Nate turned around, but after heard a spell and then ducked. He quickly spun around and said "Oh no you did not just do that. Expelliarmus. Flipendo!" He wanted someones wand. "Acio wand. Acio flag!"

Even though Minnie was enjoying the entertainment she knew Nate couldn't keep it up. Jumping out of her hiding place she pointed her wand "Immobulous" and took off towards the flag. Reaching for it with her charmed hand hoping this would finally be the time she would get it..

"Minnie don't worry I'll protect you. Just try to get the flag."

Taylor aimed her wand at her cousin, "Immobulus!" then at the older hufflepuff, "Immobulus!"

"Protego!" Nate runs to the spot were Minnie is and yells "Protego! You are not hurting my friend. Expelliarmus!"

Taylor ducked and let his charms go by, "I'm not trying to hurt her, jsut stop her from taking the flag, smart one." She rolled her eyes and straighten back up aiming for the two hufflepuffs, "Immobulus!"

"Protego! Protego! I know that. What I am tryin to say is- Expelliarmus! No one will touch her with a spell while I around."

Oh... REALLY? O_____O

Learn somthing knew every day but she really would have thought that eh'd no not to... Oh well usefull information, MERLIN! He had proved himself there she looked for her wand! There! ''Accio wand,'' she muttered and caught it quickly ''EXPELLIARMUS,''


Oooh it was her that... Huffie girl she smiled at her, she avoided the spell quickly that was probably the worst possible one...

Playing the hero now was he? That was cute she was going to enjoy this.. very much so in fact! She didn't mind it much, but NEWSFLASH! they were not taking their flag ''Accio Nate's wand,'' she muttered

He was to busy looking at Taylor so she crept up behind him ''Immobulus,'' she whispered, as leaned in to tag him

Minerva was about to get the flag when CHEESE AND CRACKERS she was hit.. She couldn't move... Great with Nate running around she thought she had a chance.. Man this flag was being stubborn...

"Protego! Protego! Protego!" Nate blocked the first three and then started a dash. He turned around because he thought he dropped something and he saw Lulu trying to tag him. Unfortunately he couldn't stop the spell. He froze dead in his tracks. He fell to the ground with a big thud!

Taylor watched as both huffies froze. She smiled and to LuLu, "Good job." Taylor kept her wand and herself on guard though.

A few minutes of being stiff Nate could move his wand arm, and his mouth. That means he could cast spells and annoy his cousin. Yeh he was happy. He whispered a "Acio Taylor's wand." He could still defend himself against them is a good thing. Well for him at least. It means something was wrong with either the way she pronounced the spell. Or it was the wand movement. Nate couldn't see and he was to busy listening to his cousin.

It worked? Hm? Weird...

But, THANK YOU HUFFIES! She smiled and sighed in relief and took them to the jail! Done and dusted.. for now anyways! She was sure another one of 'their people' would come to save the day

''Thanks, but it wasn't just me?,'' It wasn't really she wasn't saying it, usually she'd take the credit, but it was Ravenclaw teamwork that got those two in jail ''Atleast.. we can sit back now,'' she shrugged

Taylor felt her wand trying to get out of her hand, and knew who the suspect was. She muttered, Finite to the accio spell. Then turned to her cousin, "Nice try Nate. Good thing i had a good grip on my wand." She sent a glare to her cousin but then to Lulu, "I doubt that we can sit bac k though." She sent another glare at her cousin, "Since one huffie can still apparently cast charms."

"My hand and mouth are moveable now so ha I can annoy you again."

Alyssa quickly ran into the courtyard. "finite" she pointed her wand at both Minnie and Nate to help release them. Then she pointed her wand at the Ravenclaws and said "Finite" hopefully to end their shield charm then quickly followed by "Expelliarmus" and "Immobulus" hoping to disarm and freeze them.

"Come on Nate and Minnie lets get the heck out of here." Alyssa yelled helping Nate to run.

Minerva was free. She started running pointing her wand "Expelliarmus" "Immobulus" "Come on Nate leave your cousin alone and let's go" she took off with Alyssa to get the heck out of the courtyard..

Nate started to run towards Alyssa. "Thanks. Oh and see you cousin." Nate started to talk to Alyssa. "I am heading over to get the slytherin base to get there flag."

Ella entered the courtyard and spotted the wishing fountain immediately. She had heard a girl in the library talking about how it sometimes granted wishes and was eager to give it a go. She approached the wishing fountain cautiously, a little nervous. She wasn't one to wish on stars or throw coins into wishing wells and she couldn't help but feel like a fool for believing anything she wished here would work.

She got to the fountain and looked around. Kids were busy running around and she knew she would have some privacy to make her wish. She closed her eyes tightly and took a deep breath. Magical wishing fountain...I guess I'm here because I got a letter from home saying that my dad is pretty sick. He had to go to the hospital and well, I was just wondering if you could make him well. I can't do what I need to do here knowing that he is at home suffering. I can't lose him. Please make him better, please. Ella opened her eyes. She rubbed her arms, noting that she was suddenly shaking and headed for a nearby bench, eager to sit down.

Logan was a bit bored today, so he decided to go to the courtyard. Once he was there, he noticed Ella at the fountain...probably making a wish. He then noticed her shaking...shaking? Was she okay? He walked over to her and sat next to her. "Hey, Ella." he said. "Are you okay?" he asked.

Ella was looking at her feet, trying to think of anything else but home. She was still shaking. Probably just nerves. She heard a familiar voice and straightened up, trying not to give herself away. "H-hey Logan, I'm..." She was going to lie. Going to give Logan some bologna story about being cold but she remembered the lake. She could talk to Logan, he would understand. "-I'm not so good today. Got some bad news from home about my dad." She slid over, patting the bench so Logan could join her.

Nate came back for the flag again. He started running for the flag. With his wand at the ready just in case someone would try to cast a spell on him.

"You....w...what happened?" he asked, sitting next to her and putting an arm around her. "If you don't wanna talk about it...you don't have to. But remember, I'm always here to talk." he said, giving her a friendly smile.

Boy the Hufflepuffs sure are persistent. Vickers spotted the wand on the boy's hand. Then he pointed his own wand on the ground just where the boy was going to step on "Glisseo!" Sure you can protect yourself... but the ground you're about to step on? He sure wants to see how he would try to outsmart that.

Violet saw another Huffie running towards the flag. Where were they all coming from? Pointing her wand, she yelled, "Expelliarmus."
