Tay was confused but didnt ask. She watched him run away.

Maxwell could tell she was getting annoyed but something had to be said. "Yes, he does have a girl that he likes." He said making it more than completely obvious that he meant her.

Taylor ignored his comment, "You are just overreacting besides i like you..... well i did but the way you are acting right now with all the jealousy just because i am friends with a guy is making me question it." She knew that was a little harsh but still..."There is no need for any jealousy. I'm not cheating on you with anyone and i dont like anyone besides you and like i said i am questioning like you." Her glare soften a little, "I'nm not breaking up with you but i will debate it if you are going to kept overreacting like this."

Maxwell's heart sank, all of the rage and jealousy inside of him was quelled and replaced with heartbreak. "I don't mind you being friends with guys, i'm not jealous of him or anything. I- I just know how he feels about you, Because i feel the same way. Just- Just ask him how he feels about you and if he says he only likes you as a friend, i will leave it." He said feeling ashamed though he knew he was right. His eyes went from their normal brown to the deepest, darkest shade of blue. "I- I haven't told you this. But i said sorry to Logan, and we hung out in the common room. He's actually a really cool guy." He said with his head down in defeat.

Taylor was shocked, "Maxwell........" The flowers slide from her hands and she fell to her knees with her face in her hands, crying. Tay felt bad at how she just treated him. After a few moments, she stood up. "I.... I.., I'm sorry i shouldnt of said what i did." She was trying to hold back tears, "Please forgive me Maxwell..."

As Taylor fell to her knees he grabbed her elbows and sank down in front of her. "There's nothing to forgive. I acted shamefully, Just ask him and if he says he doesn't i'll drop it." He said holding back a few tears himself. "He seems like an ok, guy. I have nothing against him. I just wish my feelings weren't so transparent sometimes." He said frowning a little. "Taylor, I don't want to lose you and I don't ever want you to doubt being with me."

"I shouldnt of snapped.... I'm sorry Maxwell." She cried some. Then looked at him, "I'm meeting him in two hours. Come with me and i will ask him then, ok?"

"Are you sure that will be ok? Me showing up?" He asked still holding back his tears. He wouldn't let her seem him cry, no one did.

Tay nodded, "As long as after he says he doesnt like me since he doesnt, you drop it."

"Fine, we have an agreement than?" He said smiling and continuing what had become a bit of an inside joke of theirs to constantly make deals on things.

Tay giggled and smiled, "Yes we do." She thought back to the first agreement and grinned.

"Than i'll be there." He said and kissed her on the cheek and headed off to his Common Room, to speak with Jordan, Or Helios. Whichever was willing to listen.

Tay nodded and smiled, "See you there."

The first year stood looking up at the hourglasses, a frown on her face. Now that the term was ending, Ella felt an immense pressure to help Hufflepuff earn as many points as possible. She wanted so badly to help them win, especially cause it was evident how hard everyone had been working. She began pacing back and forth, letting out her nervous energy.
