The old Divination tower, which has recently lay bare, and unused, is today open again for business. The empty classroom has been opened, dusted, cleaned, and is now welcome for the students to come along. The desks have been laid out in an unusual pattern, in a large semi-circle, facing the front, allowing for demonstrations to occur in the middle.
The visiting speaker, Vanessa Paton Healer Intern, is sitting at the front, next to a couple of boxes of equipment, awaiting the arrival of the students. She is very excited about teaching the students, as the topic is a favourite of yours. Behind her, is a blackboard with some instructions charmed on.
Quote:
Welcome. Please take a seat. On the desk you’ll find a piece of parchment. Please write your name ,house, and year on it. I hope you enjoy the lesson
[[Ooc: Hey Guys! We’re gonna officially start in a couple of hours, probably around 3PM gmt. Make sure you follow the rules we don’t want you losing any points!!]]
Healing! What Lilly had wanted to learn since she found out she was a wizard. The second-year saw she was the first one in here. She followed the instructions on the blackboard, sitting at a desk in the middle of the classroom, writing on a piece of parchment:

Truth be told, Kurumi really had no intention of becoming a Healer. Not for humans anyway. So, Kurumi was unsure why she was making her way to this particular seminar, yet...here she was with her book bag slung over her shoulder. Glancing around the room nervously, Kurumi saw that their special instructor was there, but wasn't sure HOW to address them. Professor? Ma'am? Shaking her head, Kurumi fully entered the room and headed towards the front, setting her bag down and making eye contact with the woman.
"Hello, and welcome to Hogwarts," Kurumi smiled, offering her a polite bow and glancing at the younger lion who had entered and NOT said anything. "I'm Kurumi Hollingberry, Gryffindor prefect." Should she finish with a good luck or something? That seemed even more awkward than just ending things as is.
She then wrote her name on a piece of parchment and set it on her desk.

Ira hadn't yet thought about her future much. She didn't want to be Healer as of now, but you never know! After all, she was just a second year now! Yet, what was bad in attending a seminar? she thought.
So, she made her way towards the old Divination tower where the seminar was being held. She entered the room and looked around. Not many had yet arrived. Good, so she could take her choice of a seat! It was then that she saw the blackboard and the instructions.
So she went over to a desk in the sidelines in the semicircle and sat down. Taking out her quill, she wrote her details on it:
Quote:
Name: Ira Wilson House: Gryffindor Year: 2nd
Then settling back int her desk, she wondered what she should call the seminar instructor. She decided that Ma'am would be just fine. But it would be better to see what others would call her.
Healing.. No, LuLu was not intruded to the certain subject.. But since it was a one time thing she thought it was nice to at least give it a shot! Rather than 'hanging' she smiled at the woman ''Hello,'' Maybe she'd end up liking the subject.. It really depended on how she taught the lesson
She stared at the piece of parchment on the dusty desk... The room wasn't exactly clean.. was it?
LuLu took out her quill and wrote down her name, year and house as requested

After two years, in which Gwendolyn hoped there would be some sort of a healing class at Hogwarts, it finally came true. As she rushed along the corridor, the girl couldn’t help smirking. She’d been waiting for this ever since she arrived at Hogwarts… ! ‘Good day…’, the girl started saying as she entered the classroom. After quickly scanning the place, the Ravenclaw finally took a seat somewhere in the middle of the class.
Grabbing her quill, Gwen wrote her name, house and year on the piece of parchment and waited eagerly for class to start. This is going to be the best class EVER, she realized and tried not to jump around. People were so going to think she was crazy.

Vlimia didn't exactly want to be a Healer... it wasn't her first choice, but it was a backup plan if being an Auror didn't work out. So she might as well attend this lesson, right? Sadly, she seemed to be the only first-year there. Vlim sat down at one of the desks, and looked at the boxes of equipment next to the Healer. She wondered what kind of stuff Healers used. They probably had to be really good at Potions... she hadn't even had her first Potions class yet. Oh well, there was plenty of time to learn!
Pam sat down, excited. She was glad they were holding a healing lesson this year. It was perfect. If she could learn from this lesson, she'd be able to help her friends out. Then she wouldn't feel so useless next time a battle comes around. She wasn't the greatest dueler. But she was all about helping her friends.

Aah. There were some students. Vanessa smiled as she watched them wander in, and sit down. Well they could've said hello? Had the students of Hogwarts lost their manners in the 7 years that she had been gone? Surely not. Vanessa remembered being pretty polite when she had been at school. Never the less, she still smiled at all the students. "Good Morning..." She nodded to each one in turn. Hopefully it would turn out that they did have some manners, and were just quiet because of the time. It was kind of early in the morning.

Aaah. Some of the students did have tongues in their mouths, and were being polite, by speaking to her. "Good Morning." She nodded to all three of them, glad that at least some of the students in the classroom knew how to speak to people. They were being taught something at Hogwarts, which was very good. Ahh. The one girl was a prefect. Very nice. Vanessa would have to remember that. It might come in useful further on in the lesson.
Vanessa glanced around the classroom, counting the students. Hmm. Seemed a bit low on the numbers right now. She looked at her watch, musing for a few moments. "We'll just wait a few minutes longer." She nodded with a smile, as she looked back up at the students. "Wait for the stragglers. Then we'll begin."

She sat quietly waiting for the class to begin. Silvia still had plenty of time to decide what she wanted to do with her life, but she was pretty sure at the moment that she did not want to be a healer. Being a healer sounded cool, but it didn't seem like it would be something for her; she wasn't interested enough in Herbology and Potions for such a career. Nevertheless, she had decided to show up to this seminar class. She wanted to learn as much as she possibly could at Hogwarts, and healing classes were not often available. Plus, some knowledge on healing could prove to be very useful.
Melody made her way toward the old Divination class room, which she had thought was closed and was now rather confused, but continued trying to get her last shoe on over her heel as she hopped on one foot. Finally getting her fingers lose and the dress shoe on firm, the little firstie shoved away wild red curls, entering behind a couple of older students.
Which meant, thankfully, she wasn't late. 'cause her mummy wouldn't have been too pleased if she was reported late to her classes.. she wasn't late, right?
Looking around quickly, Melody voted in favor of the former. Or latter. Whichever was for 'not being late'. Smiling excitedly as her gaze fell on what she assumed was a new teacher, Melody greeted her brightly. "Good morning, ma'am! And welcome to Hogwarts! ... Unless you've been here the whole time, or longer. 'Cause you know, I'm new here too." And.. yeah. Yeah.

A healing class? This was going to be interesting to learn. Violet walked into the musty divination tower and sat at one of the desks.

Amelia was rather excited as she made her way up to the old Divination tower for a new lesson. She was curious about Healing, and especially curious as her future mother-in-law was one herself.
Looking around the classroom, she potted the teacher for their lesson. "Hello!" she said with a friendly smile before taking a seat.
After looking at the blackboard, she noticed a parchment on her desk and filled it out:

After placing it on her desk where it was visible she sat back and excitedly waited for the class to start.
A Magical Healing class was never something August would have ever seen himself attending but who knows, he may need to know some of this stuff in the future. Auggie made his way up into what was once a Divination tower, he never knew about this place because Thereos taught on the first floor and all.
Walking into the room, he took a seat in the relative middle seeing as the class was already pretty full and filled out the parchment.

Truth be told, Kimalia never thought much about becoming a healer, up until certain recent events.. Perhaps.. Oh well, maybe attending this lesson could answer some questions for herself. Thinking briefly of her home situation, it was definitely not an opportunity worth missing, hence why Kimalia was seen walking slower than usual in the classroom.
Absorbed in her thoughts she nearly forgotten her manners, "Oh, Good day ma'am." Smiling kindly before walking in to take her seat and after reading the board started filling out the parchment.

Aahh. There were some more students now. Vanessa smiled as they all came in. She was feeling a little nervous now. She'd never taught a lesson before, but it was in the topic that she was pretty used to, and pretty good at. So she was hoping that it would be fine. Hopefully. As long as the students didn't give her to hard a time. But she remembered that she'd been pretty good at school, so hopefully these students hadn't gotten too rude. Aww. Did he think he was late? That was kind of cute. Vanessa shook her head, smiling at the young boy. "No, no you're fine." Absolutely fine. "Find a seat." She nodded, motioning to the desks in the classroom. Once he'd found a seat she would begin. Glancing towards the door, she waited a moment, before shutting it with her wand. Whoever came in now would be late, and that would be very bad indeed.
Okay. Now to start the lesson. Vanessa smiled, watching all the students for a few moments. It felt good to be back, but very weird to be on this side of the desks. This was going to be an experience. "Good Morning class." Vannie smiled, speaking a little louder, so that she could address the whole class. "I'm Mrs Vanessa Paton, and I'm currently a Healer Intern at St. Mungos. I'm in my final year." She nodded, as she introduced herself. She figured by doing that, they would know what to call her. "I've been invited here today, to teach you a bit about healing, which is a very wonderful topic." But enough about introductions. She had a lesson to teach.
"I'm going to be specifically focusing on blood, the circulatory system, and how you would look after someone that was bleeding." Which seemed pretty interesting to her. "Now, the circulatory system involves the heart, and the blood vessels. The heart is a very important organ in our bodies, Does anyone know anything about the heart or it's functions?"
OOC: The lesson has now started! Anyone arriving after this post will be late, and will face the consequences. Please remember to raise your hand before you answer a question.
