Not even ten feet away from Mr. Murdoch's hut sits a nice sized vegetable patch surrounded by a white picket fence. Its four rows of vegetable beds are blooming with produce, all according to season of course, and if you're lucky, Waylon may have left the shed in the back open for you to try your own hand at gardening.

Seeds, spades, gloves and anything else you might need can be found inside, just remember to clean up after yourself when you're finished!

He smirked again, it shocked him how for some reason this made him realize his father and him weren't to different after all, "That would be what I said." He bowed, "What do you think?"

"You know, I was happy the way I was..." He smiled, "But, I like this too, it fit's my personality better; but I just felt like it was time for a change. Why? Do you not like it?" He felt his heart sink worried about what she was going to say.

Maxwell walked into the Vegetable garden. He was a few minutes late because he decided to put on some Muggle clothes, he wore a pair of blue jeans and a v-neck t-shirt and sneakers. He noticed Taylor speaking to a ginger fellow he didn't recognize for a moment. then he realized it was Damon he recognized him not by his looks but by his demeanor. The way he looked at Taylor. "Hello." He said kissing her cheek. "Hello, Damon." He said as if seeing him this way was normal and as if Maxwell and he hadn't had a mental battle only hours before.

She frowned slightly and glanced at Damon, "I feel bad now...." Tay looked at MAxwell feeling like he was waiting for her to ask. Talor glanced back over at Damon, "Ash.... I have a question....." She was starting to feel awakard just thinking of the question.

Damon looked at Maxwell, wanting to glare, but he didn't want to make it anymore obvious how jealous he was of him, "Well... I do like you Taylor." Damon said, pausing thinking of how to put it, "As a matter a fact, I think I love you... but as a sister." It wasn't a total lie, he had said he liked her, and he did love her like a sister, but he did want it to be more. He smirked and looked at the two of them, You really want to continue this? He continued to think but all he did out of his mind was smile at him and say "No hard feelings then?" He said looking him in the eye Maxwell thought. 'His eyes are green, i wonder if it's out of jealousy?' But after this 'Display' it didn't matter, Damon had to continue to lie to Taylor but Maxwell was certain if it came down to it he'd fight tooth and nail for her.

Damon stood there with his arms crossed, and a smirk on his face. Can't outsmart me. Damon chuckled, "Tell you what. Maxie, why don't we just talk?" Damon gave him a sincere look, knowing what was truely going on in Max's head, "Just the two of us." He ran his hair through his fire red hair. His green eyes flickered with joy. I can see why Puck enjoys acting like this now. Damon's smirk grew, Though, it's still not really me.

As Taylor left Maxwell let himself become as tense as he felt on the inside. "I don't care that you're friends with her, she's entitled to friends and i wouldn't think to tell her who to hang out with anyway. What i don't like is that you're in love with her. Or at least you think you are, but you're too much of a coward to tell her that, you're too scared to get rejected." He said his eyes slowly turning darker and more red. Maxwell no longer cared for manners. "I don't give a damn what you think about me!" He said starting to get furious. "And you didn't mention you were serious? You are a coward." he said more calmly now. To the comment about his eyes he said "She has nothing to fear from me, I'm part metamorphagus and i can't help that i have my eyes change." He said in an angry but not embarrassed tone. "I'm not convinced you truly love her, you say you just want her to be happy and have what she wants, what if that's me?"

"While doing that would be fairly amusing..." Damon smirked, Thank you Puck, I guess I do have you're sense of humor after all, you'd be proud Dad. Damon chuckled at his thought, "I'm not in the mood to paint either of us as good or bad. Just equal competitors for a common goal." Damon sighed, "Taylor talks to me, about a lot of things. Her fears, family; you name it, I've heard something on the subject at least once." Damon shook his head, "I can read people better than you give me credit. I knew who Taylor was the moment she accidentally stumbled across me in the dungeons." Damon smirk grew, as did his glare, "Something Puck always taught me to do." Damon paused, taking a page from his father, speaking out loud, making a note, "Note to self: Tell Ol' Puck some of him did pass on to his son other than his devishly good looks." He shook his head again, Ok, now focus, Damon looked at him, as if challenging him to try something else.
