they had all of the supplies we needed to go to India, and they had booked our hotel." Carigan smiled, maybe this could help Laura. She didn't know exactly what was going on... but she was trying!

Laura looked at Carigan and sighed, she didn't get it did she, seriously why would someone who acted like her brother all her life, even though they weren't related, just lived near each other, suddenly upstick and leave without a goodbye or any sort of explanation.

Ella had listened to Laura's question and wished she could give her friend a reason. Something to cheer her up. Truthfully, Ella understood fully what Laura was going through and it was frustrating. "Laura, I don't know why someone left you without saying goodbye but I do know what that feels like." All too well actually. "My mom left before the end of last term. Just packed up her things and left. Haven't heard from her, not once...so yeah, I get it. Get what you're going through." The smile had vanished from her face and she was all serious now. "Gummy worms do help though, if anything it's fun to rip them apart." She said this matter-of-factly, taking one and putting it in her own mouth.

Laura saws that Ella was looking upset as well she suddenly decided that being sad and making her friends sad was the right thing. "I know what will cheer me up." Laura hit Ella with her pillow. "That." Laura giggled as she stuck her tounge out at Ella. "OH and don't think I've forgotten I'm waking you up at 3am tomorrow morning, you kept waking me up when I was trying to sleep so now it's my turn for revenge." Laura looked at Ella and smirked.

Ella was aggressively eating the gummy worm that she had just tossed into her mouth when Laura opened her mouth to speak. Oh good, she had thought of something to cheer herself up. Ella was about to smile when O__O WHAAA? Eyebrows raised, Ella looked at Laura curiously. So that had cheered her up, huh? She suppressed a giggle as she jumped back from Laura, hands out in front of her. "Oi, what was that for!" Cause once the first pillow was thrown there was no turning back. As for being woken up at 3 in the morning, Ella rolled her eyes. "Revenge is sweet." And no, she wasn't talking about Laura waking them up so early in the morning. The second year meant the pillow that she had just got off her own bed and was raising in the air, above Laura's head. *WACK* "Gotcha!" Ella said before retreating to the far side of her bed.

Laura giggled and then threw her pillow straight towards Ella but it missed and hit Carigan. "Sorry Carigan." Laura said trying to keep a straight face but it didn't work and she started to giggle. "Oh Carigan you really shouldn't get in the way." Yeah it was Carigan's fault. "Anyway can I have my pillow back please?"

Ella couldn't help but burst into laughter when Laura hit Carigan. Poor girl, she definitely hadn't seen that one coming. The second year clutched her stomach, trying to speak. "I-I'm S-Soo S-orry for l-laug-laughing it-it was just s-so f-fun-funny!" As for Laura telling Carigan she couldn't get in the way, this only intensified Ella's laughter. She loved to laugh so this was good times.

While the girls were talking about something Sophie couldn't hear, she decided to climb on her bed again and pulled out her wand. YES! She wold be the CHAAARMS QUEEN this year!

When they started the pillow fight, Sophie pointed her wand at Ella's pillow. "Multicorfors!" Yay! She smiled when it turned bright orange. Then she pointed at Laura's pillow. "Multicorfors!" She exclaimed just when Laura's pillow hit Carigan instead of Ella, making Sophie's coloring spell to hit Ella's head!

Ella didn't notice Sophie climb on the bed, wand out. She was too busy dodging pillows and at the moment, that was her biggest concern. Sophie wouldn't do anything to them with the wand anyway, right?

WRONG O_o

Ella heard Sophie calling out the spell and then her pillow was orange. "Merlin's beard!" She called out in surprise, examining her pillow closely. "Sophie that wa-" What was this feeling. Ella couldn't see it but her face felt different. Tingly even. "Uh...guys?"

Belle went into her dorm and went to relax in her bed. She was so exhausted at how much work she has already done. Despite she has her OWLS to look forward to. I think it was time to just read and get her mind off homework for a bit. "Ah this is the life." she thought. Then she heard a knock and saw Charlene there with a letter in her beak. She got up and opened the window and Charlene her owl, landed on the bed. It had some goodies from home.

Carigan let out a mufled 'umph' sound whent he pillow hit her face, she grabbed it and threw it to the floor and giggled at Ella's face. "That is too funny!"

Sophie was standing on her bed with her wand still in Ella's direction. She stayed like that while Carigan cracked up and started laughing when Ella turned around. "Ella! Hahahahahaha! Your face is all green!" She exclaimed jumping off her bed and going towards her friend. "Look in the mirror!!"

She was just laughing because she knew the spell didn't hurt and could be reverted easily. It was used in animals, hair and eyebrows, so it wouldn't make a lot of harm when it hit someone's face, right?

Laura looked at Ella and giggled. "Oh this is priceless." Laura took out a red pen and started drawing spots on Ella. "If we took you to the nurse like this then it would be funny." Laura had an evil thought. "I wonder what the nurse would say if we all turned up with red spots and a green face?"

Carigan suddenly became serious and looked at Laura. "Laura the Nurse is scary... she'd be angry about fake spots... but she'd fix your face."

Laura glared at Carigan. "The nurse isn't that scary, just give her a hug and then she'll be alright, actually if I see her I'll tell her she needs more hugs and then she'll be all nice." Laura giggled.

Ella looked from friend to friend after Carigan started laughing at her. "What? What's so funny? Is it my face?!" She asked nervously, dropping her pillow to the floor and coming out from behind her bed. The second years eyebrows raised and her mouth dropped open when Sophie revealed that her face was green. "G-GREEN? Really? Let me see!" She said, walking over towards the hand mirror she kept on her nightstand. Picking up the mirror with shaky hands, she peered into it and gasped. "Merlin's beard, Soph! You're wicked with that wand of yours!" She said, as she gaped at her newly green face. "You know," She said thoughtfully, turning her face from side to side, "Before I knew I was a witch, I thought all witches had green faces." And she burst into laughter at that, dropping her mirror back on the nightstand again.

Ella didn't protest when Laura started drawing dots on her face. It honestly couldn't hurt any, especially since she was already green. "Just promise me that I'll go back to normal soon..." She said with a small smile. As for Laura's idea about going to the nurse, Ella shook her head. "Ohhh no, there's no way I'm going there. She's mean!"

She knew the nurse would probably take house points from them if they ever tried a stunt like Laura was suggesting. As funny as it would be, she wouldn't help with it. Though she didn't mind sporting her new spots around the dormitory.

Laura looked at her friends, seriously they were holding her back, they didn't know how to have fun at all but well she liked them and so she would just ignore the fact that they were boring, Laura smiled at her friends and then thought hard. "Well if you don't want to go to the nurse how about we go and scare people in the Common Room."

Sophie kept on giggling while the others looked and talked about Ella's green face. That had been a total accident but Sophie was glad that it happened. Have some harmless fun, without risking losing house points was really cool! "Well, you're a witch and have a green face now!" How about that? Hah!

And then Laura mentioned the Healer... whyyyy?? At least the others didn't want to go either. "Yeah, Healer Tillstorm would spit fire if we did that!" She was never EVER going to pull a prank on the nurse! EVER!

Though scraying people in the Common Room sounded cool! Only if prefects freaked out about it and decided to report them to some professor... "Do you think we would get in trouble if we went to the Common Room like that??" She asked looking at the other three.

Laura looked at Ella and the giggled as she took out a bottle of water and tipped it over Ella. "Now it looks like you really are ill." Laura smiled, "If you went down to the dorm room now I'm sure people will panic." Laura hoped that Ella didn't mind what she had done.

Ella laughed at Sophie's comment about her being a green faced witch now. "You're right, I am! This is wicked." He-He-He.

The second year was kind of happy that the others didn't want to go face the healer either. She was quite scary and seemed to not enjoy puffs very much. Just imagine if she found out a bunch of puffs had come to trick her?! O__O It would be disastrous! She'd probably hex them or lock them in the dungeons forever. With NO sweets. THE HORROR!

When Laura went a step further and dumped water over Ella's head, her eyes widened and she jumped up. "Laura!" She said, startled. Then, with a mischievous grin, she started walking towards her friend. "You know, Laura, since I'm dying and all...I think it's only right you give me a proper hug. You know, before I go beyond."

Laura looked at Ella. "I ain't hugging you, I'll get wet." Laura was shocked that Ella would suggest it. "I dare you to hug me." Laura glared at Ella seriously if Ella hugged her then Laura would do something far worse then water, she's try and find a spell to turn Ella completely Green, saying that it would be cool to have a green friend.

Sophie was now laughing really hard at the whole situation. She loved the fact that they always had fun together in their dorm! Theirs was probably the most fun and cool dorm room of all Hogwarts! Yeeeeah! And they sure could use some new decoration...

After she was done laughing at the fact that Laura had got Ella all wet, she pointed her wand at her trunk. "Multicorfors!" And now instead of brown, it was yellow! "Look, a Hufflepuff trunk!" That belonged to a Hufflepuff! HAH!

"Multicorfors!" And her pillow was BLUUUE!!! She was going to make their dorm look like a RAINBOW! YEEEES!!!

Laura looked at Sophie and then she decided it was time to have some more fun. "Aguamenti." She said as she took out her wand and pointed it at the door, she really was having loads of fun. "Look the doors wet." Laura then thought about something how did she stop the spell, she had no idea. "Stop?" nope that wasn't right, she pointed the wand at Sophie bed and it was suddenly getting wet. "I'm sorry Sophie."

Sophie had already changed their curtains' color and was now pointing her wand towards the door.

Just then she noticed that it was all wet. Weird. who had done tha-

HER FEET WERE GETTING WET TOO! "Laura!!!" Sophie said jumping off her bed again. Whadda? She was saying 'stop' to her wand?? Sophie would have busted out laughing if their dorm wasn't getting all flooded. "It's 'Finite', Laura!" She said looking from her crazy friend to her soaking wet bed.

Laura looked at Sophie and giggled as she said what she thought Sophie had said. "Finally." Nothing happened though. "I think you have said the wrong thing Sophie." Laura sprayed Ella's and Carigans and her own bed accidently. "Finate." Laura suddenly realised the spell, looking around at the mess. "Oh no, the water is going out of the door, I bet it's starting to go in the common room."
