Jail Win some you lose some.. simple as that really.. They were going to look for her right? Even if she didn't a BREAK!!!! |
Selina came running down to the front gate. She had gotten the memo about the whole flag thing a little late. Once she arrived she saw Gideon was there already waiting for the little Hufflepuff to come down from the situation she had gotten herself into and the Ravenclaw was in jail. The fourth year drew her wand and said quickly to him, "Looks like you could use a hand.. Then she waited ready to keep the Ravenclaw in jail. |
Flag! Sophie looked around. The Gryffindors were talking to each other again! IT WAS HER ONLY CHANCE!! She pointed her wand at the older boy, who was by the gate, just waiting for her to go down. "Immobulus!" The other girl was too busy with the prisoner, it seemed. She jumped out of the gate and ran like crazy towards the lake. Looking back, she pointing her wand at the floor. "GLISSEO!!" she shouted, hoping the floor would be all slippery for the Gryffindors just like it was for her back in the Whomping Willow area. |

She had to get that flag back before the Hufflepuff could get away. And she also had to help her down. But she had no idea how to! She could perform a Hover Charm and point her wand downwards...but that would be too tricky. (1) Quote:
Without a second thought, she pointed her wand towards the Hufflepuff and said "Immobulus!", before she slipped. "Prehenso!" she pointed towards her hands and feet desperately, trying to prevent herself from sliding too much. She looked up and hoped the Freezing Charm she performed before slipping had worked on the Hufflepuff. (2) "Oh no," Tayla exhaled as she watched the girl get away. She must have not aimed properly. The Hufflepuff flag was gone! |

Onto the Huffie which he had That was all it took to allow the girl to be brave enough to make a break for it, shooting a freezing charm at him in the process. Gideon raised his wand to cast a shield bu it was to late as he felt himself freeze in place as the spell took hold. *sigh* |
Selina chuckled at his use of the word aye and saluted him. He seemed to be holding the fort nicely. Of course it was when things always seemed calmest that tragedy broke out. Suddenly the puff was being all courageous and decided to curse her boyfriend and run off with the flag. Bloody hell!!!! She had a choice. Chase the puff or save the lion. She sighed and decided to save the boyfriend. He was more important than the flag anyway. She ran over to him and drew her wand, "Finite! Are you okay?" |
Tayla pointed towards the ground and said "Finite incantatem!" and the slippery feeling vanished. Then she pointed her wand towards her hands and feet. "Finite." She stood up and brushed off the bits of grass and dirt on her stockings and robes. "We've lost the Hufflepuff flag..." Tayla sighed, stating the obvious. "Any word on the Slytherin flag yet?" she asked to no Gryffindor in particular. |
Oh dear. Gryffindor appear to be flagless. Best get a plan in place, Lions! |

"Nae...I haven't heard anything," Gideon answered. "But then I've been here...not out there," he added, a fact he was beginning to wonder if was right. After all he had been the one, or one of the group that kept letting the others get the flags in their possession. Maybe they needed to stay flagless for a bit to allow them time to think of another plan of attack. |
Kurumi frowned a bit as her lions appeared slightly deflated. "Well, think of it this way, since we have no flag here to defend, there really isn't a point for us to be here, right? What if we all combine our energies and go after a flag together. We could even go and reclaim out red one. Anyone who gets captured, well, we will just have to go back and get them." Kurumi was game. Standing here certainly wasn't going to get anything done. |
"You're right, Kurumi," Tayla replied, still quite in awe how Hufflepuff managed to get three flags. They really were a hardworking bunch! Tayla tried to think about what they could do. "I think we should make a plan before leaving. Someone needs to be assigned to get our flag back from the Slytherins, and maybe have a partner to help - distract the Slytherins or keep him or her from getting captured. Then the others raid Hufflepuff and each have a flag to claim." Tayla was thinking out loud, not entirely sure about everything she was saying, but it was a start. "We need a good plan...a strategy!" |
Quentin nodded along to the other lions plans, an idea hit her, "Before we go we should do a gripping charm on our wand hands as well so we're not as easily disarmed." she thought a little harder, trying to come up with a plan, "I agree with Kurumi, we're not really doing any good just sitting here with no flags, so we could go out in small groups and try to retrieve at least one. One flag bearer and a couple of guards." she said, it wasn't really the best plan ever, "And maybe if there are any of us left over we could have a few distracting the other teams." |
SPOILER!!: you two! Kurumi nodded at the two younger lions as they spoke. "We need some spells to enhance us, something to delay them from using an actual spell on us." It did take time to cast Finite or a counter curse, so that was something. "We also need to save any members of our pride that have been captured. I know we all want flags, but I would feel awful if we left one of us in jail." They were a pride first and numbers were always important. Kurumi leaned against the gate and thought for a moment. "Wait...I have an idea." She reached into her pockets for her handkerchiefs and held them in her hands and pointed her wand at them. "Multicorfors." Now the two handkerchiefs were the same red as the flag that should be hanging from their gate. Is was a long shot, but worth a try anyway. |

Then Tayla eyed the red handkerchiefs curiously. "What are those for, Kurumi? Are we going to try and trick them?" |
Tennessee stood there and wondered what she should do. After a moment of thinking she finally had in her mind what she should be doing. She have to capture enemies and bring home back the flag in their territory. She has to do something else as she saw Kurumi turn something into another red flag. Tenn thought she has to try her luck not being captured, maybe Accio would work if she's near enough the flag they're trying to get a hold on. As she listened to what her teammates are saying, she nodded. if they want to win, they'd have to do something else now. Having no flags is not funny a business. "C'mon guys," she said. "Let's try to win back some flags." http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h2...el/1zdma04.gif |
Kurumi shrugged her shoulders and looked at Tayla. "It's worth a shot, right?" What was the worst that could happen? They would all end up in jail? That wasn't too big a deal, there were other ways of getting out of there anyway. "I'm going to go see what is going on with our flag. See if anything in the area can be used to our advantage," Kurumi nodded as she left the front gate area and took off towards the rest of the grounds. |
"Yeah," Tayla nodded and watched as Kurumi left. Pointing her wand to her other hand, Tayla made the appropriate twist and tap. "Prehenso." Not knowing what else to do, she set out for The Whomping Willow. Tayla didn't know what to do yet, but she'd have to figure it out. |
Arabella-Marie ran back into the front gate area which was there territory glad that she was free from jail and knew that she would have to plan to try and get there flag back from the slytherins without being caught again |

Kurumi turned when she saw the two Ravenclaws escape and decided to give chase when a thought struck her. "Everyone! Come with me!" Well, if they wanted to that was. And with that, Kurumi left the front gate and headed off in a undecided direction. |
A part of him had wanted to go, but the other insisted he stay behind to look after things including their Ravenclaw captive. So that was what Gideon had done, only wandering off a little in one direction when he had believed himself to hear suspecious movement and had gone to investigate. Unfortunately for him it might have very well been a roose for he was moving back to the gate when another Ravenclaw appeared to tag out her housemate. The Gryffindor rushed to interfere but had been still not close enough to grab them before the younger students scampered off. Oh well...not much could be done about it now. Gideon looked up as Kurumi appeared once more, calling for attention of whatever lions were around. With nothing left to guard, the boy followed his fellow fifth year, taking off after her to whereever she was leading. |
Without anything to guard or help out with here Quentin ran after Kurumi. Hopefully she had some sort of plan- maybe they were going for a full out attack on another base! Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw or Slytherin? It really didn't matter- with a full scale attack like this they were sure to get one flag at least. http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h2...ael/bhn291.gif |
Flag! Arriving back at the front gate with the blue flag held tightly in her hands, Kurumi looked around for her housemates. Where was Gideon? Had he been caught as well? There was no time to waste though seeing as the game would be coming to a close soon. Removing the red handkerchiefs from her pocket all of them were red Kurumi cast the color changing charm to make some blue ones. Now there were three of each color. It was a long shot, but it might help be enough of a distraction for when people came trying to get them. Climbing the gate, Kurumi put one blue object in the middle of it, and then the another on the snout of the boar on the right before jumping down. Now where to put the third? Looking around the area, Kurumi place the third blue object in the trunk of a nearby tree with a little bit sticking out into view. Now to wait for Gideon to hopefully arrive safely so she could hand him the red handkerchiefs and do the same. |
