Each of them got a nod in turn and a smile. "Good evening." And my what a good evening it was. Quote:
Disgusting.. Professor Bellaire stepped back." Good evening...sanitize...right now." That was an order. Quote:

SPOILER!!: more good evenings Were they all going to surprise her and be good students today? So far so good, they were pouring in early and that was precisely how she liked it. If they kept this up, well, she might be giving out stars and points tonight! "Good evening." She greeted all in turn. |
Louisa did not understand the connection between the location of this class and pygmy puffs. She looked all over for Selena to borrow hers or make it get married and produce little pygmy puffs so that the Ravenclaw would pick one for her lesson - only the Head Girl was hiding somewhere. OH WELL. Louisa had doubts that the chocolate-crazy girl wouldn't have consented anyways. With no pygmy puffs in hand, the Ravenclaw Prefect strolled all the way from the castle to the outings of the Forbidden Forest where their class was taking place. "Hello professor." Her uniform was freshly clean and ironed. Even her hair was tied up in a high pony tail. Aaaand to her place in the neat line the students had already made. |
Quote:
Oh well, whatever it is, Jonathan is just glad that the professor is all smiles for today. Students seems to be scared of her, especially since last time she took out 50 points from some students. Jonathan glanced over to the professor as she now said her greeting to everyone in the most formal and prim way. |
Quote:
He jumped. Hah. Good. The Head* Boy was also afraid of her. He SHOULD be. Aspen relished in the moment of his startle, grinned all the more, and actually moved in closer to him. He side stepped, she nudged in. Nudge. Touch. Nudge. The Head* Boy and Aspen Odessa were going to be CLOSE. "You think you're funny. And I think it's funny that you think you're funny." But would she change his trouser color again? Maybe. If he deserved it. This time she ignored the comments about Joao. If Paulie tripped him, Joao could handle it. "I'd rather have a close encounter with you right now." Truth. She proved it, too, by staying clooooooooooooose. Hello, Head* Boy. |
Spike strolled down to the edge of the forest, hands shoved in his robe pockets. He wasn't sure what to make of today's lesson - because despite it being for one of his worse subjects, it seemed they might be getting to go in the Forbidden Forest. And that was COOL. Because, if they weren't going IN it, what was the point of coming all the way down here in the cold, late at night. Hmm? "Evening, Professor," Spike greeted, with his usual crooked smile. He joined the line, wondering how many students had their own pygmy puffs with them. He'd been tempted to 'acquire' Indy's pink furball, but had thought better of it. Charms usually meant spells, and the Little Hutchinson would NOT be happy if he managed to do irreversible damage to whatever that thing was called. |
João of course didn't own one of those horrible things--and he would never have thought he was going to need one for... charms. Well. At least the professor would provide them if they didn't have one. He would rather NOT lay his hands on them, but class was class. So, wearing two coats again and with his charms around him, he arrived at the Forbidden Forest and smiled to himself. He still couldn't understand the relation between the forest and these creatures, but the Forbidden part in the location made him excited. He entered the line as he greeted the professor with a "Good evening, professor!" and saw that there stood Louisa alone... and behind her, Paulie and Aspen. He contemplated whether he should greet any of them, but then decided against it to see what they would do once they noticed him. Hopefully, tonight wouldn't be that cold. |

Then she realized she had the trouble makers, here..all three of them. Well they would not be getting the opportunity to do any rule breaking in her class today. "Miss Odessa, Mr.Foster and Mr. Neves, please come stand by me..up here at the front where I can keep an eye on you." Both eyes and everyone else's too. No she did not trust them one bit. "Now." |
Quote:
Well, Paulie's side step amounted to no success, because the next moment she was glued back to his side again. Nudging him and touching him and grinning at him like a damn Cheshire Cat. It made him uneasy, which irked him at the same time because HE was used to being the one making others uneasy. With his blunt words and extravagant behavior and all. He did his best not to let it show, however. "I am funny.." he responded, almost a little unsure of himself. Why was she saying all this to him? It was so... something. He didn't know, really. It was strange, that's what. She wanted to have a 'close encounter' with him? He looked skeptically at her, his eyebrows knitting together. "I've had enough close encounters lately to last me a while." Okay, maybe just one, but that was more than enough. Quote:
He sent Aspen a reproachful look before releasing a noisy sigh and marching up to the front of the room by their professor. |
also, Professor Bellaire and "the troublemakers" (notice, at least) Quote:
"It's definitely cold," she replied, nodding a bit awkwardly since she still had Nuage up against one side of her neck underneath her scarf. That might get uncomfortable after a while, but she wasn't about to move the pygmy puff to her pocket. She'd just deal with having to hold her neck stiff for a while longer. "I've been alright. Being able to go home for the holidays helped," she added, answering the question. She'd had the distraction of everyone freezing in lessons, along with studying, to keep her from dwelling on the fact she now wouldn't see Matt for another six months, at least. She couldn't worry about one thing when she was worrying about what was happening here, after all. "How have you been?," she went on to ask, "Did you ever figure out the answer to that question?" She was honestly curious, seeing as Evelyn had seemed genuinely distressed over it when they'd talked at the gate at the beginning of the term. Although, she was distracted again as she heard Professor Bellaire single out Aspen, Paulie and João to head to the front of the line. Did they do something else this time around, or is it still because of the last lesson?, she wondered, momentarily glancing over again as Paulie had marched up there. |
Aspen turned her attention slooooowly, suspiciously to the Professor. Her eyes narrowed, her grin for the Head* Boy dimmed. ... To the front. ... That was the worst. Aspen would rather hand over what points she'd managed to make back since the LAST class than go stand up front for all to see. Maybe she should pretend to freeze up, like everyone else in this school? Sigh. Fine. Aspen made a WIDE CIRCLE of the group, arms crossed, but eventually made it up to the front, close - but definitely not beside the Charms Professor. |
Delilah hadn't really been paying attention to what was going on around her... She couldn't see anyone that she knew (all three of them...) yet, so the girl had nothing to do until the lesson actually began. When the Professor called out the names of three students, Delilah frowned. Neves? ... That was Joao! He was already here? Why did the professor need to keep an eye on Joao? The girl stood up on her tip toes, desperately trying to find him amongst all the students... Gah. Why did she have to be so short?! One girl moved her way to the front of the... classroom... area. So... that was 'Miss Odessa'... She was pretty. Still, Delilah was curious as to why Joao was being told to go to the front of the class. She'd have to ask him later... |
Elliot snapped out of her daydream when the professor started being all...nice. WHY? Elliot had liked the strict Bellaire waaaay better. Elliot, if she ever decided to teach, thought she would be a bit like Bellaire. Hmph. She was just ruining it all with being friendly, though. Friendly people don't go anywhere in life... she thought darkly to herself... The blonde watches as three students were called to the front..wow. How embarrassed, really. Elliot would have made a run for it..she looked at Professor Bellaire, though, and smiled. "I like your robes, Professor. Nice, classic look..." she told her with a nod. Siiiiilver. SHINY. Elliot liked shiny...and lace. Yes yes, lace was the best, by far. |
Teh SEXEH coming through with brief mentions to Professor HAWTface & Oakey. Lessons sucked at the best of times. Lessons involved learning and working and thinking. These were things Elijah DID NOT need. He was just going to model when he was older and earn a good butt load of galleons that way. So, when lessons were rescheduled to occur at NIGHT (which is prime flirting time, by the way) he would normally have just been inclined to skip class and do something a lot more... FUN. However, this wasn't just any class. This was Professor Bellaire's class and Elijah had a certain fondness for her after their recent bondings in the corridors. So, he made sure to make an extra special effort to look... well, extra special. He used slightly more product than was economical, but it gave his curls just the extra bounce that would make girls weak at the knees. He ensured to pull out his best, most spectacular robes, dusted down and all. He had even made sure to practice his most seductive pout in the mirror for hours just so that he could be extra gorgeous and make up for those students that didn't make quite as much of an effort... ... like Oakey for example. "Professor Bellaire. Looking gorgeous as usual," he preened. It wasn't usual that he would suck up to Professors, but this one got him and what he was about. He wasn't about to let that kind of BOND escape him, because despite how UTTERLY gorgeous Elijah was, himself, he was certain there was still more he could learn. He just remained hopeful that this lesson would be more about learning how to charm as opposed to charms. |
João blinked at the professor. He surely heard it wrong? Surely. Or else, why should she make them all noticeable and want them in front of the whole class? Yeah. He heard her wrong-- But Aspen and Paulie were moving already. He looked at them in wonder. So he had to move too? Why were they accepting the situation? Couldn't they ignore it? Apparently not. Sighing to himself, he hated the professor for a moment for summoning them in front of the class as if they were bad behaving children, and he looked around to see if someone laughed at them. They'd BETTER not! His eyes fell on Delilah and he tried to smile at her, but he was too angry to smile properly. She would hopefully understand. Walking out of the line at last, he didn't look at anyone else and stood a little distanced from the professor, at the opposite side of her from Aspen. |
You see me I see you. Oh boy, here comes the Maniac Jogger, who Oakey had recently learned his name was Elijah, and was the sole reason (pun intended) why he had mismatching boots at the moment. As usual he had to look extra perfect and clean. They were outside! You are supposed to get dirty outside, that's what Oakey did. He gave Maniac Elijah Jogger a hateful look then turned his attention elsewhere. Maybe talk to someone else to take his mind of of Mr. Handsome |
Selena liked pygmy puff lessons. Like the one from last term. Bright cheery smile on her face and hair pulled back, she balanced her pygmy puff on her head as she walked towards the Forbidden Forest where the lesson would be held. Her purple pygmy puff, Kent, was in a knitted bag of sorts with the top of the fuzzy head poking out. That was a container right? The Slytherin fixed her scarf around her neck - it was cold out here and the sky was getting pretty. She liked it when it got dark though she couldn't say she wanted to go out to the Forbidden Forest when it was dark out. That was just scary. But she wouldn't say anything. Because last time there was a pretty unicorn here. Yup. The unicorn would TOTALLY protect them all. "Helloooo Professor," Selena said, smile still in place as she fell into line with the other students. She felt awkwardly short there; it was a good thing Kent made her taller. "It's a lovely evening!" she added. Because it was a nice evening. Cold, but still, it was nice. |
For the Showoff Derrick couldn't see anybody he knew so he stood in his spot not moving. He looked around when he heard some Stupid guy walk in Sucking up to the Professor. He hated people like that as much as he hated things starting with C. He stepped out of line and tapped on the Shoulder of the Boy.''Excuse me,but No one really appreciates what you've said.''He paused. He turned around to the Professor.''Even though it's true.''And smiled. |
The idea of a class being held in the Forbidden Forest was just too interesting to miss. And how much danger could there be if they were going with a Professor? Pffft. Shouldn’t be that bad. Or else Professor Bellaire wouldn’t have picked the Forbidden Forest, right? Riiiight? Of course, the girl told herself, but her thoughts were interrupted when she got closer to the other students already waiting in line. ‘Good evening, Professor’, the Ravenclaw said simply, and then positioned herself in the line. Gwendolyn simply stood there with the other students, waiting for class to start. So far, from the place where she was standing, the fourth year couldn’t really see what was going on with the three people who were called in front, or who they were. Meh. Stupid height. |
Quote:
Louisa crept her way through the line to stand next to Selena and she gave the Head Girl a bright grin. "HAI Selena..." her eyes shot down to where she assumed the pygmy puff was hiding. "Hello Kent honey," she cooed at the ball of fur before looking at Selena again, "Hey I was wondering if you have more than one? Or maybe Kent's kids? I didn't bring any and I know the professor would give us some but y'know.. yours must be cuter." Very logical. All the while the sixth year was standing straight like a soldier and just slightly turning her head sideways to whisper to the Head Girl... that was incredibly hard since the latter was shorter than Louisa with about an inch. Her voice waves reached her, didn't they? |
She wasn't late, right!? Didn't seem like it. Although, she had to admit she was a bit surprised by Sophia's requests, some points being a little more amusing than others. But nevertheless, what with poor William frozen, she agreed to help out as much as she could. How anyone could be afraid of these little guys was beyond her! Slowing to a normal walking speed once she was in sight distance of the class, Medea smiled to the students as she paused nearby, holding a medium sized box. Of course, their Charm's professor got a greeting of her own, but after that, she just stood by quietly, waiting for instructions. |
Greetings, delinquents, Ramanos and exodus SPOILER!!: greetings Quote:
With William being completely frozen, (and she'd have to kill him once he became unfrozen for leaving her high and dry like this last minute to go into the forbidden forest) Sophia was left scrambling to find a Professor not frozen, competent enough to accompany her and her students into the forest at night. She also needed someone willing to touch those nasty little rodents. Why the students liked them so much was completely beyond her. She gave a noticeable relieved sigh as the professor came and stood close by. With a curt nod at Professor Ramanos, Sophia stepped forward and addressed her class. "Alright, as you can see, Charms class will be a little different today. We'll be going into the forbidden forest, which means I need everyone to maintain the lines. If you break it and get lost in there, you'd best make yourself comfy for the night because I would come and get you in the morning." She eyed them all. "Professor Ramanos will be assisting us with our lesson today. Please straighten your lines, we're ready." She turned to the three at the front. "You three, front of the line, now." Then Professor Bellaire approached the DADA professor."Would you please bring up the rear professor?" Usually the ones at the back got picked off first right? Surely the professor was competent enough to defend herself as well as the students if needs be? "Alright, follow me." As the moon rose to the sky, it's lgith reflected brilliantly off the professor's robe making her look almost like a human patronus. That's right children, follow the shiny professor. |
MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP. O___O :whaa::whaa: Blue fell into line, eyes wide and completely silent. She kept one hand wrapped around her wand in her pocket as she followed the professor into the dark!scary!creepy!dangerous forest. Well, Professor Ramanos was here too so-so nothing would happen, riiiiiiight? Ohgoshohgoshohgosh. CUE ANOTHER MEEEEEEP. Blue glanced around and saw Eve and sighed in relief. If her sister was here nuffin' would happen. Nope. :x3: |
Quote:
.... Isidora took up the rear with the defense professor, making sure she was riiiiiiiiiiiiight by the woman and giving LOOKS to anyone who'd try to challenge her for the spot. She wouldn't leave her in the forest all night if she got lost, right? RIGHT?? Dora was clinging to that hope. Following whoever was in front of her, she sneaked a glace up at Ramanos and mouthed, 'HEY PROFESSOR'. |
SPOILER!!: ♥ Selena was surprised when the younger, taller Ravenclaw prefect had made her way over to the spot next to Selena. She smiled back at the Ravenclaw and was about to tell the girl that Kent was her only pygmy puff for now but as soon as her mouth opened, the professor had started to speak. Eep. Selena's mouth shut and she listened to the professor, glanced at the forest then smiled and waved at the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor. Because that was nice. Rightios. Into the forest they all went. She just wanted to see pretty shiny- WOAH. The PROFESSOR was shiny. She wanted to be shiny too! Had the professor used some weird charm or whatever? Was that the spell they would learn today? Because Selena would loveeee a glow-in-the-dark pygmy puff. Anyways... back to Louisa's question... kinda... "Kent's going to get a new friend soon!" Selena whispered excitedly. Because she was totally going to get another pygmy puff. She was sure that Professor W wouldn't notice a pygmy puff missing... And now she would shut up. Or the professor would eat her quicker than a huge weird animal in the forest. |
What were they doing that meant they had to go IN to the forest?! Delilah drowned, folding her arms over her chest tightly. She already didn't like how this lesson was going to go, especially as there was the possibility that they'd be LEFT in the FOREST if they got lost! The professor didn't really mean it, did she? No.. she wasn't allowed to do that, she had to look after them. It was her job. Or... it was supposed to be. Hearing that the professor wanted to keep Joao and the other two at the front of the line, Delilah quickly made her way through the students to get as close to the front of the line as she could; making sure that Joao would still be in her line of sight... Yup. Now... time to go into the forest. Eek. At least the professor wouldn't get lost in her tinfoil robe. |
