A set of paths link the courtyard to various areas of the grounds. It's nice to walk along either on your own or with a friend. The trees on either side of the path help to create a light atmosphere. So go on, take your time and soak up the fresh air, heaven knows students need it.

Still obviously pouting in disappointment, Kurumi's violet eyes widened when he handed her a small box. "You...got me something?" she squeaked with surprise. "Why?" It was an innocent question really. It wasn't her birthday. Nor was it Christmas. Or Valentine's Day. It was...just some random day in October. Was she...missing something?!

Shyly, she removed the lid and looked down at the necklace inside and was completely rendered speechless. It was almost too much for someone as plain as her. Was he really sure that he wanted to give her something so...beautiful?

Jonathan saw her reaction. It was priceless. He laughed seeing her like that not that he was enjoying it. It's just that it was too adorable to look at. He covered his mouth and just acted as casual so that he wouldn't burst out into laughing. Truth be told, he hasn't been this happy in a long while. Of course he knew that Walnut is a distraction. Jonathan doesn't have anything to say so he just said the first thing that came out from his mind.

He looked at her, he was still grinning "By any chance..." he tried calming down "...were you disappointed?" he bit his lower lip. He shouldn't be laughing right? It's rude. Very rude. Besides, Kurumi expected a lot from that last move.

Yes, there were no celebrations whatsoever at all. The gift was just a gift. Nothing more. He just felt like giving her something "Because... I want to." he told her. He really didn't have any explanation to why he bought the gift in the first place. When he saw the necklace, he just felt like buying it for her.

Her hands went to her cheeks to try and cover them, knowing that it was already too late to hide the fact that she resembled a tomato. This SO had been his plan all along. She noticed that her hair was definitely pinkish now, but she didn't even bother trying to hide that fact anymore. She was comfortable with this ability whenever she was around him, and THAT was saying something.

Still...it didn't mean that she was pleased with HOW the change had happened. Meanie snake.

"....maybe..." she said, looking at the ground shyly. She was pretty easy to read after all. Almost transparent at times really. Jonathan was lucky Walnut wasn't around. The cat may have promptly peed right on his fancy shoes for making Kurumi so flustered.

His next comment made her turn an entirely new shade of pink and her heart beat was back to racing like a flock of snidgets. She timidly reached for his hand, almost ashamed to look at him for asking such a question in the first place. "It's...perfect..."

Jonathan was just in the teasing mode. Jonathan just gave out a small laugh and a big grin on the face. It was such a lovely day. Happy, as well. First month of autumn... It's a big deal for Jonathan.

That part of her brain, the bit where it connected all that, was currently overloaded with everything else going on. "And why is that?" She couldn't resist asking. He WAS grinning from ear to ear like the Cheshire Cat from that one book her father had read to her when she was younger.

She was startled when he whispered in her ear, and she jumped slightly. Lose it? He was teasing her again, right? How could she possible lose a gift like this?! ~~unless Walnut ran off with it. Then it was possible.~~ "Well, I wouldn't want that to happen. Your face gets all scary when you are mad," she laughed. She removed the necklace from the box and looked up at him through her bangs. "Do you...um...do you mind helping me put it on?" Because...she was really clumsy when it came to putting jewelry on.

Fast ones. She laughed silently and picked up her pace. Was it another underclassmen?? Was that all they would send after her? Hehe. She chanced a glance over her shoulder, and yup. Another icklish student... though older than the others. She could outpace this one toooo.

But that spell.. someone should teach them to be a liiitle more quieter with casting. Hehe.

Could she cast a shield with tentacles for hands?

Did she NEED a shield? No way! The Puff prefect swerved off the beaten path, feeling the spell whoosh past her as her feet picked up more speed.

The speedy tentacle Puff was off!!

Keefer had decided there were plenty of Hufflepuffs to defend and began to wander into neutral territory. He thought he'd seen Minerva head toward Lion ground and wondered if she'd need help. He picked up his pace and walked to the Front Gate.

"Ugh!" Tayla exclaimed as she slowed down and watched the Hufflepuff run away with the flag. "She must have heard me," she thought. It was so tricky trying to outwit the older students.

But even though Tayla didn't get the blue flag, she smiled. This game was a lot of fun. The only thing missing would be a little flying maybe.

She took a few more breaths and headed back to The Front Gate as quickly as she could.

Cardigan was bored.She didn`t have much to do at the moment.So,she decided to dance.Dumb decision to dance where rocks were,that you could fall on and scrape yourself up.And,she wasn`t a good dancer either so that made her decision even stupider.She hoped no one was watching,because she wasn`t good.

Oakey managed to catch up with the older Hufflepuff boy who had freed Minerva. He was still freaking out a little at the lose of his wand, but for now he needed to make due without it.

He turned to the Older boy with absolute stress in his face. He-hey-could, could I ask you a fa-favor. He was still trying to catch his breathe. Si-Sierra has my wand and I doubt I-I can get it back from her without be-being caught again.

can you cast the gripping charm on my other hand. He said holding it out, I'm gonna make a run for the giraffe and try to latch onto it to get the flag

It was the only plan Oakey could think of, If he got their flag he could hold it hostage until his wand was returned to him.

He listened. Ah yes, he would need a gripping charm. "Prehenso," he said, twisting and tapping his wand on the boy's arm. "You should be good to go now. But I don't think I'm ready for another try at the flag just yet." He was still tired and needed to rest a bit.

GO! RUN RUN RUN! Oakey felt like a Olympic Track Star! He needed to get himself back to the Hufflepuff's base and hand the flag to the Whomping Willow!

He turned his head slightly to see if he had any pursuers! But nobody was chasing him! Was Minerva holding them off!

Forget about that! he thought, Just get back!

Selena was not letting some Hufflepuff take off with the flag. She was so following him. Instead of jogging, she now sprinted towards the boy, determined to make sure to recover the flag. She smirked, seeing the other Slytherin girl there. Safety in numbers - numbers the Hufflepuff didn't have. "Glisseo!" Selena said, pointing her wand towards the ground.
