Ugh.
Sierra hated actually knocking on this door. It seemed pointless and an unnecessary waste of time, but she did it anyway. She stepped up to the all-too-familiar door, knocked a few times, and then stood back and waited. At least nobody else was around. Any other time, this corridor would be packed, so she'd happened to pass by and see absolitely nobody, Sierra decided to ahead and pay Lafay a little visit. If anybody knew how to answer her questions, this woman did.

The description he'd been given certainly matched this dank place. The young teenager scrunched his nose slightly to show his displeasure at the situation, but it was only a brief revelation.
After a quick little knock at the door, Dale looked around in vain for the bench he knew was not there, and leaned against the wall in wait.

Had Dale been moving, he would have stopped in his tracks. That was... an odd way of talking to someone outside the door. Like, what if he'd been the Headmaster? It would have ended... well.
Trying not to chuckle to himself, Dale fought to keep a straight face. He wasn't as easily insulted as some people... like his older brother for instance.
Emotions successfully held on to, Dale hesitated before saying, rather quietly, "O...kay?"
Was he meant to answer? Eh? Well... either way.
He now only wondered why he should avoid mentioning the whole 'Upstead' thing.

Minerva had come to the dungeon to go to the potion lab, but found it locked. That was the second year in a row she had come to find it locked .She was surprised to see it locked this term, because it had taken her longer to get there. Someone had to have been in there by now she thought. Maybe, Professor Lafay had it locked for a reason. She went to the professor's door and knocked. She had been to the this door the last three terms, and did not fear it as much anymore.

Seeing as they had all been instructed to return straight to their common rooms after the game due to the course of events, namely Vindictus' unconsciousness, Gideon had been there most of the day looking after his fellow housemates and hadn't had a chance to go see Professor Lafay to return her beater's bat. So first things first the next morning after breakfast since there weren't any classes, the prefect headed down to the darkened dungeon corridors, item in hand. Reaching the office door to which was his destination, he knocked a couple of times before stepping back away from the door to wait to see if there was a response from the other side.

Aurora would be lying if she said she wasn't a little bit hesitant about this. She was pretty sure she knew why she was being summoned but it didn't make it any less scary. And the praying mantis patronus didn't help either. She hadn't had time to grab anything before she'd run to the office so she was shivering slightly in her uniform as she knocked on the door.

Well... This was going to be weird. But Milton planned on making it quick and easy, so it should be painless. Right? If all went according to his mental plan, he would be in and out in less than two minutes.
