He scanned his mind and that name still didn't sound familiar. Eh. Okay, so if nothing happened between that Johnathan and Cass then...he didn't sound like the guy that kissed his girlfriend.

Kennedy's head turned to her and nodded. "I don't think so either," he said. "Your Johnathan doesn't sound bad at all." The only Johnathan that was left was Kennedy's best friend, but he was a Gryffindor and he knew John wouldn't do that to him because...well, they were brothers from different mothers. It was against the law to steal your brother's girl.

His Gryffindor friend had also told him that he shouldn't believe rumors until he saw it with his own eyes. "Hey, Kurumi," he said, softening. He was tired of being angry. "Lets say if your Johnathan accused you of kissing another guy...would you get mad at him...even if it was true?" he asked. He kind of needed the advice of a girl and a person that wasn't biased based on their relationship.

Kurumi giggled. Jonathan had a lot of inner Hufflepuff, although she was apparently the only person in the school that was allowed to see it and play with his hair. "Yeah..." she whispered in a very girlish tone. Jonathan was ambitious, but he wasn't like that.

Kurumi swallowed hard and her voice caught. "I...have been accused of kissing someone," she replied softly, wondering if Kennedy remembered a certain Aparecium article from a term or two back involving her, Treyen, and some polyjuice potion. "It was a lie though...I never kissed anyone, but the rumor spread and...it really hurt..." Was she ever mad? Not really...she was crushed in spirit. "But...if it was true and I had kissed someone else...well...I shouldn't be the one that is mad, it should be him since I did wrong." Because that was cheating, right?

Violet looked around the library trying to find the Maxwell boy again. Squinting her eyes to scan the library, she spotted him by the stained glass windows. Violet walked over and sat down on one of the comfy cushioned seats. She looked over at him and said, "Hey..er..Maxwell. This seems really deja vu to me. Have I been here before?" Something had sparked her memory the moment she sat down, but Violet couldn't remember what it was.

"Yes, this is where we met." He said smiling. "I'm glad You're remembering things. How are you feeling?"

Violet wasn't sure how to react to this. So she actually met this guy? Violet pushed that thought at the back of her head. She smiled at the boy, "I'm...feeling alright I guess, maybe I am remembering some events now." She shook her head slightly. "Still get headaches and weird flashbacks at night though." Violet wasn't really sure why she was telling him all this, but it was nice to have someone to talk to about it.

"well, it's good you're remembering things." Maxwell said thinking 'Hopefully she'll remember me soon.' "Did you ever find out why you blacked out?" he asked in a concerned voice.

Violet nodded, then shook her head at Maxwell's next question. "No, they haven't checked me out yet so I don't know what's wrong." she said sadly. "I think it would be a good idea to tell my parents again. It's happened before when I was really young."

"That might be a good idea, You may not remember but you're still welcome to use my Owl." He said hoping it would ring a bell. "Do you know if you ever recovered those memories?" Maxwell said concerned.

Violet smiled at him gratefully. She wasn't sure if she will ever regain her memory back, but it seemed awfully nice that this boy would do no matter what to have her memory back. "Why..are you trying to hard to still be nice with me? Aren't you mad that I can't remember you?" She said the end of her sentence in a quiet whisper. "I don't deserve your help. I don't think I'll ever regain my memory." and turned her face away from him in embarrassment. She didn't dare face him when she was on the verge of tears again. She seemed to have so many mood swings lately. It frustrated her a lot.

"Why would i be angry with you over something you can't control?" Maxwell asked as if it were the most simple question. "I don't care if you remember me then, when you could always get to know me now." Maxwell said with a smile. "I'll keep trying to get you to remember me, and if you never do then at least i'll have spent some time with you." Maxwell said then kissed Violet softly on the cheek.

Violet smiled nervously at Maxwell. She still couldn't remember him no matter how hard she tried, and she still couldn't understand why he still persevered for her to start all over again with her. She blushed at the thought of Maxwell spending more time with her, but had no other things to say. After Maxwell kissed her on the cheek, she wrapped her arms around him and whispered in his ear. "Thank you for being here with me after all this time. I don't know how I would be able to move on if you weren't here." and one tear slid down her cheek.

Maxwell wiped the tear from Violet's cheek. "You're welcome, You can count on me being here. Whether you remember me or not, I just want to get to know you over and over again." He said with a smile.

Violet nodded at him. "So then..now that's settled, we start over and now what would you like to do?" she peered at him with a small smile. "We can't spend in the library all day you know?" She smirked at him and slid her hand into his again.

"It doesn't much matter what we do or where we are, so it's up to you my lady." He said kissing her hand. "Although the grounds are still very cold." He said noting that is was February and it was still cold out, Maxwell didn't care for the cold.

Logan sat down by one of the stained last windows, his Captain America comic in his hand. After getting comfortable in his cushion, he flipped it open and began reading with a smile. It was nice to just relax once in a while with a good book...well in this case, comic.

Violet blushed when Maxwell kissed her hand, then sighed at his question. She hated making decisions. She racked up her brain to think of different places to go. "Well...I do want to go to Hogsmeade and we could get butterbeers, but I don't think the teachers are allowing us to go just yet." She b

"Yeah i'm not really sure when the next visit is... although i'm planning something for that next visit. something i don't want to get you involved in, because you could get in trouble. if it works out we'll have that butterbeer." Maxwell said with a smile hoping Violet would take the news of him not wanting her in on this adventure all right.

Gideon had headed back into the castle with his completed flower arrangement hoping to think of and find a place that he wanted to place it. No doubt the rest of his fellow classmates had done their part ot beautifing Hogwarts School so far as he had seen quite a few around already. So now was the task of trying to find a curious spot on his own. Having an idea, he headed into the library think that maybe it could be a little brightened up. Once there wandered through the stacks and over to the stained glass windows.

The colors went perfectly with the display of flowers he had in his hand!

So standing near one of the windows, Gideon placed the vase and flowers upon the windowsill and stood back and took it in. "Aye...perfect," he remarked with a smile. "One down...two to go," he mused before turning and heading to leave, still having more work to do.

Now, with two hovering vases, Kennedy entered the library and made his way to the windows. It seemed he wasn't the only to leave a vase with flowers here. This was like a second home for him, so it deserved flowers. Also, because some people said that it was too quiet and dull in here.

He set the second vase on the window sill and admired it for a while. He was definitely going to be back later. Yep, because he had homework, O.W.Ls review, and some reading for fun to do.

Yep, definitely looking forward to that.

Having waisted a lot of time not doing his homework, and that the next lesson would be announced very soon , Daichi decided to go to the Library and took Ducky Duck with him. As he sat down in one of the comfortable chairs far away from the study tables.

Ducky Duck was sitting on his shoulder and was sleeping. He picked his puff up and sat it on his lap. This would be a good time to find out the gender of Ducky Duck because he hadn't found it out in class. Grabbing his note from his pocket, Daichi read what he had written down and looked back at his Pygmy Puff. It's grey fur was going up and down. He looked back at his notes and read that females weren't as bright as the males. And since Ducky Duck was grey he thought that it should be a female. Which was weird because he always thought Ducky Duck was more of a male...

The second note was that males were fluffier. Daichi looked down at Ducky Duck as it began to turn around and slept on its other half. Ducky Duck looked fluffy but he had seen and picked up Kurumi's Pygmy Puff in class and he had been sure that it had been a male. Ducky Duck was a little less fluffier. Another thing that the Puff might be a female.

The other notes he was a little weirded out to find the gender and he decided to skip them. But the high pitched squeaked were so like Ducky Duck that it just HAD to be a female!

Conclusion... Ducky Duck was a female~

Taryn had found pretty quickly that this spot was her most favorite for doing homework. It was always too crowded and noisy in the common room and when she was outside, she didn't want to even think about homework, let alone DO it. Obviously it had to be quiet in the library, it was a library for Merlin's sake. Though she didn't much like the study tables, she preferred to sit at the pretty windows.

So that was the reason why Taryn took a seat and pulled out some of her books. Homework time. Yippee.

Mo made his way through the stacks... sneezing a few times as he went. Seemed the dust in the old library was messing with his sinuses. BLEH. Pulling the sleeve of his robe across his nose he stepped out at the stained glass windows and froze.

...

Perhaps she didn't see him? He still felt like a poohead for running off on her in the yearbook offices. SIGHS FOR LIFE. Taking a few steps back he then slammed right into a chair and toppled backward... FAIL. AT. LIFE.

Laying sprawled in the floor he merely closed his eyes and wish himself away. FAR FAR AWAY.

If Mo had managed to be more graceful, perhaps Taryn wouldn't have seen him, but since he made a great big spectacle of himself, she definitely noticed.

"Oh!" She GASPED and jumped from her seat, leaving her books on the chair and hurrying over to the Ravenclaw. "Are you okay?!" He didn't have some sort of bleeding head injury, right? Taryn didn't do well with blood...

He heard her OH and the gasp as he lay in the floor wishing himself away. Damn. Perhaps it was the OOOF that got her attention as he connected with the floor. Heh.

Sitting up and propping his body on his elbows he winced slightly. "Mfinethanks," he muttered as he shifted slightly to run the back of his head. No there was no blood, but he could feel the welt that was forming as they spoke. BAH!

"How have you been?" he asked meekly as he sat upright slowly. Stupid chair making him fall. STUPID! Now he had to face the fact that he was childish and ran off on her and her... he couldn't even THINK the word, much less say it. SUPER SIGHS FOR LIFE!

Taryn reached out and offered her hand, if he needed help standing up again. She thought he might try that 'I'm a MAN I dont need help standing' crap, but she was insistent.

"Alright I guess. I was looking for you." But it was like he had been HIDING from her.
