Tayla, naturally a curious little lion, still wondered what happened to Gwen. She noticed she was talking - quite heatedly - to a boy before he left. "I'm sorry...I'm just curious...I hope you don't mind but, you seemed to be arguing with a boy a moment ago. He your boyfriend or something?" Tayla felt both shy for asking and concerned for her friend. |

Even though Gwen realized it was something typical for all the Gryffindors- being curious, and expected Tayla to be like that too, she looked simply puzzled at her friend. WHAT? Her face simply dropped and Gwendolyn couldn’t help staring blankly at Tayla. How in the world had she come to this conclusion?? ‘Nonono’, she said, still looking shocked. ‘I don’t have a boyfriend’ How could Tayla have even assumed that? Besides- Zeke wasn’t even her friend. Psh. Anyhow- Gwendolyn felt the desperate need to change the subject, so she found herself asking, all of a sudden: ‘Do you have any plans for the summer?’. There. Perhaps she shouldn’t have changed the subject so abruptly… |
Quote:
"I'm not sure what my parents have planned for the summer," Tayla replied, feeling her excitement build up. "But last summer Dad brought us horse-riding. It was great fun! But I'd love a simple trip to the beach, too." Tayla smiled. "What are your plans?" |
Quote:
‘Really? That sounds like fun’, the third year nodded. ‘I think I’ll be going to Egypt in the first part of the holiday’ Mhm. Because her dad was stuck there with curse breaking stuff. ‘But after that, I’m not sure if I have anything planned’, the girl mused. ‘I just want to meet with my friends over the summer. It is always terrible to catch up with what has been happening to everybody in the first weeks of the term’ Mhm. Meetings on Diagon Alley are way better. ‘If you are not very busy… maybe we could hang out some time?’ |
Quote:
Tayla nodded when Gwen mentioned about meeting friends over the summer. "Yeah, I'd love to hang out!" She grinned, very happy to have been asked. "Both your parents are wizards right? Because my dad's a Muggle and we live in the Muggle world and...well...I love my dad but it can get pretty boring without magic." A trip to Diagon Alley, or to a house in the wizarding world would be really exciting. |
Beezus unlatched the button on her robe as she stepped inside the Great Hall. Why, it suddenly felt warm. TOO warm. Looking around, she couldn't help but grin as farewells were being sent to and fro. The Headmaster's speech wasn't given yet and of course, the students took the opportunity to say goodbye to their friends especially the seventh years who'd be graduating. There surely wasn't one who failed right? Speaking of seventh years, she really needed to wish Vashti some luck. And well, she could add Ellie to that. Yet it can wait. Most certainly, it can. After all, there was still time after the Feast. A bit but still, there was time. The young eaglette took a deep breath and shuffled to her House Table. Just for a while, she wanted to forget about the letter her cousin sent and the fact that MAYBE she won't be coming back afterwards. She snorted at the thought, why was she even thinking about it?! She was trying to forget it for the time being! ......... She finally arrived on the Table, only to find out that there weren't any food yet. "Great," she mumbled under her breath as she sat down on a vacant space not too far-not too close to other students conversing. |
Lily got really excited talking to Louisa XD Text Cut: Louisa and Vashti Lily glanced from Vashti over to Louisa. That was nice to know that Louisa considered the first year as a friend. She grinned at her fifth year friend before looking back at Vashti. "Nice to meet you Vashti... You're graduating, right?" She asked with the grin still plastered on her face. Turning back to Louisa as they gave each other a hug, she proceeded to tell her friend all about the term. "It was really good. I made three best friends already." Lily said proudly before continuing on. "And part way through the term, I had to go to the hospital wing because I tripped down the stairs... you know the ones that move... but then I got to go back to classes and I went to almost all of the Quidditch matches... I want to try out for the team next year, so I'm going to get a broom and practice at home in my backyard..." The little claw paused to catch her breath and grin at Louisa. "And then I took my finals... I think I passed... and now I'm here with you." Lily ended by hugging the fifth year again. "What about your term?" Somehow, the firstie was able to fit her entire term into a paragraph... or at least the important points... |
Reaction to Staff drama too ;) Quote:
Louisa turned from Dallin and Ellie for a second, wiping her nose. "What do you mean you don't have a boyfriend? What about Anakin?" Sweet, nice, adorable and good looking ANAKIN. Who'd forget him? Or worse... ... but her mind didn't latch on the worse yet. Throwing her arms up in frustration, Louisa moved her gaze to all three of her alumni friends. "What's with you guys? I go AWOL for a month and some get married while others got amnesia?" Text Cut: Lilyyyy :3 Louisa nodded her head at Lily's first year recital. She even smiled genuinely at most of it! The girl had obviously stepped out of her shell. Hugging her back, Louisa felt something in her chest tighten at Lily's last words. The little girl thought much of her. Maybe even too much. Louisa wasn't that much nice or the role model kids should look up to or anything. Yet Lily didn't seem to mind her. Her term? Internally scoffing at that, Louisa shrugged. "OWLs mostly. It's why I didn't get to spend much time with my friends. All of them," she bumped Lily's arm gently. "Although my boyfriend... left. And is not a boyfriend anymore but that's okay." Louisa didn't want to talk about boys in front of twelve year olds. That was inappropriate, right? Right. Just as she was about to ask something else, something flickered at the corner of her eye. Louisa looked at the staff table and saw Althea and Eddie... Charading? "Wow, professor Roslund must've spilled the beans," Louisa said carefully, watching the scene. It was obvious that Althea wasn't very impressed. Hopefully she wouldn't decapitate the messengers of his letters while seeing all red. With her attention back to Lily, she smiled. "Well. Let's talk about something cheerful. How about summer, your plans?" |

"how you been this fine term." Nickayla said as she sat down next to Morgan. |

She never really did embrace this, however, considering she still needed to attend Professor Vindictus' brush up lessons at the beginning of each term. But that wasn't the point. "Have to and want to are two very different things," she laughed softly. "I...I don't know if you are pursuing Quidditch after this, so think of the broom as...more of a metaphor." You know, flying through life like a true Claw sort of thing. Kurumi took another look around the Ravenclaw table and tugged on her sleeves some more. She probably should start heading back to her own table soon. "I just want you to have that...and...to say thank you. You've really been an inspiration." |
Text Cut: Lily and Louisa ^__^ Vashti's ignoring the staff table stuff for now I guess xD Vashti nodded at Lily's question. "Yeah, I am," she replied. "This'll be my last feast at Hogwarts." Which did make it kind of sad, and she was really going to miss the elves' cooking, but...she'd be okay. It wasn't the end of the world. ...Louisa seemed to think it was though. Or something. She obviously wasn't taking any of this well. "Nobody's got amnesia," Vashti told her. "Anakin and I broke up." Therefore, no boyfriend. It was really that simple. Because pffft, like she could ever forget about Anakin. Quote:
She managed to open it just as Kurumi continued, and her expression changed briefly to one of surprise before returning to a soft smile. A career in Quidditch wasn't really her thing, but that didn't mean she would stop loving the sport or flying. And, of course, it reminded her of Professor Vindictus' lessons, including the one she had met Kurumi in back in her third year and Kurumi's first. It seemed like only yesterday and yet so long ago at the same time. And...an inspiration? Her? Vashti wasn't sure she'd ever done anything very inspiring...but she was glad someone thought so, and that that someone was Kurumi. Still holding the small now-open package in one hand, she gave Kurumi a hug. "Thank you, Kurumi. For the gift and your kind words. I'll cherish it always." Pulling away, still smiling, she added, "And just so you know, I've always really admired you." Who wouldn't admire and look up to Kurumi though? |

Brushing all of that aside, she smiled at Sam, "Hey!" she said, then laughed, his 'he-lo' joke really hit a spot that made her giggle, "Mostly..." she said still giggling, "Sorry, about that, just that was funny!" she told Sam, "How about you, are you looking forward to going home?" |
Quote:
A light laugh appeared in Sam's face. . . . . . "going home yes. . .and I think that you're gonna visit you beloved uncle as well.. . ." May be this isn't a good joke. .Sam realised it bit later. But nobody can take back what ever has told already. . " I'm sorry. . . Sometimes I dont know where or when to not to make fun. . Hope you dont mind. . ." Now. . all he need is to change the topic. " too bad. . We lost again. .hopefully this time not to Slytherin. . I'm taking about house cup.. . -but I'm tired of being in the second place. Anyway I'm bit ashamed of myself . . I couldn't help our house with points. ." . |
Elliot hastened to the table...she was late! Very unlike herself, really, to ever be late for ANYTHING. Ah! She hoped that NO ONE would notice...she didn't really see any of her friends, but then again, she was trying to avoid being seen. She quickly plopped down in a seat and smirked to herself in a pleased way. She felt a bit weird about this... She was going to be a third year. She felt as if her second year had FLOWN by...and with all of the tragedy in her family...well, she couldn't say she was very sorry that it was all in the past. Third year. Old enough to go to Hogsmeade! Oh, how her father would be so proud of her. Well, hopefully. She glanced around the table, shaking her sentimental thoughts from her head as she tried to look for some nice salad. |

Elliot halted her search for salad when she heard that utterly annoyingly familiar voice...Jayden. Who else could it be, hmm? The blonde quickly trudged over to take a seat next to her friend. She shot the girl a smirk and laughed. "So...were you able to wash all of the dirty lake water from that hair of yours? Since you insisted to jump in..." she rolled her eyes. Elliot had NOT wanted to get her pretty hair wet...it would make her feel gross! She heard a boy yelling Jayden's name and merely scoffed in his direction. How utterly rude it was to yell in a public place...people really needed to learn manners. Including Jayden...but Elliot would chide her another time. |

And then, the girl's eyes got wide. "WAIT! Jayden, I COMPLETELY FORGOT! While I was...away... my mother told me...well, she heard that your mother was-pregnant!" she said, a little breathless with the excitement of gossip. She couldn't say she was particularly happy for the girl...she knew she would be absolutely horrified in the same situation. "Oh Jayden..you poor dear..." she said, touching her glass to her lips. Her eyes sparkled in excitement...for once, something bad was happening to someone other than herself. Hmph. |
Pam sat down, not really paying attention to what was going on. She was nervous. This could be the last feast she attends. The end of term feast ment it was the end of Hogwarts for this term, and the end to her safety. Jez had told her that they were going to stay with her uncle, but she was really worried to what that could mean. If Jared knew where the house was, going there was pointless. It'd just be easier for them to hide around in Diagon Alley. But living in the streets was not something Pam would enjoy. |

oh Morgen she remebered " okay. i am trusting you." she laughed nicki ate some of the Cassarole that she put on her plate. " i can wait to next term getting away from my sister and we wont be the knew ones." she said although she did like being knew because everyone was nice to her well almost everyone. " anyway i was thinking about dieing my hair next term do you think i should." she said she had asked because she couldnt make up her mind. |

"Maybe next year we will win! Hopefully anyway! I didn't contribute to the points either this year, but next year will be different!" she said to him, and a smile came back to her face. |

He really was upset. . .living with her neighbours. . .who knows what kind of a people live there. If they treat her badly. .? Suddenly. . An brilliant idea came to his mind " hey Beth why dont you come with me to my place.? I never had a friend in my place. . .actually I didn't have any friends either . . Before you came to me back then in the pathway.. My parents would be so happy to see you. They were so worried about me for not having friends. .but when I told about you. . -they were happy. . Specially my Mom. .and my sister. .who is of course named BETH.. . .what you say?. . All I have to do is send an owl??" He looked directly at her eyes to find out her expressions. |

Seeing the Head Girl's smile made her feel a little better and she relaxed her shoulders a bit. "Y-Y-You have?" Kurumi could hardly believe that, an older student looking up, erm, down, erm, whatever towards a younger student. |
