Get over it already? Somehow he had heard that one already. A lot. But he just wanted to make sure she knew he wasn't weird. Or crazy. Or anything but normal. "No." Hang on. "Yes." Lewis frowned down at her for a moment, trying to come up with the right answer to her question. "I thought you did." So yes, the second answer would have been the correct one.

There. She finally looked at him again. Because you know, he had to make sure she believed him. Which she didn't. Or at least he wasn't sure she did. She still hadn't exactly agreed with him. "So, I'm not weird, 'kay?" Lewis said again, resisting the urge to poke her arm once more as he waited for an answer.

Had she...noticed his glance towards her newspaper? Clearly a little confused by the sudden change of subject, Lewis just nodded and said, "Right. Good." Because you know, what else was there to say really?

No?, Gwen repeated in her head and raised her eyebrows. Yes? Oooh- now he’s definitely acting weird, she decided and looked back at her newspaper. Flipping a few more pages, the girl came across the article about something happening at the ministry. Normally, she would just let Ari tell her about the stuff that’s been happening at the ministry, after all, her friend was probably the only one who actually cared.

Good. So this is finally over!, the Ravenclaw thought, not minding to look back at Lewis. He’ll eventually go away, she told herself and continued reading. While listening to him say ‘I’m not weird’ for the seventh time, Gwendolyn just burst out laughing.

I’m done with this, she thought and folded her copy of the Daily Prophet. Now back to you-, the third year looked back at Lewis. ‘You wanna sit down?’ Meh… he’ll probably just leave, but I should at least SOUND nice.

And now she was laughing. Great. Frowning down at her, Lewis bit his lip to keep himself from pouting. Maybe he should just, you know, go. This wasn't going anywhere. "Why are you laughing?!" He didn't sound angry, he just sounded upset saying it. Somehow he managed to suppress the urge to just turn around and run off. Why, he wasn't completely sure, either.

Did he want...sit down?! Lewis just stared at her for a moment as if she had suggested eating the newspaper in her hands. Why would he want to sit down?! What would he do after he'd sat down? Was she going to leave then if he sat down? Was there something wrong with this side of the bench?!

Eying the spot she'd offered to him suspiciously for a moment, Lewis looked back up at her. Maybe this...was his chance to prove he wasn't weird? Sitting down next to her was probably considered normal. Maybe this was a test? "Sure!" He said maybe a little too enthusiastically after having come to this conclusion. He was going to pass this test.

Within only a few seconds he was seated on the bench next to her, giving her a triumphant look as if to say Look, I AM normal.

Gwen didn’t even think to answer his question. Why was she laughing? Psh… there’s no way I could answer something like that without making fun of him. However, she realized this was a thing many people disliked about her. She only answered what she wanted, and left lots of questions in the air. Meh… if you don’t have anything interesting to say, better shut up, right? Riiiight?

‘What?’, the third year asked and looked at Lewis. Why was he looking like that at the bench? ‘Oh right. There is a boggart under there, ready to come out and… ‘, she said, trying to keep a straight face, but simply couldn’t. After this, she would probably become his boggart.

‘So- what house are you in?’, Gwen said, simply because she couldn’t remember. Huh… did I already ask that?, the girl thought and waited for him to say something.

"Why are you laughing?" Lewis repeated a little more quietly than before, bowing his head slightly. Why didn't he get an answer from her? Usually people liked to rub it in his face why exactly they thought he was weird and why they laughed at him. So he was thoroughly confused when Gwen just kept quiet.

A BOGGART?! Lewis jumped back up from his seat, staring down at her and the spot he had just vacated. Was she serious?! Why was she so close to it then? Why would she- Oh. "Yes, very funny." The moment he got a good look of her face, he realized that she probably hadn't been serious. Narrowing his eyes at her a little, he sat back down at the very end of the bench, though, as far away from her as possible.

"Hufflepuff." Lewis replied without looking at her, but rather gazing down at his hands absently. What was he doing here anyway? Why was she even talking to him? "You?" Because again, this was the normal thing to say.

Just shut up!, she told herself, aware that she was going to say something mean if she answered that question. Dropping it for the second time, Gwen just hoped he wouldn’t ask the same thing again. Enough is enough!

‘I can’t believe you actually fell for that…’, she said, looking surprised. That was such a low shot, even a first year wouldn’t have reacted like that. Should I say I’m sorry?, Gwen asked herself and was about to do so, but she changed her mind. Nah…

Very funny? Oh, I knooow!, the third year wanted to say, but managed to control herself. ‘Erm…’, she began saying as she watched Lewis take a seat at the end of the bench. Was he afraid of her?! Ooooh- now he is definitely crazy, Gwen made up her mind.

‘Hufflepuffs are stup-‘, she started saying and suddenly bit her lip. Quick! Think of something! Anything!!!, the girl told herself. ‘- stupendously funny’ Will he even believe that!?!? Probably not…, she told herself. ‘Oh, I’m in Ravenclaw. Third year’, Gwen said proudly.

And he still didn't have an answer to his question. No fair. Unfortunately, Lewis wasn't good at 'taking a hint', so instead of dropping the question just like Gwen had, he asked it again. "Why were you laughing?!" Like, seriously, he wanted to know!

"Yeah. I don't trust you." Lewis stated quietly as if this was a perfectly good reason for his behavior. Who knew, maybe she HAD put a Boggart under this bench. Why else would she want him to sit down, after all?! Glancing over at her for a moment, he accidentally met her gaze and narrowed his eyes slightly. He really didn't trust her.

Completely unaware of the way she stumbled over her words, Lewis raised his eyebrows at her in surprise"I guess I'm not a good Hufflepuff then." He stated with a shrug, running his hand through his hair. Because he wasn't stupendously funny. Ravenclaw, huh? "What are they like?" Lewis inquired, since she seemed to know so much about how people from the different houses were.

After running like crazy from the Gryffindor area all the way back to the Ravenclaw area, Lily was exhausted but was glad to have hopefully freed one of her teammates. Now all she had to do would be try to find a flag or more teammates to help.

Amethyst walked into the courtyard and sat on a bench quietly. She wasn't doing anything in particular, just staring at her surroundings, needing something to paint for Kyle and Vinnie.

Logan was just exploring around Hogwarts as usual, and decided to go to the courtyard. When he got there, he noticed a girl who looked a bit older than him, alone. He walked up to her and looked down at her. "Hi, can I sit here too?" he asked.

Amethyst blushed as she looked up. Oh! A new face. She smiled and nodded. "Sure! You and sit here." She patted the spot next to her giggled. "I'm Amethyst Geleto," She held out her hand.

"Thanks!" he said, sitting down next to her and smiling. "Nice to meet you, Amethyst! I'm Logan Floyd." he said, shaking her hand.

She sat up slightly and nodded. "Nice to meet you too, Logan!" She smiled. "How you liking this grand place so far, eh?" She had seen him around, but ever knew his name.

Logan smiled. "It's real great, I love it!" he said. "It's way better than home.." he said. "What house are you in?" he asked.

She giggled nodding. "I'm glad you love it here!" She could tell by the way he had said it was better than his home that he was probably like her. She wasn't going to ask about it. She just met him. "I'm in Hufflepuff; how about you?" She smiled, tilting her head.

"Cool!" Logan said with a smile. "I'm in Gryffindor." he said giving a slight nod.

She smiled. "Well, Dear Lion, glad to meet such a wonderful young boy. We should hangout often." She smiled softly. "What's your favorite thing here so far?"

Logan blushed slightly. "Thank you! I'm glad to meet such a wonderful girl!" he said smiling. "Yeah we should! That'd be awesome!" he said. "Ohh...hmm...I think the classes are real fun!" he said.

She smiled wide when she saw his blush. It was so adorable, but she wasn't aiming for embarrassing him. "My favourite class is Herbology!" she just loved the plants, though she was not much of that question and answer type of girl.

No, there was no time. They really had to get the flags. NOW.

And one thing they could do was head over to the enemy's base and well..steal the flags in their current possession. Shouldn't be that hard.

Beezus walked over to where their Prefect was. "How about we head over now? You know..try to regain our flag and save those captives along the way?" she suggested. Wasn't a very bad suggestion right?

"We have to go after our flag." Eino said after remaining silent for far too long. They had to reclaim their blue flag, at the very least. It would be more convenient to go accompanied, so he hoped some of his fellow Ravenclaws were up for the challenge. In case one was captured, the other could free him or her. Plus, they could always use one as a diversion. Eino had regained much of his strength and energy by now so sprinting across the grounds again would not be a problem. He stood, waiting for one of his house mates to Gryffindor-up and go with him to the badger's cave.


"My thoughts exactly." The boy said confidently and smiled. "Let's go." He motioned for Beatrice to follow him, and left the courtyard.

Basically, Eino just repeated her suggestion. "Well..yeah, that's what I said earlier." she told the Prefect. They would need to go in at least pairs, watching each others back would be really helpful.

So..what were they waiting for? Quickly, she grabbed the Prefect's arm. "Come on! Off to the Whomping Willow we go!" she exclaimed as she dragged Eino out of the Courtyard.

"Cool, I like that class as well! It's real fun." he said, nodding. "Except I kinda messed up on the lesson..." he said laughing and rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "I messed up on the seed thing several times." he said chuckling and looking at her.

Territory, sweet territory. Eino was panting, but didn't let go of his flag or his wand, not even for a second. He coughed a few times, then waved the yellow flag for all of the Ravenclaws to see it. Sure, the blue one would have been better, but at least they had something now. Plus, they could just as easily go back and take the blue one that. The Whomping Willow had actually helped, so Eino would make note to feed it some, uh, whatever it ate, later. "What next?" He asked as he tried to catch his breath.

Beezus held her breath as they she reached the the Courtyard, running just right behind Eino. Why.. she was still feeling bad about those badgers completely forgetting her existence! No matter, they had the yellow flag now. "Better keep it safe, you know.." she suggested as Eino showed it to the others.

Then when he asked what to do next, she said. "I believe the snakes got two already..Maybe we should pay them a visit.."
