It was already shaping up to be a rather intense game, merlin how she loathed intense games... when she wasn't playing of course. It was far harder to sit on the side lines than it was to actually be out there.

Still so long as Gryffindor stayed focused, and fought back with tenacity, then they could and WOULD succeed. She had faith in her team.
"Ahh ... that's right, still, you could have been worse," she mused, turning slightly to see the expression on his face. They couldn't all be as good as her *smirk*.

"Fight for it Lions!"

Bundling up as best as she could, Lana hurried down to the stands and found a seat. She wasn't even sure if Laura was going to be around, but she had missed enough of the fun and thought it was time that she made an effort to be seen. Maybe she would even meet new people. Besides, she kind of wanted to see what team she might be playing against. In her mind, she justified it as scouting out the competition for future use.

Scoring a nice spot not too far from the top, she looked up at the sky and watched. She wasn't rooting for anyone really, she was just there to watch. No lines of favouritism have been established yet.

Evelyn gave a small shrug. "Well, it is possible that he wanted to play a new position.." ..or, the captain might have wanted him to be the chaser..who knew? There were many possibilities.

I am a Gryffindor!'' she exclaimed excitedly ''What about you?''

Now back to the game. Gryffindor lions, of course, looked the best with their bright red Quidditch robes. Perhaps she should have joined the team for it looked so fun to play. It was too late to decide now though and she was a busy little girl. Very busy. She needed to develop her magical power and knowledge first. That was vital to her.

Was she back to the game? Apparently she had decided that too early since some other person voiced her name. Narrowing her eyes a bit more, she smirked slightly upon seeing the other lioness. ''Hi, Lilly''

*smirk*

''Of course we are going to win. Those Huffies won't dare to act, otherwise...''

''...whatever.'' then she stared down at the hot chocolate. ''No, thanks. I prefer chocolate in some shape and...'' Wrackspurt? What was that? The way that the word sounded made Lea roll her eyes. ''Oh really? Why don't you just kill all of them?''

She deserved it.

Sitting on the very edge of her seat, Seren was rather close to falling on her bottom. The Lions needed to rally. They had the skill... they just lacked the concentration? motivation? ... perhaps dampened by the lack of Selena. That girl was ferocious when it came to quidditch.

"Roar Roar Gryffindor!"

A part of her could barely watch... the other part of her couldn't look away.

He also leaned forward, fists clenched like he was about to fight someone, both eyes directed toward the weaving path of players.

Then Hufflepuff caught the first snitch of the game and Williamson exhaled, shaking his head as he settled back into his seat. Puffs were still good, it seemed. Dang. He had really wanted them to LOSE, especially with Lockhart the Head Thief of Lobalugs Inc. playing out there. The game wasn't over yet though....

His jacket? His jacket actually fit her? "That's nice." Honestly, couldn't Ellie see that she was not comfortable with this conversation at all? She turned to look at the pitch again, hoping she would lay off the subject when..she continued. Sigh. "Yes. He did." Evelyn was quite sure about the fact that Ellie seemed to be having a problem with that. She couldn't see why, though.

"Maybe.." Evelyn tucked her hands into the pockets of her coat. Jeez. It was pretty cold.

Eyes not blinking, Seren fixed her stare on Anya... that little firstie sure knew how to fly. Watching as the seekers zoomed after what could only be the snitch, colours blurred, tail wind trailing, she moved even closer to the edge of her seat. They were quick... both of them.. but it seemed as though Hufflepuff were building a strong reputation for themselves.

Taking a deep breath, Seren was about to sit back into her seat, as opposed to on it's edge, when her heel slipped in the attempt.
"Eeeeeekkk!" she squealed, just managing to catch hold of Wills shoulder. Bah! serve her right for wearing high heeled boots.
Blushing, she sat back in her seat, making sure her feet were firmly planted on the floor. "Sorry about that... must be the nerves."

Aww Anya had ALMOST had it that time! Williamson found himself clenching and un-clenching his fist without even realizing it. Like he was in the game. Then the next thing he knew he found the sharp pain of nails digging into his shoulder.

"Owwwwch," he muttered under his breath, looking up at Seren and putting an arm out to steady her. "You all right there? We are on the same team, you know, no need to use force on me."

He smiled and snuck a glance back to the pitch. Oooh yeah, looked like one of the Gerts had managed to score at last!

What did he say? Erm. She couldn't even remember, to be honest. Evelyn looked down at the pitch, trying to remember what Trey told her. "Erm..well..I think he said that you.." No. That's it. "Ellie. He just told me that he was seeing the ravenclaw captain, okay?" That wasn't what she was going to say but hopefully, Ellie wouldn't figure that out.

Wow. She didn't know who the seeker was but he was going an AMAZING job. "He's great, isn't he?" Evelyn grinned before she yelled again, "GOOOOO HUFFIES!"

Sean wasn't sure who to root for. He liked Hufflepuff more because he knew a few of them. But they were also ahead in the house cup standings so maybe it wouldn't be so bad if Gryffindor would pull this out. Decisions decisions.. He decided he didn't care but would sit back and enjoy. He clapped with the hufflepuffs when their keeper made a save, but he was also clapping at the close call at Gryffindor almost finally scoring.

Oh. Well. Ellie clapped for them. "It's alright, Little Guy." Not that he could hear her, but it was alright. He shouldn't let that get him down. They could still totally win.

Oh! Ellie was the Ravenclaw captain. She completely forgot..what with her jacket and all. "You know, it's going to be interesting..when we play against your team." Yeah. Evelyn was taking it for granted that the Huffies were going to win.

"Oh, no." Evelyn frowned a little when the Gryffindor seeker got the snitch but it's alright. Obviously, they had the chance to win but she was still crossing her fingers. "C'mon guys." Evelyn muttered.

Josephina had been keeping a relatively low profile during the match. Well the respect that she was trying to avoid arguments with Seren. For once, she was actually just being quiet and watching the plays - and somewhat following them too!

That was when she saw the seekers zoom after something near Max. And she couldn't resist; "Let's go Hufflepuffs!!!! Get RABID!"

It had completely slipped her mind that she'd have to play one of these teams. And...Merlin, she didn't want to go against that Hufflepuff First year. He had the advantage of being young and small and CRUD!

Ellie was going to have to practice so much now. SO MUCH.

If that Hufflepuff caught it. Actually, even if Gryffindor caught it. Because that would mean that THAT Seeker's more dangerous than she looks. Crud.

She....wasn't going to vocally cheer anymore. But...she still wanted Treyen's team to win. So, Go Hufflepuff. She just had to keep her focus on the important things now. The strategies and things.

The Golden Snitch was spotted again!!! Ahhhhh! William was on his feet for the second time in a row, particularly after Anya had caught the last one; he was hoping and wishing that Gryffindor would catch it again....! But no dice.

The man sat back down and almost tripped over somebody's banner they had tossed to the ground. Now it was his turn to grab Seren's arm for balance, though of course not nearly as hard as she had gripped him. He smiled bleakly over at her and gently patted her arm.

"Sorry. They played a good match." Both teams had, surprisingly. They were no Slytherin though.

Evelyn sat back down, since the cold and all that screaming was starting to take it's toll. She leaned back against the chair, her eyes still following the players.

"Ellie.." She began a little hesitantly. "I'm a little curious..um..you and Trey must have played against each other before, right? Erm..is it like..hard?" Ugh. That sentence didn't come out the way she wanted to. And, it wasn't ANY of her business but like she said..Evelyn was curious.
