Create an Acrostic to help you remember eight to ten rules of etiquette that you learned in the lesson. An acrostic is poem, word puzzle, or other composition in which certain letters in each line form a word or words.

Drinks to the right and breads to the left I should remember them with the signs of my hand. Never talk with your mouth open, and also No elbows on the table, please. Eventually the food will always be passed to the left Right after you got served from the right.

There are seven courses in a meal, one is Dessert
I have possibly have forgotten to mention that you pass the food to the left going in a clockwise direction
Quite quickly, the servers, serve your food on the right and take it away from your left
Usually, when your done you place your silver wear on your plate in the 12 O’clock position
Evermore break slices of bread no larger than one bite!
The proper way, to signal serving staff that you are done you put down your knife and fork and other tinsels in the 5 O’clock position
The men should always stand up when the woman leaves and returns to the table
Etiquette is better known as dinner rules!

Every time you set a table, place the drink on the right side of the plate. There can be seven courses to a meal. It is proper for the man to push a lady's chair out when she wants to leave the table. Quite easy to remember: Food always goes around the table from the right to the left. Unless you want to be rude, break your bread into smaller pieces before eating it. Eager for your waiter's attention when finished? Place your both your fork and knife on top of your plate, fork tines up and knife blade in. The silverware is placed on top of the plate when you are done using it. The bread is always placed to the left of the plate. Each course is served from the right hand side and taken away from the left hand side.[/color]

The appetizer is Torta Pasqualina. It's a very traditional Italian appetizer that is usually served during the Easter holidays. It is mixed with English spinach, ricotta, egg, oregano and a lot of mozarella cheese. Yum! Yum!
Next on the menu is Stracciatella. It's mostly egg in this kind of soup but for a twist, Italians added in some grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and sometimes semolina. Try it.
The third course is the salad and this one is called, Chickpea Antipasto Salad. As you can see here the salad is mixed with chickpea, artichoke hearts, olives, chopped red and green peppers for color, and some balsamic vinegar mixed with some healthy olive oil.
For the palate clenching food, Italians loves gelato. This is a Strawberry gelato served as a sorbet on the menu.
Now for the next menu we will be having some poultry this time. Chicken Marsala. This dish is a very famous Italian dish, just ask anyone. The dish comprises chicken cutlets, mushroom, aromatic spices and of course the main ingredient, Marsala wine. In some menus, chicken marsala is served with potatoes or pasta.
Now, for the main course we will be having some fresh delicious meat which is the lamb. This is Roasted Italian Lamb, it is a very simple menu and it is very simple to make as well. Yes, it is a simple dish but it is very delightful.
Last but certainly not the least, is dessert. Try some of the Tiramisu. Now, this is a very famous Italian dessert which literally means "pick me up". It is sweet but not too sweet.
