"Nice to meet you, Minnie." he said. "Ohh, okay. Sorry I interrupted you there, by the way." he said, then he looked at Peeta who was sitting behind him. "Oh, thanks." he said smiling. "That's Peeta." he said.

Minerva smiled at the boy. "This is Harvey and Prudence. I take it your a first year this year? What house are you hopping to be in?"

Harvey smiled as he was introduced to the boy and his cat.. he then heard Mins question him.. he smiled.. he remembered Minnie questioning him ALOT on their first meeting and him answering all those questions.. they were fun... he loved her asking him questions ... it made her even cuter..

Siblings? Oh no. No no no. "I'm an only child, though my father has a brother who shares a duo act with him and some cousins who are clowns..." Laci giggled at that part, she LOVED being a clown, one of the BEST parts of being raised in the circus.

Laci looked at Ellie like this wasn't a serious question, until she seemed serious enough... Oh well. "Peanuts for treats silly. My animals LOVEE peanuts." Cue for peanuts! She broke a couple shells and popped some in her mouth. "Want some?" Honestly, who could NOT like peanuts?

"YAYYYYYYY! my first friend from Hogwarts!" Yeah, she pretty much screamed it and after that she got to her knees so she was the same height as Ellie sitting on the trunk and flung herself into a hug at the other poor redhead. "I'm so glad I have a friend!"

Oh. Ellie wasn't sure if she should feel bad for the girl or not. But Laci seemed happy enough being an only child, so this little fact was cast aside for another question. "A duo act with fire?" How did THAT work? Unless...it wasn't another fire act...but something else. Whatever else. The Ravenclaw didn't know a whole lot about circus acts.

She knew clowns, though! And thought they were positively ridiculous. Whoever dressed up as one of those HAD to be insane. St. Mungo's insane.

Her thoughts wouldn't be voiced to Laci, though.

Silly? Had she just been called 'silly'? Ellie was positive she'd never been called 'silly' before. Laci received blinks for that. However, she helped herself to a couple peanuts. She wasn't one to deny food. "Thanks."

Ellie's blue eyes widened at the outburst from the other redhead, her heart THUMPING in her chest. Quickly, she glanced around to see just how many people were staring now. And just when she was about to bow her head, and let her hair cover her face from the world, she was being HUGGED.

Her fingers closed around the peanuts in her hand as she patted the girl's back with the other. Awkwardly, mind you.

That dear sister. Merlin, Selina had almost forgotten about Kacie. She was quite the little ball of energy. All-in-all she did like Kacie but her excitement over her and Gideon's relationship was slightly unexpected. Selina was all for poking fun at Gideon so she and Kacie got along on that wave length. In fact, she rather did enjoy her and Kacie's little nicknames for Mr. Gideon Gavin Gert. So maybe having Kacie around would not be so bad, but she did agree that having their own places that first years were not prone to traveling was a distinct advantage, "Yeah, there is always that."

When he stuck his tongue out at Selina she chuckled and said, "Don't be cheeky, sir." She was glad she had him around to just hang out with like this and joke with. She knew that once the term started she would be flooded with questions from new students about try outs. Selina knew that because she was one of those first years that proded Simon for answers to all of her Qudditch related answers.

Logan turned to the boy, Harvey, and smiled at him. "Hi, Harvey. It's great to meet you." he said, and then he turned to Prudence. "Nice to meet you, Prudence!" he said. "What? Oh, I'm really hoping for Gryffindor..." he said. "But I know I'll love whatever house I get.." he said.

Kacie was still a little upset that her father couldn't be there to see her off, but she knew how much he hated being around crowds of people so it was alright. The specially made potion kit he gave her last night was probably meant to make up for him not being here. It certainly explained why her mother told her that she didn't need one while she was buying her school things in Diagon Alley. "Maybe we'll be able to get him to come next year for both me and Gideon," she replied, walking with Celeste away from the barrier.

She to looked around again for Gideon, but gave up after just one glance. It was pointless because she couldn't see over anyone to spot him. "If I had to guess he probably ran off to find his girlfriend," Kacie giggled. A mischievous grin spread across her face as the greatest idea popped into her head. She stopped her trunk and expertly kicked the front wheels to the side that way the cart didn't move as she climbed onto her trunk. It made seeing over the many students and parents a little better as she looked around for her curly head brother. That wasn't the only thing she did either, looking just wasn't good enough as she cupped her hands around her mouth and yelled.

"GIDEON GERT!!! MOMS LOOKING FOR YOOOOOUUUU!!"

Her voice was loud, she just hopped it was loud enough that it carried over all the talking and shouting.

"Well Gryffindor is a great house to be in. Prudence is in that house, aren't you? I am a Hufflepuff and Harvey is a Ravenclaw."

"Awesome!" he said nodding. "Do any of you guys play Quidditch?" he asked eagerly. Ever since he was told he was a wizard, all he read about was Quidditch. He loved it, and knew the whole game inside out now.

Harvey smiled.. this boy was excited to be going to Hogwarts and why wouldnt he be.. "Its great to meet you too" he said to the boy as he said he wanted Gryffindor.. then Minnie told him that Harvey was a Ravenclaw, Minnie a Hufflepuff and Prudence a Gryffindor..

Logan smiled. He hoped to hang out with these people more, they seemed like a real fun bunch of friends to be around. "Right, do you play Quidditch, Harvey?" he asked.

Minerva smiled 'Well Alyssa over here which you met earlier played last year. The rest of us were just talking about trying out for the team this year. So we will see."

"Heya" she said grinning at Logan, "Yup, I'm a Gryffindor, hope you get into it too but whichever house your in is great, and as stated Lyssa played last year, but we're all trying out this year... get a bit of rivalry going on" she said with a wink.

"Oh cool!" he said. "Well good luck." he said smiling. "So tell me what Hogwarts is like!" he said smiling. He'd love to know, he was very curious! Then he thought for a moment. "Wait...do you know Ronnie Weasley?" he asked.

"That's awesome!" he said smiling. He could not stop smiling lately, siriusly! Then he laughed. "Cool!" he said. Wow, he hadn't even stepped foot in Hogwarts and he was making plenty of friends already! He never had any friends at his muggle school...everyone was mean to him. So was his aunt, he never had anyone love or like him before he found out he was a wizard. . .

Geez Louise, was it REALLY time for Hogwarts again?

The summer sure had flown by, and now here was Paulie Foster, waiting at the platform for the Hogwarts Express to deliver him back to his second home. He tried his best to keep his mind rid of sad thoughts like Tori's not returning to Hogwarts, but he was totally failing.

His eyesight skipped from one thing to the next. Hullo?! Wasn't there ANYTHING to distract him right now?

Maybe he should count sheep or something. That didn't just work for sleeping, right?

It was officially decided she didn't want to look like a loner. Valentina had decided that she needed to get friends as soon as possible, maybe not cool friends and maybe not the smartest an most pretty of friends but she needed friends just so she didn't look silly on the train and at the feast. She was excited for Hogwarts but she was SO not looking forward to being the new girl! It didn't help that she was an older new girl too. She was going to make friends though, she was determined too.

Her eyes shifted around the platform looking for someone else who was alone. Talking to a strange that was by themselves was much easier than talking to strangers in a group. (Valentina had learned this the hard way while trying to make new friends in Rome) The only person in sight was a boy who seemed probably about her age? She wasn't good at the guessing game. Key point was he was someone to talk to, someone who looked like they could probably be nice.

"Easily distracted?"She chimed, tiny little smile on her face. Her voice came out in a squeak, a friendly squeak at that. Her hand rested on the handle of her luggage now, flicking a strand of hair out of her face.

Minerva smiled "Hogwarts is great. There are so many magical things going on. House Elves, magical creatures. The classes can be hard, but interesting. Most of the people are wonderful and fun. Your house because your family even though others are family as well." She smiled and gave a quick kiss to Harvey. Then her head turned quickly. "Did you say Ronnie? Yes she is one of my best friends. How do you know her?"

Alyssa was taking a walk along the platform while waiting to board the train when she noticed Professor Roslund come through the wall. He looked different wearing a pair of jeans, a shirt and a sweater. Then she saw him stumble against a nearby bench and fall flat on the pavement in front of some older girls and everything he was carrying went flying. Alyssa almost giggled out loud because it was kind of funny, but she held it back because he still was her Professor and she didn't want to embarrass him any more than he most likely was feeling now. Alyssa quickly went over to see whether he needed any help when she noticed Professor Schirmer come through the wall too and approach him and the girls. So she decided to let her handle the situation. Professor Roslund didn't need to be surrounded by more students. That would definitely cause a scene, so Alyssa decided to walk on.



As she passed the Professors and the older girl who was talking with them, Alyssa heard a familiar voice asking out loudly whether there were any first year Slytherin students around. It was Aaron, the one person she needed to avoid seeing right now!! Alyssa quickly turned to head in the opposite direction before he saw her, but she failed to see the trunk that was lying right next to her and she flew over it, and fell right into Aaron. As she bumped into him, something fell out of his jacket pocket and landed right next to her. It was a photo of him holding a girl in his arms. It was a recent photo too judging from his haircut.

Alyssa slowly stood up holding the photo in her hand and looked at Aaron. "Is she the reason you broke up with me? You told me that you weren't ready to be in relationship, and I believed you. In fact, I thought I wasn't good enough for you. But you were lying. You have a new girlfriend. Why couldn't you have told me that? You didn't have to lie," Alyssa was trying not to yell and cry at the same time. She was doing well on the trying not to yell part but failing miserably on the trying not to cry part.

As tears rolled down her cheeks, Alyssa first felt more sadness than she had ever felt since the day Aaron told her he was breaking up with her. Then the sadness turned to anger. "I thought I knew you, but I guess I was wrong. Aaron Roberts, I never want to talk with you again." Alyssa slapped him once across the face and ran away crying.

Logan listened to every word Minnie said, curiosity in his brown eyes. Wow! Hogwarts sounded even better than what he thought! "It sounds amazing...I can't wait!" he said excitedly, raising an eyebrow as she kissed Harvey.

"Yeah, I did." he said. "I met her at the Leaky Cauldron.." he said.

"Cool, you know more people than I do by now" Prue stated with a wink, seeing his raised eyebrow she just shrugged at him. "Those two are together, I've got no clue how long they have been but they are... I also just met them..." she trailed off, grinning at the first year.

"Really?" Was it because the foods? Speaking of foods. "I heard the foods are to die for. Is that true?"

Eeeepp! Aurora doesn't like brooms? "Why?" But then some of the girls don't like brooms maybe Aurora is one of them. "So what's your favorite lesson?" he asked and maybe Messer can get a little suggestion from the older girl about classes.

African-American. "I never had African-American friends," Abby was just the cutest. "So, where'd you come from? Why'd you here in London?" She was African-American, why would she be in London? Duh? For Hogwarts, maybe? Erin, use your wit.

"No it's fine. Firsties are always like that. I was like that last year too," she smiled. And then, she remembered the last time she was here. She had no one to talk to, because she was so shy to approach someone and no one would approached her either. She was Muggle-born too and she was super happy and proud? Uhm, that's how Erin felt last time too, before she met the Purebloods. Phew!

"Yes, the Smart house who almost won the House Cup last term," said Erin. Slytherin's were just too good in Quidditch and Gobstones and any other things.

"The food is fabulous!" Aurora said, grinning a little. "There's nothing quite like a Hogwarts feast." Just so long as the house elves keep any little babies in check... unlike last year.

"I fell off one... when I was nine." she explained, frowning slightly. "Brooms just... disagree with me." Well why shouldn't they? She wasn't about to get on a stick of wood that was going to take her hundreds of feet into the air and wasn't guaranteed not to throw her off in the process. As for her favourite lesson? Easy! "Potions." she said, smiling slightly. "I love it, and Herbology is my close second favourite." After all, can't have a potion without the ingredients!

Seji paced around his compartment, he was nervous about finally going to school instead of being home-schooled by his parents. He had avoided holding conversation with anyone, he was rather shy.
