Maxwell was just excited to be spending more time with Taylor. "I'll beat you there!" He said and took off at a run toward the Castle.

Tay laughed and raced after him. "LEts see about that." She smiled.

Logan walked down to the Whopming Willow, smiling. It was a nice day out, and he was really enjoying the nice fresh air and all. He sat down a good distance from the willow and stretched out on the grass with a heavy sigh.

Taylor walked down the path to the whomping williow with her hair in a braid and a light blue sundress. She was barefooted again. Tay smiled and saw Logan. She ran over to him, "Hey."

Maxwell emerged from the Whomping Willow, feeling victorious over the tree and couldn't wait to tell Taylor, he had only went into the tunnel and hadn't explored it because he was waiting for her. He walked into the daylight to see her with none other than Logan and Jealousy flared up in his mind, but he said nothing he kept his eyes from turning red and wasn't sure they'd notice him. Maybe for Taylor's sake he could avoid confrontation.

Logan looked up when he heard a familiar voice. "Hiya, Miss Taylor!" he said chuckling.

Tay didnt see or notice MAxwell come out of the tunnel. To Logan she said, "How are you monkey?" Taylor smiled and hugged him. "How is school?"

Watching Taylor and Logan talking Maxwell got distracted and tripped on a step coming from the tunnel. As he fell his hand hit the root that the stone was sitting on and the tree went wild! branches swinging here and there, barely missing Maxwell he only had one hope and that was to move the stone, on instinct his wand already pulled was pointed at the rock "Wingarduim Leviosa!: He shouted and the stone took flight weaving in and out of the way of branches, He chucked it and gave up control of the spell using just the right aim to land it pack on the root. "I can never make a simple entrance can i?" He said out loud to himself.

Taylor looked up as the tree went wild. She heard MAxwell's voice. Her eyes widened in surpise and worried. Tay got up and ran over close enough to check on him but not close enough to get hit, "Are you ok, MAxwell?" Her face had worried written all over it.

"I'm fine it missed me!" Maxwell shouted from a distance. He had a cut across his chin where the tree had hit him. It wasn't bleeding badly so he wiped it on the sleeve of his shirt. "I was just making sure it worked and was safe and i tripped. Talk about an entrance." Maxwell said smiling at Taylor and trying to play off the fact that he had just saved himself from the mortal danger of a homicidal tree.

Taylor came over to him. He was bleeding a bit on his chin. She lightly touched it, hoping it wont cause hm pain. "At least it wasnt the entrance Logan did one time when we were here." Tay laughed. She turned going back up to where Logan was sitting at. Taylor looked over her shoulder, with a questioning face. She mouth, "Is this going to be a problem?"

'Logan!?' Maxwell thought to himself. 'I was nearly killed by a tree and she's thinking of Logan!?' But he continued to keep his emotions in check. "It must have been quite an entrance to be worse than almost getting killed be a tree." Maxwell said in a please don't let this sound like i'm jealous sort of awkward laugh.

Tay laughed not hearing the hint of jealousy, "Well he got hit by the tree and flew across the yard, landing really close to me and getting the breath knocked out of him." She turned to him and kissed his cheek, "But i am glad that tree didnt kill you." Taylor hugged him.

Maxwell laughed politely trying not to make it obvious he didn't gave a crap about anything Jordan had ever done. "I'm glad too." He smiled at Taylor and as they hugged he eye balled Logan a little but not enough to seem suspicious. Then he kissed Taylor on the cheek, which hurt is chin causing him to say "ouch!"

Logan had apparently been 'spacing out' while Maxwell came out of the tree and tripped and Taylor went to comfort him. He watched as they hugged and kissed eachother's cheeks. He felt sort of uncomfortable. Not that he was jealous, no not at all. He only liked Taylor as a friend...he had a girlfriend anyway. But Maxwell looked like he probably wanted to be alone with Taylor...and anyways, Logan shouldn't stick around because apparently Maxwell hated him. He glanced at the castle, and then at Maxwell and Taylor. "I'll just 'slip away'" he thought to himself. "While they're not looking..."
He slowly stood up, and silently made his way back to the castle.

If Taylor had seen the look MAxwell have given Logan ,she probably would of smacked him and stormed off. When he said ouch, Tay frowned and tried to comfort him. She turned to look at Logan and noticed that Logan was almost to the castle. Taylor looked at Maxwell, "I'll be right back, don't do anything dangerous." She quickly kissed his cheek and ran to catch up to Logan, "Logan wait! please." Tay was worried she had upset her friend,

Logan stopped and sighed. "Should of been more quieter, you idiot." he thought to himself. He cursed under his breath as he turned to face Taylor. "What?" he asked.

Taylor's eyes widen some and she took a few steps back. "I... I... I'm sorry..." Her smile was gone and in its place was a frown. "I..." Tay couldnt speak, "Sorry for bothering you..." She half turned then glanced at him.

Logan shook his head. "You didn't do anything." he said. "And you didn't bother me. It's just...I was heading back to the castle 'cuz I don't think he," he nodded his head towards Maxwell, "doesn't want to be around me." he said. Ugh. He liked Maxwell, and was trying his best to be nice. What was he doing wrong?! Why did Maxwell hate him so much?! He did nothing!!!!

Taylor turned to face him completely. She still had a frown on his face, "He is stupid then, to not like you... You are a sweetheart." Tay hugged him, "I hope that by me hanging with him, it wont mess up your and my friendship." She looked at him worriedly, "I mean you are a wonderful friend and one of the first i had here." Taylor gave him a half smile.

Logan shook his head. "He's not stupid.." he said. He then blushed. "Thanks." he said, hugging her back. "No worries, we're still friends. I think I just need to...take a nap or something." he said. "See ya." He said, giving her one last hug before walking back to the castle.

Taylor half smiled at the no worries we will still be friends thing. She hugged him back, "See ya later little monkey." Tay felt bad. She watched as Logan walked back to the castle. Taylor turned and looked at where she left MAxwell.

Maxwell watched as Taylor and Logan exchanged words. "I didn't say or really even do anything this time..." He sighed as he spoke to himself watching Taylor walk back to him. "I guess i should at least get to know this guy before i openly hate him." Maxwell said reluctantly admitting he was wrong.

Taylor was annoyed and upset. She reached Maxwell but there was no trace of the comforting spirit that she was being to him before Logan left. "Sorry about that." Tay didnt bother to even look at the scratch he had, "So how was your day?"

"You don't have to keep apologizing. It was my fault, and I wasn't trying to start anything, the tree attacked me and i was planning on slipping away." Maxwell was being truthful. "I wasn't trying to ruin your day." Maxwell said feeling bad and sensing the anger that was coming.
