After a long hard day of competing, and hopefully succeeding, you must be wondering what to do with all your tokens?! Sure they may be pretty and shiny and commemorative, but there really isn't much point in holding onto more than one for memories sake.
A small kiosk has been set up near the Healers Tent, you can come here at the end of the event and cash in any of your unwanted tokens for fabulous prizes or precious house points. Choose wisely as once you have exchanged your tokens there is no changing your mind.
SPOILER!!: Prizes!
Prizes:
Inflatable colour-changing toadstool lounge
Glow-in-the-dark Unicorn night stand
Animated plush Dragon
Novelty Gran Longbottom Vulture hat (it squawks)
Goblin Army Chess Set
Replica Sword of Gryffindor
Replica Slytherin House Locket
Replica Ravenclaw Diadem
Replica Helga Hufflepuff Cup
Deluxe Box of Pranks from Weasley's Wizard Wheezes
25 Galleon Gift Card to Honeydukes

Deluxe Box Set of Eagle, Peacock, and Ostrich Feather Quills
OR
House Points:
1 token= 1 house point
2 tokens= 2 house points

etc.
You cannot exchange half of your tokens for house points and the other half for a physical prize. It's either/or.
To claim house points please provide links to the announcements which indicate that YOU have received tokens/ and how many you have received. No fibbing or making up the values thank you.
OOC: Please post RPing approaching the Kiosk and examining/deciding on which prize you would like to exchange with (if that's what you want to do). This thread will be open AFTER the games have concluded-- on the 21st of January. A staff member will be placed here to handle your requests.

After making sure his topiary garden was back to normal, and after a little bit of consoling the topiary that were DAMAGED thanks to a few first years, Waylon made his way over to the Kiosk and hopped himself over the counter. With a few flicks of his wand, the stand came to life, indicating that the students could now come up and cash in their tokens.
If they wanted to cash in their tokens, of course. Who knew, maybe some of them wanted to keep them.
Although, with one look at all the prizes, he doubted that would happen. Picking up, in his opinion the best prize there, the Gran Longbottom Squawking Vulture Hat, Waylon promptly placed it on his head and chuckling at the squawking it was doing, he leaned forward and rested his elbows on the counter.
Where was Cece? More importantly, where were the students!?

Ella walked over to the kiosk with a smile on her face. Seeing the list of prizes, she immediately decided to cash in for house points. "Hello, could I trade my token for 1 house point?" She was excited, adding another housepoint to the ones Hufflepuff had already would be great.

Now this sort of thing was what every Slytherin's determination was aimed for--a prize center. As she approached the kiosk, Sierra immediately began reading off the list of items she could exhange her tokens for. Just for kicks, she thought about requesting the replica of the Hufflepuff Cup...
...but no. She might get stuck with the thing and be forced to drown it in the lake hours later.

When Zhenya saw that Professor Murdoch was in the kiosk, she approached it slowly. She had made a paper flower out of coloured papers, and handed it to him. There was no way she was going to pick a flower, but her dad gave her mum flowers when he did something bad to the kitchen.
"Here," she said to Professor Murdoch, and handed him the paper flower. Maybe he would give it to the most damaged Topiary animal. She would never go to the Topiary garden again. Well, until tomorrow anyway.
"I would like to trade all my tokens for points, please" she said handing them over.

And just when he thought the hat he was wearing was scaring all the kids away, they all started to arrive.
Straightening himself up, Waylon grinned down at the first girl to claim her prize. He was more than ready to have a bunch of kids following in his footsteps and want a vulture hat, but alas, he was wrong. House points, of course. "Are you suuuure that's what you want?"
Picking up a quill, he used it to point up at his hat. She really didn't want one of those?

Approaching the counter, she stood quietly and waited her turn. Was anyone even back there yet?
Turning his attention away from the girl who wanted house points, Waylon waved over the next student. "Hello!" he called out, grimacing as the hat on his head gave an almighty squawk, mimicking his greeting.
"What can I get for you?" His eyes traveled upwards. Surely she wanted hat.

Eyebrows raising as Zhenya made her way to the Kiosk, Waylon eyed the flower she was handing to him before his face broke out into a grin. Look at that! His first gift from one of the students, and it just so happened to be something she made. Yes, it was safe to say that, if he was still a little bitter about what happened during the race, all was forgotten. "Thank you, Zhenya!" Taking the flower from her, he placed it on the far side of he counter so nothing would happen to it. He was going to put it right on his mantle when he got back to his hut.
Counting all the coins that she had, he picked up a quill and notepad and wrote her information down. "Fifteen house points for you!"
Vulture hat squawking in disapproval, well, that's what he was going to say it was squawking in, Waylon counted the tokens the boy had before picking up his quill and notepad. Quickly writing down the information, he took the tokens and shoved them into his pockets. His pockets were almost as noisy as the hat! "And that is four house points for Hufflepuff."

Walking up the the kiosk Jezzabelle actually had to dig the coins out of her pocket. She had gotten one from the Magical Horse Shoes, one from the Giant Lilypad Jumping, and a final total of eighteen from the Hippogriff Hundred Yard Dash. Wow a total of twenty tokens and she knew without a doubt where she was going to send them.
She smiled and said ever so cheerfully, "I'd like to turn my twenty tokens in for twenty house points."

Kurumi made her way up to the kiosk with her pockets mildly heavy from the tokens she had won during the event's festivities. Seeing the Groundskeeper, Kurumi waited until it was her turn before setting all her tokens on the counter. "I would like to exchange my tokens for house points please," she chirped, pushing the coins forward.

Sierra opened her hand to reveal the ten tokens she'd won at the event. "House points, please," she said, peering down at the tokens. She had half a mind to attempt to trick the man into believing she had twenty, but if she got caught, she didn't want to lose what she did have. If he didn't see the coins with his own eyes, Waylon would have thought that the kids were cheating somehow. Not that they could cheat really, he did have a list stating how many tokens everyone should have.
He was just too lazy to actually read it.
Holding out his hand for her to drop the tokens into it, he picked up his quill and wrote down her information. "Twenty points for Gryffindor. If you're really sure that's what you want." They had a deluxe box of pranks from Weasley's Wizard Wheezes! Who wouldn't want that!?

With the way things were going, Waylon was going to be able to keep his squawking hat. And all the other prizes that were behind the counter. It made him wonder why they even had prizes to begin with, they all should have known that the house points were what everyone was going to go for.
Not that he was complaining or anything. Giving out house points was such an easy job.
Scooping the coins Kurumi had placed on the counter into his hand, Waylon shoved them into his pocket before jotting down how many house points she was to receive. "Eighteen house points to you, Kurumi."

Unlike the other students that made their way up to the counter, this one just had that look about her. The look that said 'Give me the house points or when you wake up you will find your duck pond drained of water.' Okay, so maybe the look didn't say that exactly, but he was correct about her wanting the points.

"Of course that's what I really want," Jezz said. What kind of question was that anyway. She had already gotten enough prizes anyway. "Thank you." She said smiling as she watched him scribble down something on paper. It had better be her twenty points or she just might go crazy. Fine, fine.
He could tell the girl was absolutely positive that she wanted the house points even before she said anything. He figured it would be pointless to try and talk her out of it. "You're welcome." Watching as she walked off, Waylon collected her coins and shoved them into his pockets.
What was he supposed to do with them afterwards? They were starting to weigh down his pants.

"Hey there, Daichi!" Waylon called out, waving the boy over so he'd move closer to the counter. Now, knowing that the kid liked ducks and all, the Groundskeeper was more than one hundred percent positive that he would want a squawking hat.
Imagine all the fun he could have with the ducks. Sort of like a way to communicate with another species! "What can I get for you?"

And then there was Beezus. Biscuit sure was going to be upset that Waylon hadn't taken him along with him. The puppy had become fond of the little Ravenclaw, even if it was just because he wanted to play fetch with her wand. Good thing that, didn't happen, though, right?
Right.
Grinning at the girl, Waylon scooped up her tokens and counted them. "Five house points for you then!" He wasn't even going to try and talk them out of it anymore. It was a lost cause. Sticking the tokens into his pocket, he picked up his quill and wrote down the total of house points she was to receive.

She jiggled her handful of coins. "I'll take twelve of my house points now, please."

Raising an eyebrow, Waylon eyed Daichi before letting out a chuckle and shaking his head. It, at least, was much better than being called Mr. Architect Guy. Or whatever it was that Anya had called him. "Mr. Murdoch?" It still sounded weird saying that.

House points, there it was! But with the way Daichi had said it, Waylon couldn't even try to get him to change his mind. Darn kids.. being all cute. That seemed like alot of work just for a few extra points, didn't it? Who was he to complain, though? He got a week off from feeding the ducks! And if they did talk further negotiations, maybe he could get her to water the vegetables in the vegetable garden for a week as well.
He eyed the tokens in her hand as she jiggled them. "I'll give you your ten points now." Since she had ten tokens, not twelve. He knew that! "Then, after you feed the ducks," and bring him that cake, "we'll discuss giving you those other points." He wiggled his fingers for the tokens.

"Three tokens." he said, holding out his hand for her to drop them in. "And three house points for you."

Sierra narrowed her eyes. This man couldn't be persuaded, now could he? Or, at least, he couldn't be persuaded to negotiate immediately. She remained quiet as she considered his deal. Surely it couldn't take long amounts of time each time to stroll down to the pound, throw some food at the ducks--err, to the ducks--and the head on back to the castle. She'd aim for three or four minutes tops.
...and then he was going to provide the cake and butterbeer for them to eat while they negotiated the rest of the house points. Hmm. She could handle that. "Deal," she finally said and dropped the tokens into his hand. "I'll see you soon, it seems. Have a good day, Mr..." She eyed him up and down. What was he called again? "...Murdoch." She grinned at him then turned on her heels and headed back to the castle.

Mom says I have no sense of direction, so I packed my bags and right.
Oakey hurried from the Healers tent over to the Kiosk to turn his tokens in. He thought about what was there for him to get but decided the event was as much a prize itself and would cash his tokens in for house points.
Hi there...Oakey looked at the man wearing the Longbottom Hat, he hadn't met this guy yet, Oakey wasn't sure what to call him...Mr.Squaky-Hat-Kiosk-Man Hopefully he would correct Oakey on the obviously wrong name and they could get on with his getting of house points.

Taking off the hat he was wearing since it was starting to itch his head, Waylon grinned at Alyssa as she walked up, his hands already reaching for the parchment he was writing on. She had that 'I want house points' look on her face, too, and it really was no surprise when she asked for just that.
"Three tokens." he said, holding out his hand for her to drop them in. "And three house points for you."
Alyssa quickly placed the three tokens into his hand. "Uh...is there anyway I can earn more house points? Could I exchange these prizes in for house points too? I really have no need for them, but I definitely need the house points." Alyssa asked the groundskeeper.

Not that he was complaining or anything. Giving out house points was such an easy job.
Scooping the coins Kurumi had placed on the counter into his hand, Waylon shoved them into his pocket before jotting down how many house points she was to receive. "Eighteen house points to you, Kurumi."
"Thank you, sir," Kurumi smiled, mentally waving goodbye to her tokens. She sort of wished that she had kept one to remember the day, but it would probably only get lost in her sock drawer among all her cookie cutters. "Mr. Murdoch, what are you going to do with all those prizes?" Because...it didn't seem like anyone was taking them when there were house points on the line. Although, Kurumi couldn't help but feel that this had been the staff's plan all along. With everyone exchanging their coins for house points, that meant that the prizes could be divided up between them.
Sneaky sneaky adults.
