 The door is closed and locked though the professor is in. Once you knock the professor will allow you to enter. The walls are lined with bookshelves, but on them no books. There are various rare ingredients in jars and bottles. A desk and a chair behind it, books and papers on the desk. There is a workstation with a pyrex cauldron on a burner. There is always something burning. A very uncomfortable chair is set in front of the desk. This makes it hard for a student to spend too much time in her office. | |

Isabelle walked into the office of Professor Lafay. "Hello Professor Lafay," she greeted the professor politely. "I'm glad to see you back and well for another year of potions class." And engaged by the look of it. "And congratulations on your engagement. I'm sure he is a very lucky man," umm that's what you say to someone who is engaged right.
"I had just come over to the classroom to see if the lab was open yet," Isabelle explained. "I'm excited as ever to get back in the wonderful Hogwarts potion lab and brew a couple of potions before my final year is over, my first one is to be the swelling solution." Yeah the swelling solution was always a great potion to make, she was super excited to make it.

Minerva's face lit up when she said the lab was now open. "That is wonderful Professor thank you. I can't wait to get in there and get started. Alyssa walked through the door once she heard Professor Lafay tell her to enter. The Professor scared the heck out of her, but Alyssa decided that since she was here, she'd might as well show the Professor what she had collected at the Magical Creatures Sanctuary.
"Good morning, Professor. I know that you are busy so I'll make this quick. I was in the Magical Creatures Sanctuary early this morning and while I was feeding the Flobberworms I noticed that they were excreting mucus. I remember reading somewhere that Flobberworm mucus was used in potions to help cure acne and I was wondering whether you could use this to restock your potions ingredients supply."Alyssa told the Professor as she brought out the bottle of Flobberworm mucus she had gathered. She also brought out the bag of Jobberknoll feathers she had gathered. "I also picked these up while I was there. I didn't pull them off the Jobberknolls but I picked up the ones that they had shed. They were lying on the ground. I was wondering whether you could use them in your supply too?" Alyssa asked the Professor.
