If you know the password, you can make your way through a portal in the stone wall of the dungeon and walk into the Slytherin common room:
The ceiling is low and the walls are made of stone, and even though they seem dank and cold, the room is a very comfortable temperature. There are greenish lamps by black leather couches and chairs, with skulls all around. Some of the chairs had been transfigured into Chaise Lounges by previous seventh years, and never turned back. There are windows and as the common room is located under the lake, you can occasionally see mermaids, grindylows and the giant squid swim by. A fire burning hunter green flickers in the fireplace, before the rug covered floor. The Slytherin emblem is everywhere, as pride is one of this house's qualities.
This is where Slytherin students are allowed to unwind, study and chat with one another. There is a straircase straight ahead that leads to a room students may use as a quiet place to study, and ask prefects and high scoring students questions. To the left, a staircase that goes down to the Boys Dorm, and to the right a staircase that leads to the Girls Dorms. Beside each staircase is self inking quill and parchment with the words Attendo Thea Vipera on it.
On the side of the fireplace is a Notice Board for class and homework announcements, as well as general announcements and signup sheet with the words 20 minutes max on it, for those wanting to sit on the couch and stare at the fire all emo like. On one of the coffee tables you see a copy of the Slytherin Scroll, a newsletter only for Slytherin Students.
A box is on an end table, where you may sign up for or to be a Serpent Sidekick, and a podium with a copy of Hogwarts a History, which is where you will learn that even though the whole dungeon had once been flooded, nothing was waterlogged or permanently damaged.
She noticed she was probably boring him a bit. Suck it up or leave she though in her head. The more confident she got the sharper she was sometimes. "Wow, school in America? That sounds pretty cool."
Sammy nodded. "I guess it was. Apparently Hogwarts is a better school though. Wouldn't be here otherwise." He still wondered why Wally moved. They were both fine where they were and if Wally went to the school, why couldn't Sammy? Oh well. He was here and here was awesome.

"How come you and your brother ended up in different schools?" Eliza asked. Everyone here seemed to have brothers and sisters! "Do you have any pets here?" she added.
I think I got everyone. XD If I forgot your post... poke me. haha.
SPOILER!!: Aimee & Liz

"Me friend Amelia." Wow that sounded a little odd, but oh well. They were definitely friends, so he was leaving it at that. for now
Prefect hmmm? Well, he'd definitely need to watch himself better especially about sleeping in the commons. Well, hey why not, it had a nice fire and comfy couches! Ok, maybe he shouldn't be sleeping in the commons. "Awesometastica huh?" Laughing lightly he nodded "I'll remember thet. Well I'm jus' a brilliant 5th year haven' reached thet point yet." Smiling at the crups bark he realized Selena had a pigmy puff as well that he'd not noticed right away.
Dropping his hands from the back of his head, he looked at Amelia's face curiously it kind of looked like she'd been crying, he wanted to ask but didn't think she'd be all that happy about him asking in front of everyone. "Ye alright?" he asked laying his arm on the arm of the couch, and his other in his lap. He'd love her to sit by him, but let her choose where to sit, since Selena had offered first.

Taking the necessary steps closer Amelia reached out towards the Cruppy and began to rub it's head gently and cooing at it. It was so cute. So cute that she even forgot to introduce herself until Isaac began too.
Amelia's face lit up a bit as he began to say girlfriend, and then fell as he simply called her his friend. Maybe they needed to talk about that but really if he was going to start saying it he should just continue on with it and he HAD kissed her and asked her out on a date. MEN!
"Amelia Serenity Pendragon, fifth year Slytherin and newbie who hates anything to do with the indoors, and it's very nice to make your acquaintance" Amelia decided to introduce herself considering the fact that Isaac had kind of not done a good enough job for her. She was also tempted to say, 'and this idiots girlfriend' but refrained from doing so.
Was she alright? "Why would you think I wasn't?" Amelia asked, not knowing why she wouldn't have looked alright. Unless she had tear tracks on her face, which Isaac could mention in front of the girl for all she cared. She was too tired and homesick to care about much really, even if she was trying to sound upbeat.
And even though she was kind of annoyed at Isaac at that minute she pried herself away from the crup and shot a smile at Selena before moving to sit beside Isaac and leaned into him, this time in exhaustion, unlike when she'd done so in the Great Hall earlier.
Oh, so now he was obviously not sleeping. And very much awake. Selena had to stop herself from smirking. And apparently the girl's name was Amelia. Sel liked the name. Ameliaaaaa. She also had a million nickname ideas for the girl. Because it was a fun name to work with. "Hi Amelia!!" Selena said beaming at the girl. When the girl pet Clarke Selena smiled. See, nice people. The cruppy let out a little bark and started to pant. At least Clarke wasn't trying to lick Kent. "I think Clarke likes you," Selena told her. Because it was true.
Right. Boy named Isaac with an accent was there. That was an accent right? Of course. "Yes. It's a word, it's in my dictionary!" Selena said. Awesometastical was obviously a word. she nodded though. He had yet to reach that level. Maybe he could just be awesome. Yup. Amelia did have a long introduction though. Selena liked long introductions. They were cool.
New?
Amelia was new? Was the boy new too? Well then... "I welcome you, Miss Amelia Serenity Pendragon to Hogwarts and the best house ever known - Slytherin where I, Selena Vivianne Zabini-Riddle, am your prefect and shall PROMISE you that you will have an AMAZINGREATFUL time." Because that was a word too. Selena was sure of it.

"Hmm.." she nodded. "And by the way who's the male prefect?" she asked, because she didn't saw any boy wearing the badge.
Who was the male prefect? That was a good question that Selena did not have the answer to. "I think the prefect lost his badge, because the other boy said he found it on the train and kept it," Selena said, nodding her head solemnly. "So I think I'll just pretend he's the prefect for now till we find the owner of the badge." Though really, if someone lost their badge, they didn't deserve it. Obviously.

Favorite Lesson? Did Selena have a favorite lesson? Not potions, that was for sure - she didn't want to be set on fire after all. Flying? Never one of her favorites. She had always disliked Ancient Runes as well as Herbology. DADA was fun... so was Charms... sometimes. When they had made cupcakes - that was a lot of fun. Arithmancy was a bit boring. Then... there were all those other lessons. History of Magic made her sleepy... hmm...
"DADA, Divination and Muggle Studies," she decided. Because they were fun classes. "What about you, seconder?" Because the word seconder was cool.

Durmstrang and Triwizard Tournament... Hades heard about those before. "Unfortunately, I didn't come to the Tournament," he shrugged. Nick names? Was that even necessary? "Pluto. Which is the Roman version of my name," replied Hades with arms crossed in front of him. "But I prefer going with Hades."
D'awwwh. Look at all the kids unhappy with the exams already. Selena hadn't liked them bery much either. "It's okay, if you fail, you fail," Selena said, shrugging her shoulders. She hadn't liked them very much. So much work and all that jazz. "The OWLs were boring. And long. And boring. And painful." Selena said dryly. Grinning down at Amelia as she sat down and leaned into him, he slid his arm out and put it around her. Should he ask, no probably not because she wouldn't have sat that close unless she'd wanted to. He was very content to sit there just like that. It felt so natural!

Another word? A smile flickered again before he yawned. Trying to hide it he failed as it grew even more. "So are there places here we should definitely check out, those of us who are here fer the first year?" he asked curiously,

Well...That was enthusiastic. At least the girl was welcoming she supposed. And Amelia liked welcoming people. Plus, the introduction. How could one not like someone with the introduction Selena had given?
"That's good. Because I like Clarke too," Amelia replied brightly, giving the Cruppy some more enthusiastic rubbing, leaning over Isaac to do so. Next time she was in a pet store she was getting a cruppy. Because this one was adorable. And Amelia was already falling in love with the cute little guy. Babies and Cruppies were her weak spots apparently.
"Well then Sel, can I call you Sel, I look forward to having an AMAZINGREATFUL time in this fantastic house that has the most awesometastical of prefects," Amelia replied brightly, copying the other girls words, some of which she'd actually used before this day. Because they were so real words, no matter what Isaac might have thought about that.
"Ohhh Pygmy Puff. That's so cute," because that was an important contribution to the conversation. Obviously. But one shouldn't blame Amelia for that! She was tired and Isaac had put his arm around her. She was just a little bit happy about that people which made concentrating a little bit hard.
Of course Isaac would ask the important questions. Therefore Amelia would have to listen intently to hear what the reply was.

Well, Divination wasn't really hard, but it was the teacher she had trouble with. She was really enjoying charms at the moment too, because unfortunately she couldn't do it last year.
"Did you have a good Summer?" she asked.

Sammy was glad that Matt decided to change the subject. Made everything easier. That way he didn't have to worry about it. "Ummm...reading comics. I really don't have many hobbies..." He figured that he should probably change that. "Is there anything to do around here? Besides classes and Quidditch." He wasn't really into sports so quidditch was out and classes were mandatory. And Matt was a seventh year so he would know!
"I don't think I'm going to use it for a while yet though... Don't want to get a detention already!" she joked. Really though she'd hate to be the first of them to get a detention. You want house points, she reminded herself firmly. Housepoints. Eliza couldn't wait to watch that hourglass fill up, and at the end of the year, Slytherins would be announced as winners of the house cup. Again. Yes, that would be her goal, to win the house cup every year she was here.
Yeah... Tahnee said, lost in thought. Imagine getting a detention in your first week! That wasn't going to happen. The only thing that was going to happen, was Slytherin was going to get a ton of points. They were already kinda in the lead, with Gryffindor having negative 5 points. Then again, they were also tied with Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. But not for long.
Hey, Eliza, did you see that Gryffindor already has minus five points? she said excitedly. They would win the House Cup this year, she was sure of it.

Oooo... The prefect didn't seem to care about the exams much. Perfect. "I'm only worried about my History of Magic," since he can easily scraped at least Acceptables and Exceed Expectations. Then, Selena worsened his mood with the O.W.L. thing. Although he shouldn't have problems with Care of Magical Creatures. "Hey, Selena. Do you know who teaches COMC?" a prefect was supposed to know many things about the school right? And considering that Hades was a new student, she should help him around. Hehe...
"Of course I like it here! A lot better than Durmstrang, if you ask me," no professor provoking him so far. "But I kinda' miss the Swedish meatballs they always serve."
Mikey made his way quietly to the common room still getting many awkward looks after his little stunt on the train. Well, he said he'd shake things up and he most certainly had. Maybe a little too much though. But he found it hilarious even if other Slytherins didn't. He sighed and rolled his eyes as one boy mouthed something to him. He didn't even understand what the boy was mouthing. He just ignored whatever it was supposed to be and walked toward the black leather sofa's near the green flamed fire and sprawled out across one of them not caring if anybody else wanted a seat. He jumped as his cat jumped on top of him. "Looks like shaking things up worked well" he muttered to the tabby cat as he purred and nuzzled Mikey's hand.

Ad slid into the common room, tired and so not ready for school. She was seriously tired. And she really didn't wanna do OWLs this year. She saw Mikey sprawled out on a sofa and raised an eyebrow. "Mikey, I'm tired, can I please sit down? Or else Imma sit on you"

"Yeah, only now all four houses do." Eliza said glumly. How could someone be so stupid as to lose five points? It was the 1000th anniversary for crying out loud! Her first year! How dare they? Did they not want to win the cup? Were they stupid? How could they be in minus numbers?! This was NOT supposed to happen. She was supposed to go home to her parents at the end of the term and telll them; yes, that's right, Slytherin won the house cup. Yes, my house of course. There was NO way she would accept failure.

"What job does he do?" Eliza asked. She was fascinated by what wizards did when they were older. She still hadn't decided quite what she wanted to do, but one day she'd know. "I love cats, they're the best." She did like cats. They were nicer than dogs and all the other pets you could get.
Ad sighed. "Please?" she asked sweetly, pulling her puppy dog face.
Mikey raised an eyebrow. Seriously? She didn't really think the puppy dog eyes would work, did she? Besides, he wasn't looking for the magic word. She'd already said that when she first asked. He sighed and remained sprawled across the sofa. She wouldn't get much rest with him there anyway so what was the difference. There wasn't one. Mikey gave Ad a cheeky smile before eventually moving his legs so she could sit down. But he had no intentions of sitting up. No way. He was too comfortable to sit up.
"Don't suppose you've got any chocolate?" he asked cheekily, his new found Irish accent as clear as the darkness of his eyes. He had a chronic craving for chocolate and he didn't have any. It was unlike him because he usually ALWAYS had at least two bars of chocolate with him and he ALWAYS stocked up before going away from home. It was his comfort food. Though he wasn't quite sure why. But it had to be better than some of the crazy comfort foods his friends had back home. Carrots?! That had to be the daftest ever. But then it was Adam's comfort food and Adam was crazy all over. It was what made him so unique. In a way.
Mikey sighed before finally sitting up. He was uncomfortable now but now he'd be twice as uncomfortable. He'd lived in Ireland for no more than two years and yet he missed it more than he ever missed England when he was in Ireland. He wasn't sure how that actually worked out but hey, this was Mikey. Mikey never made sense. Unless he was having a bad day. And that wasn't very often. In all honesty, he was the most insane of his entire family and probably the only one who originally had no idea what magic actually was. That was until he started his first year in the wizarding world let alone a wizarding school. And Muggle Studies would always be his strongest subject. Even though he'd got the hang of magic now. He sighed and stared at Ad. The only person he really missed during his time in Ireland was Maria. But he always missed her because she was hundreds of miles away from him and there was no way he could see her unless she somehow got away from her parents.

In a way.

Ad looked up when Mikey moved his legs. "Thanks" she muttered, sitting down and rubbing her shoulder and neck.
She looked up in mild amusement when the boy asked for chocolate. He was just as bad as Adam and carrots. She dug through her bag and found a bar of chocolate she had stolen from Justin's chocolate stash a while back and handed it to him. "There you go" she said, her French accent thickening.
The worst thing about being somewhere that wasn't England was the accents. She loved her, albeit posh, accent. And she had lost it to a French one. When she hadn't even been in France.

Although she liked Mikey's Irish accent
Mikey smiled. "You're welcome" he replied.
Nom. Chocolate. He took the bar of chocolate and smiled up at Ad. "Thank you" he replied cheerfully. This should keep him going for the rest of the day. Hopefully. Mikey crossed his legs in front of him and stared into the open fire as an awkward silence fell like it usually did when he and Ad were together.

Ad sighed. "Welcome"
Ad looked over at Mikey. "I saw Maria just before school started. She says she missed you loads and that she's gonna be back in the country for Christmas" she said with a slight smile.

Mikey smiled as he shoved a piece of chocolate in his mouth but quickly choked on it when Ad mentioned Maria. "W-what?" he asked. He wasn't sure he heard that properly. Did she just say Maria would be back in the country for Christmas?

Ad raised an eyebrow when Mikey choked on the chocolate. She nodded. "Yeah. I don't know for how long though. As long as Jake decides to stay. But here, Maria has free reign" she told him, wrapping her arms around her legs.
