The glittering night sky is clear and visible through the enchanted ceiling, and the floating candles bedeck the entire hall in a warm golden light. All seems well with the world, aside from the empty plates still waiting for food to appear.
Fraternal. That almost clarified what's inside Erin's mind. "Yes, yes," said Erin instead. "She's a Gryffindor." The twin sister may be tougher than him, whilst he was a bookworm. "So, how do you find Ravenclaw?" She was totally a loud person. "Sorry for all my questions. You may not answer if you don't want to." She looked to the side of the Gryffindors. She really need to find this so called twin sister of Julien."Eh wait, are you from Muggle school?" Because Erin was a Muggle-born.
"No, it's fine," she answered and then she heard him saying something about 'I.O.U'. "Definitely. You owe me one. I'll be keeping my eyes on that," smiled Erin.
After all of the drama had finally stopped, and the start of term speech from the headmaster was done and over with, Jayden decided it was a good time to go over and say hello to Erin. Sure, they had some rough patches last year, but it was nice to clear the air a bit.
"Hey there Erin!" She called out to the girl with a small wave of hand. "How have you been?" She asked.
"I said why did you say sorry?" Logan repeated, smiling as Taylor blushed.
Taylor tried to think of why she said sorry but couldn't, "I... I don't remember actually." She shook her head and blinked, What was happening to her? "I don't even remember what we were talking about either." She blushed even deeper/

Micheal removes his hands from jordan's eyes, "Hey, how you doing? You made it into Hufflepuff, congrats. I'm in Gryffindor. soooooo, why are you here at the Ravenclaw table??? Micheal opens his arms for a hug, and embraces Jordan tight, trying to give her a bear hug. "So who is this?? Micheal asks, extending his hand to the stranger sitting in front of Jordan. "My name is Micheal." Suddently Micheal hears the voice from his table beckening for him to come and sit down. "sorry gotta go, time to sit and listen to the head master speak, i'll see you around" Micheal runs back to the Gryffindor table to take his seat.
AWW struck Jordan SCREAMS. " Blimey Micheal, you could have given me a heart attack you know. I can't believe it, how come you didn't tell me you were coming here? she punches him in the arm, in a friendly manner. I thought I was your best friend? Best friends don't keep secrets from each other. She gestured to introduce Micheal to her new friend, but no sooner than she said..." Micheal." He was off. She looked around to see what she missed, then shrugged her shoulders and continued talking to her new friend Taylor. " That was odd."
"Oh," Conrad said, after a pause. Melanie hadn't grown up listening to boring relatives get in pointlessly bitter arguments about their favorite Quidditch teams? Like he had? Like EVERYONE had?? Well, not everyone... he remembered.
"So, um... what kinds of people did you grow up around then?"
"My mom and step-dad," she answered flatly. "They're...oh, what do you call them? Muggles, I think." She smiled meekly. "I don't really have much of an extended family, it's been just the three of us for most of my life."
Feeling awkwardly spotlighted, Melanie turned the tables. "How about you? Big family? Brothers, sisters, the whole nine yards?" That's it, Melanie. Just rapid-fire questions, there's an improvement, she chided herself.

"I'm better than before," she said confidently. "You? You're still with your boyfriend?" Ooops! Why would she say that? Eeeeek! "Scratch that. So, how are you and your boyfriend?"

Now, Erin felt so much envious. If only, she could live the life Jayden had. If only. Thanks to Beezus, she's got another outlet to make herself at least happier than she could ever be at home with her family. "I really had a great time at her place. I've met her Aunt. She's quite nice and we cook together. I've spent so much time with Davinci too, you know Bee's cat," said Erin. Those stories may be so far from the happiness Jayden had experienced but that was the happiest Erin had ever been. And it would always be one of her most precious times.

"Yeah, many" Katie smiled, she thought of all the amazing people she has met through the years, like John, Pam, Sammy and others. She looked at Tay and saw that something was on her mind... KATIE WANTED TO KNOW! But.. that would be weird, Katie acted cool and asked, "Whats on your mind?"

Taylor got annoyed by Nicki rant, "I seriously don't know what you are going on about! Did i miss something in our conversation that talked about someone?" She didn't like getting snapped at and she was confused about what Nicki was going on about.

Occupied with watching Oberon stretch out on her plate, Stella wasn't really paying attention to what was going on at the table around her. Nobody had addressed her, so she figured she still had a bit of time before she needed to really worry about talking. Plus, the table was only slowly filling up anyhow. She'd occasionally glance up to the staff table to check and see if the feast was going to move along, but she hadn't heard the headmaster make his speech yet. So one other thing off her list of things to concern herself with. Until she heard someone speaking to her, and glanced next to her to see Nikolas and she smiled. "I'm not lonely," she replied. "What brings you here, Nikolas?" She didn't think Matt had any reason to have sent his best friend over to check on her, but then she hadn't really paid too much attention to the Slytherin table. Anything was possible, although it hadn't occurred to her that he might have just come over on his own.
Glancing back at Oberon as the little tiger yawned, she watched as it circled and then curled up in the middle of her plate. That was going to be problematic once the food arrived, but for now it was okay. She'd just have to move it once that happened. But at the next question from Nikolas, her attention went back to the Slytherin. "Oberon? I got it during the Charms final last term. It's kind of like another pet, I guess," she explained slowly, a bit curious that he hadn't known that already. Maybe he hadn't taken the Charms final last term, or if he had maybe his egg hadn't hatched. She hadn't thought her little tiger was that curious, though.

Why was she telling a girl she just met this?
