Awesome!

It was a good thing Treyen got the 'new at Hogwarts' part right. It would've been sliiiightly embarrassing if the boy had been coming to the school on previous years. "Transferred from other institute?" Like, which one? "Why did you come?" And he was smiling, Hogwarts was THE place to be, after all. That's why Victoria had wanted to stay here all along, no?

"I am." But for someone who was new, he sure knew a lot about how Hogwarts worked, no? "Thanks." He was still getting used to this, though, regardless of the fact that he'd been Prefect for the past two years. "I'm Treyen, by the way." Which is the way the fellow Hufflepuff should address him from now on.

More questions. "Yes." Lewis replied with a smile and a nod before realizing that he should probably add something there. At least the boy was looking at him expectantly, or so it seemed. "From Salem. That's in America." He offered, adding the last part because that boy Messer from the feast had thought Nebraska was next to Alaska, so they clearly weren't that good with geography here.

WHY had he come?! "I had to." Cue sadface. "My dad had to move her because of work and then we all had to move here too. And now...here I am." Obviously. He was also very obviously not too excited about it. But it was going to be fine.

Yes! He had said thanks. That was a good sign, right? AND he had introduced himself. At least he knew what the Head Boy's name was now. One less thing on his checklist. "Nice to meet you, Treyen." That was what people usually said in reply, right? Plus, it WAS nice to meet him. "I'm Lewis." Though, he wasn't sure if he would be interested in his name too.

The Sundays, Muggle world. "The group exists. My sis-..." Erin stopped on her tracks. "I mean, my friends sing their songs. They're a rock group." Erin wasn't sure if Beezus was into rock music but she was also starting to like those because of her friends.

"Jonathan Kim. Yes, I do. I've met him at the platform," Erin smiled widely by the sound of his name. "What?! He's a Korean too." Moving on to Daichi. "Oh! Never mind," Erin knew that with any inclination to liking or crushing, Beezus was an exception. She would never ever be attracted to someone. Or that's just what Erin knew about. "I've never met Daichi yet, why ask me about him?" Now it was Erin's turn to raised an eyebrow.

Butterfly walked on the path thinking to herself "why did her parnets want to send her here.' She thought because she knew that she didn't belong.

Hmm.. Rock group eh? The Saturdays were too. "I see, I see.." Beatrice said as she nodded. She had silently taken note of Erin trying not to mention her sister. What was up with that? Anyhow.. "Rock bands are awesome. But I've gotta admit, I'm more fond of acoustics." Guitar music always soothes her nerves, thus the liking.

Beezus narrowed her eyes upon Erin's mention of the name Jonathan Kim, her fellow eagle seemed to have a crush on the boy, she could very much see that wide smile and her eyes were twinkling too! "Oh? He is?" She asked, pretending she didn't know. Of course she knew about this Jonathan being Korean, they were not that acquainted but Kurumi has told her all about him.

Why ask about Daichi? "Because..he..how do I put it? Err---he looks different now." And that was true. The boy even had blonde hair right now and he's wearing an earring. "Very different from last term."

Hey. That was good. Treyen was about to ask which one when the boy replied to his unspoken inquiry. "Salem? Really? That's pretty good!" why? Because Salander had come from Salem! And...even if they didn't get along too well in the beginning, they got along amazingly well at the end. He'd been Sir Awesome last term, too. "Our Head Boy, last term, was from Salem too."

And, actually, wasn't Dallin from Salem's Institute too? He wasn't sure.

The reason for coming to Hogwarts was a very simple one. Work. "Ah, I see. Well, we're delighted to have you." Even if he knew nothing of the boy. But Hogwarts, and Hufflepuffs, welcomed everyone, yes?

AH! At least know he knew the boy's name. Lewis. He nodded. "It's very nice to meet you, Lewis. If you're ever in need of anything...then don't hesitate to let me know." Most certainly. He'll be there, if not, he'll send someone. And...he had another important question, because Keefer would probably be asking this too if he were to be here, "Tell me, do you like Quidditch?" See? A very important question.

"Feel free" Katie smiled as Laura said she was going to call her Katie, she didn't mind as pretty much everyone did call her that,. "Pleasure Laura to meet you, oh and I'm a fifth year" Katie nodded, gosh fifth she was getting old, and owls this year oh no! "Are you sure your fine?" Katie asked again.

Erin was a music lover, almost of all kinds, probably because of her childhood. She was trained to learn to play various instruments. As her mother would say, Erin was best in playing the violin as a kid but as she died, the violin almost died with her too. Well, not mostly, Erin still play it but not as frequent and as good as before. "Acoustics huh? Then you better hear the very first song I've ever completed with my violin," Erin was sure Beezus would love it.

Daichi was different? "I've never met him before. But he's a Korean too right? Why is his name sounds like Japanese?" Erin couldn't even remember seeing him around Hogwarts. "Why do you say he's different now?"

Of course it was good. It was AWESOME really, not just pretty good. His eyebrows went up slightly in surprise when he told them that their Head Boy from last year had gone to school with him. Or at least had attended the same school at some point. "Oh, really? How did he like it here?" Maybe there was hope that he would feel at home here after all.

Treyen had been a good choice for Head Boy. Not that he knew the boy too well, neither did he know anybody else who would have met the requirements but he seemed really nice and responsible so for Lewis that was enough for a good Head Boy. "Thank you." He replied as he glanced back up from his hands, smiling at Treyen for a moment.

"Thank you." Lewis said again, before after a short pause he added, "I...do actually have a question. Who is our Head of House?" He smiled up at Treyen a little sheepishly at this question but somehow he just hadn't figured it out yet. He knew Professor Bentley was the one for Gryffindor but apart from that...

A little surprised at his next question, his lips curled up into a rather weird slightly lopsided smile. Funny that he would ask him about Quidditch. Had he seen him just then down at the Quidditch Pitch? "I like watching. I've never actually played myself." He replied slowly, and then shaking his head at himself he added, "But, somehow I just ended up signing up for tryouts after all." He felt like facepalming himself but didn't since that would have probably looked weird and he didn't want to scare Treyen away.

She had composed a song? And she played the violin? Beezus stared at her best friend. There sure is still many things that they did not know about each other it, yet she'll make sure they'd become inseparable. She'll always watch Erin's back. "First, I didn't know you played the guitar and second, sure! I would love to hear it," she replied with much enthusiasm.

Hmmm..Daichi was Korean, or was he?

"Well, you know..I just like became friends with him during the start of term feast so I haven't really asked more things about him." Come to think of it, she didn't even know what the boy's surname was. "He's different because..well, his appearance has changed from last term." The boy looked way cuter last term.

Ah. Surprised much?

Treyen's smile just widened. Yeah, he was in pretty cool terms with Salander now. "He did. And I believe this was home to him." He'd reformed, after all, and he found some awesome friends in here as well. See, Hogwarts was THE place to be.

He nodded, at the TWO 'thanks', only he spoke after the second one, "No problem." That's what he was here for, no? Helping. And...he was asked a question next, a question that didn't surprise him at all, after all, not even returning students know if their Head of House will be the same as the year before. Of all his Head of Houses, Hadley was the one he treasured the most. Masterson was just plain scary. Though, probably not as much as if they had Zookara as Head of House, the man liked yellow because he liked ducks, and he'd probably would've changed the badger for a duck. Terrifying thought. "Ah. That would be Professor Hadley, she's the Arithmancy Professor as well." A sweet smile on his face at the thought of her. "She's a nice one, for sure. And strict." Just like any Hufflepuff, no?

Onto Quidditch...

"Well, you'll probably love it. We have a pretty awesome Captain." Who was also a very good friend. And as helpful as Treyen was. Really, Lewis couldn't have landed in a better house. If only Treyen had been kind enough to explain this to Tye instead of taking him to get resorted. Heh.

Helga looked down, there literally was a rat by her leg. "Oh Hi Matthew, I'm Helga" Helga scooped up the rat and handed it over. "Who's this then?" She asked and smiled.

Lewis considered this answer for a moment, just staring at a spot behind Treyen absently. Well, this other guy who had gone to school with him wasn't the same as he was but maybe there was still hope then. "Well, we'll see." He said, more to himself than to the Head Boy. Maybe this WAS going to be like home to him some day. Or something close to it anyway.

He focused back on Treyen when he answered his question. FINALLY he knew. Professor Hadley. Arithmancy. Lewis went through the picture of the staff dias in his head again, so he had a face to that name too. Interesting. "Thanks. I've been wondering." He said with a small smile, nodding to himself.

Sighing a little, he gave a sort of half-snort at Treyen's words. "Yeah, I really don't think I will. I doubt I'll be any good." Why would he be? This whole flying thing had never really been for him. He had been perfectly fine just watching all this time. "I just signed up because..." Yes, why exactly? He trailed off with a vague hand gesture, biting his lip and shrugged. "Are you on the team?"

"Holla" Helga replied. She wasn't used to this, but two people had now talked to her. "I'm Helga, Helga Granger and you are?"

One nod, two nods. That had been the Slytherin's case, of course, and people were different from one another, perhaps Lewis would miss Salem a lot more. Though, he never asked Salander if he'd missed his former institute.

Not that it mattered now.

"No problem. Her office is on the second floor, just in case." Just in case he needed to go and didn't even know where it was. As long as he didn't confuse the entrance with the Headmaster's office, then it was all good. Though, it would be kind of funny to see Tate's face when the Hufflepuff boy asks to see Fina.

Wait, what? Haha. Treyen chuckled. That was so NOT the spirit, Lewis. "Let's hope you are good." Talented players were always welcomed, except..., "If not, the Stands will always need supporters." He was more than welcome to join the spectators since he liked to watch the game. But at least he knew that the boy liked Quidditch, that was nice, but not a requirement for Treyen to like him. He seemed like a good kid. "I...hope to be. Have been on the team on previous years." He didn't know if he was on this year's roster, that's what tryouts were for.

"First-year?" he guessed, smiling at the rat, who had crawled back towards him. "Romeo," Matt grinned. "As you've probably guessed, I'm not too good at names," he said, picking up his little pet from the floor and putting him into the pocket of Mattew's jeans, firmly, where hopefully he wouldn't cause any more trouble. The second-year wasn't actually travelling anywhere by the path, just walking along. That was normal, right?

Helga chuckled, "I'm a second year, I'm not to good with names either, I have a cat at home which is named Pigs" Helga blushed, not many people knew about her private life.

Puffles? Wot the 'eck woz a puffles? Thomas blinked blankly about to ask that very question when Ness answered first it without him having to. A Pygmy Puff. One of those weird balls of fluff with eyes. Tom still found magical creatures a little odd. Run away? Tom was pretty sure the poor weird things didn't even have legs.

He frowned at Nessie's negative words and looked around to see if he could spot the creature. “Maybe 'e's jus' curious and wants to explore an' tha'.” He suggested. “'I'll 'elp you look.” He offered. “Maybe 'e's gone in the bushes. Wot colour is he?”

Laura smiled at her. 'Pleasure to meet you, Katie,' she said.'Oh yes! I'm fine!,' she added

'Hiya Helga..I'm Laura Granger..second year ravvie..,' she said reaching out her hand

Noticing Tom blinking, Ness couldn't help but giggle a little. He looked so cute when he was confused, but she wouldn't tell him that because she knew exactly what his reaction to that would be...it would probably be a frown. She hated it when he frowned, it made him look all sad and depressed, which wasn't something she wanted him to be. He should have been happy and smiley all the time, it wasn't like he had much of an excuse to be all sad, which was why he had no reason not to smile.

It was as though he could read her mind, within the next few seconds he frowned. Out of habit, Nessie's lips turned into a pout. "He's explored the place a hundred times, he just hates me I know it." She sighed as she looked at his frown again. "For Merlins sake, would you please stop frowning." she couldn't help herself he's frown was starting to make her feel more moody which wasn't something she needed right now.

So he wanted to help? That was ..um nice of him to offer helping. "You really don't have to help me, I know you don't really want to." Nobody would have wanted to help, most people had way better things to do. Either way if Tom wanted to help he needed to know what the pygmy puff looked like. "He's a blueish purple and he's really fluffly."that was the best way to describe him. She then continued searxhing for him looking behind every bush and plant. Meanwhile Puffles lay on Nessie's back, but she had no idea whatsoever she didn't even feel the fluff ball climb onto her.

"Guitar? I said violin!" Erin laughed at her bestfriend. Did she just forget the words? That fast? "It's a Christmas song. Deck the Halls. My Dad sent me to a music school to learn," Erin smiled. Beezus didn't knew that yet? Well, 'cause last term, Erin didn't bring her violin with her, well, not until now. It's still behind the covers of her cabinet. She wanted to hear the the song? Eeeep! That would be great. "Maybe, we could borrow someone else's violin?" suggested Erin. She knew Jonathan Kim knew how to play it but she wasn't sure if he brought it with him.

"His appearance? What was he last term and him now?" Because honestly, Erin hadn't seen him yet. Now, she was imagining things like, he was once a pygmy puff and now a wizard. Erin chuckled at her thoughts.

"Oh! You did? Sorry Erin..." Honestly, where did her mind just flew? Why did she say guitar instead of violin. Why? Why? Hmmm..It was a Christmas song which means it won't be that significant until yuletide season comes. "Then did you learn anything?" She teased, pertaining to the music school that Erin said her father had sent her to. Why borrow anyway? Didn't she brought her own? "Borrow? You didn't bring yours?"

Daichi's appearance. Well..let's see.."Errr--he grew, quite a lot." He was taller now. "And he has blonde hair and he wears an earring..And his facial features..not like before.." she said plainly as she stored air on her cheeks, making them look inflated.

Did Erin learned anything? That was very rude Beatrice Castell, but because it was her bestfriend that mentioned it, Erin won't be making it a big deal. "I did!" said Erin in defense. "You'll see once I got a violin with me, you'll hear all the songs first hand." She knew quite a lot but she hadn't practiced it for a long time. Erin hoped she was as good as before, when she was a little girl playing at a music festival in Seoul during their annual visit to pay respects to her Mum's parents. "Well, I didn't bring my own. I've never played it for a long time. You know Dad issues." Beezus would understand those issues Erin was pertaining to. Well, they had the whole summer talking about their roller-coaster life.

Daichi? Daichi has an earring? "Is that even allowed? I mean the earing for a boy?" Shifty. "What year is he anyways?" Erin remembered from her Muggle school, all boys were prohibited to wear earrings.

"Hehe.." she muttered at her best friend's reaction. Seriously, it was just a joke. She knew Erin ought to learn something in that class of hers. However should she be called a Ravenclaw if she didn't learn anything. "Alright, alright..Chill.." she added. She did not bring her violin? Bummer. "Well..we can borrow from someone else." Hmm..maybe from Aurora? The girl also played the violin.

"I dunno. Maybe.." she commented casually. Hogwarts based on her observation wasn't too strict on imposing rules on physical appearance issues. Some would wear school leather shoes while others rubber shoes. Others wear sweatshirts and others only blouses.

Helga shook Lauras hand, she was wearing Ravenclaw uniform. "Second Year cool same here. So what's the Ravenclaw Common Room like?" Helga had wondered what the different common rooms looked like and now seemed a perfect time to ask!
