Nodding Angelina said, "Oh thats good." She wondered what Taylor ment by getting better. Was there something she wasn't saying she thought Angelina knew? Angelia smiled a little and said, "They have been good. I am only taking a few this course, then when the second classes for the subject comes than I will do a lot!" She didn't know why she wanted to do that this school year, might not be the best, but she knows what she will do in third year!

Taylor nodded, "I'm trying to do every class i can, well except arithmacy." She wrinkled up her nose at that word, "I refuse to do that one." Taylor giggled. "So what is new in life?" She smiled.

Minerva put her blanket out and sat down opening her book. The night air was cold. She opened her book and tried to figure out what she could see in November. There were a few constellations to find in November. She looked up and put her hand up trying to figure out the latitude she was looking at. There was the Polaris so that would be where her finger went and then her thumb was 20 degrees apart if she was saying it right. She looked down at her book again. hmm she wasn't sure, it was so cold she couldn't think clearly. Minerva put down her book frustrated she was just lost tonight. She couldn't figure out which way was what. So she laid back and just looked at the clear sky. All the stars were so bright and pretty. She kind of wished she wasn't alone with the darkness around. She checked her watch 9 p.m. that was the best time to see the constellations. She looked back up at the sky and began to trace stars with her finger. Minerva was about to give up when she traced one more group and then traced it again. Then again, hmmm that looks like it's making something. She sat up and took out her notebook and began to sketch.


Once she was done she looked at the sketch then at her book. That looked like Phoenix. She pulled her book closer and compared the sketch to the picture in the book. Then she looked up at the sky again. If that is the phoenix she thought to her self then it has to be a latitude of 30 degrees so that means if I put my hand up again that it would go right there. She smiled as she realized that she did find the phoenix constellation.

Hmm... thinking? Was she thinking? "I guess... sort of... wondering actually." she said, shrugging. "I watched a lot of muggle spy films over the summer when I was staying with my uncle... I was just wondering whether any of them are actually true." Yep, she wasn't thinking about anything deep. She was wondering whether James Bond actually existed. Because if he did then the muggles deserved a lot more credit for their survival without magic than she gave them.

"Nope, hardly ever." she said, shrugging. "But it'll be over at Christmas. So next term should be alright." It was a shame you couldn't pass the prefectship or the captaincy along that easily - it was difficult seeing Kennedy and Kimalia with all their duties... And they'd still be busy after January as well. "Yeah, probably." she said. There was no point in denying it - she would probably do well in this exam; she'd been rehearsing and revising pretty constantly. "Just want to get it over with really."

Aurora nodded, she didn't really understand - with all her traveling she was used to settling in to a new place very quickly, but she knew it was probably horrible and lonely if you couldn't. "That sucks." she said. "It's good that it's getting better though. You never know; you could be top of the school by the time you leave." she said, grinning. Oh yes, there was her ridiculous optimism. Eurgh, exam. "Yeah, I know. I'm not too stressed... just... I just want to do it and then I don't have to worry about it anymore!" she said, tearing up bits of grass and shredding them.

Bradley couldn't help but let out a small laugh at her comment about muggle films being real. He looked at her, generally intrigued about how ignorant some of these students were over muggle culture. But then again, the same could be said about the apparent 'muggles'. "Nah. It ain't real. It's just a movie, you know? Make belief. For our viewin' pleasure" And to rake in big money for the producers. "Those spy films, half the stuff couldn't actually happen." It wasn't possible for people to outrun large explosions or to jump off of high buildings without getting harmed. It was impossible. "It's all staged and stuff. Controlled explosions. Stunt doubles. The actor aint even the one doin' all that impressive stuff" Should be though. "Might be able to do it with magic though," well as long as you were perfectly fit.

"Yeah. Give yourself a break once in a while though yeah?" Because you couldn't stress yourself out too much. And unless she wanted to do this music business as a career then surely her school studies should hold the uttermost importance, not that Bradley was putting oodles of effort in. He attended lessons, he wrote notes, he tried as hard as he could but magic didn't seem to flow, some days he got it, some days he just couldn't perfect it. "Ain't you able to make it earlier?" The date couldn't be changed at all?

He shrugged at Aurora's comment, he was secretly quite down that he didn't really get on well here and that he had hardly made any friends but he wouldn't let anyone see that. He was shy anyway, and he found talking to people difficult, even though when he did talk to people he found it very easy to make friends. "Guess I just need to get out and stuff. Meet more people" Makes a good start. He watched her tear the grass apart and raised his eyebrow up higher. "Don't need to take it out on the vegetation" he chuckled. Poor grass. "Yeah. I know what you mean" Once you've revised all you can, there's not much more that you can do.

"Yeah i am going to take all the classes i can next year. I just wanted to take this year easy." Angelina told Taylor.

"Nothing is new lately at all. You, beside what was going on at home?" She asked.

Taylor nodded, "Nice and nothing much, except moving into my aunt's place and being adopted by her since i refuse to live with my mother, and so is Trinity." She laughed, "My aunt adopted Ameliah too though she was one of our friends and not family." Tay smiled, "So i am excited for break so that i can move." Taylor remembered something, "Oh and i made the qudditich team too." She grinned, "You are actually the first person i told.... even my twin doesnt not that yet." Tay chuckled.

Maxwell walked toward the whomping willow and took a seat on the ground near enough to the tree to be near it but far enough away to not anger the old psychotic tree. He had never thought about it since he had found out who his father was but he felt connected to his family through this tree because it had been planted for his great-grandfather, or at least that was the story.

Maxwell was waiting under the tree because he was supposed to meet Ariana about if they were all right as friends, Maxwell had more than that to speak with her about but it would have to wait until he at least knew this.

Ariana approached the tree all slung over still upset & now even more mad about the Ancient Runes incident :/ she saw max and just sat next to him. she didnt say hi or anything she just sat down.

"Hi, look umm...about the other day i just wanted to say i'm sorry. I was just trying to do what i thought was right but i didn't take time to think of what you really wanted...i do that sometimes, act without thinking." Maxwell said feeling sorry for how he had behaved. "Still friends?"

The weather was getting colder, Ellie could tell. But for some reason she didn't feel like wearing a coat, which was probably a dumb idea. Oh well. If she got too cold, she would just go back inside or something.

Ellie decided to go for a walk. She didn't really know where she wanted to go, but she just started walking around the grounds. Once she got to the Whomping Willow, she stopped and watched it move around. There were some pretty good memories made at this tree, now that she remembered...

Adam was strolling around the grounds trying to make sure things were calm an in place. He spotted himself by the whomping willow, an frightened he backed away before it wished to smack him in the gut.But then his feet literally stopped.

"Oh, oh.." He said quietly to himself. It was Ellie, recently he had feelings for two other girls, Kurumi an Violet, but suddenly something came up an he..couldn't stop thinking about Ellie. The girl he had scared at the lake last year an had gotten into a fight with. How could he be thinking about her. Quietly he began to back away, he didn't want to confront her or say anything to her.

No. His ankle got caught in a hidden branch an he slipped onto his face. Great getaway Adam Burn. "Oughh.." Adam cried out when he hit the grass.

"Max well always be friends i just dont think you get me all the time im just at a hard place in life & i just dont know what to do."

Maxwell struggled to find a way to say this next part.

"Ariana, when we were talking the other day I- You-you dropped this piece of paper" Maxwell said handing Ariana the scrap of paper. " I read it without thinking and i'm sorry, but if it makes you feel any better i don't think any differently of you, you're still the same to me." Maxwell said in all honesty.

Ariana Looked up at maxwell with the blankest look in her eyes she didnt know what to say or weather to be even bad at all. She grabbed the paper from max. "So now you know."

"Yes...I don't know why you didn't tell me. Of all people i would have understood." Maxwell said hoping that didn't offend her. "Do you want to meet them...Your muggle parents?"

"No.. Yes. err I dunno. My parents err.. Janice & Dan are so excited to meet theier real daughter u just i dunno" Ariana Put her face back in her hands

"I think i understand when i found out my mum's husband wasn't my dad, i realized how distant he had always been, but at least they've loved you all these years. "

"But this is BOTH my parents Max Not just one my whole family.. EVERYTHING was a lie."

"You're right i can't say i honestly understand, but You're welcome to stay with me for breaks, my family would be more than happy to have you."

Ellie was lost in a random train of thought when she thought she heard a voice nearby. She looked to her left, but didn't see anything. When she looked to her right, however, she saw a boy trip on something and land on his face.

His cry made Ellie wince and hurry over to him. That sounded painful. "Hey, are you alright?" Ellie asked frantically as she ran over. When she knelt down, she realized who it was. Adam Burn. Which wasn't a bad thing, just... slightly confusing.

"Adam... Did you hurt yourself?" Things had been quite interesting between them lately, but that didn't mean Ellie couldn't be worried about him. In fact, she was surprised to see that they had kind of become friends lately. And then there was Adam suddenly having feelings for Ellie. Which was... sweet, in a way. But Ellie still didn't know how she felt about it all.

thanks Max i needed to hear that but i dont know what my "parents" any of then will want to do over summer or christmas."

"I'll be here either way, violet wanted me to visit her in Canada but i don't know i want to spend some time with my dad, I met him You know before we got on the train."

"Canada.. that's near the states that's farr farr way Max hahah." and just like that Ariana Smiled. She hadnt smiled in months & Max made it happen in a matter of moments.

"Yeah that's why i'm not sure, it's so far away. Helios would die if i left him for long, besides i can't let you have all the fun in England. But i like that she's from Canada she get's more of the more American things i say or do."
