Ducks, fifteen in all and quite possibly already named, live in this pond. Go on, take a seat on the rocky ledge and dip your feet into the water! Rest assured, these ducks will not bite, but if you just so happen to have any type of bread or cookies on you at the time, the ducks have been known to take without asking.
Waylon keeps a good eye on the pond and the ducks, so no funny business.
A path is not simply for walking, its purpose lies in moving forward and improving oneself.

Flinching as the wind picked up speed, Thea began walking again.
Thea was almost going to give up, until she heard a suspicious rustling. Raising her eyebrows, the third year pushed her sunglasses back up her nose. With her dark hair bundled in a loose knot on the top of her head, Thea didn't have the hassle of a wild mane today..
Thea simply stood behind Daichi, and smirked slightly. 'What's up, duckinator?' She spoke loudly, but only loud enough for him to hear. Hehe. She tapped him on top of his head, which was covered by a hat. Oh dear. He was taking this very seriously..
Thea placed a hand on one hip. 'So are we doing this or not? Because if I don't get food soon, I'll have to eat the duck.' She shrugged. Now hurry..
Daichi couldn't help it, he let out his infamous high pitch laugh when Thea said his codename. He didn't think she would have done that! For she had seemed a bit annoyed about it up at the fifth floor of the castle.
But now was not the time to be amazed, he..no they...had a VERY IMPORTANT mission. "Yah! crouch down!" he told her before grabbing her pants and tucked her down. "You really dressed up for this too?" he asked as he turned his head around to watch the pond trying to hide the blush on his face. They looked like a couple now! Which was ewwie....
Seeing a couple of ducks waddle on the grass, Daichi shivered when a breeze of cold air swept over the landscape. "Of course we are doing it now!" he rolled his eyes. "You think i like crouching down in the bushes waiting to ambush a innocent cute little ducky?" Poor squishy doesn't know what is coming...
He sighed as his own stomach grumbled in hunger and it was then that he heard Thea's remark. "EAT THE DUCK , ARE YOU CRAZY?!" he shouted in shock, forgetting they were in hiding and making a couple of ducks quickly walk off and went in to the pond. "Great..." Daichi muttered. "You're cleary not good at this.."

A blank expression covered her face as she just looked at Daichi. Why was he laughing? Ah. Right. the codename. Thea rolled her eyes. However, she did giggle when he suddenly turned very serious.
'Ahh!' Thea gasped as her jeans were grabbed and pulled so she had to crouch down. Frowning, she patted her hair. Pff. Thea turned her face towards him, only to see Daichi blush. Really. She raised her eyebrows slowly. 'Yes! I did!' Thea found herself sounding slightly affronted. 'I never normally wear all black..' Thea cocked her head to the side. 'I can go and change into something more colourful if you like!' Thea sat down, on her bum.
Thea snorted at Daichi's eye roll. Ha! 'Well I don't know!' Thea laughed again at the crouching down in bushes comment, too. 'I thought you liked watching ducks? You know.. duck watching?' She turned away, trying not to laugh.
Thea put a hand on his arm. 'Shut up!' Shoving him slightly, Thea rolled her eyes. 'They're gone!' Thea did however, grab onto him so he didn't fall. she wasn't that nasty. 'Now what?! Oh my god, I can't believe this!!' The Gryffindor flapped her hands around a bit. This was going to take ages!!!!!!!!

Jez froze as the note fell into Jordan's lap. She sat up suddenly, just in time to see the delivery owl fly off. It was a black owl, and Jez knew if she looked close enough at its leg she'd see the Black family crest tattooed there. She didn't notice the duckling squawk and swim away, looking both frightened and irritated. She was preoccupied with reading the note. Her face darkened as though a shadow had suddenly come over it.
"Your brother," she whispered, looking at Jordan. "Benjy. I thought you said your family were Muggles?" And wizard-bashers, but let's keep it clean. "How could they know? How could Team Wolf know if he's magic or not?!" They seemed to do the impossible, forever throwing Jez off her posts of safety. It was like she was on a stone pedestal, and it was slowly crumbling away around her. Soon, she'd fall into the void.
Jez stood up, backing away from Jordan. "Stay away from me!" she shouted. "Otherwise Benjy will die, and I bet they won't stop at just him!" She was cursed, a living bad luck charm that could feel the pain she caused other people because it was her pain too.
Jordan gulped, why Benjy? He was the worst of all of his brothers! But why couldn't he bring himself to feel something about it? There was no pain or fear, just defiance burning up inside of him. Team Wolf could hunt them down but they would never be able to find him, he stepped closer to Jez. "I'm not leaving you, you Nate or Pam. We are all in this together now."

Why Benjy?
Jez wrapped her arms around herself, shivering. She wasn't cold - she was scared. More for Jordan than the unknown (at least to her) Benjy. "Gryffindors," she muttered. "You never listen." She stepped forward and hugged Jordan, partly out of gratitude, partly because she didn't want him to see her quickly wipe something that could be misinterpreted as a tear out of the corner of her eye. "Thank you," she mumbled. "You may be absolutely crazy, but thank you." She pulled away slightly to look at him. "Aren't you worried about Benjy?" she asked, her eyes clouded in worry.

"Yeah, Gryffindors..." Jordan sighed, "What are you going to do about them?" He hugged Jez back, smiling despite not knowing what the future now held for him and his family. "Erm... Excuse me? You have met me before haven't you? I'm Jordan, I'm completely crazy." he laughed.
He winced when she brought up Benjy, "He was the worst one out of all of my brothers even though he was the youngest, he seemed to have some sort of control over the rest of them. And he had a personal vendetta against me because during one particular beating I accidently set his hair on fire." he grinned at the thought. "He was always pure evil, you never know Team Wolf may even recruit him..." Not a good thought. "Of course I'm slightly worried but, they aren't my family. All of you guys are."

Jez scrutinised Jordan as he told her about Benjy. She could relate to the 'pure evil sibling' thing - Des was queen of it. Jez was still trying to find a male worthy of 'pure evil sibling' king, but Benjy seemed to fit the bill. "And like a family, we'll stick together," she nodded. "Like that Muggle team thingy, the Three ... Moose?" She didn't know either. "You know, 'all for one and one for all'? Like that." She winced. "Team Wolf probably don't know about your relationship with your brother. They probably just went on the fact that he's a wizard, and because of that you two might be close." Jez frowned. "Could Team Wolf be getting slightly sloppy?" She didn't dare hope.

He was right about that, she was definitely couldn't be a duck. Badger. She giggled a little, she was a true badger at heart which was obviously why the sorting hat had put her into Hufflepuff, but she wasn't physical a badger, if anything she looked more like a duck. "I look like one though." she commented. "I look like an ugly duckling." She didn't think she would be a swan if she had to a duck, she'd for sure end up being the ugly duckling.
Yeahh right! He was just an exception he was one of the lucky few that got to be picked even though he didn't expect it. Nessie on the other hand didn't think she'd be as lucky as him, she was after just a boring, stupid little girl. "Adam, its not going to happen lets face it. Why would I of all people be chosen to be a prefect?..theres other people out their a hundred times better than me and they work much harder than me, obviously they'll get it." she gave him a little nod as she thought of Lyssie. She sort of envied the girl, because that girl had everything she wanted, she had good marks, she had friends and the girl even had a boyfriend..well used to. "Yeah, I suppose I am..but I don't know if I have such good taste when it comes to friends." She shook her head a little, there had been to many mistakes she had made when it came to friends and if anything most of the time she had the worst choices when it came to friends.
Seeing it in a different angle? That was true."Your seeing it in the wrong angle" she said nodding a little. She gave him a stern look as he spoke. "Well at least we have feeling and emotions, its not like you guys do." She sort of rolled her eyes. Boys didn't care about emotions or feelings they just wanted to look cool, thats how it was most of the time anyway. Tell them straight? Really?...not according to Nessie." Please, you guys never tell us straight we always have to look like were the complicated ones trying to find out what you guys all really think, and we only think everything through because we don't want to get hurt." She started to get a little irritated..Why couldn't he just agree with her? "Yes he makes me happy, some of the time he's there and I don't know ...its just all so confusing lets put it that way." she put her thinking pout on.
Kind? No she wasn't. Sweet? Not that either. Shy probably but she knew she loved her friends tons. "I'm not special enough." she started to feel a little bad now, she didn't mean to bother Adam with her love life, but she couldn't help it either. He was probably the only person she talk to about it, although she probably could have also gone to Kurumi.
"Let me ask you a question." He started off. Adam wasn't sure whether if Nessie was purposely making herself feel bad about who she was, or if she truly were insecure as she seemed out to be, because honestly, whenever they did speak about her image she always found some fault at herself. "Are you purposely making yourself feel bad or are you really that insecure about yourself? I know it's weird coming from your 'brother' but whenever we talk it seems to be that you always find some flaw, some fault with you, an although it's bad, it's also good. We all have our flaws, but that's what makes us human. You just pick at it too much." Then it really hit him when she called herself an ugly duckling. She should never considered herself that, he found it disgusting. "You're not ugly. You're...you're very beautiful. Whatever happened to my 'flawless ginger sister'?" He spoke roughly to her.
"I know I won't be here when it happens- but trust me you'll get some honor from the school.Captain of the Hufflepuff Quidditch Team or Prefect. An if not, I'll give you a badge for being such a great friend to me an several other people." He wasn't really sure what to say on the matter of subject. "Exactly! There are other people out there whom I think should've gotten this," Adam pointed at his badge, "but sometimes the greatest parts of life are the ones that are least expected.Like they say 'anything is possible'."
"Nooo...Nooo.I'm pretty sure we have feelings an emotions too. I umm...I never told anyone this but umm...when Kurumi told me she was dating Jonathan an that was that an there would be no more 'us' in the relationship area...I ummm...I cried." YEAH! How about that for feelings an emotions. Now he had to push away the image of that day or his eyes would begin to water.
He then slowly closed his eyes for a few seconds. "Not special enough? Don't do this to yourself. I already pointed out what makes you special, but I just don't know what to say anymore." Adam breathed out slowly. In reality, although he didn't try to show it, on the inside he was beginning to get irritated about how she looked at herself. "Maybe..maybe it's best you go talk to someone else about this.I don't really know what else I can say to make you realize you are special that you are worthy of having someone like you, more than a friend.
I'm only your 'brother' right? So what do I know about love? Because you know me, I've never experienced anything at all like that before." He said in a sarcastic tone.

Jordan racked his brains for the word Jez was searching for, "Oh I know this word, I know it!" he struggled to remember. Des didn't seem that bad, why did Jez think that Des was get evil sibling? But that wasn't the priority of the moment, "We can only hope that they are," he shrugged slightly. If they knew he had said that, it would probably come back to get him. "Musketeers!" he cried triumphantly.

Nate had been watching from inside the reeds beside the pond for a while, and he had faintly heard the conversation. His plans to stay hidden and talk about it later went down the drain when Jez and Jordan both lost the word 'musketeer'. Naturally, right when he jumped out and yelled out, "Musketeers!", Jordan was saying it at the exact same time. And Nate? Well, he landed in the water.

She waded into the pond and grabbed his arm, dragging him onto the bank. "Mr Stone, would you kindly explain why you thought it fitting to spy on your friends and then leap out yelling 'Musketeers'?" she asked severely, tapping her foot impatiently. "Hmm?" We're waiting.

Jordan howled with laughter as Nate fell into the water, "Hey Nate!" he laughed, before realising what had happened to him recently. This sobered him up, "Are you okay mate?" he said, walking over and hoisting him back onto his feet. "Here," he said, muttering an incantation and using his wand to dry Nate off.
While Amelia loved Quidditch she decided that some of the people that were trying out for the team at this school took their sport way too seriously. Like why would someone wear an invisibility cloak while on a broom and then send a bludger out of nowhere to hit one of their own potential teammates? It was scary that was.
And now her hand really hurt. It was only bruised, probably, but the fact that she'd also fallen on said hand doing the lilypad jumping really hadn't helped with the ouchiness. While they were playing Amelia had tried not to let just how much her hand hurt show, but now she was content to sniffle slightly as she threw some bread into the lake for the duckies.
At least they were cute and wouldn't hurt much. Unless they decided she was being stingy with the bread.

Quidditch tryouts...wow, that was one thing that he could have done without. And here he had to go back again tomorrow? Sighing he decided to investigate the grounds more, he'd seen what looked like a duck pond and wanted to check it out. He was also hoping by chance Amelia would be there or somewhere along the way, because he had tried to catch her before she left after tryouts but when he'd gotten off his broomstick he hadn't seen her anywhere!
He'd seen her get hit by the bludger when he was saving a goal from being scored, and it worried him that her hand was broken. He wondered possibly if she'd gone to the hospital wing, maybe he should check there first...he was about to turn towards the castle when he spotted someone tossing bread to the ducks.
"Amelia?" he called heading that way. It looked kind of like her so he came closer, and was almost to her before he realized it was her "Amelia, how's yer hand?"

Huh? Upon hearing Isaac's voice Amelia hastily wiped at her face with her other hand. It wouldn't do for him to see her crying over such a babyish thing as a sore hand. Even if it was a really, really sore hand. And even if he'd probably be able to tell that she'd been crying anyway she had to make an effort at least.
And now he was upon her it was time to smile and pretend everything was okay. "My hand's fine Isaac," Amelia replied, giving him a smile that quickly turned into a wince when she moved her hand in an attempt to show that everything was alright. He definitely wasn't going to believe her now. "Actually it hurts a lot. I don't know what that girl was doing out there. I'm just glad she only hit me with the bludger that once," because any more times and she would have been crying like a baby while on the pitch. And that would have been the ultimate embarrassment. Second only to falling off a broom during a match without any outside stimuli. Amelia would know. She'd done that before during her first match.

Sitting down next to her, as she spoke he tilted his head to look at her, and saw the smile his own face matching her smile. Then he saw the wince! Wait and her eyes were kind of red too! "Ok, this is the second time ye looked like ye've been crying." he said softly. The first time he'd kind of deducted that it might have been due to missing her family, since it was the first night. But now?
When she said her hand hurt a lot, his face contorted into a worried look. "Some people are a bit more competitive even in tryouts." he said shaking his head, reaching for her injured hand. He knew a bit of first aid, not too much but could at least check if it was broken. "Can I see?" he asked softly "I'll be gentle I promise."

"Probably because this is the second time I've been crying since we got here. My little brother had snuck his favourite plush toy into my trunk before I left. It was one that I gave him to 'keep him safe at night'," Amelia revealed with a small sad sigh, and a wistful look on her face. She really did miss her baby brother. Her parents, not so much. "It's funny you know, because I miss him so much, but he was the actual reason why I put in for a transfer here. I didn't want a little brother and my parents were acting as if he was the best thing to ever happen to them, which is normal really, I mean I'm the middle child so I'll never be that... And well he's their first boy, so really I suppose that's normal for them to be extra excited. But I just got so sick of hearing about him that I applied for the transfer, and when it was approved I was so excited... And then of course it was too late to change my mind about coming once I'd gotten attached to him. Not that I regret coming because I'm really, really grateful that I've met you and that wouldn't have happened unless I transferred, and I'm just going to go ahead and be quiet now," Amelia babbled, revealing more than she probably should have in her effort to distract from her hand. Not that it worked.
Frowning slightly, Amelia bit her lip, before nodding and placing her hand in Isaac's. The ouchiness was not improving. She'd probably made the ouchiness worse by continuing to play at tryouts with her hand injured. But she wanted on the team and was not going to give up.
"I know, but you did good out there. I'll be surprised if you don't make the team," Amelia said sincerely, as she watched what he was doing with her hand.

Jade rolled her eyes at Nikolas. "Just wait. Next time when I see you alone, I'm scaring you." She said, crossing her arms. Was she angry? Not really, just a bit mad at herself for not knowing that it was Nikolas. "You better not scare me again." She said, squinting her eyes and poking him in the side. That's what he gets for scaring her and anyways, she would plan out a much better revenge later on.
The sixth year watched as a baby duck started eating what seemed like bread crumbs out in the water. She smiled, but then she looked closer and the baby duck was eating a worm. "Gross." She said, making a disgusted face and looking back towards Nikolas. Oh right, how she was doing. "I've been pretty good. I also found out that my friend, Adam, is a prefect now. So at least I know that if that weird girl tries anything, I'll have Adam on my side." She nodded. And anyways, Adam was much nicer and reliable then Selena was. "What about you? How've you been?" She asked.
Nikolas simply laughed at her response. "You can try, but I doubt you'll scare me" he shrugged. He was going to watch his back from now on, just in case Jade was around when he was alone. "I'll think about it" he said when Jade told him not to scare her again, he couldn't promise anything he was gonna try. He was feeling sleepy now, the place was calm and it was a bit windy today so he yawned and looked at Jade answering his question.
Who was Adam? "Good to hear it, just keep distance from her and I don't think she will bother you" Selena wasn't going to keep an eye on Jade everyday unless she saw her. "I've been good...tired, I don't get used to wake up early yet" he hated mornings. "And your parents? No news about them?"

Almost like he wished he was there, although she knew it wasn't a wish to be away from her. They'd talked enough about how next term was going to be difficult for her to know he wouldn't wish he wasn't at Hogwarts right now. "Kind of how last term, being here at Hogwarts at wintertime, was different for me. I mean, I'm not not used to snow, but it's just different here than it is in France. I'd still love to visit California sometime, though." She could always hope they'd survive next term, after all. It wasn't happening this year to her knowledge, no matter how much she wished to go. She wasn't leaving Hogwarts, and she'd convinced her parents of enough that she figured leaving them alone for a while was better. Hypothetically, as she still wrote to them to let them know she was alright. Plus, she had to let them know that Matt was going to be in France next summer too.
She grinned at his reaction to her offering to teach him how to ice skate, too. "Interesting?, " she asked. "I won't let you hurt yourself too much. We'll go slow, and I don't even know if they'll let us ice skate on the lake this term anyhow," she added. The new groundskeeper might have other ideas, at least. She hadn't really determined what the man was like, but then all she'd really known about Monsieur Stryer was that he didn't like dancing, and was French. It wasn't a lot, so maybe the new groundskeeper would be all to willing to let them skate once the lake froze. If it did. She couldn't remember. Either way, she hoped it was possible, as it was another fun plan for spending time with Matt.
As was the school event thing, and she shrugged slightly as he agreed with her. "Or maybe they didn't call it that because it's not. I mean, we're just going to have to find out once it starts, I guess. I still kind of want them to hold a dance, though," she replied. There wasn't any ulterior motive to that wish. Nothing about just wanting to dance with him somewhere other than in the Room of Requirement. Maybe there was a little, but she wasn't admitting it, even if she had a feeling he'd know that anyway. The discussion about exams and Runes was a good distraction. Especially as she hadn't expected him to admit that he'd wanted her to pass because he'd had trouble. "You'll do amazing on your NEWTs," she said with a determined nod. If he'd wanted to make sure she'd pass her OWLs, she'd do the same for him. And it gave them more time together, too. Studying counted, even if it wasn't a real date or anything. She wasn't fussed about that. She had lots of ideas for next summer anyhow, that could be more like dates, or at least fun. She gave him a kiss on the cheek as he said she wasn't going to have to drop Runes, too. "Thank you. I hope you're right." She wasn't sure what she'd think next term when he wasn't there, after all. Even if she got through this term, it would depend on if she actually felt like she understood the subject or not.
As soon as Stella had brought up wanting to visit California again, Matt started to feel a thought formulating in his brain; obviously he would have loved nothing more than show her where he was from but it had to wait.. there wasn't the time for that now between graduating and the trip to France next fall. "Well, I could always bring you there at some point. Maybe in a couple years unless timelines suddenly change, either way though; my parents still want to meet you since apparently Ad's been telling them about you." At least that was what it said in the last owl he had received, his brother seemed to like his girlfriend so that was definitely a good thing; honestly he didn't want a repeat of Raven and her behavior since that was enough of a headache to deal with the first time around. Why his cousin had such a problem with who he dated was truly the million galleon question. Seriously he didn't understand. Snapping out of his thoughts once more as she spoke about trying to teach him how to ice skate; he merely nodded, honestly he wasn't sure if that was even going to happen but still at some point he wouldn't have minded learning how to skate. "Well I trust you anyway, I can't help that I'm a bit of a klutz on skates. So you might have your work cut out for you." The next sound that was heard was a chuckle coming from him, it was quite the sight to watch him attempt to skate; that truly was the best way to explain it.
"Also possible. I know it's going to be fun whatever it is. But if it's not a dance, then that just means that we'll have to figure out the password for the Room of Requirement and I can start giving you swing dance lessons." It was common knowledge that he wanted to dance with her again, even if the last time he had been a bit nervous to ask her. That nervousness was long since gone. He knew that there was going to be some time for that happen even if he had to cut into his study time in order to have the chance to dance with her. Before he knew it, the discussion had again shifted to exams and how they were going to be. He just wanted the NEWTs to be over and done with but unfortunately they were still a ways away. "Thank you and you know I'm starting to believe that I can actually do these exams without a problem." The fact that she had so much faith in him just had made him feel really confident about the exams despite what he had heard about them, no exam was about to defeat him. He wouldn't let it. "I know that I'm right, after I explain the subject well enough; you should be able to understand it almost perfectly." Yes he was taking a big chance with saying that to her about Runes but the fact that he was doing alright had been proof that he knew the subject like the back of his own hand.

"Ohhh." he said softly now understanding fully why she'd been in tears that night. "I can see why ye'd be home sick with thet." He could too, even though he didn't have any siblings, something as precious as his favorite stuffed animal had to hurt not being there with her brother. Putting one arm around her he held her close as she continued to speak. Middle child? He didn't recall her saying she had an older sibling, she had a sister apparently. Maybe he just missed it, or it had slipped her mind, but he didn't ask. "Mebbe write him letters about what ye are learning here and even feeding the ducks." he said softly. Would that help her? He wasn't sure, he knew that he'd love letters like that if it were him. But that was because he loved hearing of adventures!
A smile appeared again as she said she was glad she'd been transfered because then she'd met Isaac, shaking his head though when she said she'd stop talking, "No, I want te hear about this, and whenever yer sad, hurt, worried, happy. Anything!"
Slipping his arm back out as she handed him her hand. Gently he started prodding as lightly as he could, to check for broken bones, "I think it's jus' really bruised, mebbe we should go te the kitchens te get some ice?" Bending her fingers really slowly and gently he looked up to see her face to see if she showed any pain.
"I dunno, I thought I did fairly poorly allowing te many quaffles in" he said shrugging. "Mebbe Keeper isn't fer me."

"Yeah. I wrote to my parents about it, and how he'd been sleeping. Apparently Harper's taken to sleeping with a new plushy that I had in my room, and insisted that 'Melia keep wabbit. Be's safe,'. Sometimes his adorableness amazes me. And being so young he can't really understand letters, and my parents don't have much time to read them to him, so instead I've been sending him pictures. That way he doesn't need to get someone to be with him to look at or read them. And I've been writing stuff down in a journal so that I can tell him all about it when I go home," which she kind of couldn't wait to do. She wanted to be able to pick her little brother up and hug him tightly before pinching his little cheeks. That would probably be the first thing she did actually.
"I may leave out the ducks, though. He's terrified of them. Apparently Alexis was too. But that can neither be confirmed nor denied so I think I'm just going to say that he's a bit weird for that. It's cute though because we have some ducks on our property and he toddles away from them as fast as he can. Even the small little ducklings," Amelia told Isaac, with a small laugh as she leaned into him. "It's cute though, especially when he begs me to pick him up so that they can't get him. Apparently being big sister also means being his protector when no-one else is around to do it," why she was telling Isaac all of this she didn't know. But he had said he didn't mind hearing it, and that he wanted her to tell him things so she would. Plus she liked talking about her family.
The prodding didn't hurt too much, but it still caused Amelia to wince slightly. When Isaac began to push on her fingers though her immediate action was to hiss in pain. That hurt.
"I don't know if I want to go to the kitchen. I've had enough of being inside. Especially with Herbology. Why the professor thought that having a plant that's on fire in the greenhouse was a good idea I'll never know, but I absolutely hate fire you know?" Amelia explained, going further into things than she probably needed too. But apparently today babbling would be her specialty.

Smiling at her explaining how Harper now slept with one of her plushy's from her own room, and that she was keeping the rabbit safe. "Thet's adorable it really is!" Why hadn't his parents had another??? He would have loved to have such a small person to watch grow up and protect as she did! Maybe he wouldn't have had as much freedom and ability to travel as much, but he still would have loved to have a younger sibling. He didn't even have a pet because of the travel, an owl was all he was allowed.
Looking out over the lake he pondered the inability for the boy to understand a letter, nor time for his parents to read one. "What about sending moving pictures? Mebbe adding a voice charm te it?" he asked turning back towards her. It was possible, his aunt had done it once sending him a singing telegram. Embarrassing it was for him but if that was possible what would it hurt for Amelia to send one to Harper!
He nearly dropped her hand when she hissed in pain, "Mebbe it's a sprain instead." he whispered, trying to keep the pain from his voice. He'd tried so hard not to hurt her. "Summoning...or a freeze charm." he muttered lying her hand down again before looking around them. So much water and nothing to hold it in... Taking out his wand he traced a round circle on the ground and formed the shape of a small bowl before picking it up and filling it with water from the duck pond. "Well we'll make ice out here instead then." he said winking at her as he looked up.
