A stone square courtyard is the first aspect of the grounds that you come to after you travel through the corridor. Surrounded by magnificent stone columns adorned with luscious ivy and slight lily growth, the courtyard provides students with benches to sit on with their friends or for the one who just wishes for some peace and quiet. Also, in the middle stands a very illustrious Wishing Fountain.
Well, that made sense. Dallin left because he was afraid of saying something he would have regretted. Ellie nodded a little. "I understand that," she said quietly. She knew that Dallin had a hard time calming down when he got mad or frustrated. Ellie was the same way so it made sense.
"I want nothing but honesty and I'll give you the same." Honesty and trust were key things to successful relationships and that was what Ellie wanted. "I just want this to work." Her voice was quiet again. Because she was kind of contradicting what she said when she broke up with him. But she was taking at all back and hoping that Dallin realized that.
Hesitantly, Ellie moved her hand across the bench and rested it on Dallin's before looking up at his eyes again. Hopefully this was okay...?
Honesty. Right. Dallin nodded sharply. He would give her one hundred percent honesty no matter what. Because that's what he wanted to do, too. He hated lying; he hardly ever did it and he was horrible at it. So honesty was always the best choice.
Ellie's last words stuck out to him. 'This.' Them? She wanted them to work. Well, so did Dallin. And he almost said so, but then she took his hand, distracting him. He looked down at her hand on top of his for a moment before he turned his over and interlocked his fingers with hers. Just such a small things was already making him feel better...
"Do you want to be my girlfriend again?" He asked suddenly, quietly, still looking down at their hands. Maybe he was forgiving her too soon - she had forgiven him too, though. And what did it matter, anyway? It was their decision about when to fix things, so... why was Dallin even worrying? Eh.

Ellie watched their hands as Dallin turned his up an interlocked his fingers with hers. That made her smile. More than she had smiled in a long time. It was funny how something so simple could make her so happy. But this was something she loved that she hadn't had in a long time. She missed holding his hand.
At his question, her eyes returned to Dallin. "More than anything," she replied, squeezing his hand gently. "But only if you can forgive me. And agree to be my boyfriend again." A small smile was still on her lips because she kind of had confidence that he would say yes. And if he didn't... No, he would. Ellie was sure of that.
Two weeks is way to long.''I've missed you way more.''He said smiling.''Sounds Great.''He replied.Have to do jogging another day.
"Oh really? Because I always thought I was the crazy obsessed one in the relationship" she jokingly while giggling. He better know that was a joke. "But I'm happy you've missed me so much" she added smiling.
Hopefully he wasn't busy or about to do something, she just thought it would be nice to spend time together in the three broomsticks. "Great" said Chelsea as she took Ryan's hand.

"Well, I don't think that would be a problem." She wasn't really big on dating anyway. "Though, if I wait until after you graduate, I just hope I'll be prepared and ready to take on that kind of challenge without you here to help."
She had really begun to rely on the older girl. It was a bad habit to have, but until she absolutely needed to stand on her own, it was a habit that would stick. Plus, she didn't really have anyone else to turn.
"Brilliant," Kurumi nodded. Glad that that was settled. Kurumi continued to walk on.
Kurumi rubbed her cheeks as if doing so would remove the pink from her cheeks. No such luck, it wasn't like it was paint that could be removed. Kurumi was relieved when Jezz confirmed that she wasn't really into boys. Good. Kurumi had made the mistake of sort of getting involved with boys in her second year. Kurumi hadn't really known what was going on, but she was sort of regretting that she had gone there. "You know, when that time comes I am sure you will be just fine," Kurumi winked. She had thought the same thing before Lexi had graduated.

After Ellie answered him, Dallin took a moment to think before saying anything. He kept his eyes on their hands and bit his lip. He didn't know why it was taking him so long to answer when he really just wanted to kiss Ellie and forget about everything that had happened.
Finally, he looked back at her, a small smile on his lips. "I can forgive you," he said, and knew it was the truth. "If you can forgive me, too." His smile disappeared momentarily, but came right back. "And I want to be your boyfriend again."

Dallin silence kind of worried Ellie... Would he forgive her? She had done a lot of damage to their relationship, so she understood his hesitation. But she just wanted to be with Dallin again.
And then he smiled.
It seemed like just that smile made everything okay again because she knew what it meant. It seemed silly that he wanted her forgiveness, though. Yeah, he had kissed another girl, but that was just silly. Dallin wanted to be her boyfriend again and that was all that really mattered to her now.
With a smile on her face, Ellie said nothing more but leaned in to kiss him on the lips. And after an entire month of not being able to do that, it felt quite nice.

When he pulled away, he was smiling. He just looked at her for a moment before looking down, his smile still in place. After a second he looked back at her blue eyes. "You have no idea how good I feel now." All of the sudden, too. It was great.
''Sounds Marvellous then.''He said smiling.''So whats been happening.''He said whhile walking along the path.
ooc:Right.
As they walked along the path, Chelsea glanced up at the trees. She loved fall, everything was so beautiful with all the bright colors. The blonde turned her head to Ryan "Nothing really, just been studying. And doing some writing" she admitted. Yes she was writing a song, although she had no idea why. She didn't exactly like to sing in front of people. Just had the free time. "What about you? What have you been up to?"

Although Ellie never wanted to pull away from the kiss, it was probably good Dallin did. She didn't necessarily want to get in trouble for PDA. Pff. Lame rules.
When they did pull away, Ellie was smiling. She watched Dallin as he looked down... and then back at her. She was still smiling. But she couldn't help but disagree with his statement. "Actually, I think I do know. I feel pretty good too." Ellie scooted closer to Dallin. She was really, really happy.
"Oh! Before I forget, I have something for you," Ellie exclaimed excitedly and reached for her school bag. She rummaged around in it until she found her Transfiguration project that she had worked on the day before. It was wrapped in a brown paper bag. "It's not much, it was just the homework assignment for Transfiguration. But I thought you might like it." Ellie shrugged a little. Hopefully he would.
Owww? Where'd that come from? Had his little playful punch really been that hard? Adam didn't expect so, but he guessed maybe Nessie wasn't so used to his roughness, though he thought he hadn't put much force behind it. "Sorryyy?" He apologized in a confused manner.
He shook his head at the mention of Kurumi possibly being his first girlfriend. That wasn't true. She was her first...Adam didn't even want to think that his first kiss had now kind of lost it's old spark an magic an had been...replaced. "Kurumi was my second girlfriend, but I was her first, you know." He really didn't need to talk on that matter, Nessie would understand what he wanted to say.
"Like I said-Katie was an is crazy. Don't try to talk to her, you'll...regret ever getting to know her." An that is how he felt throughout the whole drama they had together. Even more crazy, Adam didn't comprehend why he had actually suggested, after their break up, to possibly get back. He hadn't even liked her in the first place.
Now this part really fragmented Kurumi's trust in Adam. She had always believed everything he said, even if it was a lie. But this point she didn't take it. "I umm..Well, a while after we dated I kind of liked two of my other friends." He began to awkwardly run his hand over the back of his neck, Nessie wouldn't like to hear this. "An I began to ...flirt with them.Get this straight-" Adam pointed at her, informing Nessie that this might change her opinion on him an that it was crucial she didn't get the wrong information. "I.Did.Not.Cheat.On.Her. I just told Kurumi-I umm..needed something different in our relationship."
His 3rd year really hurt their relationship, friendship in all ways, some were partly his fault, some where partly his stupid parents fault. The people he despised. If it hadn't been for them, maybe things wouldn't be as broken at the moment.
There wasn't much reason to apologize, but Nessie thought it was really kind of him that he did. "Its okay, I know you didn't mean to." She gave him a small little wink and then a small grin. He was probably just used to being around boys and not around girls, which was why he must have not realized that he's punch was a little too rough for her.
Really? Kurumi wasn't he's first that was a bit of a shock, but Adam was sort of a player..at least according to Ness. "Oh, um...makes sense now." She frowned a little. She hadn't had her first yet, and she had become a little impatient about it. All her friends had already had theirs, she was the only one that hadn't. Anyway, she left her thoughts about her first for another time, now she was focusing on Adam's story.
Hmm...was this Katie really so bad? That he didn't even want Ness meeting the girl? She looked up at him. "If you say she's crazy I guess I believe you."For a change she truly did believe him, although she couldn't help but stay interested."I'll stay away from her.." She paused. "..if I can." She then added the last bit, because she was a curious little one, and knowing herself, she knew she'd be searching for this Katie soon.
WHAT??? He liked two other girls, whilst he was dating Kurumi, that was just bad and it made Nessie really upset. Her lips formed into a frown again. She thought that this meant that he cheated on Kurumi. He was such a player, and she sort of wanted to lecture him, but before she could open her mouth, he said something that seemed to calm her down. He said that he did not cheat, she believed him, because she knew Adam wasn't as low as that, or at least she hoped he wasn't."I really hope you didn't, but I trust that your telling the truth." she gave him a small nod and then a warm reassuring smile.
"..um is that the reason why she hates you so much?" If it was, that didn't make sense, because Nessie didn't see why the couldn't remain friends after they broke up. They didn't have to hate eachother, or more like Kurumi didn't have to hate Adam for doing what he did. He was just being truthful, and it was better than him cheating on her. So why was Kurumi still so angry with him? It was all so confusing."And..erm..what happened afterward?"

She could not believe her luck. She was nearly done and then the cooperative wind blew her homework away. Fantastic! Wanting to try it again, she sat by the courtyard’s benches where the wishing fountain was and pulled out another parchment again. “Stat-UA HAB-itum,” she said correctly without looking at her notes. “Stat-UA HAB-itum,” she said as she was laying the new parchment beside her. Before finally saying the spell, she imagined what her frame would totally look like. “I’d want it to be really fancy. With cartoon images on the border,” she said and continued. “Probably the shade of pink and glassy like not the usual gold ones.”
She then faced the parchment and made sure that the wind isn’t blowing or if it does, she’s ready. She’ll gonna cover the thing from it. Now she aimed her wand at the empty parchment making sure it’s in contact and said “Stat-UA HAB-itum,” then she traced a rectangle shape of frame and concentrated with the designs that she had said before. And there right before her eyes it started to become real. The frame popping up from being a parchment to a frame and with the cartoon design that she wanted. This is one great way to save for holidays and occasions, she thought as she watched what she imagined come to life. Once it was finished, she picked it up and was disappointed again. “I forgot to bring a picture with me,” she gasped. So she would have to revert it back. “But hey, I could just make a new one,” she suggested to herself. There’s no need to revert it then however, Tennessee is really impulsive and without further ado, “Reverto,” she said and poof, the frame went back to its original state, a plain parchment. She gladly picked it up and run towards the castle entrance. She could wait to finally be able to place that picture inside it. His brother, Xander would definitely like it.

"If this makes sense to you know, you must be a genious, cause everything is about to get a whole lot more complicated" This was just the beginning of the story, things were about to go down hill from now on out.
"Don't!" Adam said sternly pointing his index finger upwards. "You don't want to talk to her. Just, you don't want to get caught up in her drama.I'm warning you." Katie got way too involved in on Kurumi an him when he an Katie had been dating. Beyon controlling an beyond annoying, she had managed to urk Kurumi by copying some of her hobbies an passions.
"An I didn't. I'm not that horrible of a git. I hate that stuff. I would never cheat on anything girl. That's beyond low." If you like someone while dating another person, tell the current person that things might have to end. Sneaking around will only hurt everyone in the end. "Kurumi was two out of three in terms of order of girlfriends, but she's been the only one I truly cared about." He said quietly. It was weird, he hurt her the most even though he loved her the most.
Hate? That seemed too strong of a word. Did Kurumi hate him? He'd never know, Selina definitely hated his guts at the moment. "I think she strongly dislikes me. But the reason why we aren't so great at the moment is because my dad had been promotes to work in Mexico City. I told Kurumi an Selina an they both offered for me to stay but I said no. Even if I hate my parents I still went with them." This is where things got tricky. CeCe had been involved, an the long distance had ruined everything. "We broke up. Sort of. We weren't sure what to do but we kind of broke up, an Kurumi said she'd wait for me an I with her." He began to scratch his head, maybe Nessie would have a reason to punch him now. "I found another girlfriend in Mexico, an she an my job took up most of my time. Kurumi wrote to me all the time and I never sent her one letter back. I broke my promise, ruined our friendship, an lost all her trust." Adam opened up his stomach an tried to tighten it the best he could, ready to feel the impact of fist against stomach.
Anakin didn't quite know what he was doing outside, considering it was in the winter months and it was definitely a lot colder than it had been, but he was outside anyways. Perhaps he was just feeling nostalgic, since only a few years previous he'd been meeting his friends outside in the courtyard, with the sole purpose of hanging out for awhile.
Graduating sucked. Only now did he let himself think about how much so that was true. Most of his friends were already gone and graduated now, and by the end of this last term, he'd be moved on as well, not really leaving a whole lot of people behind, but still some.
The idea didn't make him happy. And neither did the unnecessary cold, since he didn't know why he was outside in the first place!
Aidella | King of Confusion | Brittana | Forever ACROMANTULA
BRRRRRRRR.
It sure was getting cold lately. Paulie shrugged his coat a little closer and thanked Merlin that at least there was barely any wind. Wind always made it ten times worse. He ambled further into the courtyard, hoping that something or someone would liven things up a bit for him because he was incredibly bored; and if this didn't happen, then he was booking it back into that castle!
Oh. Err, maybe she didn't agree with him after all. Uh-oh."Y-yes..?" Lewis stuttered, biting his lip anxiously as he tried to assess if his original plan of running away might be a good idea now after all. "Err...b-both I guess." Even though he usually wasn't THAT good with knowing what to say and what better to leave unsaid, but this time he just knew that pointing out that he had only been referring to her not being nice would NOT be a good idea.
And there she was, agreeing with him again. She was enigma. And now she was laughing too. And Lewis was pretty sure she was laughing WITH him and not AT him. Heh. Smiling a little awkwardly, he shook his head once more at the thought of the first years running around Hogwarts. "...or actions." Like that one Hufflepuff who had just gone up to the Charms professor to give her a hug! Ridiculous.
Right. Slytherin. He didn't know too many Slytherins - or ANY really, not that he knew of anyway - so Lewis wasn't quite sure what 'all the characteristics of the Slytherin house' were. "Oh." Okay, what else was there to say? It wasn't HIS fault she'd apparently been sorted into the wrong house. Nonetheless, and just because he felt the need to add something, Lewis said, "I'm sorry." Yes, this seemed to be an appropriate response. Or something.
Lewis followed Gwen's gaze down to the Daily Prophet in her hands, subconsciously scooting a little closer and craning his neck so he could read what was on the cover. He was going to have to subscribe to that too some time. Not now though. Obviously. Looking up sharply at her question, Lewis just stared at her for a moment, his eyes narrowed suspiciously. "Why? He asked slowly. Who knew what she would turn the paper into.
Raising her eyebrows, Gwen waited for him to answer something. Both?‘Psh’, the third year puffed and tried to keep a straight face, but, of course, failing to do so. Meh… so she wasn’t the nicest person ever? Who cares?! And, surprisingly, this still wasn’t as bad as William’s insults, which still made her laugh. Where was that annoying kid anyway?
Actions?‘Right’, Gwendolyn replied shortly and actually smiled. Not grinned. Not smirked- SMILED, which she rarely did. All right, back to the discussion- Dumb people. Well, the very worst and numero uno was definitely that Ravenclaw girl who told Professor Bentley she wanted Gryffindor to win the house cup. In front of Vindictus, for that matters. But actually- there was another kid that asked Lafay how her love life was going. Bahaha. Priceless.‘I don’t think I know which one the worst is’, the girl mused.
‘Sorry?!’, she repeated and looked coldly at Lewis. ‘Nono’, she went on talking and started gesturing with her hand. ‘I do NOT regret being a Ravenclaw… Anyway-‘, Gwendolyn said and decided to just drop it. This isn't going anywhere…
Looking back at the Daily Prophet, Gwen felt sorry she even tried that hard to grab it from that crazy owl. ‘Meh… it’s kind of useless’, the third year said, still twirling it in her hands. As she glimpsed back at Lewis, she had no idea why he seemed so suspicious. ‘Calm down, I’m not going to make Exploding Snap out of it…’, Gwen rolled her eyes. Although… that’s not such a bad idea, she thought. But nono. Oh forget it, I’ll just give it to Ariadne.

Glad that her robes were wrapping her in a warm embrace, Louisa was crossing the courtyard after getting back from the lake. Her shoulder bumping on her butt as she walked fast toward the corridor.
Or not.
Glancing a familiar face by the corner of her eye, Louisa slowed down and looked carefully at- "Anakin!" Wow. She hadn't seen the boy since... she'd spied on him and Vashti last term. Wow...again. Without hesitation, she dumped her library date and hurried over to the boy. "Hey there!" Even if they weren't really that close friends, the girl hugged him tightly. Louisa liked the Hufflepuff. And he was one of the VERY VERY few people that got Louisa's affection from the second face-to-face meet only.
Sitting down next to where he was rooted alone, she offered a warm smile, "How's your last year at Hogwarts going so far?" See, she knew a lot about him even when they rarely talked. He was her favorite puff after Kita. ^__^

Vashti had wandered outside once again. It was a little later in November since the last time she had come outside, and so it was a little colder as it was getting closer to winter, but she wanted to get some fresh air before winter actually hit. Besides, it didn't seem too cold since she was bundled up in a couple layers to keep her warm, as well as her Ravenclaw house scarf.
As she entered the courtyard, she almost immediately spotted Anakin, and she smiled in the same instant. But for once, he wasn't alone. Louisa was there? And...they were hugging?
Erm... Vashti had no idea they were that close...
"Um, hey, you two," she said as she walked over to them.

Anakin was distracted from his rather pointless rant in his head, when he could hear his name called out. Merlin, that was a lovely thing. To HEAR people calling you! Swinging his head around in the direction the voice was coming from, the boy beamed and gave a wave back. "Louisa!" He'd really probably only talked to her...once? BUT she was probably one of Vashti's closest friends. If she had her trust, he knew she must be a good one.
Oh hey! Hugs! Anakin liked hugs! He gave her a squeeze back when she hugged him. "Hey yourself! How've you been? It's been ages!" Really. He liked the girl though, she seemed a sweetheart. He wouldn't hold it against her that she had previously, during a spat with Queenie, thought he was under the influence of love potion. He wouldn't hold it completely over her anyways.
His last year? "It's been...painstakingly normal." Was it terrible he'd been hoping for some--rather, a LOT--of excitement this year? So far. Excitement coming up short. But it was still only the first part of the year right? Still time to spice things up. "How is your year going? Don't hate me...but I can't remember what year you are." Fail Anakin Amstern, FAIL.
Since he was talking, Anakin didn't immediately notice Vashti's presence like he was usually prone to doing so, instead only taking notice when she spoke. That didn't change his level of enthusiasm at seeing her though. Grinning at the older!Claw, he gave another friendly wave before standing to hug her as well. "Hey, Queenie!"

The third year wandered into the courtyard with her arms tightly wrapped around herself. It was COLD! Why was she out here?!! She stood up a bit straighter, and let her eyes scan the area as she frowned slightly, looking for a familiar face.

AHA. Thea grinned and ambled over to an older looking boy who she recognised as 'PAAAUUULIEEE!'

Louisa flashed a smile at Vashti as she joined them, "Hello miss Head Girl." She hadn't called Vashti that before, might as well do now. In front of her boyfriend. Hehehe.
Back to Anakin's comment, Louisa scoffed and kept her big smile on her face, "I wouldn't hate you. I actually love you! you're so nice and sweet." He knew that Louisa had this too-honest issue, didn't he? If not, then... whoopsie. At least Vashti knew, right? Anyways, it was out now so no way altering that sentence. which was TRUE Not that Louisa fretted, the sentence sounded quite good and simply understood to her.
"I am in my fifth year. OWLs." Sighing dramatically as she said so. The Ravenclaw was excited about them, deep down. It basically meant that she was becoming smarter and loading her brain with education. It was good. Until the pressure of her constant thinking about the exams felt real, that was a downside to the whole smart-knowledge nonsense.

YES!
Paulie heard someone calling his name, which obviously meant that he would find distraction from his lame boredom. He turned and as his eyes landed on the culprit, a huge grin formed on his face. "THEA!" Leaning down, he wrapped her in a hug before straightening back up again.
"Geez Louise, I haven't seen you in forever! Where've ya been all this term, Shortstop?" Because he'd missed their bantering very, very much. And he also missed calling her 'Shortstop.' heh heh.

Well, at least she got a hug too. From Anakin, anyway. "Hey," she said again as she hugged him too. She pulled away just as Louisa greeted her too...and called her "Miss Head Girl." That was...odd. What was with the sudden formality? "Hello, Miss Carter." No reason she couldn't be just as formal, right? She smiled too though.
...until Louisa suddenly said she loved Anakin.
Er. What.
Vashti didn't like jumping to conclusions or looking too deeply into some random comment made by Louisa - the girl had a habit of saying things before thinking about how they sounded to everyone that was her - but she couldn't help one thing that popped into her head. Many things, technically, and all of them having to do with how Louisa had behaved last year because she had "loved" Dallin.
The girl said she had learned from all that, and she said she had matured, but Vashti knew how impulsive she was. What if...?
But no. Nothing much could come of Louisa "loving" Anakin, especially since Vashti had gotten rid of the love potion Louisa had possessed the previous year. Thank Merlin she had Vanished it immediately instead of holding on to it. There was no way she could acquire another love potion as easily as before.
