Fee walked to the courtyard.It seemed to be pretty chilly outside today and the blonde immediately regretted not wearing a scarf.But well now that she was here she didnt want to go back to the dorms and get one.

Looking around the Slytherin noticed one of the benches was free and made her way to it. It was a beautiful day even with the cold air surrounding her.Maybe the girl could enjoy the sunset while listening to music.Now that would be a nice comback.

Johnathan recognized a familiar face as he was here to get his mind off of school work. He quietly walked up to his dear friend Feenella.

"Someone's looking fabulous!" John teased as he chuckled.

He was having mixed feelings about school still, a part of him was happy to be here but another part wanted to be back home. He was just simply being John.

Fee was just about to get her headphones out as she heard a voice speaking from behind. Oh my god this must be like the fifth person to creep up on her.One day she was going to have a heart attache.

Laughing at the familiar boyish voice though the girl turned around and grinned."Well thank you Jonathan",she said,"you are not looking too bad yourself."How was it that whenever they met up they randomly got into some kind of banter? Haha.

Smiling the Slytherin patted the space beside her."Come on i dont bite",the girl giggled,"you should know that."

John chuckled and sat next to her.

"Of course I don't look bad, I'm so hot" Johnathan joked as he winked at her and laughed. "I see you're rocking some new hair, that's pretty hot! I'll give you that" he complemented as he pointed at her hair.

"and you might not bite, but I do...but not too hard" John teased Fee, as he wiggled his eyebrows, and chuckled.

Smiling as John sat down next to her the blonde crossed her legs.Now this afternoontook a whole new turn.Not listening to music but having a catch up with a friend.Now that sounded pretty amazing.


Fee couldnt help but laugh and punch the boys arm playfully at his comment."Oh of course you look hot,she chuckled,"i cant contain my emotions.I" just didnt want to tell you right away."What an obnoxious pair they were.But the Slytherin was having fun.Hehe. Oh so he thought her new hair was hot?Weell of course."Now thats so nice of you my dear",the Slytherin giggle," i have to say i am quite proud of you for noticing."

Oh my god. Did he just say that? No way.Shaking her head laughing like mad the fifth year threw her head back."Are you serious?",she said,"you cant be for real.You are soooo weird you know that."And then something popped up in her head and a smirk crossed her face."Whats going on with your life?Whats with love?Or just a girl?",she wiggled her eyebrows.Come one someone like John couldnt be single.

John laughed and rubbed his arm, then he playfully flexed to show off his muscles. He always had fun conversations with Fee.

"I always notice the smallest details" John said as he winked at her and smiled. It was one of the things that defined John's personality.

"I'm not weird, it's all the medicine I've been taking that's making me all crazy" he joked as he laughed

John blushed when she asked him about his personal life, he was really happy in the place he was in right now.

"Well let's see me muggle girlfriend Rory and I broke up last term, so I began dating Katie Star. But then after a while i realized that I kinda still had feelings for Rory and broke up with Katie. Then I got back with Rory and now our relationship is wwwaaayyy better, but I do tend to **** her ever now and then hehe. Oh and I have an 8 month old sister now. My dad was found in Russia recovering from amnesia so him and my mom are back together." John said with a smile that told a million stories of how happy he was right now. "What about you, sunshine?" he asked, smiling to his lovely friend.

He wasn't allowed on Williamson's territory.

... The professor's were really strange, weren't they? Arya wasn't going to ask anymore questions, because it would only lead to more confusion and looks her best friend didn't deserve. She'd just nod her head in agreement instead.

"But she likes you more than she hates the library," Arya grinned, looking about ready to giggle. "I'm sure you could get her there without ending up injured. Plus your a better dueler." So he stood a better chance of not getting killed so long as she didn't have one of those quiditch bats with her. "Though maybe the prefect's lounge would be a better place..." She thought on it for a moment.

"I don't think much will get done this term on the grounds either, you know creatures are roaming about?" Really strange, that.

Logan walked down to the courtyard, humming a tune to himself. He stood in the middle of the courtyard, looking around for any familiar faces. He was VERY VERY VERY bored today, and wanted someone to hang out with. But there didn't seem to be many people here today. He frowned and shrugged, and decided to read his comics.

Fee laughed an shook her head noticing how John was showing off his muscles."You are being obnxious mister",she chuckled," i am not going to fall for your muscle flexing."That boy oh my god someday she would die from laughter, that was for sure.

Awww but then again he could be incredibly cute only seconds after.What was going on in his head?!"Thats a great advantage you got compared to all other guys",the blonde said,"most of them arent too interested in the smaller details."Not that the Slytherin had bad memories of any guy since she only met lovely once but it was quite different for her bestie.

Wait medication?Why did he need medication?!"Have you been ill?",the fifth year asked a bit shocked.Wow what else did she miss?!


Smiling like an idiot as the girl saw her friend blush she ruffled his hair a bit.There was no way of hiding what a sucker for blushing guys she was."Oh my god that sounds fabulous",she grinned happily,"its good to see you this happy."Jonathan ha struggled in the past and Fee couldnt be any happier that everything turned out good now."So that's why you've been traveling between Boston and Hogwarts a lot huh?"Of course he wanted to spend time with his family and his girlfriend. Awww.

"Yeah, I.." There she was again. Trailing off. It was becoming a habit. Lilly looked down. Why was he holding her hand? She wanted to hit Logan then, but didn't have the energy. And she couldn't bully first-years, even if her hand could be bothered. It would be a lot easier to hit Rose or Violet or Thomas. Instead, she raised an eyebrow. Then he said he knew how she felt. Lilly had never wondered why he lived with that Aunt, but that was probably why. She didn't say anything though, in case she was too blunt and tactless like always. How was it meant to be okay? She'd never get over it and, again, she wanted to hit Logan.

That was pretty funny Arya, and so he chuckled. There was a slight chance that she may be mistaken about that bit. Ellie truly hated the library, there was no way he could get her close to it, much less inside it. Not even Conan could do so, and he'd asked her about Quidditch.

Perhaps Conan had asked about the wrong subject.

"I am a fair dueler," at least again Vashti and Arya as well, he was. He didn't know how Ellie was when it came to defense, though. She may end up being even better than him. "I'm still not going to try it." Not a chance.

"Maybe in another classroom. I don't know." Some other place other than the library, or the Prefect's Lounge.

Animals on the grounds. Yes. Dangerous animal on the dangerous was more like it. "I've heard. Something must be in the woods, right?" For them all to come out here.

It had been a couple of months since she had last spoken to Adam Burn. And for some reason, she couldn't stop thinking about him? The young girl with was sitting on a bench silently contemplating what he had told her those months ago. 'I know this sounds stupid, but no matter how mad you are, or how much you have to want to be with them, the best thing is to let go...Trying to be happy for them will make their life easier an maybe yours. Because then, you're not living in a false world in which you think everything is perfectly fine." After he had told her that, and as difficult as it was to hear it, Violet really seemed to have somehow opened her eyes in a sense to what he had said. And oddly enough, she agreed with him.

As Violet sat down contemplating a soft warm breeze had begun blowing throughout the courtyard. And it continued until it had made contact with her golden blonde locks holding up a rose hair clip. YES, Violet Le Veela had finally charmed her hair back to it's natural blonde flowing locks. And honestly, she had really missed looking in her mirror to see her natural hair, but at the time she had charmed her hair she was trying to get a point across. But since she felt she did, she felt no other reason to not be the REAL her anymore. So Violet smiled to herself a little bit as she began twirling her blonde hair through her fingers. Her violet eyes began scanning around the Courtyard seeing the other students that were there, some faces she knew, others she didn't.

Yep. Just another day. Another boring day Adam lived in. Nothing to see here. Goodbye and move forward. He was merely strolling through the yard catching up with some fresh air, not that he hadn't been outside for a while already.

Oh. Well look who he scoured out.He took a few seconds before gathering up some speed again and walking over to her side.

"Hello." Adam said smiling down at the veela, literally. From what he remembered their last encounter wasn't the greatest and she had been crying terribly. "You feeling better?" He asked. All he hoped was that she understood that he had been referring to their last visit. It was a while ago.

Violet leaned her head back a little as the sit hit her skin warming it up and brought another smile across her lips. She then heard footsteps start approaching her and not long after did she hear that person sit beside her. Violet head a familiar voice escape their lips and she then opened her eyes smiling looking at Adam. She replied brightly,"Hello, Adam.." Violet brushed aside of her hair and then she smiled again nodding her head to his question. "Yes, I am actually..And I just wanted to thank you Adam..." then she smiled at him warmly saying,"You really helped me to...open my eyes...." Violet added softly,"And for that I am very grateful.." She giggled a little bit before asking him in a sweet tone,"And how are you may I ask?" When she asked him that, what she really had meant was how was he since their last talk, for when he had given her that very helpful advice it seemed that by the look on his face that she wasn't the only one having trouble letting go of the one she really cared about.

Adam hoped he wasn't being rude because when she said that he had 'helped her' he wasn't quite sure he heard her right. He leaned backwards for a few seconds,examining her as she had said it. Violet sounded downright serious about this. "Open her eyes"? What was the girl going on about, no one ever said anything like that near him. "Your welcome..?" He said with a bit of questioning at the end.

"Fine. Just fine." Not much had been going on with him lately. And his life had been just that. School work was ok, he was hanging out more with Nessie, which wasn't such a bad thing, since he loved the little one too death, and he was more happy. "I'm more happy lately." That pretty much summed up everything that had been going on the few past months.

"Be honest. How did I 'help' you with whatever situation you were dealing with? I usually make them worse." It was true. Adam was never great at advice or personal problems that needed to be sorted out.

Violet then saw him looked very confused or puzzled and had leaned back looking at her very strangely, as if he were examining her. Then he seemed to have been a little uneasy welcoming her. And clearly it seemed that Adam had no idea what she meant. She then smiled at him when he had told her he was fine and that he was more happy lately. Violet couldn't help but clap her hands a little excitedly,"Aww yay! I am so pleased to hear that you've been happier lately!"

Then he seemed to get serious again by asking her how he helped her. And apparently he thought he just made things worse. Violet then answered his question,"Well...When you had seen me so upset..It was about Christopher...And about his disappearance...And I was still very upset about our very horrible break up last year...Just a lot had been going through my mind at that point..And I wasn't sure what to do about it..Yes...I did charm my hair brown...But that was only to prove a point that I wasn't just a pretty face..." She stopped herself noticing that she was rambling,"I'm sorry.."

Violet then said,"Anyways...Before Chris had disappeared, we had tried to start over as just friends...But that wasn't easy at all..because I felt like things were always difficult whenever we were around each other..Like we couldn't even be around one another...And I was trying to let him go..but there was still that small part of me hoping that we could just forget the past and get back together..But at the same time I felt like me being in his life was just making it harder and harder for him..Which was why when you had told me what you had told me, it just really made a lot of sense to me..And I went back to the Hufflepuff Common Room that day and really thought about what you said...Then somehow day by day...it got easier...to let him go.." Then she smiled at him and then gently placed her hand on his shoulder,"..So...Just know that...for once...you didn't make this situation worse...As you think you always do with any situation.."

This girl could really talk and Adam listened intently to what she had to say about Christopher.

"Wait?! You know Chris-Chris James. He's my best friend. Do you have any idea where he's at, I haven't seen him in months." She probably knew less than he did, so he sat back straight again, trying to keep himself calm. Then she went on about how she had charmed her hair brown. He kind of wanted to ask what that was all about but at the same time he didn't want to sound too interested. Playing it cool.

Adam sat silently with his eyes going blank. Why'd that sound so familiar. Right. Because that had basically been him for the past year and a half. His stomach knotted uncomfortably as he silently agreed with everything she was explaining that happened to her and Chris and how she reacted and felt.

"Why are we so... alike in our relationships? I mean- that was how I felt in my past relationship. My only relationship. A real one though." He said with a sullen tone. Yes. Adam wasn't counting CeCe as a true relationship,more like a fling. Maybe he should take his own advice, because he still wasn't over Kurumi and never would be,and still hoped that somehow, some crazy way, she would get back with him.

He was a fair dueler, she new first hand and nodded her head in agreement. "We should have another duel, before finals come around." She said offhandedly. It would be good practice for NEWTS, plus she wanted to have a bit of fun in the arena before graduating. And Ivy was no where to be found, but the Puff prefect had her worried suspicions.

"If you do change your mind about trying," She was grinning now. "Just let me know. I could help." She DID get Ellie to defense lessons all term, surely it would be just as easy with the library. "Another classroom could work. Or the room of requirement."

She shrugged her shoulders, but the look on her face spoke that she was thinking the same thing. "Something terrible to have so many of them coming out, and so far into the grounds. Soon they'll be on the castle if whatever it is isn't dealt with." And THAT would be something terribly fascinating.

More terrible than fascinating though.

Ella walked down to the Courtyard with a blanket, her messenger bag full of different treats, and Barnabus, sitting happily on her shoulder. "Wow Barny, you must love it up there! You haven't left my shoulder since class." Barny gave a little squeak and Ella giggled. She was so excited that Professor Williamson was letting the class work with the puffs for homework, especially since she had grown quite fond of the little yellow puff ball currently tickling her cheek. She smiled as she found an empty bench. "We're going to hang out here for a bit, okay Barnabus?"

Ella pulled out a piece of the chocolate that Logan had given her for Valentine's day. She placed Barnabus on to her lap and held the candy out to him, waiting for his reaction. Suddenly, a tongue emerged from his mouth and started to lick the chocolate with enthusiasm. "Woah Barny, you must really like chocolate." As she continued to watch, Barnabus devowered the candy, looked at her with eyes that screamed 'Give me more!' She laughed at this, thinking that Barnabus and Ella were a lot alike."You're a puff after my own heart, Barny."

Ella wondered what it would be like caring for Barny until next class. If he would enjoy their bonding as much as she would. She pet the little guy, watching as he seemed to be purring. "Do you like that?" she continued to do it, giggling as the creature seemed to become more and more relaxed. "I don't want to put you to sleep Barny but maybe this is how I would do it!" She pulled a notebook from her bag, wanting to remember that the whole petting thing seemed to relax her puffy friend.

Violet jumped a little bit when Adam suddenly burst out about Christopher. And she actually had leaned back a little bit as he sort of overwhelmed her with a couple of questions about Chris. First she nodded her head and then replied softly,"Yes...I knew him before I had even come to Hogwarts...I met him on the train..." Then she widened her eyes a little bit when he told her he was his best friend and asked,"Really?" She was about to open her mouth and ask him frantically if he had seen Chris, or knew where he was, or why he left, but Adam beat her to it and ended up asking her if she knew where he was. Violet's mood faltered a little bit and then she bit her lower lip shaking her head no when he asked if she had seen him or heard from him.

She then said to him softly,"I was actually going to ask if you knew where he was..." Then there was that terrible awkward silence that Violet strongly disliked whenever something like this happened. And she couldn't help but notice that this wasn't just any ordinary silence...it seemed oddly familiar...the awkward silence she always experienced with Chris. Violet then looked down at the floor unsure of what to do at that moment and she began running her fingers through her hair.

Then he spoke and then Violet really pondered what he had asked her. Why were they so alike in their relationships? To which she answered,"I haven't the slightest idea..." And then he had apparently felt the same exact way she had been feeling. Violet then asked a little bit in awe,"...Really? You felt the same way?" In a way Violet couldn't help but feel relieved hearing him say that. She breathed slowly before she looked in the eyes and said,"...You have no idea how....how..how relieved it makes me feel...to know that someone else knows what it feels like...Because I can't talk to any of my friends about this...because they've never experienced it...or know what it feels like..."

Adam's hopes of meeting his best friend and reuniting with him again, deflated. If Violet had no idea and Selina had no idea, then Chris was nowhere to be found,and a little piece of Adam's heart just broke off. He sighed heavily when Violet shook her head that she had no idea. All he wanted was his awkward best friend, his life was a bit less fun. The two of them go joke about the most serious matter, granted, Adam always teased Chris' love for books,perhaps more than girls. He stared out at the courtyard watching everyone else be happy with their friends, and here he sat, with one friend, but missing one of the greatest guys he's ever met.

Even though he knew the more he tried to want to be back with Kurumi, he only hurt his chances more with being back with her because he insisted on it. "I think the reason why we wanted to stay in the relationship is because.. we knew if we never got back with each other-not us-I mean our exes, that it would just be... over. And they meant so much to us for it to be simply over,right?" At least that's how he thought of it. For some weird reason he nodded at his own comment- he had never really gotten the chance to ever say that. Its mostly what he always thought about after his devastating break up.

"Our ex was our lifeline." Or for him she was.

Logan walked down to the courtyard, his head full of...craziness. He didn't want to bump into Cardigan at all. He made a mental note to stay clear away from her at all times. She probably hated his guts by now. He was so stupid! Why hadn't he told her earlier...? What was it?! She was his best friend, his first real friend, and he didn't tell her! What was his problem?! He shook his head, and sat down on the ground, letting out a little moan.

Ella was leaving the Courtyard with Barnabus sitting happily on her shoulder when she noticed Logan. He seemed to be upset and Ella thought she'd better go see what was up. She took a seat next to him, looking at him with a sideways glance. "Rough day?" she asked softly.

Logan looked at Ella and nodded a little. "Pretty much." he said with a little sigh.

So there was something wrong. Ella furrowed her brow, not liking that Logan was upset. "I'm sorry...Do you want to talk about it?" She asked. It was odd, him not even greeting her with a smile. Hopefully she hadn't done something stupid to upset him. Or worse, said something stupid. That did tend to happen a lot.
