"Sorry.. But I don't like someone hurt my friend. Especially my own friend." Said her apology. But, this boy wishy-washy about his statement.
"Wait.. you said you are not sure you like her. Then, you said you like her.. Don't wishy washy that, Scott.. She's a girl.." said Raven a little bit calm. This boy seemed like he played Chelsea's feeling.

"Do you have sister, or mother?" asked her.
Scott frowned at her. "Well I'd love to stay and chat but I've got to be getting on with my Potions and Muggle Studies homework" Yeah right. He just wanted to get away from her. "See you later"hopefully not.
With that he got up and put his hat on, and walked out of the pub.

See? Now he left her and ended their conversation. How.. chicken he was!
Raven took a deep breath and sipped her butterbeer. "Poor Chelsea, she ever date a chicken boy like that.. But, she is lucky because now they are broke up.."

She shouldn't complain though, she had known what the place was like before she stepped foot in here. Mia looked around the pub again and could see that Mina was right. There were only a handful of people in here. "I'm quite glad that there's not that many people in here to be honest. As big as Hogwarts is, it's always difficult to find a quiet spot."
Mia brought the glass back to her lips and watched Mina over the rim of her glass for a moment before taking another sip and gently placing the glass back onto the table. "Understandable really. With only six months of school left. I think most of us are feeling the pressure of our last year." Yes even she was feeling it. Not so much the work because she wasn't particularly concerned whether she knew enough magic or not and what she was going to do after school because she already knew. But she was worried about losing touch with her friends.
"But I'm figuring that's not the only thing you're worried about." She gave the Ravenclaw an encouraging smile as she ran her finger around the rim of her glass. "It's amazing how that we're now of age now. We're about to enter the adult world, we're supposed to be all mature like and yet we're as angsty as ever." She let out a small laugh and leaned back in her chair. Mia was remembering her moments of angst. Only no one at Hogwarts would ever be able to say they had seen it. Only Nik had been given that unpleasant experience.
Glancing down at the glass, Mina made a face. The place was NEVER going to get a five-cauldron rating that was for sure. It wasn't anything like The Three Broomsticks or Puddifoot's. Those places were always packed and sometimes, you just wanted somewhere less crowded and where you could hear yourself think. "I'm overjoyed it's not swarming with everyone and their friends. You can actually hear yourself without talking loudly." Yeah, the place wasn't the happiest place to grab a drink; but it was quiet. "I'm starting to think that I'll just keep coming here instead of Broomsticks." Seriously, there was less of a chance for her to see people here and she appreciated that at the moment.
Mina sighed. When she boarded the train months ago, she had a plan for where her head would be and it wasn't even close to being there. It completely aggravated her that she hadn't been able to focus on what she wanted to. She never thought she would be anything like this in her last year. Maybe she had always been fooling herself about just how her last year would go. "You know, I always imagined our seventh year to be different." She never imagined making the friends she had made or doing the things that she had done. It was a surprise to her that in nearly seven years, so much had happened and how changed everything was now.
Shrugging a shoulder, Mina frowned. She knew that she needed to talk about it and Mia didn't strike her as the type that would go off and tell what she was about to say. They weren't close friends by any means, but they were civil and Mina thought her to be a friend still.
"It's all kind of coming to an end. In a few months, things won't matter to us like they do now. I mean we're all going to be going our own way and things will probably change forever." Mina wasn't foolish, she knew that she would probably never see some of her friends after they left Hogwarts. Their lives were all going in different directions now.
Hearing Mia laugh, Mina creaked a smile. "You know angsty doesn't even start to describe most of us." Angst was one thing that was not lacking in their year for sure. "You know the real reason, I came in here?" It was safe for her to talk about it. What happened wasn't going to define her forever. "Back a few years ago, the last time I was in here. I met a man. A misunderstood man. He wasn't completely evil but he cursed me. I'm here today to face that demon once and for all." Remi was locked away but the pub represented what happened to her and she wanted to rid the pub of blame in her mind before she left Hogwarts once and for all.

Mina!
Marilyn's eyes narrowed. She didn't think she'd get so upset upon seeing her...So, her immediate anger took her by surprise. There was A LOT she needed to say to this girl.
No time like the present.
Just as Mina finished talking, she noticed the entrance of someone and her eyes narrowed slightly. So much for this being a place she could get away.
She really didn't want to deal with Carter's girlfriend. She had given them the space and seriously, she hadn't ever intended on talking to them again.
Looking to Mia, she shook her head. "You know that something a bit stronger than a butterbeer would be great right now."

Glancing around the pub again, Mia turrned her gaze back to Mina. "No you won't." she said with a smile, as she took another sip of her drink. "This place is good to have a quiet drink but I think it can get kind of depressing after a while. You don't want to end up like the rest of the sorr lot that get down here." No offense Professors.
"We always imagine things to be different. No one know what the future is going to bring." Mia picked up her glass again and brought it halfway to her lips before stopping and tossing Mina a small wink. "Unless you're a Seer of course." She laughed softly before bringing the glass to her lips and finishing the contents. "But I know what you mean. I never imagined for a second that I was going to come to Hogwarts in my fourth year and meet the guy, I want to spend the rest of my life with. Or make so many great friends." Yeah coming to Hogwarts had been good for her. She was even starting to like magic a little.
Mia nodded her head as Mina spoke. "Change is good though. Don't look so sad Mina, we're about to embark on life's next great adventure." And personally she couldn't wait. Hogwarts had given her the start she needed and now it was up to her to take what she learned and use it in the real world.
And then she listened as Mina spoke about what had happened to her a few years ago and she felt a shudder run through her. It was stories like these that made her scared of magic. She gripped her glass in her hand and gave the Ravenclaw a faint smile. "Good for you Mina." Mia didn't think she could do anything like that though. "Now hopefully, you should be able to move on, freed from your demons." Or something like that.

Reason: adding more
*Walking in Matty went right to the bar and ordered a drink. He knew a spell that could change the butterbeer to something stronger but he didn't want to do it at the other pub with all the kids. It was Sunday afternoon and he felt like having a swift half before looking for Marie, or now something stronger. She ran off with some friends that morning and he met up with a few mates at the three broom sticks. But the sweet kid drinks there never did the trick for him, plus it was wicked loud with all the screaming younger years. Getting his drink Matty turned and saw a familiar face.*
"Mia? Is that you?"
*Merlin pants knew how long it had been since he'd seen her. Wait... he saw her last week at lunch. Still for being in the same house that was ages.*

Mina had to nodded and smile. "Okay, you have me there. I won't, but you never know it could be possible." She couldn't completely turn her back on the other places like that. Madame Puddifoot's did have the best cheesecake after all. "I'm sure it's not that depressing to everyone. Besides, maybe some people liked being depressed." Well, she didn't and she knew that Mia had a point. She wasn't really going to frequent the place that much. Today was for a reason, but she wouldn't completely avoid the place any more.
"I think I just let my imagination get away a bit when it came to what I thought things would be like now." She thought she had an idea of how things were going to turn out, but she wasn't a seer. She was just part of some family prophecy from way back. Her life was supposed to be laid out before her, but she did her best to guide herself away from what was expected of her and in the direction that she saw herself going. Hearing Mia talking about her guy and their friends, make Mina smile. "I never imagined that I would leave Hogwarts back in third year after finally finding the guy that made me want to be just me and not someone else. I always saw myself going to school here, but I found my way back and things changed so much. It was good, but it just took me a while to get use to it again." She felt like a stranger again in her own home and that scared her last year. "I never expected to make such great friends from all the houses and to finally realize there was only one guy here that made fighting for what I want worth it." She really did owe it to her friends and Even for getting her out of her funk last year. Her journey through Hogwarts wasn't an easy one, but at least she had friends with her and she was thankful for that.
Mina thought about it and cracked a smile. "I was never no for change, but you're right. It's all for the best. A new great adventure would be nice." She thought about just where life was going to take her and she was happy about most of it. She knew that her time there had prepped her for the real world and she could enter that world ready for what it threw at her. Besides, she knew that she wasn't alone out there and she had someone waiting for her.
Mina gave a nod and a tiny smile. It was really the first time she had said it out loud what she was doing, but it felt good. She was really freeing herself of the burden of that demon by just voicing what she was doing. "I know I should be able to move on now. I can't go back and change it, it happened and I survived. It made me stronger and it taught me who I was and who I could be." There were dark aspects to her and she saw some of them surface during that time, but she wouldn't allow them to control her again. "Going through it makes me the person I am now and I wouldn't change what happened if I could." Going through it was damaging, but she didn't want to know what kind of person she might have been if she wasn't tested like that. There had to be some kind of silver lining to what happened.
Shaking her head of her thoughts, she looked back to Mia and nodded. "Could you please," she asked with a small smile. "Tell the barkeep I'll even take the umbrella too." She actually could do with a few of whatever was coming back to her in the dingy glasses. Her senses were telling her it wasn't going to be a pleasant afternoon for her anymore.

Mina knew that she had to be at least civil at the moment and nodded to Mia. She didn't want to put Mia in the middle of something but she couldn't be rude either. She could hold her tongue for a while for the afternoon.
"Not at all, the more the merrier."
It was going to be a task, but after the talk they just had; she was pretty sure she could handle being civil for a bit. She had gone through a million times worst and she was still standing.

Destiny did NOT want warm butterbeer and pumpkin pie. If it was those things she wanted, she would have mentioned that to begin with. No, what she wanted chocolate and she was going to get it. What was Marie going to do, hold her hand when they made it to the counter to make sure she didn't get any? Well, if that was the case, Marie would be in for a very big surprise.
Because Destiny's hands were sitting in her matching giraffe gloves all day, and they were now super sweaty. She wouldn't be able to hold her hand for long until she became disgusted.
Adjusting her giraffe hat once more, she allowed her friend to link their arms, and not paying any attention to where they were going, she was upset after all!, she didn't realize they had walked into the Hog's Head until.. they walked into it.

"Marie! Where have you taken me!?"
Marie had full intentions of leading them to the Three Broomsticks, that is until she seen her boyfriend enter the Hogs Head. Changing directions just a little she lead Destiny into the Hogs Head too. "Where's it look like I took you?" A place that was sure to NOT have any chocolate. "To the party place apparently."
Looking around she immediately seen some of her friends, her boyfriend and... ughh, what was cousin IT doing with them? She knew there was no way Mina was friends with her and did Mia even know her? With her arm still looped with Destiny's she went over to where everyone was. Standing next to Matty she slipped an arm around him and gave him a little kiss on the cheek... but still held on to Destiny.
She then looked over at the girls. "Having a party without us?" She then focused her attention mostly on Mina giving her an 'Are you alright?' look. If Marilyn was trying to start ANY trouble at all Marie wouldn't hesitate to hex her, or better yet, break her nose.

Going through it was damaging, but she didn't want to know what kind of person she might have been if she wasn't tested like that.
SPOILER!!: Mell
Well Mia didn't mind if the Slytherin sat down, she wasn't too sure how Mina felt about it though. "Um..." She looked over at Mina as if to ask for permission. "I was just going to get some drinks. Would you like something Marilyn?"
Mia was asking her if she wanted something to drink and Mina was nodding her head. Smiling at the both of them, Marilyn nodded to Mia. "Whatever you're drinking will be fine, thank you."
...Taking a seat, she placed her bad on her lap...mostly so that it wouldn't get stolen. This was a shifty place...
Mina looked vastly uncomfortable and the blonde could understand why. Word had spread throughout Hogwarts like wildfire about the incident at the Front Gate. They weren't exactly being quiet, which was obvious in the fact that so many people had overheard.
Obvious in the way that Marilyn had been hit with it from all sides. It seemed certain people couldn't wait to rub the knowledge in her face.
Overall, the Slytherin was unimpressed by the situation. That wasn't exactly the right venue to have such a conversation, Mina and Carter should have both realized. "Mina, I believe you and I need to talk...and I'm not opposed to doing this with your friends present. I don't want you to feel like I'm attacking you in anyway..." Because she wasn't. The air needed to cleared. Things had been said that weren't true...and if there was one thing the Slytherin girl could not stand, it was people saying things that weren't true...about her. She didn't care what was said about anyone else.
SPOILER!!: The1HBIC
Wouldn't you know it? She shows up! Seriously...And she'd tugged Destiny in with her.
It wasn't like Marilyn wanted to hurt Mina. No, that was not it...but a talk needed to be hand. Things were getting blown out of proportion and that was just unacceptable. It was making Marilyn look bad...and that was something that was NOT going to happen.
If Marie wanted to listen in, fine. But this wasn't about her.
"I'm just about to have a chat with Mina here...about a few things. I don't mind doing this in front of everyone."

Cassie strolled into the Hogs Head with Marilyn, grateful to be out of the cold. She just couldn't wait for spring to come. She was starting to look pale. Cassie Ventura being anything but a nice golden caramel complexion was just not right. She needed some sun.
In anyways, some warm butterbeer would definitely do the drink in warming her up, plus the day was being spent with her bestie. It didn't get much better than that on a cold day. She spotted emtpy seats and made her way over.

Marilyn was beyond excited. FINALLY, she was getting to spend some time with Cassie. The girl had been so busy with whatever it was that Cassies do...leaving the blond to get herself into quite the sticky situation...She needed someone to talk to about it! Desperately.
...And she wanted to ask how everything was going. Marilyn worried about the Hufflepuff.
Grabbing her own butterbeer, she followed Cass over to the tables she'd spotted. "I think it's best that we're here...due to the nature of what I need to talk to you about..." Not that any names would be mentioned. All magical places have walls with ears. Marilyn could NOT afford certain information getting into the wrong hands.

Cassie nodded at Marilyn's comment. She was feeling pretty bad about not being around to help her friend deal with all the stress she was going through, but she had seriously gotten caught up in everything that was going on around her.
The good thing was, she was here now and that was what mattered the most.
She settled into the seat with her warm butterbeer and loosened the scarf around her neck. The pub was a lot warmer than outfit.
"Alright Mar, what's been going on?"

Marilyn was playing with the butterbeer glass, taking idle sips. How could she word this without it sounding completely...bad...Anytime they'd talked about the matter, the Slytherin had usually felt a little embarrassed...
Cassie was going to look at her...in a completely different way. The blond just knew it.
"So...I finally had...a smoothie."*eyes*

Marilyn's whole demeanour was telling Cassie that something was wrong or that something had happened. She had driven the brunette's curiosity level through the roof. Cassie eyed her bestfriend for a little and drank some of the warm butterbeer. So good.
When Mar finally said what was on her mind, she froze and blinked...rapidly.
"Well...call me a pygmy puff and give me a collar....you had a cookie smoothie Mar?"

Of course, Marilyn tells Cass that and she assumes. "No...unfortunately...no." That had been the plan at one point...but, well...*frown*
Instead of looking all judgmental and stuffs...Cass looked happy? Well, she most certainly wouldn't be happy when she found out what type of smoothie..."More like...a Jelly smoothie..."

No? Not cookie smoothie? Well now the cookie had indeed crumbled and the plot had thickened three folds. Marilyn had a lot of explaining to do, and had Cass really missed that much? Shame on her.
Cassie leaned back in her chair and eyed her best friend for a bit as the flavour of her smoothie hit her. Say what? Blink, blink, triple blink.
"Marilyn Force, you did not.....you did?...how?...whaaaa..." She was lost here. She was for certain lime and jelly would somehow be a flavour again but now..now it was complicated.

Trinity took a seat at table and drank a butterbeer.Hello I'm Princess Trinity Mcintyre you can have a seat if you like.
Cove had been looking for a seat in the hogs head, but everywhere was taken. When she heard someone announce the that she could have a seat by her she turned around to look at the girl. "Could I take you up on that offer? I wouldn't want to intrude though." Cove said. "Cove brett." She held out her hand to the other girl.

Violet had been sitting in the Hog's Head with her parcel of new journals, parchment, quills, and ink that she had bought earlier. She had a butterbeer in front of her, but was more interested in looking around for goats than drinking. She had heard there used to be a lot of them around this pub, but hadn't seen any as yet. Violet had always had a fondness for goats, so she had read up on Aberforth Dumbledore, the former keeper of the pub.
As she turned back to gaze absently into her beer, she noticed that Lewis, her egg from Charms class, had rolled over to rest against her butterbeer. As she reached out to grab it before it could get away (which it was by now notorious for doing), she noticed that it seemed cold to the touch--probably from resting against her cool glass, she thought. Well, by now she knew exactly what to do about that.
Taking out her wand, she calmly pointed it at Lewis, swished the wand and tapped the egg on top, and said aloud, "Argentum Calidus!" She then replaced her wand in her inner robe pocket and reached out again to feel her egg--yes, just as she had expected, Lewis had returned to normal temperature and was right as rain again. Still, she thought, it wouldn't hurt to replace the egg in the deep inner pocket of her robe, in case it decided to try to make a run for it in Hosmeade. After doing so, she settled back to drink her butterbeer in peace.

Alyssa walked in and looked around. It was hard to believe that she had been in Hogwarts for almost 6 months now and she hadn't even visited Hogsmeade. But today she decided that she needed a break from all the 'drama' in school especially with her friends and their hormones and decided to make her first visit here. She quickly went up to the bar and ordered a Butterbeer and then took a seat at one of the empty tables in the corner. She just wanted to observe and see everyone enjoying themselves.
