Though she applauded Hufflepuffs efforts, Seren was not content with them winning. No, the glory should go to her former house, or at least, that's the way she felt. So after the Badgers had gotten two snitches she was beginning to feel rather nervous.
"Come on Claws! Come on Ellie!" she cheered loudly.

It was a close game, anyone could see that, and it was only confirmed when Ellie came up triumphant with her second snitch. It was neck and neck now.
Crossing her fingers, Seren continued to cheer, to support her former house.

Adrianna had left her green and silver striped polo and had instead worn one striped with yellow and black. She adjusted the bright yellow collar and sighed. She spotted Professor Hadley and decided to stay hello. Adrianna had missed most of the match because she had to write a letter to her mother.

"Hello, Professor" she greeted Professor Hadley. She brushed her red hair from her face, reminding herself silently that yellow didn't work on her.

But she loved her Hufflepuff friends.

Leaning forward on her seat, Fina blinked as the two seekers closed in the snitch and frowned visibly when it was called for that Ellie got it. NO! Rising she silently cheered to Alec , just as someone else approached and said hello.

A Slytherin this time, who evidenced by her polo was also supporting her team.

"Hi Adrianna," Hadley said, hoarsely, giving her a polite nod before rooting her eyes back onto the seekers. It was sooo close!

Ella was bouncing in her seat, on the verge of fainting...was Alec going to get it?!

Jayden watched anxiously in the stands. Would Ravenclaw win? They'd better!

"Come on Ravenclaw! Go Ellie! Get that Snitch!" She cheered, clapping her hands and bouncing around excitedly, her black and blue curls bouncing in the wind. She had dyed some blue streaks in her hair just for the occasion, hopefully her team wouldn't let her down. They needed this win for more house points!

Ella watched on the edge of her seat as the Ravenclaw seeker and Alec went after the snitch. Her heart was beating out of her chest as the two headed straight for the golden object and then suddenly it was a tangle of brooms and body and grass. "Please...oh please!" Ella said, rocking back and forth.

Then a whistle and wait, Alec had the snitch! HE HAS THE SNITCH!!!! Ella jumped up out of her seat and pumped her fist in the air. "Yes!!! Alec you did it!!!! Badgers Won! We won!" She was jumping up and down now, waving her arms and clapping her hands. She didn't even mind that her voice was nearly gone and her throat was raw.

As the seekers went into action following the snitch, Lily did all she could to sit and watch but at a point, she couldn't take it anymore and stood up watching the seekers chase after the snitch...headed right towards the Ravenclaw head of house. The first year couldn't help but cheer as loud as she could for the ravenclaw seeker... after all how awesome would it be to win your first year.

As the seekers and the HoH collided, Lily winced and then looked through her fingers to see if someone had caught the snitch. When she saw the yellow fist in the air, the first year sat down, completely bummed. The match was over, and ravenclaw hadn't won. This almost guaranteed a hufflepuff victory with the house points and it gave them the quidditch cup. Sitting on the bench in the stands, Lily just hung her head until she heard her HoH calling for the healer... that couldn't be good.

Logan made his way to the stands, happy to have made it to another Quidditch game (even though he was slightly late) and not miss it. He found a spot high up in the stands, and sat down craning his next to see the pitch. He couldn't wait for the day he would be on a broom out in the field, instead of up here in the stands. He smiled happily at the thought, and found himself lost in daydreams about playing Quidditch. . .

Glenn stood up from her seat and stood on the tip of her toes as Ellie and Alec plummeted towards the ground. "C'mon Alec!" She muttered.

What was that in his fist? :whaa:

"YES!" Glenn shouted, jumping up and down, "We did it badgers! We won! We won!" The badger was grinning wildly. She started doing a little kind of dance and pranced over to where her head of house was.

"Professor! We did it! We won!" She said, looking away for a second towards the pitch. She started clapping; yelling for her house's team.

And there.... as Fina watched eagerly, the seekers went in for a dive ... but rather than their typical course of flying at the spectators, the two seekers went towards Max!!

The next thing she knew it was just a mess and a tangle of broomsticks and ... holding her breath, she searched for someone to pump their fist.

Breathe.

They did it!!! Smiling as Glenn strode over toward her, she nodded, "We did!! Very impressively close game!" Of course it was though; Hufflepuff and Ravenclaws were fiercely competitive rivals in the game of Quidditch.

But closer look onto the pitch and the fact that the Quidditch Official seemed barely able to move - very unlike him - Fina decided she ought to investigate. Besides, her Hufflepuffs were congregating about Ellie when they SHOULD be telling them 'good game' and then going to celebrate their victory. "See you in the common room, dear," Fina told Gabrielle as she headed off down to the pitch for the second time that year.

YAY for lateness *sighs*
 

Ad watched as the game ended intensely. She had to fight that older-sister instinct to go and see if Alec was all right. She was proud of him. She looked up at Professor Hadley. "You know, if I had had a choice, I'd have chosen Hufflepuff rather than Slytherin" she said quite honestly. Hufflepuffs were always really kind and she loved them all to bits.

"We won" she grinned. Well, she wasn't really part of the "we" but it sounded a bit better.
