Default Room of Requirement

You're searching the castle for a mysterious room you have heard of called The Room of Requirement. You have searched every nick and cranny of the castle but still no room. You climb the stairs to the seventh floor and come across a stange tapestry showing Barnabas the Barmy trying to teach trolls to dance the ballet. You laugh at the silly tapestry until you side almost burst. Then you remember hearing the Room is located opposite such a tapestry. You turn around expecting to see a door, but find a blank wall instead. You start walking back and forth three times concentrating hard on what it is you need. Suddenly a door appears. You open it and discover you have found the Room of Requirement...

Don't Cross the Book | who turned out the | Lights Lennox

First day back and Jez's head was already in a whirl. She closed the door to the room of Requirement and leant against it, letting out a deep breath. The dummies were piled where they usually were when she and Nate came here. she flicked her wand at one. "Confringo." Nothing happened; the dummy stayed motionless. Jez tried again. "Confringo." Still nothing. "Confringo!" The thing may have twitched, just a little. Other than that, nada. "So now even you won't fight me outright," growled Jez, walking over and kicking the dummy. It still stayed irritatingly silent, its blank face seeming to mock her. Jez turned away from it and sat down on the floor, her arms wrapped around her legs and her chin on her knees. Team Wolf were after her friends now, she was sure of that ... while she'd been preoccupied with something else, Nate had fainted. It was Team Wolf's fault, which could be directly linked back to her, making it her fault. Jez yelled in frustration, and it bounced off the walls. she yelled again, words this time, and the Room obligingly echoed them back to her. "Kill me if you want to, but don't you dare hurt my friends!" She stood, shouting with all her strength. "Do you hear me?! Don't -you - dare - hurt - my - friends!" She knew that Team Wolf, wherever they were, couldn't possibly hear her, but she had a feeling they were watching her somehow, and if so, they'd get the message. Jez was angry, and an angry Jez was a reckless one.

That's it! This whole getting better at charms thing was certainly not going to work with him. He had gotten lost three times! on his way here. Why was this bloody castle so big? To make matters worse, he was short so he required more steps to get to where he wanted to get than the average person. This was not fair. At least he had finally gotten to the seventh floor, this was were this this room of requirements was right?

He did like he was told and thought hard about what he wanted until the door appeared. When it did he went in and closed the door behind him. Now to wait for Treyen.

Okay, in all fairness, he wanted to be late, hence why Tye had to wait for a little while...BUT, most importantly, the little boy forgot to let Treyen know what it was he was going to be thinking for this room to work out.

It took him 10 more minutes before the door was opened to him. Seriously, why was it so hard to enter this room, for this particular time? It's not like they were going to plot against someone or do something remotely similar. Plus, Hufflepuffs didn't plot, they were spontaneous in their actions, no? That's why they died.

Once inside, he smirked at the boy, "Hey, Tye...," he said, eyeing the room, "...so, what trouble did you get into? With Charms, I mean." What spell got the kid in trouble would be a far more accurate question.

Nate was strolling by the halls looking for a place to practice his spells. When he walks by a wall he hears this wierd noise. He looks back and he sees a big metal door. He thought could this really be the room of requirement? I'm going to check this out. So he walks in. He walks in and says "Hello?" That's when he sees two people already there. One was Treyen the other one he didn't know. Nate walked closer in. He was looking all around for something he could practice on.

Right, maybe he should have thought more on what he wanted the room to look like. He had only been thinking that he needed somewhere to practice charms when the door materialized and now well..inside looked something like Schirmer's office just without the whole mini library bit. It instead had a small compact library with the Charms text she had told him to read and some other odd stuff Tye liked reading...like super hero magazines and stuff like that.

He turned around when he heard Treyen's voice and frowned briefly. He was late and he wasn't the short one and HE had been at this school much longer than Tye, but anyways, he couldn't argue with him now because he had to help him get this charms business right or he was going to be thrown into detention.

"Hey bighead boy...I didn't do anything! I go to ask for help and she threatens me with detention and more work..she's crazy." He folded his arms across his chest and pouted.
