A boy, a prefect and two Peeing cats! and then there was her a 13 year old girl running up and down the train corridor screaming 'nargles' Oh they were a sad bunch weren't they?

She glared at the cats that seemed impossible that they could ever be trained! She stopped and looked back up at the prefect!

She nodded she couldn't say anything at all! ''Yes,'' that was all she could blirt out... she turned away and blinked again! It seemed... bonkers but it wasn't like Hogwarts wasn't ever a drama free zone there was always something happening usually always bizzarre and when you were at the school for two years you'd understand! But unfortunatly that was a thought that she had on her first year of Hogwarts and now she belived that it was always going to be... crazy for the next four years of her life... she nodded to herself and walked back to her compartment EMBARESSING...

Valentina had to meet new people. She knew she would not meet new people if she didn't get out of her compartment and actually walk around the train. After all, things didn't happen unless you had ambition, right? RIGHT. Valentina had ambition which explained why she was now walking out along the corridor of the train. She wasn't going to lie and say she wasn't worried about crowds though. Valentina Kelly didn't lie unless she like, really needed to or something Another main worry of her's was that she would approach someone and automatically be given the cold shoulder. She couldn't help but be worried about that, though! People could be so rude! And naturally, they'd give her the cold shoulder and she'd state something nasty and then things would just get bad....so yeah, Val was defiantly worried about that.

She was just going to look for someone friendly though, someone friendly looking and about her age. It wouldn't be too hard to find someone like that, right?

So, the brunette walked through the corridor with her kitten, Grace, in her arms. Her eyes scanned along the corridor seeing multiple groups of students already talking to each other. She wouldn't talk to people in a group, Val had already decided that. It'd been insanely awkward so she was going to look for someone alone.

And she found someone. A girl about her age, maybe a bit older? Valentina wasn't that excellent of a guesser. A pretty blonde girl who seemed like she would be alright to talk to.

Valentina forced a smile on her face as the cat meowed in her arms.

"You look like you might need company."The brunette said, "I hope you don't mind company anyway."Her hand stroked at her kitten's head as she spoke before smiling once again at the other girl. PLEASEBEFRIENDLYANDWILLINGTOTALK.

"Looking for a compartment?" asked Erin while leaning at the wall and nibbling her licorice wand. She loved sweets and plus, the compartment she visited earlier was so crowded, she couldn't help but get out from all the talking. She moved from her place towards him, closer, moved her hands up to his untidy hair. "What's this?"

She raised her right hand which revealed a gum in his hair. Someone must have played a dare on him or just wanna do pranks on him.

After buying himself a treat from the food trolley, Jonathan made his way to the corridor. t seems like it wasn't much as crowded as it was in the previous term where frst years ran around like they bloody own the place. This time t was nice to see that it wasn't much as full........... YET. Jonathan realized that sooner or later this corridor will be filled with students again.

Sixth year... He paused the moment he realized that. Whoah! Two more years and that was it. No more Hogwarts. He better make his last two terms fun. At least this term he doesn't have much to deal with because he nether has OWLs nor NEWTs. He had fun answering those too.

Sigh. Great day!

Her eyes drifted away from Walnut for a moment when she saw someone else walking down the corridor and her checks instantly flushed - yep, even after a year Jonathan still had that effect on her.

"Jonathan," Kurumi called with a wave. This was perfect timing. Surely Lewis would rather have another guy to talk to, right? Boys talked about...boy things and all that. At least, it often felt that way when she would sneak into her brothers' conversations when she was younger. Sometimes they revolved around mini skirts, and, well, that wasn't something she liked talking about. "Excuse me for just a sec," Kurumi said, turning her gaze to Lewis. "I'll be right back."

Walking up to Jonathan, Kurumi pressed her bangs down a bit more. It was still taking some time getting used to them, but she wasn't clipping them back like she had before. "I have someone that you should meet," she smiled, taking his hand in hers. She would have hugged him too, the the corridor was getting a little cramped and, well, they had done their hugging on the platform already.

Vashti was walking back down the train, having decided to go buy a few more snacks from the food trolley to bring with her to Hogwarts. She needed to stock up so she could have a midnight snack later in the term. Of course, there was always Honeydukes in Hogsmeade, but she still needed some to eat until the first trip to Hogsmeade, which might not be for awhile.

The corridor still seemed to be a bit crowded, but she tried her best not to bump into anyone along the way. So far, so good...

Cornelius was running. He was running at full speed down the train's corridor because he had just heard the news. There was a food trolley. Yes, somewhere on this large train filled to the brim with Hogwarts students, rolled the one thing that could both fill his tummy and lighten his spirits; the promise of good food! "Sorry! 'Scuse me!...Pardon..." he muttered as he dodged through the many students wandering the corridor, even jumping over a stray piece of luggage someone had inconsiderately left behind.

And then he saw it. THE TROLLEY! Cornelius fell into a quick sprint, finding that the corridor had lessened in students considerably in this area, luckily. But, unfortunately, Cor seemed to have misjudged the distance he had to run, and passed the trolley by a couple feet as he desperately tried to slow his less-than-wise speed. Unfortunately, those couple of feet led him right into the path of a slightly older girl who seemed to be heading towards the food trolley herself. "GRAAAHHGGGHH!" He knocked right into her, though at a much less destructive pace than he would have just seconds before. Still, they were both in a dangerous tango of almost falling to the floor, and as Cornelius tried to back up, he noticed the shorter student almost falling over. He quickly grabbed her shoulders as gently as possible, helping her to steady as his wide eyes settled on her expression. "I am so SORRY!" he nearly yelled, obvious concern on his expression as he evaluated her for any injury.

Tiffany was feeling really great after meeting bunches of her dear little friends. And it's time for some snacks, she thought. Before she could get to that lovely food trolley, she had to go through this crowded corridor.

Oh my gosh! There wasn't any space for her to squeeze in indeed. Tiffany tried hard not to get herself hurt during the chaos. Of a sudden, she noticed her dearest sis, suffering from the chaos, same like her. Tiffany could hardly make her way to Vashti. She pad the big sister of hers and shouted,"Hey sis, over here!" It was so crowded that even Tiffany could not make sure that Vashti could hear her.

As Alyssa made her way back to her compartment, she spotted Oakey, who seemed to be looking for a compartment. "Hi there Oakey. are you looking for a compartment. I found an empty one, if you want to share it with me?." Alyssa was actually more interested in finding out what he had been doing this summer but she wasn't going to tell him that right now.

She was getting pretty close to the trolley now. Hopefully, once she got her snacks, she would be able to get back to the compartment with her luggage before-

"AAAGGHHH!" she yelped when some guy ran into her. She started flailing, trying to regain her balance quickly, but someone - the guy who'd run into her - caught her by the shoulders and steadied her. PHEW. At least she didn't fall...though she might be deaf instead.

"It's o- Er," she paused, realizing that she'd been shouting like him when there was no reason to. "I mean, it's okay. No harm done."

Hearing a familiar voice, Vashti had to glance around for a couple seconds before she noticed Tiffany. She sent a smile and a wave in the younger girl's direction. "Hey, Tiffany!"

Huh? Was someone talking to her?

The blonde turned around to face a brunette girl approaching her. Needed company? The blonde flashed her a genuine smile. Emma would love some company! And plus, it looked as if the other girl was about her age. "I actually do need some company," she said, smiling as she met the girls dark eyes with her own browny-green colored eyes. "And I don't mind at all. You're cat's gorgeous. I have a cat but I couldn't bring her with me. She's at home," she added as her eyes lingered on the cat. The cat reminded her of Theo's Bree. Oh, how she missed the Ravenclaw and the lovely cat.

The Malfoy loved meeting new people and the girl was friendly enough and hadn't been rude, so Emma would be nice to her. The Malfoy was generally nice to people except if they tried to steal her boyfriend or make her life miserable. "I'm Emma Malfoy, sixth year Slytherin. What's your name?" she asked, beaming at the brunette with a wide grin.

Tiffany made her way through the crowd to get to Vashti. "Heading somewhere?"she asked, hoping that her destinations would be the same as hers so that they can spend more time chit-chatting on their way.

Cornelius, still wide-eyed and concerned, only seemed calmed as the girl before him assured him that it was alright, and no harm had been done. He let out a sigh of relief, dropping his hands from their gentle grasp on her arms and flashing her a smile. "I don't know what I was thinking; I misjudged the distance," he muttered with a sheepish grin, absentmindedly scratching the back of his neck. It was then that he realized someone else was speaking to the girl in front of him, and he followed her line of sight to find a younger girl waving.

He gave a brief, sheepish wave even though he didn't know her at all, before turning back to the unknown student before him. "I'm Cornelius Rune," he introduced himself with a chuckle, looking down at the girl who was noticeably shorter than himself, a large grin on his features. "I'm new here, in case you couldn't tell."

As the other girl came to join them and seemed to not notice his presence, Cor gave a weak chuckle, giving another brief wave to the younger girl. "Hi. Cornelius," he introduced briefly.

It was amusing how people often related his name with the God of Underworld. Fascinating enough, they all got it right. He was named after Hades as in the God of Underworld. "Mhm," he simply nodded to the question. "My father was named Ares," as in the God of War. Hades chuckled to the fact that all the males in his family were named after one of Greek's Gods.

Switching his attention back to Beezus, the only boy nodded at her guess. "Yup," he smiled and corrected his fedora which was about to fall. He glared at Panda. Thank goodness the bloody bird fell asleep!

Vanilla. A crush on Walnut?! At Kurumi's words Lewis glanced down at his cat - still staring at Kurumi - in surprise. "I think she might just want him to like her." Okay, that actually sounded a little like a crush. "She's just not used to not being liked by other cats." He continued to argue, a little half-heartedly however, while joining in laughing with her. It couldn't really be true, could it?

Bending down for a moment to stroke Vanilla behind her ears, Lewis whispered jokingly to his cat, yet still loud enough for Kurumi to hear too, "Don't do anything you don't want to." Like pee on other people's shoes. That kind of stuff. "We...are?!" At her next words he got up from his crouch again quickly, just looking at her for a moment, a surprised smile on his lips. Aw, had he actually made a friend already?

Oh, they were that close already? He...really wasn't used to that but okay. Rubbing the spot she had punched him - not that it had hurt or anything, it was just an automatic reaction - Lewis grinned at her. "I really don't know what you're talking about." He replied innocently before his face fell into a slight frown as she mentioned her father. What in the world had he ever done to him. "Well, I'll try to get on his good side then." Lewis said quietly, not really clarifying if he was still talking about Walnut or her father.

He followed her gaze as he noticed her blushing yet again and found himself looking at a boy around their age. Just nodding as she excused herself, Lewis dropped his gaze down to his cat again which had taken a few steps into Kurumi's direction but had apparently decided she was too lazy to follow her after all.

Jonathan looked at the window and saw a plain field and the blue summer sky. Guess he is really going back to Hogwarts as a sixth year... officially. Time flies by so fast. Then on the corner of his eye, he spotted, well, technically he heard someone calling his name. Of course, a very familiar voice called him. His head shifted to Kurumi's direction. "Hey" he grinned. He thought, she would be in the prefects' compartment the whole ride. Who are the Head Boy and Girl this term? Jonathan has his money on Treyen but he hasn't heard any of the news yet.

Jonathan noticed she's talking to another person... a friend perhaps? Yeah, Kurumi does have a lot of friends and especially from the high years too. Well, she didn't get that prefect badge for nothing. That's why she's in-charge.

Before Jonathan could have asked who she was talking to, Kurumi already grabbed him by the hand and told him that he'll be meeting someone. WAIT! Jonathan is not quite big on new acquaintances. He's the most awkward person he knows when it comes to meeting new people. Oh well~ Too late to back out now.

"Where?" he asked him in a very low voice. Was it the same person he saw talking to her moments ago???

Kurumi giggled. Wasn't that what a crush was? Well, at least the first part seemed like a crush. Hmm...kitty crush. Did this mean that there might be little fluffballs walking around the castle like a little army of dust bunnies!? Kurumi really couldn't wait to see that happen. Yep, sorry Walnut. You were falling in love with Vanilla and making all sorts of cute babies.

But...wait... Would that mean that her and Lewis would be breaking school rules in terms of the amount of pets people were allowed? One pet per student WAS the rule...but it could hardly be their fault if the felines reproduced DURING the school year, right?

"I suppose we will just have to wait and see," she laughed, brushing her bangs to the side just a little. She noticed his hesitation with the word friend, and bit her bottom lip slightly. Too soon? Kurumi usually was rather hesitant about the whole friendship thing based on her childhood, but all those walls came down whenever Hogwarts came into the picture. "Well, I hope so," she smiled before she continued towards Jonathan.


That grin...it always made Kurumi's cheeks turn a brighter shade of pink or, when she wasn't on her guard, caused her hair to turn a slight shade of pink as well. Thankfully, she was focused right now so there was no hair changing...for now. Knowing Jonathan he would figure out some way to make it happen. Not that...Kurumi really minded.

Her hand still on his, she slowly lead the way through the corridor, glancing over her shoulder to look at him and then grabbing his other hand with her free one so she was slowly walking backwards. "Just a little further," she nodded. "You mentioned that you wished you had more guy friends, and, well, Lewis is new to Hogwarts and is sort of in need of some himself." Seemed like a win win situation really. "Who knows, you might even end up in the same house." Although, Lewis really didn't seem like a Slytherin, but only the Sorting Hat would be able to tell for sure.

She sort of pouted her bottom lip and gave him an innocent look as then finally made their way back to Lewis.

Kurumi spun back around, dropping her left hand, but keeping her right one entwined with Jonathan's. "Jonathan, this is Lewis. I just met him on the platform," she explained, gesturing towards him. "Lewis, this is my..." she paused and blushed a bit more. "...boyfriend, Jonathan. He is a sixth year in Slytherin."

Tiffany realized that Vashti was actually talking to a boy before she caught her attention. She gave a warm wave back to him who was truly older than her. Catching his name, Tiffany gave hers back. "Hi, I'm Tiffany. Vashti's little sister,"she replied with a splendid smile. Well...at least they looked like real sisters. She chuckled.

Oh? So he was a transfer student after all. That's why. "I see." She replied. What year was her in? Fourth year perhaps? With his height, he sure ain't a second year student like her.

Curiosity arose, Beezus wanted to know what school Hades used to attend but just as she was about to ask him, she caught the fact that he was still happily talking to Elise. Why weren't there anyone in her family who had names from Gods? She merely smirked a bit at the idea of having someone in the family with that. Ridiculous, she thought as she moved away from the two and neared her owl, Jordin.

Tyler tilted his head and looked at her questioningly for a while as she carried on. This girl was crazy and she said she wasn't getting her knickers in a bunch? It was probably all bunched up by now with how she was carrying on. It was quite entertaining though. He needed to remember this one. She could be a good target when he got bore or something.

"How dare I talk to you like what?" He looked up at her and blinked innocently." What's your name anyways?"

He frowned and ruffled his hair a bit." No I don't know how old you are..are we playing a guessing game? Do you know how old I am?"

What was wrong with her? Tye quickly grabbed his rat off her shoulder and used his other hand to cover her mouth. Whyyyyyyyyyyyy was she causing such a ruckus over a perfectly harmless rat? good grief!

"Shush you! Do you want to get in trouble?" Because he wasn't doing anything wrong..she was, just saying.

Still strolling around the train corridor. Nessie's mind started wondering to all sorts of things.
Her mind drifted off to her first time she had been on this train. She remembered sitting in a compartment with Tyler, Oakey and Zara. They were probably her closest friends at the time, but somehow besides for Oakey she hadn't seen them in who knew how long. Her mind continued drifting off and this time it drifted to Tyler. He was the first boy that Nessie had a crush on at Hogwarts, yet ever since Nessie found out that Rose liked him too, there was just chaos and it wouldn't have been much of a shock if Tyler had left the school. Luckily she had gotten over him quite easily and she had started to like someone like someone else.

After a while Nessie saw someone that looked familiar walking around. When she realized it was Oakey she grinned at him. "Hey, sorry about earlier." She said feeling a little bad that she sort of went off on her own.

Oh so now he was going to put on a whole innocent act? Uh..uh that wasn't going to happen according to Nessie. She glared at the little boy so he could see how serious she was. He had chosen the wrong day to mess with her and the fact that he had chosen to mess with her on the train was even worse.

Trying not to shout again she spoke to him with a steady voice. "How dare you speak to me in such a rude way and how dare you talk about my knickers." Closing her mouth Ness realized what she had just said, this boy was just a little kid and here they were talking about her knickers it was very weird. "The names Ren.es.mee" she said pausing in between each syllable as though the little boy was stupid and there wasn't a chance he'd be allowed to call her by any of her nicknames. He was too rude and he wouldn't get that privilege."What's yours?" She wanted to know what the trouble maker's name was.

A guessing game? Was this kid serious. She rolled her eyes at him once more. "I'm thirteen, and you must be at most twelve or younger which means that YOU should RESPECT me." She put her hands on her hips trying to show him she was older.

The dumb rat was still on her and she couldn't help all her screaming. She was a screamish girl after all. She wanted to shout at the boy some more but without a warning she felt the rat being lifted off from her and then before she could talk she felt a hand cover her mouth.

Her eyebrows frowned as she looked at the firstbie again. She shook her head at his question. He was the one that wanted to get into trouble not her. Jeez he was being ridiculous. She stamped her foot and then attempted pushing his hand away.

Jonathan doesn't really have much choices since he was actually dragged by Kurumi in the first place and well meet this Lewis person. But he's new likes she said. It would be nice to actually know as many guys as possible. Hogwarts was just dominated by the female gender. Jonathan doesn't even know if their were enough male Slytherin students in the sixth year?! Last year's quidditch team was composed mostly of girls too.

Finally approaching the guy she had mentioned awhile ago, Kurumi did the introduction because seriously, Jonathan is a lost for words. He barely speaks a complete sentence so being lost for words is definitely speechless mode for him. A LOT. She dd introduce him as her boyfriend and Jonathan gave a friendly smiled to Lewis.

"Hi Lewis." ice breaking conversation. He gestured a hand for a handshake. "Nice to meet you." he nodded. Well that was too formal. What else should he do anyway?

Sigh.

"What year will you be this term?" he asked.

Lewis continued to look at Vanilla, shaking his head slightly to himself, clearly amused by this whole idea. "I guess so." He agreed with Kurumi, still chuckling softly. Meanwhile the cat had let herself fall onto her side, still right at Kurumi's feet, so she could still have a close eye on Walnut and his owner without having to stand the whole time. Or sit. Or do anything even remotely exhausting.

Okay, his reaction couldn't have been worse, could it? Had he ruined this friendship - or at least she had just called it that - already?! She seemed...a little uncomfortable now. Crap! Only he was really bad at all that friend-making stuff so Lewis wasn't exactly sure what to say either. "I..err. Yes, me too." He finally stuttered as a reply, smiling at her a little hesitantly to show her that yes indeed he wanted them to be friends. But that he was just a little socially awkward and not good at showing it.

With Kurumi gone his full attention was back to Vanilla who was still staring after her. Nudging her gently with his foot she immediately let herself fall back onto her side again and started to purr loudly. He crouched down next to her again, and started scratching her belly. Which he knew she wasn't too fond of. After a couple of tries, Vanilla had finally succeeded at catching his hand and had started licking his fingers in order to make him stop touching her belly.

Hearing his name being said, Lewis glanced up and quickly pulled his hand free again to get back up. Oh. Was that her...boyfriend? Yes, it seemed like it, especially when she introduced him as her boyfriend. Duh! He smiled at her softly when she stumbled over the word 'boyfriend' before taking a quick look at The Boyfriend.

"Uhm...hi." Lewis replied quietly, looking at his face just long enough so as to not have the other boy think him to be rude. Was he...expecting him to shake his hand? After a short moment of hesitation he took Jonathan's extended hand and gave it a half-hearted quick shake. "Fifth. Yes." And then mainly because he didn't exactly feel too comfortable talking to this boy alone he added with a small wave at the boy's girlfriend, "Just like Kurumi." There. Now Kurumi was part of the conversation again too.

Kurumi subconsciously scooted just a little closer to Jonathan as the two boys kind of sort of spoke. Hmm...neither of them seemed to be very talkative around others, but both certainly had no problem holding conversation with her. Boys. Why were they so weird? One would think that growing up with three older brothers would have taught her something, but Kurumi was even more clueless because of it.

Her attention went back to Lewis when he mentioned her name and she nodded. "Just in time to take your OWLs," she said. Speaking of those, Jonathan should have had his results by now, right? She was sure that he had done just fine based on all the studying they had done together prior, but that didn't make her any less curious.

Okay, so OWLs probably wasn't the best topic of conversation at the moment. Common ground, they needed to find some sort of common ground. Um...

She gave Jonathan's hand a soft squeeze and glanced back and forth between the two of them for a moment. "No, Lewis, do you have a particular subject that you are most excited for?" Classes were always a decent topic of conversation, yeah? "I'm more of an Arithmancy, Herbology, and Care of Magical Creatures sort of person, and Jonathan is brilliant in Potions."

I guess yeah, Oakey spoke back to the girl chewing on sweets.

It wouldn't be hard to say he was a little unsettled when the girl nonchalantly reached into his hair and pulled out some gum. I think that's a wad of gum he joked, still upset that a piece of gum found it's way into his hair. He hadn't had any gum on him and a certainly doesn't remember chewing it. Where do you suppose that came from.

An empty one, sure Oakey smiled as he saw Alyssa make her way towards him. he grabbed his things and walked closer to her, so as to meet up with her quicker.Lead the way.

Hello again, Renesmee. Oakey spoke to her. No, problem at all. Oakey smiled to make sure she wouldn't be so upset about it. I don't think you told me about your summer? Was it any good?
