Tay sighed and returned from the Hufflepuff table in a bad mood. She saw Loga, Ameliah and Lily. "Hey mind if i join you three?"

Logan saw Taylor return. He smiled at her, but then frowned as he noticed she didn't look to happy. "Taylor you don't look okay. What's up?" he asked.

Tay sighed and sat down, "Just some annoying hufflepuff girl who i dont even know." She grimaced but then smiled at Logan, "Though Ella was a sweetheart and tried to stop the drama from arising." Taylor laughed.

Logan frowned and put an arm around her. "I'm sorry." he said. "What'd the...annoying hufflepuff girl do to make you so sad?" he asked.

Tay didnt mind the arm around her since he was a really good friend. "She was just being insulting to Maxwell and I." She sighed, "She also said i was ugly and dont know why Maxwell would kiss me."

"She was?!" Logan asked. "Where is she? I'd like a talk with her." he said, glancing at the Hufflepuff table and then back at Taylor. "She said you were ugly?!" he asked. "Taylor, you're not ugly. She's probably just jealous of you." Logan said.

Jez was this close to falling asleep when Jordan came and pulled her out of her stupor. "Who-you-what?" she asked, jolting upright and looking around dazedly. "Oh, hi." She grinned sheepishly. "Yeah, I'm exhausted. I didn't even remember the Feast was today until a few minutes ago! It feels to early to be going back home!" Or going back to wherever they were going ... "So, where are you planning on spending these holidays?" asked Jez, straightening and running a hand over her hair to smooth it down. "At Faina's again? You could come with us, if you want. Nate, Pam and I are staying with my uncle and cousin in Scotland." She didn't want Jordan alone these holidays - especially not with Team Wolf so interested in him.

Pft! Taryn was TOTALLY a lady!

Until she stuck her tongue out at him. But ladies totally did that, right? When it was called for.

She couldn't help but grin at his sudden enthusiasm. The end of the term was doing him wonders, wasn't it? "I totally have a camera, and I'm totally bringing it with me." She was going to practice her modeling too and make Mo take lots pf pictures with her. Taryn glanced around at his question. She hadn't noticed before, but now that he mentioned it, she did see a few people who were sniffling. Huh. "Well, I dont know, I guess like... it would be sad to leave for the last time." Totes would be, but she wasn't. She was coming back and so was August and so was Mo, so no tears from her.

"The end of a term is just as exciting as the beginning. Summer holds so many possibilities." ESPECIALLY this summer...

Louisa gave a wet chuckle, interfering with Vashti and Lily's conversation. "Of course I consider you one of my friends, Lily. You are sitting by me and hearing my laugh, aren't you?" The little girl might not take that as much but Vashti sure knows that Louisa isn't like this usually to non-friends.

Vashti knows everything about Louisa...

But before Louisa could mourn more, Lily was hugging and being all sweety and cutey to her. Louisa's arm went around the little girl's shoulder, "Awww, that's very sweet of you Lily. I am glad that you're not leaving." She let go and blew her nose into the tissue some more. "How was your first year at Hogwarts then?" She remembered Lily being all shy and a wallflower in the beginning of this term. She didn't get to spend more time with the firstie due to her OWLs but maybe today was the time for a major catch-up?



Louisa's jaw dropped open. And so did her hand, the one holding Ellie's. She stared at Dallin's bright grin, and almost winced at Ellie's squeeeeee. Were they.. serious? She slowly glanced down at the ring again.

Then up at both of the glowing couple.

Then at the ring that wasn't as sparkly as their aura.

Aaaand back up at Dallin and Ellie. Louisa's mouth twitched into an unconvinced smile, "You're getting married? Like.. the way adults do it?" Vows and everything? "Wow." she said quietly. It wasn't the fact that Dallin was about to marry Ellie, everybody knew they were meant for each other. Even Louisa, she grew to love them both and their silly arguments. But.. seeing it all happening for real was... "Wow." she said again, staring at the ring all this time.

With her tissue she wiped her nose and put on a more genuine smile. Her arms were spread open then as she tried to hug them BOTH, each arm wrapped around one of their necks. "I hope you do a good job at it," she sniffled.

Pulling slightly away, and very quickly, she stuttered, "I mean... congratulations of course! I'm just.." she hugged them again, sobbing into one of their shoulders. It didn't really matter which as long as it muffled the sound.

Aaand speaking of couples, Louisa let them go gently before turning to Vashti. And looking at her finger. "You're not getting married, are you?" Exactly how did she miss this much in only three months?

Mo nodded enthusiastically as Taryn spoke. So she had a camera and all that jazz? AWESOME SAUCE! He was sure she would blow through so many photos she couldn't develop them all in this lifetime. HEHE.

Then as she spoke about people possibly being sad about leaving for the last time he scoffed. He couldn't understand that AT ALL. "Why though? It's exciting to move on to the next chapter of your life is it not? One thing has to end so something else can begin," he said with a soft smile in her direction.

"Endless possibilities. One can do so much in such a short amount of time. See so much, go so many places, experiences so many different cultures..." He sounded as though he was being philosophical. HEHE.

Shrugging slightly he smiled again and gazed up at the ceiling. He remembered his first time in the Great Hall... it had been so amazing to behold. "Are you glad you came here, Taryn? Would you rather be back home?"

Alex made her way to the Ravenclaw table and sat at the first empty seat she saw. She could not believe that her first year at Hogwarts was coming to an end...already. It seemed as if was just yesterday that she was riding the train and anticipating the year ahead. While she was sad to be leaving school and her friends, Alex was excited to be going home to her family. She looked around the Great Hall and took it all in.

Even if an ending was really a beginning to something else, something perhaps better, Taryn still thought that there were some endings that were sad ones.

She was sort of sad that she wasn't going to have the convenience of having August and Aspen and Mo only a few floors away all the time. Though she was definitely sharing most of her summer with them, August more than the others, really.

Taryn tilted her head at his question. "I like it here. My best friends are here. My boyfriend is here." And if she hadn't come here, she wouldn't know any of those people.

Mo couldn't help the slight frown that crept across his face at the mention of the B word. He didn't want to hear the word ever again, but knew he had no choice in the matter. Didn't mean he had to like it though.

"Right." That was all he could say at the moment.

Turning his attention toward the staff table he frowned harder still as he saw his lovely goddess professor in what seemed to be a heated argument with... some professor that clearly taught a useless subject he had no interest in. What was all of THAT about?

"I am sure you want to go visit with your other friends and such... I might just head out of here at first chance. I would like to make sure I have all of my things packed and ready to go." Meaning: She was free to go find her B word and have a tearful goodbye if she wanted.

....?

Taryn raised her eyebrow at him and the sudden whiplash inducing mood change. It wasn't overtly obvious, but she was his friend and there were certain things about friends that you could just TELL.

This was one of those things.

"...Okay." Okay? Was this like he was dismissing her? "Okay." FINE. Taryn stood up and waved at Mo before she headed off in the direction of the Gryffindor table. "See you in Greece."

Tay shook her head, "LEts just forget about it." She smiled at him, "Thanks a lot though. You are an awesome friend."

"Alright, if that's what you want, sure." Logan said nodding. Logan blushed slightly. "I'm always here for you." he said shrugging.

Tay smiled, "Thanks, you are such a comfort, Monkey."

"Oh," he murmured and was thinking of giving up. No use in trying to have a conversation with her. The awkwardness was killing him. She hasn't even answered his question. "You answered my question with a question, you bumbling fool." Zeke mumbled so low yet so fast that he wasn't sure she heard it. Though he wished she would, but it was meant for his ears only anyhow.

Zeke sighed. "Nevermind." It was an answer to both questions in a way. Yep, things were getting so awkward. He turned a cold shoulder to her once again and looked away.

Looking for someone?

Oh. Ellie must have noticed how she kept looking over at the Hufflepuff table. Not that that was surprising. Vashti wasn't really trying to be subtle about it. So she decided to be honest as well. "Just Anakin." But apparently he was avoiding the feast just like he had at the beginning of term. She just hoped he wasn't going to avoid the train too - or, more likely, avoid her on the train - because tonight and tomorrow might be the last time they saw each other for awhile. Unless of course he didn't want to see her anymore anyway, in which case...well, graduation and life after would become a lot more awful than she had originally thought.

But she really didn't want to think about that.

Vashti's attention turned briefly to Louisa but she was now preoccupied with Ellie's ring and her and Dallin's engagement, so the Head Girl's attention went to the first year beside Louisa. "I'm sure she does," she reassured the girl when she seemed uncertain whether Louisa considered her a friend. And Louisa seemed to hear and quickly assured her of that fact as well. "See?" She gave the first year a small smile.

And it was then that she remembered she hadn't introduced herself. "I'm Vashti, by the way," she said, still managing to smile.

But then Louisa's attention was turned away from the two engaged seventh years and back to her. Was she getting married? "No," she replied quickly, her face flushing red at the very thought and absentmindedly reaching her right hand over to touch her bare left ring finger. "I don't even have a boyfriend anyway."

Vashti smiled as Kurumi sat and shifted a bit in her seat so that she could face the fifth year better. Once she had, the Gryffindor said she had something for her, and she blinked in surprise at the small package Kurumi pulled out and handed to her. "You didn't have to get me anything," she said kindly, though she accepted the gift. Kurumi surely knew she didn't have to get her any sort of present anyway, and the fact that she still had was incredibly sweet. Unexpected, but incredibly touching.

And...should she open it now or should she wait? She knew some people who preferred the present to be opened immediately, but she also knew some who preferred not being around when gifts were opened. Which did Kurumi prefer?

Finally. He started shutting up. At first, while listening to his comment about answering a question with another question, Gwendolyn started smirking. However… bumbling fool? Like seriously?? Had she heard that right? ‘What…?’ The third year gave him another cold look and then simply drew her attention towards the other people staying at the table.

Pfffft. Zeke not talking to her was just what Gwen wanted. She’d done it again. He was probably never going to speak to her ever again. Yeeeey!, the third year thought and started grinning as Zeke looked away. Nice going. ‘Fine’, she mumbled. It was better than fine. It was great. He’ll probably disappear in a few seconds anyway.

Hm. Whatever. Zeke listened until the girl finished whatever reply she was to make. Fine? Okay, FINE. F-I-N-E. He'd had enough, nope. He wasn't about to endure this any longer. Not a single second. "You are one impossible person," he grunted, clearly annoyed. His first attempt at being nice and he was being returned cold responses. No sir, he was not going to have this conversation at all. Nada. Kaput. Buh-bye, missy.

As he said that, he stood up and looked at her face. "Forget we even met." With piercing eyes filled with hatred, he glared at her before turning around. Just unbelievable, who does she think she is, huh? Zeke went back to the Gryffindor table and prepared himself to wait patiently through all the noise that would soon surround him. Suddenly, the noise didn't bother him anymore. He got used to it actually. All that was in his mind was that he hated a girl. Something he never thought he would do.

"Psh, Ravenclaw bossy chick. Should've been in Slytherin," Zeke murmured to himself as he passed through a crowd of rowdy students just to reach the Gryffindor table. That Gwen girl was impossible.

Raising her eyebrows, the third year expected something worse than ‘impossible person’. Still with a grin on her face, Gwendolyn tried hard not to snap back with anything. It would only make things worse. Meaning… she will have to listen to him talk even more. But hang on- she wasn’t that terrible- was she? It was all Zeke’s fault for hmmm… how to put this… misunderstanding her remarks? Mhm. Something like that.

Forget we even met? I sure hope so. ‘I’ll do my best’ The only problem is… it is hard to forget annoying people. But--- what was happening? He was leaving!!! A smirk appeared on her face, even though she was still a bit puzzled. Wow. He finally left.

Though, as Gwen heard his last remark, she couldn’t say she was surprised at all. Ehem. Truth be told, she had wished to get in that house. Mhm. The third year had always thought the Slytherin house suited her more. Only… Ravenclaw turned out to be better. Way better. And besides- she wasn’t mean to everyone...

Hang on-

‘Bossy? Like… seriously?’ Arrogant, mean, rude… she could accept all of those but… bossy? When had she been bossy?

Jordan nodded slowly, "I lost track of time, I didn't remember it either..." he shrugged remembering that he didn't have a home to go back to now, he'd walked out almost two years ago now! "I don't think I have anywhere to go this time, I haven't seen Faina around and Maxwell's place is too crowded for me to stay... So yes, if I'm welcome I'd love to stay with you all!" he grinned at them, before thinking about it, "I think that is the safest option for everyone as well, especially with Team Wolf about still." His grin faded as he thought about Benji.

Tayla wandered off to the Ravenclaw table thinking how her grandmother had once sat there. If she wasn't a Gryffindor, she would have loved being a Ravenclaw. Tayla observed the Ravenclaws quietly, not sure if they would notice her or mind at all.

After a moment, she recognized Gwen. Tayla was about to say hi when she noticed the look on the young Ravenclaw's face. "Er..." Tayla began unsurely as she approached her. "You all right, Gwen?"

Good thing he left. Gwen seriously doubted she could have taken it for much longer. As she drew her attention towards the staff table, the third year could only notice everyone seated and umm… two people talking in the back. Wasn’t one of them the Astronomy Professor? Meh. Still looking around, the young Ravenclaw heard footsteps approaching the place where she was staying, but she didn’t mind to check who it was. Hmm. Probably just another Ravenclaw.

But then she heard her name being called. ‘Hmm?’, the third year finally looked at the student and, noticing who it was, a smirk appeared on her face. ‘Tayla!’, the girl said with an actual smile on her face. Not grin. Not smirk. Smile. ‘Umm… I guess’, she replied. Well. Now that Zeke was gone, she was all right.

She then moved a bit to make room for Tayla at the table. ‘How are you?’ Hmm. She hadn’t seen the Gryffindor in a while.
