*blink blink*

Kurumi glanced back at Vashti. Did that mean...that they should go with him? There was a rather large crowd there already and two more prefects could potentially do more bad than good. Then again, maybe they could at least help keep students back? Professor Williamson was a lot of things, but he wasn't Gumby - couldn't stretch himself around the edge of the forest to create a wall of sorts.

Shrugging her shoulders, Kurumi took off at a slow job behind Professor Williamson. There better not be any Gryffindors over there...Although, being Gryffindors, there probably were...

Anya watched as Mr. Professor Crumpet Owner rushed off. "Do you think it would be okay to watch... from the edge?" she asked looking at the older kids. This might have been the only time they were allowed for being near the forest. And Anya was not going to let that go wasted.

"Pretty, pretty please!" she said already following Kurumi.

Yeah... she wasn't waiting for an answer.

The professor had a point, if a rather unnecessarily loud one. The Forbidden Forest was forbidden for reason. Why did those students suddenly think that the rule suddenly didn't apply to them anymore? Strange children.

He had sort of left without indicating whether or not she and Kurumi should follow though. Should they? Vashti glanced over at the Gryffindor, raising an eyebrow as if silently asking her question. Kurumi seemed just as uncertain as she was though...but then she took off after the professor as well. Okay then.

Vashti decided to follow but paused when she heard the first year girl asking if she could come too. "I don't think..." she started, but the girl didn't seem to actually want an answer because she was already following Kurumi. Merlin...

Vashti quickly followed the two Gryffindors.

Logan walked through the snow to the front gate, where he flopped down on the ground. He LOVED the snow! He fell on his back and began making a snowangel, wondering if any of his friends were around.

Taylor came walking down the pathway to the front gate. She was only wearing a light jacket since she didnt feel cold. Tay was lightly singing a Scottish carol when she spotted her friend, "Hey monkey." She smiled and waved to Logan.

Logan laughed and got up to hug Taylor. "Well hello there, Miss Taylor!" he said with a grin. "How are you?" he asked.

Taylor laughed and hugged him back. She smiled, "I'm good, Mr. Floyd and you?" Tay curtised to her friend and smirked. She twirled around in happiness.

Logan laughed as she curtsied and twirled around. "I'm great, now that you're here!" he said with a smile. He then looked around and picked up some snow. "I love snow..." he said, packing it into a ball. He then threw it at Taylor. "Especially the snowball fights!" he said giggling, and running off to hide. He hoped Taylor liked snowball fights, he LOOOVED them!

"I see you are as sweet and charming as ever." She laughed. Her mouth dropped when he hit her with a snowball and ran away. Taylor brushed off herself and bent over to scoop up some snow herself. She messed with it until a ball formed and then she went walking in the direction that Logan ran off to. Tay whistled and skipped in the same direction looking everywhere, "Oh where oh where is did the little monkey go?" She was smile and laughing.

Logan blushed. "Well thanks!" he said, chuckling.

Logan laughed and made his own snowball before jumping out at Taylor and throwing it at her-

FAIL.

It missed! By like an inch! Arrrg...how embarrasing. Oh well!

Taylor was smiling until Logan jumped out at her. She accidently dropped the snowball and yelped in surpise. Tay laughed as soon as she got over her shock. Logan had missed her by an inch. She smiled and got another snowball, hitting him in his face. She turned and ran to hide behind a tree.

Logan laughed as she hit him in the face. After getting it off, he ran after her. "I know you're out there missy!" he said laughing and making another snowball. He then walked around and ran into a tree. What the heck? He was so dumb. That tree was right THERE. RIGHT THERE. Why hadn't he seen it? He looked behind the tree and saw Taylor and laughed. "There you are!" he said grinning and throwing it at her and hitting her in the stomach.

Taylor was laughing hard when Logan found her and hit her in the stomach with a snowball. She smiled and looked at her friend. Taylor got another snowball. "Yep here i am." Tay hugged him, smashing it onto his back. "and here you are too." She grinned. Taylor loved hanging with Logan. Remembering that he ran into a tree, "Oh are you ok?" She tilted her head, concerned.

Logan laughed as she smashed the snowball on his bag. "Uh huh! Yup!" he said. Then he laughed. It took her a while to say that..."Yeah, I'm totally fine." he said, grinning.

She blushed in embarassment since she didn't ask if he was okay faster. Tay took down her braids, letting her hair fall down freely to cover her blush. "That is good that you are fine."

Logan noticed Taylor blush and take down her braids. "Yeah.." he said. "You okay?" he asked.

"Yeah of course i'm fine." She smiled, "Why wouldn't i?" Taylor tilted her head and looked at her friend. Tay smiled at him.

Logan raised an eyebrow slightly and shrugged. "I dunno. You were kinda blushing there." he said with a grin.

"And blushing is.... bad?" Taylor laughed, "Nah I was blushing because i am an airhead." She smiled and shook her head. To show how airheady she was today, she started singing What the Hell by Avirl Lavigne and dancing. Tay would regret it later.

Minerva had wondered down to the front gate. It had just gotten dark and she didn't want to stay out to long, because she was terrified of the dark plus she didn't want to get into any trouble, and it was getting way to cold. She pulled out the nocturnal dial and her journal. She looked up at the sky to find the best place to have the dial. She found a constellation, but wasn't sure which one it was. She made a mental note to look it up later right now she was trying to figure out the time. She raised the dial towards the constellation and watched it begin to move. The nocturnal dial finally stopped moving and Minerva looked at it to figure out what time it was. She finally decided it was 8:30 p.m. She wrote it all in her journal and then put her things away to head back up to the castle where it was warm and light.

Wist was walking towards rge front gate. She usually walked around with a black jacket buttoned to the throat. This time, however, she decided she was sick of that fashion, and it was a fresh day. So she had unbottoned the first three buttons, letting the breeze affect her bare skin.

She stopped when she heard singing. That sounded AWFUL! She turned and saw Taylor singing and dacncing. She approached her and laughed.

Taylor stopped singing and dancing as soon as she heard laughter. She looked and saw the girl she might a while ago...... Wist? Tay went bright red in embarassment, she was just trying to show her friend how airheady she was being today. Taylor wasnt trying to sing or dance her best, she was just trying to have fun. Her blush dimmed down some, "Hey Wist."

Wist nodded. "Hello Taylor. So do you actually like that song?" The wind blew harder, and a few water drops bounced off Wist's skin where she had unbottoned her jacket.

Taylor shurgged, "Not really, it was just a random song. I prefer songs from my native country." She laughed and twirled, "Just trying to have fun, ya know?" Her lips formed a grin that spread across her face, lighting up her eyes.

Wist shrugged. "Oh, good." She smiled back. "What songs do you like?"
