I kid you not, this is one tree you don’t want to mess with. It's best you keep a safe distance from the Whomping Willow's tree limbs or you may end up with a few broken limbs yourself.
Jezz couldn't stand to be locked up for too long. She need to be out in the fresh air, enjoying herself. She made her way down to the grounds, and sure she could have went to the Duck Pond or the Topiary Garden or even The Lake like all the other students, but she decided to be seated semi under, semi near, the Whomping Willow. It was quiet and thankfully the tree didn't try to crush her so maybe it could remain peaceful.

Nate decides to see if what his dad said were true if there was a whomping willow. Once he gets down there he already sees someone there. So he decides to greet her. He wals up to the person and goes "H I'm Nate. I came down here to see if what my father told me was true about this tree. He once had a broken arm from this tree. It just whacked him and he went flying. He landed on his right arm."

Helga sat quite a distance away from the Whomping Willow but still she could see it. Just then, a graceful bird rested on the tree. "A bad move for that bird" Helga whispered to herself. And unfortunatly the bird was just a bunch of feathers falling gracefully to the ground!
Jezz smiled, "We've already met Nate." She sigh. "I'm Jezz." She pulled her knees up to herself and rested her head on them. She felt just a little exhausted but oh well. "Don't get to close the tree. It's peaceful and I like it." She also didn't know what to do if the boy got beat on by the tree. The Whomping Willow! Anya FINALLY found it. She'd been searching for it for... ever since she remembered it existed.
So, five minutes to be exact.
But she was here. And... she wasn't really planning on getting any closer. Sure, she was told if she was nice to it, it wouldn't hurt her.
But still, the word whomping was a bit intimidating.
She'd just stay here. A nice, safe distance away.

Sammy wandered down to the Whomping Willow. It seemed like it would be such a cool thing. He noticed there was a girl about his age standing nearby. "This is cool." Yes. Sam was willingly talking to a girl. He started to realize he was never going to escape them...and that they weren't that bad. Just a bit weird.
He looked around so he wasn't just standing here all awkwardly...and he spotted Logan. He waved at his friend before turning back to the tree.

"Really? Did you know someone that used to go here before?" That was the only reasonable thing he could think of from her knowing stuff. He knew nothing of Hogwarts. Maybe he would have to ask Raven more about it.
"I'm from New York. I just moved to London with my cousin Wally a few months ago. You?" Sammy started to walk with Anya, keeping his eyes on the base of the tree.

Anya bent towards the ground and eyed the bottom of the tree. So far all she saw were gnarly roots. What did an opening to a tunnel look like anyway? Just a normal hole in the ground?
"Yeah. My big brother graduated last term." she replied still checking out the tree. "I didn't know about magic until last year though." Her parents were just plain old muggle. Well, her adoptive parents anyway. She didn't know anything about her real ones, she just figured they were.
"New York? That must have been fun!" she said popping up to look at him once again. An authentic boy from the other side of the pond! How cool was that?
"I live in Surrey. I've been there since I was three. I don't remember much of my life before then."

THE WHOMPING WILLOW. If that tree hit her and she got hurt and wasn't able to play quidditch... she would.... sh would... do something bad! She doesn't know what yet, but the tree should be scared, because it'll be something bad. Katie sat down keeping her distance just in case the tree hadn't heard her threat, she got out a book from her bag and started to read, she loved reading.
